*Hello everyone, I'm not sure if I should ask this but can someone tell me how to get a good image for the cover of the story?, I'm not sure how to get one image without getting in any kind of problem with the author of the image so it would be a good help and also as I've always say, I'm going to complete this story so don't worry, this will not be an abandoned project, anyway, enjoy*
Chapter 13: a vision of destiny
(Cave of truth)
Ammy has been walking inside of the cave for quite some time but the cave was the same, then Ammy said to herself " this place is too weird, why this place even exist not even the gods know that answer" then she heard some voices, they were saying something about the end of the world and about a boy who were going to be fated to save us all for eternity, but Ammy wasn't able to hear anything but that, the rest was only whispers for her, even when she is a wolf, then suddenly in front of her was ball of light, she could feel that the voices were coming from there so she approached slowly to the sphere and then with her nose she touch it and the ball flashed a blinding light and then she found herself in a strange temple there were gathering in the middle of the place a lot of goddesses and gods, she then could recognize Shiranui's human form his hair was as long as Ammy's hair, his eyes were crimson and he was wearing a Japanese white armor with red marks, but they were the same pattern as Ammy's marks on her max power and he was talking with some young girls Shiranui then said "I'm afraid that the end of all worlds is at hand and there's nothing for us as gods to avoid that, it is the will of the destiny itself to destroy all life on every dimension and every universe in them not even I can do something to stop it since my death was prophesied only you can do something to stop this, it pains me to let a child of man to carry this burden but you must choose a mortal, a human to stop this since they are immune to that monster who can absorb the magic and energy from deities and mystic creatures, it's in your hands goddess of wisdom Nayru, goddess of power Din and goddess of courage Farore. Ammy could see them very clear, Nayru was a girl of blue long hair, sapphire blue eyes and her body looked like if she were at her fifteen years but if she's a goddess then she must really be a lot more older than that, then Din, she was a girl of red long hair, ruby red eyes she certainly was more developed than the other two and her skin was tanned, and then Farore, she was a girl with green short hair, emerald green eyes and she looked like the youngest of the trio, then Nayru said " it will be dangerous, even a bit selfish to rely on a human but if that's the only way then so be it, we already chose our hero, his name is Link, he will be the hero of hope and our last hope" , then Din said "but since he is only a human if he don't die in combat he will die with the time since his body is not immortal so we made his soul to reincarnate every hundred years after his death so he can protect us from the evil" Shiranui then asked " why a hundred years, we need him as soon as possible" then Farore said " because it would be dangerous for us and for himself if he discover the truth about his purpose so as a security measure his memories will be deleted from his soul every time he died so he won't remember anything and besides, nobody deserve to remember how you died in many times" then Ammy said to herself " so Link has been fighting since ancient times, but why is this cave showing me a memory of Shiranui" then she was again in the cave, Ammy still confused from what she saw started to walk , after awhile she heard some voices this time she could recognize the voices even though they were as low as a whisper, it were Link and Shadow Link's voices then a gray ball of light appeared, Ammy a bit hesitating touch the ball then she found herself in a strange place full of water, Ammy jumped scared but then she realized two things, now she was on her human form and the water was somehow acting as the floor since she was walking in water then she looked in front of her and saw a small isle and saw Link and Shadow Link on their human form talking or rather arguing she tried to call them but they didn't heard her then she got closer and then she heard what they were saying , Link said " wh-who are you?" then Shadow Link said " I'm the shadow of light and I'm the light of shadow, my name is Shadow Link I'm the hero of darkness and I'm afraid I cannot let you pass any further" then Link confused said " what?" and Shadow Link just said " if you value your life then turn back to where you came from and never come back, but if you truly want to keep going then prepare to be annihilated by my dark sword the Bloody Fang" and then he took his sword with his left hand and Link said " why are you helping that monster of Ganondorf, he is nothing but a murderer" then Shadow Link said " I'm not working for that scum, I'm just serving my own interests and so happens that I cannot afford to let you wander on your own because you will be a torn on my side if you keep going " then Link asked " tell me, why are you in here? If you're