"Hi Saku- Ah!" Ino walked into Sakura's house and smiled brightly before being glomped by her best friend.

Sakura grinned and hugged Ino tightly. "Oh thank you, thank you, thank you, Ino-chan!" She giggled and kissed the blonde's cheek.

Ino chuckled lightly and smiled. She nodded and pushed Sakura off of her before standing up and brushing herself off. "You're welcome, Sakura-chan. I'm just doing my job." She paused and narrowed her eyes at the pinkette. "But just so you know, after this is all over and you have Deidara, I'm done with you. I'm not helping you with anymore shit like this, clear?"

Sakura continued to smile up at Ino before giggling and standing up herself. Shrugging and walking over to her couch, motioning for the other teen to follow her. She sat down and hummed, eyeing Ino and thinking it over for a moment. She sighed heavily and nodded. "Alright, fine. I probably won't be needing you again after this anyways." She smirked wickedly and laughed, leaning back on the couch and looking at her freshly painted pink fingernails. "Just make sure you make Deidara suffer. I want him broken by the time I take him for myself, got it?"

Ino sat down beside Sakura and nodded. "Got it." She paused in thought for a moment before smirking. "You mean like make out with Akasuna or touch him or something in front of Dei-chan, right~?" She chuckled and nodded. "I can do that. We share some classes together without Sai, so we're good."

Sakura clapped her hands and grinned. "Great! By the time you're done torturing them, I'll swoop in and take my Deidara-chan all for myself~ He'll be so broken he won't be able to push me away." She chuckled and laughed at the thought before laying back and sighing dreamily. "Tomorrow's gonna be hell for them~ I can't wait."

-Tomorrow morning-

"Deidara! C'mon, Blondie, we're gonna be late for school. Please open up." Pein pleaded, knocking on Deidara's door for the hundredth time that morning. He'd been trying to talk to Deidara and get him out of his room all morning and last night but all he got was silence from the blonde or choked sobbing.

Sasori leaned against the wall opposite of Deidara's bedroom door and chewed on the inside of his cheeks. He looked down and crossed his arms, digging his nails into his arms and scowling at the ground. This is my entire fault. What the fuck was I thinking yesterday? I can't believe I did that to him. I love him and yet I hurt him so badly. He trusted me and I betrayed that trust. I don't blame him if he never wants to speak with me again…

"Sasori!"

Sasori was pulled out of his thoughts at Pein's sudden yelling at him. He looked up and quirked a brow at the auburn haired teen, silently asking why he was yelling at him.

Pein frowned and gave Sasori a look, his eyes flicking down to his arms. "You're bleeding."

Sasori blinked and looked down at his arms to see that he was in fact bleeding. He grunted and uncrossed his arms, straightening up and looking down at his bloody fingernails. "It's fine. I'm going downstairs." He said curtly, turning around and exiting the hallway.

Pein watched Sasori leave before sighing and knocking softly on Deidara's door again. "Hey, Dei? He's gone now. Can I please come in? I just wanna talk to you…please?" He spoke softly, leaning on the door.

Pein straightened up and smiled slightly as he heard the click of the lock. The door slowly opened, revealing a puffy eyed, messy hair, exhausted looking Deidara on the other side.

Pein's smile instantly dropped at seeing the blonde like this. He frowned and looked the younger teen over. He looked dead, almost like a zombie. His eyes were puffy and red from crying all night and morning and his hair was a mess. He had a void look on his face, almost as if he were numb all over.

"Deidara…" Pein spoke softly, doing something out of character, and embracing the teen. He pulled the blonde to his chest and rubbed his back soothingly. "I'm so sorry, Blondie. Sasori told me what happened…I heard you crying."

Deidara just stood there and let Pein embrace him. He didn't embrace the older teen back, nor did he push him away; he just stood there, lifeless.

Pein held him for a moment longer before pulling away and looking into Deidara's eyes. Frowning and sighing before ruffling his hair. "I don't think you should go to school today." He paused and chuckled lightly. "Guess that also means that me and Sasori have to skip too." He shrugged and offered the younger teen a small smile. "Not that I mind at all. School's boring anyways."

Deidara looked up at Pein and nodded slowly. "Um, Pein? C-can you call Konan for me please, un? I want her to come over…" He said in a quiet, raspy voice before turning around and shuffling back to his bed.

Pein nodded and leaned on the doorframe. "Sure I can. Itachi too?"

Deidara shrugged and crawled onto his bed, pulling his knees to his chest and curling up in a ball. "No. 'Tachi's not very good with this kinda thing, un. I just want Konan."

Pein nodded again. "Okay. I'll go call her now." He said before leaving the blonde and shutting the door softly behind him. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair before walking back downstairs and to the kitchen where Sasori was. "We're not going to school today." He simply said, grabbing his second cup of coffee and sipping it.

Sasori glanced up at Pein and sighed. "I figured he wouldn't be up to going to school." He paused and glanced down, leaning back on the counter as he asked. "So…how's he doing? Is he okay?"

Pein shot Sasori a look and narrowed his eyes at him. "What do you think?" He said in a sharp tone causing Sasori's eyes to widen. He rolled his eyes and scowled at his friend. "What the literal fuck were you thinking, man? You should've seen him. He looks so…hurt. It's like he's a zombie. And you know what? It's all YOUR fault."

Sasori frowned and opened his mouth only to be cut off by Pein again. "I listened to you go on and on about how much you were into him and how much you loved him and all that shit, and then you go and pull a stunt like THIS? What the hell, Sasori?"

Sasori bit his lips and looked away. He gritted his teeth and shook his head before throwing his hands up in the air. "I don't fucking know! Okay? I don't know. I just- … I don't have an excuse for what I did to him…and I don't blame you for being disappointed in me and I don't blame Deidara if he never speaks to me again."

He sighed heavily and ran a hand through his already messy red hair. "I do love him. I still do. I never stopped. I just…I just don't know why I did what I did." He looked up at Pein and frowned. "You have to believe me, Pein. I never meant to hurt him. Really…"

Pein eyed the red head and narrowed his eyes slightly. He grunted and shook his head. "You know I believe you. You're just…you're just really stupid, to say the least." He gave Sasori a look and took out his phone, dialing Konan and walking out of the kitchen. "Oh, by the way, stay away from Deidara. At least for today, okay? I think it would be best for both of you." He said as he walked outside to the front porch to talk to Konan.

Sasori frowned and nodded. "That's probably a good idea…" He said quietly to himself before sighing again and walking to his room. Pausing as he passed Deidara's door and quietly pressed his ear to the door to hear Deidara sobbing quietly again.

His heart clenched at the sound and he wanted so badly to go in there and hold him in his arms and tell him everything was going to be alright. Just tell him how sorry he was for hurting him like this. But he didn't. Instead he swallowed hard and continued walking to his room, locking himself inside, not planning on coming out for the rest of the day so he could avoid Deidara as much as possible that day.

So...I'm really sorry if this chapter totally sucked. But not sorry enough to expand it and make it better. I needed some transition and fillers and shit. So yeah. Next chappie will be better! ... I hope! XD

But seriously, this story's gonna pick up again and start getting really good these next few chapters, I just need some filler chapters like this to get to that point. So don't hate me if nothing interesting happens. :P
