Who's ready for the final chapter? I am… sort of. I had a hard time trying to decide how I wanted this story to end, but after long nights and a lot of coffee, I'd say that this chapter is to the point where I would love to see it. Enjoy guys.
General POV
Waking up from their 'slumber' Jade, Cat, Trina and Tori were now all tied to chairs, each one of them in their own cages. I kid you not; they are in large metal cages. All four of them were positioned dead center, and left only in their undergarments.
"Oh no. I am not doing this!" The Goth yelled in frustration, thrashing in her chair. She continued thrashing and cursing for some time before Tori told her to just give up, and that it was useless. After five good minutes of muttered cursing and the occasional attempt to get loose of the ropes, Cat stands up and starts running around her cage. As Jade starts to say something, Crystal walks into the large room and walks over to Cat's cage.
"SIT!" She screamed, which resulted in the redhead yelping and running back to her chair.
"Leave her alone!" The older Vega shouted, trying to undo the ropes, but Crystal shot her a look of anger, which made her shut up… barely.
Tori's POV
I'm tired of this… I just want to go home. Not be tied to a chair inside of a metal dog cage! Honestly, what did we all do that was so bad that she has to torture us?
"Let us go." Cat whimpered. That was the first time I've seen her so… weak. I bit my lip to stop from saying something that would just get us into more trouble. She just laughed and looked over to the door.
"Oh Madi! Come in here and have a talk with our captives please!" She sing songed, as the doors opened and Madi stepped into the room. Yeah, I know I used to like her, and I still have a little feeling left for her, but I never would have thought she'd pair up with this bitch.
"Traitor!" Jade screamed, thrashing violently. I was about to tell her to stop when she just gave up and sighed deeply. This must be hopeless because Jade never gives up… like ever. I guess I was to the point where I knew none of us were going to get out of here alive.
"Madi, why don't you go have a little talk with Jade. I'll go and have a talk with Tori." She smiled evilly. Madi nodded and unhooked the cage door, walking towards Jade. There were curtains separating the four cages, and Crystal pulled them all down. I waited for the cage door to open, and when it did, I took a deep breath as she walked towards me.
"Well, well, well." She laughed lowly. "Look who it is. The whore who stole my girl." I gritted my teeth and turned away from her when she got in my face.
"Look at me when I'm talking to you!" She said firmly and slapped me. I let one single tear fall from my face. If I'm going to die, I'm going to go out fighting. I muster up the courage, turn to her and spit right in her face.
"Fuck you!" I yelled as her face turned red with rage. She raised her fist and knocked me right in the temple. I started seeing stars as I tried to focus my vision.
"Now. Since you decided to be difficult. I'm going to punish you. Understand?" She whispered in my ear, making me bite the inside of my cheek. I felt exposed with this gank basically eye fucking me in my underwear and bra. "Understand?"
"Whatever." I muttered back as she moved in front of me again. She slowly started dragging her hands up and down my thighs, making me flush with pure anger. Nobody touches me like that except my girlfriend. She smirked as she moved up to my ear, nipping it lightly.
"You are going to scream for me. Got it?" She whispered, pinching my inner thigh making me whimper. "Got it?" I nodded slowly. I closed my eyes as she moved her hands to my back, about to unclip my bra when I heard the metal door open. Crystal snapped her head around and gasped. I opened my eyes and smiled at my girlfriend standing in the doorway with Madi, Cat and Trina. They all stood their smirking before slowly walking towards Crystal, she screamed but was tackled by Jade, who pinned her to the ground.
"You little bitch. Don't you ever, and I mean ever. Touch, look,or even think about my girlfriend ever again." She spat before punching her, causing her to black out. I didn't know Jade had that much strength… and to be honest, it was hot.
"Damn." My sister stated with shock as Jade started to untie me. Once I was free, Madi led up to where Crystal had put our clothes. We got dressed and proceeded to walk down a long, white and narrow corridor. A man holding a pistol came walking casually around the corner; he gave us a quizzical look and raised his gun.
"Put that down, Idiot!" Madi ordered. "Can't you see I'm taking them to their death? Now, get out of our way." She finished smugly as I turned to look at the 3 girls who gave me worried looks. After we all turned the corner, which led to another long corridor with six rooms on each side, Madi turned to us.