not working for Ganondorf then what's your goal?" then Shadow Link said "my goal is to become the new demon king and rule everything as I see fit, but for now I don't have the enough power to become invincible, so the only solution is to absorb as much dark energy as I can to get much stronger, the dark matter in my body is developing in every battle in every second making me stronger by moments but if I absorb the energy from that creature I'll be unstoppable" Link asking said " you want to absorb the energy form a specific creature?, what creature?" Shadow Link looked at Link a smirk on his face and said "it is prophesied that a monster, stronger than anything will come to our universe to take out all life on our planet but it will be easier to beat without a meddler like you getting in the way, so that's why I need you out of this or I'll have to take care of you right here, right now" Link sighted in disbelief of what was coming and then said " but you don't care about the people of this planet? Join me and let's finish Ganondorf's evil schemes" then Shadow Link said "the people? Their death is a acceptable casualty as long as I can achieve my mission nothing will matter" then Link took his sword and shield and said angry "how dare you! The life of every living thing is in stake and you say you would sacrifice innocents for your own selfish goals!?" then Shadow Link laughed and said " so what if I do that, are you planning to stop me with that puny power of yours? That sword is nothing but a piece of trash" Link angry said "we'll see that, I'll show you the real power of courage!" Shadow Link said "then let's end with this meaningless battle!" and in the moment they clashed their swords flashed alight and then Ammy was back on the cave, still in human form and confused about what she saw and said to herself "wait I though this cave was showing me memories but I wasn't there when they met so why I'm seeing this? And what is this creature that will bring end to all life?" then Ammy started to walk again when she saw a light blue sphere and then somehow she was getting a feeling of happiness coming from that sphere then Ammy touch it with her right hand and the ball flashed, when Ammy recovered from the flash she found herself in the roof of a some kind of fortress in the dessert, even though she heard that the dessert was in a constant sandstorm it was awfully clear even the sun visible even though it was setting and in front of her was Link then Link started to talk to her and said " Ammy I want you to know that no matter what can happen I'll be there for you so I want you to tell you this, I know that this shouldn't be hard to say but, when you're treated as monster without feelings for a long time it's hard to admit your own feelings but" then Link took from the pocket of his belt a necklace where the chain was made of silver and the gem was an emerald, and inside of the emerald was a strange symbol and Link said " that's the Kokiri symbol, I made this in the death mountain the first time I got there, I went to the Dodongo's cave and found some silver and that emerald and I made them into that as a gift for someone, I don't know why I did that back then since I didn't have anyone but now I now, because somehow in my heart I knew that you would appear so this is my gift to you because I love you Ammy and I always will" Ammy felt so happy that she didn't said anything and just nodded and in the moment that Link was going to put the necklace on her neck the gem flashed a green light and Ammy was again in the cave but in front of her was a red light and Ammy could feel a great sadness coming from that sphere and wondering why she touch the ball and it flashed a red Light then Ammy was in a floating rock full of debris then she saw at her sides, Link was on her left and Shadow Link was on her left and in front of them was a giant monster, it was like nothing has ever seen and the darkness was covering its face but suddenly a thunder flashed the whole area and then she saw it was some kind of pig with long fangs as a mammoth and had a red long hair its eyes were completely white as it that thing lost its mind, it had some kind of skirt or something covering his lower body but she could also see that it had hooves instead of feet and had a really long tail with the tip of a rainbow color and his fur was dark green and in both hands was carrying a pair of humongous swords with a golden shine on the blade, it roared and started the battle, after a while Shadow Link was trying to regenerate his body from the damage since he could no longer stand himself up and Ammy was in a corner with some debris on her avoiding to let her up and Link was in front of her fighting with the bow and arrows of light after losing the master sword but the creature was just deflecting the arrows with its swords and then Link was out of ammo, no more arrows, bombs, bombchus, deku nuts nor magic energy to cast a spell, then the monster started to get more aggressive and on its roaring Ammy could hear " I'm gonna kill you LLIINNKK!" and started to swing his swords against Link, he did all he could to protect himself but in the last blow the shield