BIG NEWS: I have a poll now on my profile to let you vote which pairings you'd like to see! GO VOTE XD (if it shows up before I put this chap up… if not, stay tuned!)

Okay guys XD Don't get me wrong, I LOVE reading your thoughts and reviews and all, BUT I noticed that answering to each one takes up over a whole site xD That's way too long for an AN. So I decided to just take the questions that were asked from every reader and answer them in one. So you don't have to read so much blah blah and can get to reading the next chapter XD If my small explanation then isn't enough, you can always pm me, I'll answer when I can ;) If you have Skype, you can chat with me there too. Same name as here. Ideas are always welcome and if you wanna see something particular in one of the chapters just go ahead and tell me. If it fits, I'll try to put it in :)

For the reviews:

-I won't stop where the books stop. But not sure if that matters anyway cause from the… hm… from the sixth year I think everything will be different from the books/movies.

-Funny that you mention Draco's family xD There will be more of them in the third/fourth year, so stay tuned ;D

-The winter spirit is really inspired by Jack Frost. I haven't seen the movie yet and I'm not really a fan of all the Jack/Elsa fics, but you can imagine the spirit looking like him and in MY fic he chose this name when coming to earth and seducing Isabelle. I have no idea what his char is like, so when/if he shows up he'll prolly be pretty OOC.

-Elsa's Powers: I won't tell you when it will happen or what the other's reactions will be, but it will happen. To give you a little treat/hint/preview: She will HAVE to use them to save a few lives and she won't have another choice. Also, OLAF is gonna appear too around the time she uses her powers. AND it won't happen in the second or the third year.

If I left out a question or anything that was meant as I question, I did it on purpose (Like if Elsa's gonna be petrified too) cause that's something you'll find out soon enough xP xD

History of Magic. This class was making it hard to stay concentrated. I really tried to listen to the ghost teacher, took some notes to keep myself from dozing off, but that didn't help much.

I was always thinking about the articles I read about the spirits. Something crossed my mind. History of Magic; elemental spirits were part of the magical history!

I waited for Professor Binns to finish the page he was reading and raised my hand.

"Excuse me, professor?" He looked at me with a boring expression, though he seemed a little bit surprised that someone actually had something to say in his class. "Yes?"

"I know we have another topic right now, but I read something about elemental spirits and I wondered if you could tell me something about them…" The ghost professor blinked a few times. "That… that's not on the schedule for this year… Elemental Spirits will be a small topic in your fifth year…" I frowned and my lips pulled themselves to a small pout, when suddenly Harry spoke up.

"But Professor, I want to hear about them too." He smiled to me and I couldn't help but smile back gratefully.

"Uh yes! Me too!" Ron nodded quickly and even Hermione seemed to not know anything about them.

"Professor Binns, since all of us own the book you're reading in class, we could read the pages you were going to read as homework. That way we have time to talk about the spirits." Of course no one would really read the pages besides Hermione, but the rest of the class agreed and were talking the professor into changing the topic. Everything was better than him reading the boring facts about some magician that invented the first security ward.

The ghost just shrugged and shushed us. "Alright, alright. What do you wanna know?" I thought a bit, not really having thought about that.

"Well… I read that the spirit of winter came down to a school for magic in France." The Professor nodded.

"Aaah, yes. That was 1978, I believe... Beauxbatons Academy." He shook his head then. "He took the appearance of a pale boy with white hair. I was visiting an old friend there at that time. It was strange, even though they took pictures for the yearbook of him, he wasn't visible on them. So apparently spirits can't be taken photos of. I am not sure if they have a reflection…"

"Like a vampire!" Neville blurted out, but Professor Binns shook his head. "Mister Longbottom, real vampires aren't like described in those old stories… but you'll get to that in the third year."

"Anyways, he was immediately after the young Isabelle Flocon. Pretty young girl, quarter veela. She couldn't resist his flirting long and they became an item pretty soon. When school ended when she was 17 he told her about him being a spirit and took her with him up to his world." Looking at the faces of my classmates, I was not the only one interested in the story.

"About a year and a half later, at the day of change from winter to spring, something was odd on earth. First, the small was melting like planned… but…"

"What happened?" Hermione asked.

"Well… Suddenly there was a huge blizzard. Everything was white and it took weeks till the snow melted. Since nobody besides a spirit or one of the elementals can go up there, no one knows what could've happened. People assumed that either something has happened to the spirit of spring, or something must've angered the spirit of winter…" Hm… so something went wrong when it was time for spring to take over… what could've upset the winter spirit so much?

Before I could ask more questions, the class was over. Professor Binns told us which pages to read, but no one seemed to be too interested in listening. Soon we were all leaving the classroom and walking to the next class.

I was walking in between Hermione and Harry, Ron right next to Hermione.

"Thanks for helping me persuade him." I said with a smile.

