Hey guys! This a quick author's note that I really need you to read! I'm thinking about creating another story, but I have no idea if I should do it or not! I was thinking about writing a naruto fanfic where its pre-shippuden and before sasuke leaves team kakashi. it's OC!Reader x sasuke and I need an honest opinion from you guys if I should write it or not. Here's a what I have so far!

Chapter 1: The very beginning.

No one's Pov

There is a long lost legend that shall be unveiled from it's 300 year slumber. The legend states that a frail child was born and given an enormous amount of chakra could either destroy the leaf village or guide it to it's future. Seen as a threat she was poisoned by her own family, but because of her immense chakra its' only effect was a long slumber. Today is the day the child shall awaken and everyone in the village murmurs about her awakening.

"I heard that she'll be a beautiful girl but a deadly monster on the inside!" A father says in a mater-of-fact tone.

"I heard that there's a demon trapped in her body!" Another mother proclaims.

"I wonder what she'll look like?" A girl says with curiosity.

"I bet you she has claws! With fangs too!" Another girl snickered.

The hokage herself hears all of these rumors everyday from her fellow comrades and every citizen in konoha she passes by.

"Tsu-Tsunade-sama?" Her short haired asks timidly.

"What?" She hisses out

"We need to assign a team to watch over the girl when she wakes up." she squeaks out

"How about team gai?"

"His team is off on a mission along with the other rookie teams besides-"

"Team Kakashi. Figures as much that they're the only team that's not on a mission!" She sighs in frustration while rubbing her temples.

"Alright, bring them in. They're probably out training in their usual spot." Tsunade waves her off as a sign off dismissal and returns to her large stack of paperwork.

Sakura's Pov

"NARUTO YOU IDIOT!" I shrill as I punched him again for the 12th time today.

"EH! WHAT DID I DO THIS TIME!" The blonde headed idiot shouted as he rubbed his head.

"All because of you an your stupid ramen break we'll be late!" I huffed out.

"Shut up." Sasuke says under his breath in annoyance.

The team of three finally makes it over to the hokage's office just to be greeted by a not so happy Tsunade.

"You're all late."

"Tsu-" Naruto is cut off by a glare or two.

"Now the mission is to retrieve a girl from one of our fire palaces. As soon as she is ready and packed she is to come straight here to our village. Got it?"

"Where will she be staying?" Kakashi asks out of curiosity

"Hmm now that i think about it." The sandy-blonde haired hokage bites her thumb in thought.

"She can stay with me." Sasuke says in a stoic tone.

"Sasuke-kun? Why would you want that?" Sakura says full of confusion at his choice.

"It'd be nice to not be alone in that giant compound." He says truthfully

"Thank you Sasuke, I'll tell her guards immediately." Tsunade quickly writes off a letter and hands it to Shizune," Alright go ahead and retrieve her. You won't need to pack that much since she's close to our borders. Dismissed."

The team of three along with their leader leave the hokage's tower and walk home in order to pack.