was split at half now Link was completely unarmed, he didn't have any ammo and his other weapons were broken then he charged with some golden gauntlets and started to hit the monster hard but the monster's hide was too tough and then the monster swung one of his large swords and cut off Link's right arm Link was kneeled by the pain and Ammy was horrified from the view, the one she loved was getting hurt and she wasn't able to do anything, even if this was an illusion she couldn't bear to do nothing to help, the monster did a vertical double slash but link rolled to the right and jumped to make a super punch on its ribs but the at the impact the gauntlet cracked and the creature hit him with the elbow Link was sent to fly near of the fire wall and the creature did a jump attack And cut off Link's left arm, Link let a scream out from the pain and his boots shined and some iron plates appeared and kicked the creature's face, the creature flinched and Link stand up and tried to keep fighting but soon Link got tired and the creature slashed Link's legs leaving a deep wound then slashed him in the ribs and stomach, Link wasn't able to move anymore, Ammy was yelling " LINK! RUN! YOU'RE NO MATCH FOR HIM!" but all what Link did was smile to her and whispered something and although he whispered she could hear "I'm sorry…" and then the creature Roared again and then did a vertical slash and then Ammy closed her eyes and heard the sword splitting his body at half and then she could hear a voice it was the voice of a young boy and it said "unfortunately this is what will happen if you keep going like that if he don't know his true power nor his source of power this destiny cannot be changed at all" Ammy was crying a bit but she managed to keep herself together and asked " who are you, how do you know all this?" then she saw in front of her a young boy of silver short hair wearing a white shirt and blue pants and he said " this is nothing but one of the many possible futures, there are others were you don't even come to this land, or others where your love can blossom, this is just a simple warning if you can't develop the real potential of your hero now the rest is up to you" Ammy then asked "who-who are you?" the young boy just chuckled a bit and said " let's just say… a friend of your boyfriend" then he raised his right hand and a ball of light appeared and floated just in front of Ammy and Ammy asked "what's this… w-wait, in my visions I saw they were talking about a monster that monster would try to wipe out the life in every star what is it? And is that monster who were going to kill Link?" then the boy said " all I can say now is that creature who killed him is not the real enemy that creature is far more powerful than you can even imagine this is the reason of why he was chosen and now you have the task to help him to grow stronger and keep him under control, now touch the sphere of light and you'll be out of the cave" then Ammy nodded, she knew that she won't be receiving any other response to her questions from him even when is obvious that he is hiding more than he said he knows so she touch the light sphere and when she realized she was out of the cave in front of her were Shadow Link and his brother on their wolf form and Navi and Issun were there too she could hear Issun said to Link " I tell ya, that cave is just too long but nothing special I didn't see anything but rocks" and Link said " that wasn't my case" and Shadow Link answered " me neither" and then Navi said " then why I didn't see anything either?" and then Ammy walked near of them and said " maybe the cave decides what to show and who is showing those visions" and then Link said " Ammy, are you alright? Why are you crying? " then Ammy just moved her head and said "nothing, I'm just glad to see you again "and then she rubbing herself in Link's body crying a bit more, Link asked " Ammy what's wrong what happened to you why are you crying?" and then Ammy just attached herself more tightly to Link's fur and said " nothing, nothing's wrong, I- I'm just happy to see you again" Link was very confused but then Kabegami said " Mother Amaterasu is right, for some reason this cave only shows a vision to those who it wish to let them know what is in their heart and what is their future this is why it's called the cave of truth, but even though no one knows it origin" and Shadow Link said " it's getting late we should rest tonight" then Kabegami said, luckily for you my hose is near from here you can come and stay tonight" then Shadow Link growled a bit and said " fine" Ammy who was still rubbing herself in Link's fur said " that would be splendid" and Link who started to rub himself in Ammy's fur said " why not?, we need to rest and relax a bit" and Issun said " well time to have a great nap" and looking at Navi said to her " hey, how 'bout sleeping together babe" and Navi blushing a bit and turning back said " sorry, but I sleep better alone" and Shadow Link said " yeah you can sleep I'll have to keep an eye open just in case" then the group headed to the east where Kabegami's house were to take a well earned rest after all the troubles they had in their journey.