"No, we should thank YOU for coming up with the great idea. This ghost manages to make this class even more boring than it already is…" Hermione shook her head.

"Ronald, he is more than 500 years old!" the redhead rolled his eyes.

"My point exactly. He's way too old to teach a class!" Harry and I giggled as Hermione hit his arm and started lecturing him about how to be respectful to old people and manners and so on.

The two caught up with us and Hermione whispered.

"So about the polyjuice potion… I started it this morning. So you have a month to get some hair from Crabbe and Goyle. I will get some hair from Millicent Bulstrode. And Pansy Parkinson is also pretty close to Draco, Elsa." I nodded and thought of how to get some hair from that mean girl…

XxxxxFROZENxHPxxxxXxxxxLINEBREAKxxxxX

We were "lucky". Instead of DADA with our beloved Professor Lockhart we had some sort of duelling club… with Lockhart… and Snape… Isn't life just great?

A guy from Hufflepuff called Justin was talking to Harry, but I was occupied with watching a few girls fighting over the cloak Lockhart just threw in their direction. How can someone be so… strange?

Lockhart and Snape began demonstrating how to duel. It didn't surprise me that the fair haired teacher hit the ground immediately after the start. I started to like Snape more now.

Some other students were allowed to try. Harry persuaded me to duel him, but when we asked, Snape said it was unfair if Harry dueled a girl. There goes the tiny bit I had liked him more.

"May I recommend someone from my house… Malfoy, maybe?" Of course it wasn't a question and soon Draco and Harry were standing face to face. I couldn't understand what they were whispering, but both were throwing short glances in my direction. Ugh, this wouldn't end well, I just knew it…

They started their duel. Instead of simple disarming spells, they used real hard spells for fighting and more than once the crowd flinched after one of them hit the mats hard.

"Serpensortia!" Suddenly a snake came out of Draco's wand, making everyone take a step back from the stage Harry and Draco were fighting on. From a few of my books I knew it was a poisonous one. Neither Snape nor Lockhart was doing something to make her go away, when she slithered towards Justin.

Harry started talking to the snake in a strange language that I couldn't understand. And looking at the others, neither could they. The snake stared at Harry, before turning back to Justin and showing her long teeth, preparing to attack.

Snape made her vanish with his wand and we all looked at Harry. It really seemed as if he told the snake to attack the Hufflepuff boy. The class was told to go, and I would've given everything to just talk to Harry right now… but I had the tutoring with Draco.

I went to the dorms first to get my book for potions and then I walked down and outside to the stone benches. Draco was already sitting there and rubbing his arms in order to get warm.

"Why did you want to study out here? It's freezing!" What a nice greeting…

"I think it's perfectly fine. Besides… fresh air is good for the brain." He frowned and I think he tried to glare at me, but with his teeth clattering it didn't look too intimidating. I sat down and opened up my book.

"Where do we start?" I asked him neutrally.

"Chapter 2. The first is just a revising of the last year." I nodded and searched for the right page, trying to suppress a smirk when he breathed into his cupped hands to warm them.

"Are you not cold?" I blinked. "No, why?" He just rolled his eyes and started explaining one of the passages in the books. Despite the fact he was cold, he really did a good job. If I read the chapter on my own, I wouldn't have understood anything.

When we had finished the first two pages, he looked at me.

"So… about last time… I…" I interrupted him.

"No. I don't want to hear it. Just leave it be, okay?"

"But I can explain, Elsa…" I just shook my head.

"I believe in second chances, Draco. I forgave you once and I won't be doing it a second time. I'm tired of your empty promises." I was expecting him to start to beg or sulk, but not that he was about to cry. We were alone outside, so no one was seeing it. My eyes widened when I saw his eyes water. What the…?

"You have no idea what I'm going through! Now that father's here once a week I have to work twice as hard to make him proud! You should see the look in his eyes when I get a grade that's not the best or how I tried to be nice once to a boy from Hufflepuff! Every day he tells me to show the world that's the best and I have to act like a real Malfoy if I don't want to bring shame on the name!"

He rambled on about how strict his father was and everything that was expected from him. He had blinked the tears away and was standing now, kicking snow around.

"… and the worst thing is Potter! He denied my friendship straight off! I know he didn't like how I was talking about that Weasel, but I was taught so! I was raised to hate muggle borns and half-bloods and wizards who don't know how to act like ones! How should I know there are nice ones too?! I was told they're dumb and reckless and smelly and all… and then I met you…" His voice grew soft as he looked at me.

"The first time I saw you, I had a feeling you were pure blooded. You just had to be. Father wouldn't allow anything else. I learned to like you really much and you showed me that half-bloods and muggle borns aren't that bad and that being superior isn't important. You made me stop and think about things I haven't thought of before… And then you yell at me because I was jealous."

I frowned.

