Sai looked at Naruto confused. "What do you need to tell me?"

"It's about Minato. Pervy Sage made a seal so it won't happen that often. But sometimes because of his fast development he can turn into a teenager and he's really unpredictable. It only happens at night though and we really don't know what to expect from him. So we should go check on Sasuke and Shikamaru," Naruto said looking at Sai. He nodded and they dressed.

"Put me down already!" Shikamaru yelled as Minato carried him who knows where. Suddenly Minato stopped and dropped Shikamaru onto the ground. "Ouch."

"Well, you said to put you down, so I did. Now Shikamaru, I like you a lot and I get what I want. You get my drift?" he asked leaning towards Shikamaru. He groaned as his nose was head butted by Shikamaru. The lazy man kicked him off and ran as fast as he could. Shikamaru stopped as he heard whispering and shushing. He jumped at the people responsible and sighed as he found Naruto and Sai.

"Shikamaru! Don't jump out of freakin' nowhere at us. You almost gave me a heart attack," Naruto said shaking. Sai looked at the two then frowned as he looked up. The other two noticed the look of mixed emotions on Sai's face and looked where he was looking. They both gasped as they saw Minato standing in front of them. "Minato."

"Hey ma. So this is my dad. He's a little different than I expected. But, that doesn't matter. What are you doing here?" Minato said looking at his "mom". Naruto growled as his son looked at him sneering. Naruto gasped as he felt someone hiding behind him. He looked back and growled again as Shikamaru cowered behind him from Minato.

"What did you do to Shikamaru Minato?" Naruto asked angrily. His son stayed quiet but frowned. "Minato, answer me."

"Fine. I like him so I took him. But don't worry, I didn't do anything to him," Minato said annoyed. Naruto glared at his son as Shikamaru trembled behind him. "Sadly, I'm going to have to stop aren't I?"

"Yes, you are," Sasuke said behind Minato. Naruto looked at Sasuke in surprise. Sasuke put a kunai to Minato's throat. "If you go near Shikamaru, I'll have no choice but to hurt you. Seeing as you're Naruto's son, I'd prefer not to hurt you."

"If that's so, then you shouldn't threaten someone, unless you're prepared to hurt or kill them," Minato said kicking Sasuke away. Naruto watched his friend hit a tree. Shikamaru ran and caught him. Naruto tackled his son before he could move. "Sorry ma."

"What?" Naruto asked as he felt Minato start to push a kunai into his stomach. He jumped back before it was too deep. Naruto looked where Sasuke had been but he was gone. Naruto screamed as a sword blade came through Minato's shoulder. "SASUKE WHAT THE FUCK!?"

"Who said I wasn't prepared to hurt you?" Sasuke whispered to Minato as he knelt in pain. Naruto ran forward, shoved Sasuke away, and hugged Minato holding the hole from the sword. "Naruto what are you doing?"

"What does it look like? My child's injured," Naruto replied as tears streamed down his cheeks. Sasuke looked at Naruto angrily. "Don't glare at me. Minato may look like this right now, but he's still only a ten year old. He doesn't deserve to loose his arm this early."

"Wait, you mean he was telling the truth about the development. This happens when ever?" Sasuke asked. Naruto growled as he glared.

"No. It happens rarely. We still don't know what causes it completely. But we think it happens if he develops a crush on someone or he likes something so much he doesn't want to loose it," Naruto said as he hugged Minato closer. Naruto turned as someone landed behind him. He yelped as they punched him away from Minato. "What the hell?!"

"So this is the brat of the jinchuriki and Sai hmmm? Well, I suppose I shall dispose of him now," an elderly voice said. Naruto looked up angrily to see Danzo holding Minato by the throat. He shook his head as Danzo dropped him and pulled out a sword. Naruto jumped up and ran at Danzo. He screamed as he was pinned to a tree with the sword through his arm. Danzo looked at him. "I'll deal with you later. First your son, then you, then Sai."

"No! Leave him alone! He has nothing to do with this. No one knows about him. None of the villages know about Minato. Please don't kill my son. Not my son. Please," Naruto begged as he sobbed. Danzo scoffed and turned back to Minato. He pulled out a kunai and stabbed the boy. His eye widened as he saw the kunai through someone's hand. "Iruka sensei!"

"You, why?" Danzo asked looking as Iruka. The scarred teacher shook his head.

"Naruto is precious to me. So I should also think his child is precious as well. Itachi take him to the hospital please," Iruka said holding up Minato. Naruto gasped as Itachi stepped out and took his son. "As for you Lord Danzo, Lady Hokage should be here soon."

"Damn you," Danzo said angrily. He quickly let go of the kunai and turned. He quickly grabbed Naruto and jumped away. The others ran after him and Naruto. Everyone stopped as they heard a loud noise like that of an injured or dying animal. Everyone ran to see what happened. They stopped dumbfounded as they saw Danzo unconscious on the ground. Naruto was curled in a ball a foot away.

"Naruto, what happened?" Iruka asked picking up Naruto gently. The blonde looked at his old teacher and smiled.

"He grabbed me and started to jump but he forgot how old he was and his hip gave out. He tripped, fell, and hit his head on the tree. So he knocked himself out," Naruto explained with a stupid grin. Sasuke sighed in relief as he looked at his best friend. "Is Minato at the hospital?"

"Yes, we can go if you want," Iruka answered. Naruto nodded and they left to the hospital. Naruto frowned as he was taken to be healed rather than see his son. After that the group found Minato's room and went. Naruto smiled as he saw his small son again.

"Can this not happen again?" Shikamaru asked rubbing the back of his neck nervously. Naruto laughed and sat next to his son. He sighed sadly as he looked at the bandages going around the small arm. Everybody stepped back as Minato made a small noise.

"Hey kiddo how are you?" Naruto asked as Minato's eyes opened.

"M-ma? What happened? Why are we in the hospital?" Minato asked panicking. Naruto stroked his cheek shushing him.

"It's okay. Every thing will be fine," Naruto said hugging his son. He leaned down and kissed Minato's forehead. The small child moved and his eyes fluttered to stay open. "Hey, it's okay. You don't have to stay awake. You can sleep."

"Okay," Minato said closing his eyes. Naruto smiled as Minato's breath instantly lengthened and deepened showing he was asleep. Naruto turned to the others.

"Don't hurt Minato. If you do and I know who it was I will never forgive you," Naruto said angrily with thin lines of tears running down his face. "I love him and Sai more than anything. If anything happened to them I would never forgive myself. So don't touch them if you mean to hurt them. Is that understood?"

"Yup, crystal clear," Shikamaru answered. Naruto nodded and hugged his son. Everyone shortly left leaving Naruto with Minato.

"I love you Minato. Never forget that," Naruto whispered. He kissed his son's nose and left.
