Chapter 13

A/N: Ready for some action? I present Chapter 13! I really don't have much to say but thank you everyone for the reviews and follows so far! I want to say I'm half way done, but I don't know! Anyways enjoy!

Gohan was livid, to say the least. He knew exactly what happened. Videl's memories were altered. He went straight to his father.

"What the hell, dad?!" Gohan yelled.

"What, son?" He replied.

"I know what you did. Why did Videl's memory get altered?"

"She's a Satan, I had to. If was any other different girl, I wouldn't bother. I had to do some research. She said her father was a world champ. My memory became a little fuzzy from being dead for a bit... but her father is Hercule, the one who took credit for your doing. We don't mind that he did that. Not at all. Her daughter though seems smart. It wouldn't take her long to put the pieces together, and find out the truth. I'm not risking your peace, nor Goten's."

"I understand, father, but I just had this feeling... I could trust her..."

"She seems nice, but she's... she's just not ready to understand what we can do."

"Alright. I understand." Gohan said. He still wasn't happy, but he would have to get over it... for now.

"Good, now let's take some time to check up on Toto's egg while Tien is here!"

Night time finally approached. The students gathered around the campfire that was set up by Sharpner. He was actually happy that he accomplished something. Goku, Tien, Daiki, Gohan, Goten, Launch, Lime, and Chi Chi were in front of the fire all looking at the students.

"It's officially night time everyone and that means... It's night time hunting!" Goku said excitedly. "Everyone meet Launch! She will show you how make your weapons and show you what to hunt."

"Hi everyone! I'm Launch. I'm also Daiki's mother, which makes Tien my husband. I've lived all around the world, so yes, I do know how to hunt. Any questions before we get started?"

"None? First of all, we won't be hunting the dinosaurs, they are not tasty, nor any threat. They are friends. We will not kill the deer, rabbits, or the foxes. We are hunting boars. There is an over abundance and about far the easiest to hunt. That's all that will be hunted. I will need everyone to get into groups of six. I don't have enough hunting knives to go around. Normally when stranded most people don't have a pocket knife on them, but I however, always come prepared. I'm not saying go out and get a knife and keep it on you... I'm saying it's always good to be prepared. That also doesn't mean you go out looking for trouble. Chi Chi, Daiki, and Lime would you like to accompany me?"

Sure, mom, all of us will go." Daiki said. The three followed up front with Launch. The group of students followed behind leaving Goku, Tien, Gohan, and Goten to spread out in the woods to keep an eye on what's being hunted.

"Okay class, boars here travel in packs. They are not nice. So be on alert. I believe my husband taught you guys how to be calm in desperate situations. That will be put to the test. I'm not trying to sound harsh. That is not exactly me..." Launch said. She was refering to her other side at the time, but the students didn't need to know that... right?

She looked around and saw a bunch of hopeless, lost, and confused kids. She also saw a livid blue teacher, that wanted nothing more to do than put her and the kids in danger. Then Gohan scribbling notes down in his notepad about the ever color changing teacher.

"Okay now that everyone is in a group... I'll distribute the knives." Lime said handing each and group a knife. "Daiki, I want you to stick close to me. Gohan, Goku, Tien, Chi Chi, and Lime, I want you to join a group and form a bigger group and take them out to hunt after I demonstrated how to attack one of them. Make sure they don't cut themselves either... Those knives were sharpened last night..."

Videl was actually pretty excited to hunt. She wasn't going to lie, but she did do archery in her spare time. She figured why not try to hunt with a knife. She knew they weren't going to get any help from Erasa.. That was not her life, not in anyway possible. Neither Sharpner, believe it or not. His clothes were to dainty to have blood spilled upon them. Then she looked at the cheerleaders..eh.. rather Gohan's fan club at the moment. They were disgusted. They didn't even want to fish. She was surprised that they were surviving. Lime and Gohan approached Videls group among with two groups of the jocks.

"Lime and I will combine these three groups." Gohan said to Videl and her group. Videl wasn't arguing. She wanted Gohan to be close to her... Not that she cared if he was with another group...

"Okay, now that everyone is combined, let's go hunting!" Launch exclaimed.

The class followed Launch into the woods. They stood close to the guides since it was almost pitch black dark and no one could really see.

"Hey Vi?" Erasa whispered.

"What?" Videl asked.

"Since we can't see... now would be a good time to grab onto Gohan." Erasa whispered.

Videl blushed. There was no way she would even attempt to hold onto Gohan. Nope. Not a chance.

"Please, Erasa, I'm right here. She can hold on to me." Sharpner said clasping his hand on Videl's shoulder... the next thing Sharpner knew was his face met Videl's hand. A popping noise could be heard among the crowd.

"There was a bug." Videl simply said brushing off her hands and proceeded to move next to Lime.

Launch saw the small commotion and giggled. It brought her back to the time when her and Tien were dating. She slapped Tien so many times in her "bad form." That form doesn't slep Tien anymore... just chased him most of the time. She then looked at her son, Daiki, who watched Gohan scratch the back of his head nervously. She was happy to see that Daiki was such good friends with Gohan.

Daiki didn't feel right.. There was something wrong with the air... It was humid... no dry.. Yes, dry, a very dry breeze... He didn't like it, and just as he was about to tell his mother he was going to skip the excursion... Daiki sneezed...

Gohan paled...

Goku turned toward the direction...

Launch froze...

Tien froze...

Chi Chi paled...

Goten gulped...

and Lime... Well she proceeded her run to Daiki, which got the attention of Tien and Launch...

This is where I'll stop for now! Sorry I left it on a cliff! I'll try and update faster so I won't leave all of you waiting long...
