Hey guys I'm sorry it took so long since I updated.
Here is chapter 13

Warning: There are some scenes that might make some stomachs turn. (If you don't like people stabbing others.)
"Alfred, have you seen Damian?" Bruce asked. "No sir." Alfred replied. Barbara came in to the kitchen and said, "He's not with Eli or in his room." Bruce went in to the cave with Barbara and Alfred following close behind him.
"Computer, show me the last usage." "Searching… A video." The computer replied. "Play the video." Bruce said.
It was Slade Wilson… "Where ever you are Damian I hope you are watching this… I have your mother, if you want to see her alive again, meet me tonight at amusement park at midnight. Come alone." And the video ended. Bruce glanced at his watch and it was quarter to twelve. "Barbara, suit up." Bruce said as he walked up to the Batsuit. "Bruce, Robin's outfit is missing…" Barbara said. "Hurry." Bruce said.
"Alfred, look after Eli." Barbara said. "You don't even have to tell me once." Alfred replied.
Damian kneeled on the highest cart of the Farris wheel. The town hall clock struck midnight and he jumped down and went in to the middle of the car park. "You made it." Slade's voice called out. Damian swung around and saw the man who killed his grandfather. "Where's my mother?" Damian asked with a growl. "I lied, she escaped, and I made that video saying that I have your mother so I could get your attention." Slade replied. "DIE!" Damian screamed and lunged for Slade. But he was pushed back and his mother stood in front of him. "Are you alright Damian?" She asked glancing at him over her shoulder. "Yes mother, I'm fine. Are you alright?" Damian asked. "I'm fine son. Now stay back. Don't interfere no matter what." Talia ordered and lunged for Slade.
Their swords clinked together when Slade blocked her attack. Damian wanted to join and help his mother but she ordered him to stay away. "Your weak, your no match against me." Slade growled in Talia's face. Talia pushed him away and jumped to get a few feet from him so she could compose herself. "Damian, get your father." Talia ordered. "But mother…" "NOW DAMIAN!" Talia screamed. Damian swung around and ran for it. He could hear swords bashing together and moans and groans and grunts. Damian ran down the street ignoring the people whispering. "It's Robin. If Robin is here then that means Batman and Batgirl are nearby." One woman said. Damian ran on until he saw a black flash fly past. He stopped and so did the Batmobile. Damian ran over to it just as Batman opened the top. Damian jumped in the top closed. Damian noticed that Batgirl wasn't in the car. "Where is Batgirl?" He asked. Damian had grown to like Batgirl aka Barbara. She was smart, funny and beautiful. And she wasn't afraid to question Batman. Damian could see why his father loved her. "Batgirl is nearby." Batman replied.
They made it to the amusement park and Damian jumped out of the Batmobile and ran back to the fight with Batman behind him. Damian watched as his mother was thrown on to her back and Slade stabbed her in the belly. "NOO!" Damian screamed. Damian clenched his hands and he shook with anger. "You're going to pay for this!" Damian yelled and leaped in the air and drew out his sword. Slade grinned and also leaped in to the air. Their swords banged together as they tried to cut each other in half. Damian ran for him this time and he slid under Slade's legs.
Damian saw Batgirl run over to his mother to check if she was still alive. She then pulled her cape off and scrunch it up to pressed it against the wound. Barbara looked up and caught his eye, the look she was giving him was telling him that his mother wasn't going to make it... Father has to be nearby… Damian thought as he looked around. "Aww, looking for daddy? What's he going to do? If your mother can't beat me than your father won't be able to." Slade sneered. "You know, someone once that being over confident in yourself could lead to your down fall." Damian said. "Who is your father, what is he called?" Slade ignored Damian's last comment. Damian didn't reply to his question, instead he just grinned.
Batman had snuck up behind Slade without him knowing. "They call me Batman." Batman replied to Slade's question. Slade swung his sword around at Batman who easily ducked. Domain smiled at his father. He was proud to be the eldest son of Batman aka Bruce Wayne. Bruce gave him a childhood. All the months he stayed with Bruce the more he loved his family. Bruce, Alfred, Barbara and her father, and Eli. I need to tell them all that… Damian thought. But then Damian snapped back to reality and watched his father kick the sword out of Slade's hand and then kick him in the face. Slade was on the ground holding his cheek. When he looked up he saw a big giant bat coming towards him in the air. He was grabbed by the collar of his shirt and Batman thrust his face in to Slade's. Stay away from my son. Or I'll have the whole Justice League on you like a tonne of bricks." Batman growled in his most aggressive growl.