"Guys, relax, I just had to say that to get him off our backs." She said with a half smile and a shrug; I sighed in relief and took Jade's hand. Regardless of what's happening right now, I'm glad we're in this together.
"Okay, I'm not really familiar with this underground lab thing or whatever it is, but there's a debriefing room in this hallway, look out for it." She said, walking ahead of us. After a few seconds, I spotted a sigh next to a door that read "Debriefing room" I smiled and pointed to it.
"Yeah, that's it." Madi said as she opened the doors with her set of keys she stole from Crystal. When we entered the room, it was just a standard meeting room. A large table, a bunch of chairs, white tile floor and a white board. Cat ran and jumped into one of the chairs, spinning around and around… it was starting to make me dizzy.
"Cat! Please stop." I said, trying to regain my balance. Trina, Cat, Jade and I sat on one side of the table, while Madi sat on the other.
"Okay, to be frank… Crystal's probably woken up by now and is has probably alerted all the men working down here." She said, leaning back in her chair.
"What exactly is here?" Trina asked, as she played with Cat's hair, making her giggle.
"It's Crystal's Father's underground science lab. No one knows about it except for immediate family and some of their closest friends. " She explained as Jade sighed.
"So, no one will know where to find us?" She asked as Madi slowly shook her head, making her groan. "Great, just great." We sat there, completely drained from what's been happening. We were out of ideas, out of time, out of loopholes, and out of luck. There really wasn't anything left to do but sit and wait to be killed or whatever.
"Listen… guys… whatever happens we'll always have each other, right?" Cat said, which made us all look at her. That was literally the most comprehendible thing she's said in a while.
"Y-yeah, you're right kitty." Trina smiled and kissed her lightly. I leaned my head on Jade's shoulder and sighed. I looked over to Madi who had a hurt look in her eyes. Even though I'm not in love with her, I really do feel sorry for her. I just… dumped her and ran back to Jade; not like I didn't want Jade back, because I did… I just feel really bad for leaving her in the dirt. She sighed and stood up from her chair and started pacing the room.
"Alright… I'm not just going to let you guys die… there has to be some way, anything…" She muttered more to herself than us. She kept pacing so much she created a draft.
"Is there any emergency exits or maybe an-" I was cut off by the door opening as four men and a very angry looking Crystal stepped into the room, closing the door behind them.
"You thought you could stop me?" She asked with a dark chuckle. "Really? This isn't some cheesy movie. I'm going to get back what I lost at any price." She waved her hand and the men calmly came in and took Jade, Cat, Trina and Madi and left, leaving only Crystal and I in the room.
"Victoria Madison Vega." She smiled evilly, separating every word as she sat a cross from me. My eye twitched but I kept myself calm for fear of being beaten to death. "I would like to tell you a few things about Jadelyn." A growl was forming deep in my throat, but I swallowed it.
She started telling me about how Jade confessed her love for her the week before they went on the fishing trip. Apparently she didn't believe it at first, but she quickly told Jade that she felt the same way. Anyways, on the day of the fishing trip, they had gotten the 'isolated cabin' up on top of the hill.
They didn't share with anyone else and the consolers barely checked in on them since they were the 'star campers' So, they stayed in that cabin for 6 days, and in that time period that had made out a little or whatever. But then the seventh day came, which was the last day of the trip, so the campers decided to hike 3 miles to the Lake Winnetka. Neither of them wanted to go, so Jade faked sick and, surprisingly, the consolers let them stay, only if they promised to behave.
It started out innocent, you know, just kissing, and then touching but supposedly, Crystal got nervous and didn't want to. But Jade kept telling her that she loved her and that this is what she could do to show her. So they had sex until the campers and consolers got back six or so hours later. By the end of her story… I was flat out crying. How could… she… lie to me like that? She told me; no she promised that nothing ever went down between her and Crystal. I don't want to believe her, but she put everything in so much detail it just didn't seem… fake. It seemed legit, and that's what made me burst out into fits of crying.