"You were mad at me because I showed that I have feelings for you. You told me you'd need time on your own, and then you go and spend time with Potter! Even holding his hand!" I almost gasped, but succeeded in hiding my surprise that he saw me and Harry and kept on a straight face.

"Do you have any idea how angry I was then? I felt sad, hurt and betrayed! You push me aside to be with the oh-so-great Harry Potter, the savior!" I stood now too, book still in my hands.

"I didn't push you aside! Do YOU have any idea how I was feeling when Harry and Ron came up to me in front of everyone and asked me about the small kiss? That I learned Ron liked me too? I needed some space, some time to think things through. Everything seemed so unreal, I felt like I was losing the ground beneath my feet! Just because you had to "brag" about a small kiss to the cheek. I knew if I told you about my feelings you would've gone all mad again at Ron and I certainly didn't want that. Harry had followed me and managed to make me laugh again. He was a friend when I needed one, not a puppy that's craving attention!" Okay, maybe the last one was a little harsh, but it was true.

He narrowed his eyes at me and came closer, but I didn't move. I was not going to run away and hide anymore.

"You think I'm craving attention?" His voice was quiet… more like a hiss.

"All I did was trying to show you my good side. For you I fucking apologized to a few pricks I bullied before. For you I at least tried to get along with Potter and the Weasel. For you I lied to my own father." My stern gaze almost faltered.

"Yes, I wanted attention. Your attention. I wanted to impress you, hell, even now I still want to impress you. Why do you think I wanted to duel Potter? Why do I still want to tutor you, even though you made it clear you are mad as hell at me? Because I like you. Fuck, even if I'm only twelve years old, I'd even say I kinda fell for you..."

I was sure my heart stopped beating then. He fell for me? Was he nuts? He… He can't just be so mean all the time and then open his heart up to me. Not when I'm so mad at him, not when I'm not even sure about my own feelings, not right now.

"D-Draco…" I looked down to my feet, not knowing what to say or do. I know I liked Draco too, but there were so many other things I had to worry about first.

There was studying for classes, trying to hide my powers that were growing stronger, a monster from a secret chamber petrifying students and… and I have to admit there was Harry. I know that I liked him too. There was just something special between us. But Draco and I had this special something too. Why was everything so complicated?

I felt a hand on my chin that made me look into his face.

"I know you're not sure about everything. I know you're confused. I'll give you the space and the time you need to figure everything out. Take your time…" I blinked at those words. His voice was only a whisper, but in my head it was like he was screaming. His silver eyes were showing pure determination then.

"… but always remember… You won't get rid of me completely. I won't just sit back and watch Potter take what should be mine. I will try to win you over."

I couldn't even breathe. He was completely serious. His hand was caressing my cheek now and he bent down a little to kiss my forehead.

"… And that's a promise." With that, he let go of me and just walked back into the castle. I stood there like an idiot. I couldn't move. When I finally awoke from my daze I looked down at my potions book. It was completely frozen.

XxxxxFROZENxHPxxxxXxxxxLINEBREAKxxxxX

The week after the incident outside was kinda… awkward. Draco wasn't trying to talk to me 24/7, he just watched me from afar. When we were in class together, he made sure he was sitting next to me, especially when Harry was sitting on my other side. Then he was quiet for the whole class and just smiled at me from time to time.

I didn't find much more information about the spirits and the elementals than what I already knew, and it was making me furious. I haven't dreamt anything like that again and started to believe it was just a really crazy coincidence.

I had just told Ron, Harry and Hermione that Draco and I have talked things out and that he and I were friends again. They weren't really all too happy, but they didn't say anything. Hermione even said I could try to talk to him about the heir of Slytherin stuff, but I denied. We just recovered from an argument, I didn't want to start another.

Ever since dueling club everyone thought Harry was the heir of Slytherin, because he can speak with snakes. That was a rare gift, and the only other known wizards that had it were Salazar Slytherin… and Lord Voldemort.

We were on our way to Herbology, only to find it was cancelled. Professor Sprout had to take care of the mandrakes to heal Mrs. Norris and Collin Creevey. We turned around to leave when Harry stated he wanted to go talk to Hagrid about something.

Since Ron was hungry, Hermione went with him to the great hall for food and I stayed with Harry and Hagrid. Apparently the school's roosters were killed mysteriously. Hagrid seemed to be pretty worried about the whole Chamber of Secrets thing and didn't want to tell us too much. He only told us to be careful.

When Harry and I went back to the castle, he started a conversation.

"So… you and Malfoy are friends again?" I frowned at the emphasis on the word 'friends', but nodded.

"Yes. He… he explained to me why he was so mean all the time. It's because of his father." Harry seemed to doubt the reason, but he just shrugged.

"He seems to really like you." I blushed a little. So that's what he was going for.

"I guess." He stopped walking and turned to me, too shy to look into my eyes.