"Who's going to stop me from taking over the League off Assassins huh? You and your twerp over there?" Slade sneered again and Batman punched him so hard Slade flew in to a brick wall. "We can stop you." Superman's voice came from above. Damian looked up and saw Superman and Wonder Woman and Green Lantern floating right above him. "Superman, Wonder Woman, take Batgirl and Damian's mother who is injured, to the Batcave." Batman said, never talking his eyes off Slade. "I can handle this." He added. Superman and Wonder Woman and Green Lantern didn't argue with him they found Batgirl and Damian's mother and they took them both to the Batcave.
Slade used the opportunity to get up and take a swing at Batman with a crowbar he found and whacked Batman over the head, hard enough to knock the Dark Knight out. Damian watched as his father went down. He already saw his mother get killed by this man, he wasn't going to stand by and watch Slade kill his father… Damian ran towards Slade and plunged his sword in to Slade's stomach all the way to the hilt. The sword came out the other end. Slade dropped the crowbar that he held over his head and coughed and some blood came out. Damian could see the life draining out of his eyes. Slade looked at him and Damian said, "That was for my family." And with that Damian kicked Slade in the head, knocking him down.
Batman woke up to Damian shaking a minute later. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to kill him. He was hurting you." Damian said when Batman took him in his arms. "I know, son. He would have kill anyone who got in his way." Batman said in a gentle voice. "Come on. We better get out of here."
Talia was awake and waiting for her son to arrive. Just then the Batmobile came in and Damian jumped out and he raced over to her. Talia hugged her son as tightly as she could without opening any stitches. She was lucky, the sword missed the vital organs. Alfred stitched her up. She only needed stitches on the outside. "You're alive." Damian said in happiness. "It's all because of Batgirl. She didn't give up on me." Talia said when Damian pulled away. Damian went over to Batgirl who was in Batman's arms, and wrapped his arms around her. "Thank you for not giving up." He whispered in her waist. Batgirl bent down and wrapped her arms around him and squeezed him in reply.
Talia rested in the manor while she recovered from the wound. And when she was fully recovered she was going back to the League of Assassins. Bruce, Barbara and Damian followed her. Talia turned to face Damian and said, "It's time to go Damian." "No." He replied. This is the first time he refused his mother. "What?" Talia asked confused. "I want to stay here with father. He has so much to teach me. And I want to be there for Eli. Protect him for anything or anyone who threatens him." Damian explained. Talia was about to protest but she closed her mouth when she saw the expression on Bruce's face. He wants Damian here. Talia knelt down to her son's height and said, "You be a good by now. Listen to your father and Barbara." "Yes mother, I will." Talia smiled and gave him a small hug and then with a nod to Bruce and Barbara she left.
When she was gone they went back inside. Alfred cooked up a big feast in celebration of Damian staying. Bruce held up his glass of water and said, "Here's to the new Robin." Damian's head snapped up in surprise. Bruce grinned at him
Later that night with Nightwing on patrol Bruce and Barbara settled Eli for the night and then wondered of to bed themselves. Barbara was on her laptop finishing an assignment for UNI and Bruce was reading when there was a knock on the door. "Come in." Bruce said and Damian came in. "What is it Damian, are you alright?" Bruce asked in concern. "I'm fine…" Damian replied. "We thought you were asleep…" Barbara said. "I'm sorry for everything…" Damian said. "Sorry for what?" Bruce asked. "I'm sorry for being cold to you and everyone else… I like Alfred, Barbara…" Barbara smiled warmly at him. "And I love Eli." Damian finished. Bruce grinned at him and got out of bed and went over to him.
He knelt down and opened his arms out and Damian leaped in to them. "Welcome to the family Damian Wayne." Bruce whispered. Damian clutched on to his father in tighter. "Can I sleep in Eli's room tonight?" He asked when he and Bruce pulled apart. "Of course, but don't wake him up." Barbara replied and Damian ran out the room.
Bruce stood up and turned towards the bed and saw Batgirl not Barbara. "Hey." He said. Barbara/Batgirl looked up at him. "What?" She asked confused. "Put the laptop away." He said and she did she saved her work and turned the computer off and placed it on the bedside table. She looked up at Bruce who stood at the foot of the bed. "What is it?" "When you are in my bedroom and in my bed you are not Batgirl, you are Barbara Gordon." Bruce said as he crawled up to her. "You are a mother, step mother, girlfriend and soon to be wife…" He whispered the last part on her mouth. Barbara pulled away in surprise. "Soon to be what?" She asked, flabbergasted. Bruce settled his weight on hers so she couldn't escape. "Barbara Gordon, will you marry me?" Barbara stared at the man on top of her for a moment. Then she said...
"Yes." Bruce leaned down and kissed her hard and passionate. Barbara glanced out of the window and saw the Batsignal. "Bruce, the city is calling for its hero." She whispered against his mouth. Bruce gave her one last kiss and growled, "To be continued."
Barbara grinned at him and said, "Can't wait."
Okay, I'm going to leave it there for now.