"And you want to know what, Tori?" She asked smugly, I just sniffled. "We've been fooling around ever since you two got together. I mean, think about it. How would I have been able to find you guys anyway?" I want to cry harder, but I'm out of tears. "I even have the letters she sent me telling me how much she loves me and she wants to take me back, but she just couldn't find the courage to break either of your hearts. So, she just cheated instead." She chuckled darkly and came over to sit next to me. "I told you, Tori. It's just one big game. A game you were destined to loose." She smiled before standing up and putting my hands behind my back. But before she could handcuff me, I elbowed her hard in the stomach, making her double over in pain. I kicked her as hard as I could I the ribs, but she moved so it landed in the back of her head, knocking her out. Regardless of what she said was true or not, I'm not going to let her win, not in this way. I handcuff her to a heating pipe on the far side of the room, take the key and put it in my pocket. I open the door and step out into the hallway carefully. I was going to find them, no matter how hurt I was; I wasn't going to let that get in the way of our safety.
Jade's POV
I hate being manhandled; absolutely hate it. But that's what was going on right now; we were being roughly thrown into a storage closet. Once they left, I heard the door lock as I pushed myself against the wall and sighed out into the pitch-blackness of the bleach-scented closet. All four of us sat there, in the dark, either sobbing, sighing or banging on something for the next half hour before I heard a familiar voice coming towards the closet.
"Where the hell are they?" The voice grumbled. I knew that voice anywhere… it was Tori's. WE all got up and stumbled over to the door before banging on it.
"In here! Tori we're here!" We all shouted. We heard a click and then brightness, pure brightness. We slowly stepped out of the closet and into the hallway, where a very hurt looking Tori leaned against the wall.
"Babe… what's wrong? Is everyt-"
"I found a way out but we have to hurry." She interrupted me. I bit my lip but looked away and nodded. We started following her until we reached these huge doors. You would have to have a card to get out of them, which Tori took from Crystal. She used the card and the doors opened, leading us out to an underground parking lot. We slowly and brokenly walked up the stairs until we reached ground level. We figured out that we were only a few miles from the Vega's penthouse, so we all walked in silence. Once we got inside, Tori's parents were gone of course, but she called her dad anyways. He picked up, she told him everything, and hung up and walked to her room. Cat and Trina smiled at each other and headed upstairs as well, leaving only Madi and I downstairs. We both sat on the couch, filled to the brim with exhaustion.
"Listen, Jade. Knowing most of Crystal's plan, she probably told her some stuff about you two that wasn't true. I really liked her Jade, you know, Tori. But she belongs to you, but you're going to have to go tell her the truth." She smiled at me before walking out the front door. I actually wanted to ask her to stay tonight since it's really late and she had no where to go, but I stopped myself. I took a deep breath and walked upstairs and into her room, which remained pitch-black.
"Can I come in?" I asked, but only heard a sniffle in reply. I bit my lip and stepped into the room. I made my way over to the bed and sat next to her.
"W-why, Jade?" She sobbed. "Why'd you do it?" I sighed and hung my head.
"Tori, listen to me, I can promise you, to the moon and back that we only went to second base. I was just… curious, but now I'm not because I have you, right?" I asked softly as she nodded slowly. After a few minutes of silence, I finally pulled her into a hug.
"I love you Victoria Madison Vega, and nothing will ever change that." I whispered into her hair before kissing her head lightly.
"I love you more Jadelyn Autumn West." She said, I could hear the small smile in her voice.
"Let's not start that shit, because you know I love you more and that's that." I laughed before looking her in the eyes. By now, I had turned the nightlight on, usually I hate them, but I didn't mind.
We kicked our clothes off and got into bed. She held onto me so tightly I knew I was going to wake up with marks in the morning, but I didn't care.
"Goodnight, Jadeykins." She whispered as I rolled my eyes, but kissed the back of her hand.
"Goodnight, sweetheart." I whispered back as she giggled. After a few minutes, she was asleep and I smiled to myself.
In everything that happened these past few months, we learned that love isn't always going to be a walk in the park. It comes with twists, turns and challenges. I'm not completely to that stage yet, where I have everything sorted out. But my girlfriend does. I mean, look where I was a few months ago, lying in a puddle of my own blood. I'm sure I'll get there. She saved my life, and some day it will be my turn. Because in between the lines of fear and blame; you'll learn, one way or another... how to save a life.
That was it guys. I hope you liked it. I was thinking of perhaps making an epilogue for the future just to let you guys know how everything was going with them and what happened to Crystal. Should I? I'm sort of conflicted about the idea :p
But I have to say that I loved writing this, so much, it was amazing. Thank you to all of you who have favorited, followed and reviewed this story. I love you guys :D