"Do you like him too?" I blinked, not sure how to answer honestly. Harry seemed to be disappointed I was friends with Draco again and he was even unhappier that he liked me.

"I'm not sure." I said truthfully. "I need to figure things out first." Harry looked up at me with… hope in his eyes?

"So I… I mean… you..." he blushed brightly and started stuttering. Was he trying to ask if he had a chance? "Uh… you know what?... Forget it, it was dumb!" He said quickly and grabbed my hand, pulling me faster towards the castle.

I grinned at his shyness and followed him. We were laughing by the time we were walking the hallways to the great hall.

The laughter started abruptly when we rounded a corner. The nearly headless Nick was in the middle of the hallway, not moving. He was black and looked… dead.

On the ground next to him was that boy from Hufflepuff… Justin. He was petrified too. I gasped as Harry bent down to look at him and as if fate was trying to make the disaster perfect some other Hufflepuffs came around, seeing Harry over the unmoving Justin.

Of course they assumed they caught him red-handed and he was going to get into trouble now…

XxxxxFROZENxHPxxxxXxxxxLINEBREAKxxxxX

It turned out he wasn't in trouble. Hagrid and I were his alibi, but that wasn't even necessary. Professor Dumbledore didn't believe Harry would do such a thing.

However, the rest of the school had another opinion. They were sure now he was the heir of Slytherin, and the worst part was, we had no proof. At least not till a few days after Christmas.

The potion was ready, I managed to get some hair from Pansy by telling her how beautiful it was and was asking if I could touch it to feel how soft it was. That girl was an open book, just like Anna. Just a few nice words and she's letting you do everything you want.

Hermione gathered some hair from Millicent Bulstrode's robes and Crabbe and Goyle were put to sleep by some very effective sleeping pills stuffed into chocolate cakes.

Hermione also managed to get us some Slytherin robes as a disguise. The real Pansy and Millicent were in detention with Professor Sinistra, our Astronomy teacher, so we had enough time to act our plan out.

We filled cups with the icky looking potion and put the hair into it. We gulped it down and I felt like I was going to get sick. The taste was horrible! But it wasn't the worst part… soon everything started itching and when I looked into one of the mirrors, Pansy Parkinson was looking back at me in shock. I touched the hair, the face, everything. It really worked…

I had to laugh when I saw Harry…erm… Goyle standing there with the glasses. I told him to take them off and soon "Crabbe" came out too. Only Hermione was left.

She told us to go ahead, she wouldn't come with us. First we didn't want to leave, but she persisted, so we decided to just go.

The only lead we had were the dungeons, so we went there first.

"Or maybe he's searching all around Hogwarts to find Elsa…" Ron's joke got him a smack on the arm from both me and Harry.

"What are you doing in the hallways down here?!" We all turned around wide eyed when Percy came up to us.

We were starting to babble around for anything that might help, when Draco showed up and told Percy to piss off. We followed him to the Slytherin's common room. I couldn't even remember the password, but it had something to do with dragons I think…

The common room looked everything else than warm. The fire in the fireplace was greenly and the walls were cold stone. Draco sat down on one of the couches and when Harry and Ron sat down on the opposite one, I was left to sit next to Draco.

I didn't know much about Pansy, but I knew she was the touchy kind of type. I saw her touching every boy of Slytherin like a… excuse me, princesses are not allowed to say things like these.

So while Harry and Ron were trying to get something out of Draco, I was trying to act like Pansy and rubbed his shoulder as if I was giving him a massage. He didn't object. He told us he didn't know who the heir is and who had opened the chamber of secrets. All he knew was that it had been opened 50 years ago and then a muggle born died.

"I hope it's Granger- OW!" Ooops, seems like I pinched his shoulder.

"I'm sorry Drakey!" I imitated Pansy best I could and he rolled his eyes and rubbed his shoulder.

"What are you even doing here?! Aren't you supposed to be in detention?!" I shook my head and blinked.

"Wasn't in the mood for it." Was all I could say, when he narrowed his eyes and came closer, looking at my hair.

"Since when do you have blond strands?" I can't even describe how I felt then. I got up quickly about the same time Ron and Harry did. They ran by and pulled me with them, which wasn't necessary since I was running like the devil was chasing me.

By the time we reached the bathroom, we were turned back to our selves. While Harry and Ron tried to talk to Hermione I changed back into my own robes. When they opened the door to the stall Hermione had locked herself in, we all were shocked… she looked like a cat! Apparently the hair she gathered from the robe was from a cat…

We brought her to the infirmary. Well, at least we knew now that Draco's not the heir…

XxxxxFROZENxHPxxxxX

Another chapter done! Sorry for those who wanted Draco to spill his feelings at the polyjuice potion scene, but somehow the whole feelings-stuff fit better the place it is now… ah well. Tell me what you think!

See ya next time! BYE!
