The next two weeks pass by fast, I had most of everything packed up and sheets thrown over some of my furniture. Rebekah and Stefan are now in their honey moon faze of the relationship. So they have been spending the nights at Stefan's apartment.

I was just packing up a last box when I got a call from klaus, I havent talked with him in 4 days.

Hello' I said

hey darling, bad news. Its taking a little longer to get things set up it will probably be another two or three weeks' klaus said.

Seriously?! Okay that's fine just let us know when Nik' I said, I could still feel his emotions and with the angry feelings I have been getting from his end I figured I should let him handle what ever it is that he needs to do before we get up there.

I miss you, my love' klaus says and I smile. All I could think about was the nights and having him near and lately he hasn't been here. Rebekah and Stefan help me with taking the pictures for the video clip me and Klaus were making, both agreeing that it is a good idea. I still have ultra sounds every week.

I miss you too Nik' I said and then heard Rawlins crying. Today was Torreys last day and she had already left, not that i keep her this late anyways. 'Rawlins is crying I have to go' I said.

'okay bye sweet heart' Klaus said.

'bye' I said hanging the phone up as I walked into the bedroom where Rawlins was crying. He lifted his hands up for me to pick him up. I lifted him up and he snuggled into my neck. I felt his diaper and he was dry and Torrey already fed him.

I put him down on his mat and watched as he rolled around and pushed himself up on his arms until he fell.

"Rawlins" I said and he looked at me. "where's your wolf, Baby?" I saw him look to the corner of the room where his stuffed wolf was he reached his arm toward it and I walked over and grabbed it for him. When I walked back to him, both his hands were clamped together infront of his mouth as if he were praying. I pulled my phone out and took a picture and sent it to Klaus.

When I got close to him he seen the animal in my arm and he started giggling and reaching for the wolf. I handed it to him and put him in his crib. I went to walk out and he started crying again.

He started to kick the bars on his crib, I sighed and walked over to him picking him back up and bringing him in my room with me for the night.

I put him down in the middle of the bed and rearranged all the pillows as I turned on 'gone with the wind'

We weren't even through the opening credits when I seen Rawlins was already asleep with his stuffed wolf on the side of him next to the pillow.

I sighed and laid my head deeper in the pillow before I wrapped an arm around Rawlins and falling asleep.

The past week went by slowly, ive had nothing to do and ive been getting really frustrated. The only thing to do was to watch Rawlins and my doctors visit and then the weekly picture, good news was that with technology being where it is i was far enough in the pregnancy to find out the gender if i wanted with the new 4d tech stuff they had. bad news was that klaus wasnt here and i wasnt going to learn anything like that with out him beside me.

I got a call from klaus as I put Rawlins down in his crib. I answered it and I heard stefan knock on the door.

"hello…hold on" I said as I opened the door to see stefan standing there.

"I was just letting you know that me and rebekah are heading out for the night" stefan said and smiled.

"have fun" I said smirking and he nodded before walking back down the hallway with a blush on his cheeks. I closed the door behind me and changed into a long t-shirt.

"okay, Nik you still there?" I asked as I put the phone back up to my ear.

"yeah love I am still here." Klaus said from the other side of the phone.

"sorry I was putting Rawlins down then Stefan told me they were leaving for the night." I said as I laid down on the bed turning the lamp off.

"its fine sweetheart, so what are you doing?" klaus asks and I sighed.

"just laying in bed"

"what are you wearing?" klaus asked and I laughed.

"seriously?!" I said

"yes… im waiting " I heard him sigh.

"im wearing one of your shirts I stole before you left" I said with a victory smile. "and panties"

"I want you to take your shirt off" klaus said and I looked at the phone with an eye brow raised.

"what? Why would I do that? Wait I am not having phone sex…no way!" I said while my face got hot.

"just trust me Caroline, ill tell you what to do, theres nothing to be embarrassed about." Klaus said and I sighed already feeling my body get hot.

"fine" I said and exhaled loudly.

"great, now take my shirt off, but picture me taking it off of you." Klaus said. I listened around me and stefan and rebekah had already left. I laid above the covers in the middle of the bed.

I took my shirt off and tossed it to the ground.

"im tired Nik, i worked from open to close today and rawlins might be getting a cold again, the last time was terrible, he was so cranky." i sighed "ill talk to you later okay?"

"alright love get some sleep."

" love you." I said.

"love you too caroline" klaus said and i waited for him to hang up for like ten seconds.

"hang up" i laughed as he stayed on the line.

"no you hang up" klaus chuckled.

"no you" i said with a soft giggle.

"i love hearing that sound, goodnight Caroline" klaus said and the line ended. I closed the phone up and went to sleep.

Two more weeks had passed and I had talked to klaus on the phone and we've texted each other.

Me and rebekah was out at a maternity store where I was trying on some dresses. I was showing now and klaus insisted on giving me a black credit card that had endless money on it with my name on it as Caroline B. Mikaelson on it.

I tried on a yellow dress and rebekah gave me a thumbs down.

"that's bloody awful" rebekah said and I looked in the mirror. She was right, i looked like a yellow SUV. I sighed and went back to the dressing room and tried on another dress.

This dress was a light blue but it also came in pink and green. I tried it on and like it, I got all three colors and tried on some other clothes. We checked out and as we were walking to the car both holding a bag. My phone started ringing, I put my hand in my jacket pocket and pulled my phone out.

"its Nik" I said and looked at rebekah.

"well bloody answer it" she urged and then laughed as I slid my finger across the screen.

"hey" I said.

"good news, love. We're ready" klaus said.

I look up at rebekah and she squeals.

"what on earth was that?" he asked.

"your sister" I laughed at the face rebekah made.

"ok well the jet is ready I just got off the phone with the pilot, he said he will be ready to leave in two hours? Do you think you will be ready by then?"

"yup, everythings been packed since three weeks after you left, theres just clothes that needs to be packed and some of Rawlins stuff I have to pack up for the ride."

" I already hired someone to bring the stuff that cant go on the jet here, so you can just tell them what you want to stay and go. They already have the kitchen packed up. I talked to them to check up before I called the pilot. I've spoken with Stefan already, he's helping out."

"wow. Okay. Well then ill see you when we get there" I said.

"alright I cant wait" Klaus said and I smiled with Rebekah made a barf face I rolled my eyes.

"me either" I said and hung up as we slid in the car and drove home.

When we got to the house there was a large truck outside.

"whoa we aren't taking the whole house" I said as we entered through the front door "im sure he has furniture there." I went into miss mystic falls mode and started directing things.

"someone go to the back yard there's a shed looking thing go and get all the paintings and art supplies. And be careful with it."

I finished directing them and I went to pack some of Rawlins stuff for the next few days until the rest of his stuff arrives. And I changed into one of my new sundresses after doing my hair and make up. The guys grabbed the rest of what I said and I was hooking Rawlins in his seat when Rebekah and Stefan slid in the front seats. I climbed in the back and sat with Rawlins as Stefan drove to the airport.

When we were standing in front of the jet I was having a mini panic attack. Stefan had to literally carry me onto the jet, over his shoulder.

"come on, how about i just run to new orleans and meet yall there, or drive myself there" i suggested as stefan continued up the stairs of the jet.

"its not happening Caroline" He sat me down in the seat and buckled me in and set rawlins in the seat next to me buckling him in also. Rebekah and stefan sat across from me on the white leather seats that had gold trim, calmly.

Liam and kierra and a few other hybrids sat in some of the other open seats.

There was a tv on the jet and I watched as stefan poured himself a drink. He looked at me and saw me eyeing the drink.

"sorry care" the corner of stefans lips curled up slightly and he took a sip of his amber liquid.

"what if this thing crashes?" I say still panicking as the jet started taking off, there was a lot of shaking and I held onto the leather for dear life.

"its not going to crash, even if it did we're vampires we will survive."

"rawlins is human" I stated.

"caroline love, look outside your window. We are in the air safely everything is fine" rebekah said. I looked outside and calmed down.

"man I need a drink" I said and stefan stands up handing me a glass of blood. I looked at it and glared. That's not the drink I had wanted but it will work.

"thanks" I said sarcastically and turned my phone off of airplane mode.

Nik:

Me:

Yes just freaked out a little…ive never been on a plane let alone a jet. Stefan had to carry me on this thing. We're in the air now. We will see you soon. So if you feel whatever you felt from me again its probably us landing : )

There was no reply back so I put it back on airplane mode and sat there bouncing Rawlins on my lap he was playing peek a boo with bekah and giggling.

I took a few more sips of my blood as bekah grabbed Rawlins and I shifted in my seat and starred out the window until I fell asleep.
