I know it's been years. Many years. BUT...
I will post a new chapter to this story if you guys will do me a favor. I want to remind everyone (the fans, the cast, the crew, the haters, the people that don't even now what Dasey IS) that the lwd community is still a strong community who will always support the show and support Dasey.
You may or may not have seen Ashley Leggat retweet me (retroshady) when I randomly tweeted about Dasey and she said and I quote "I will go down with this ship." If that's not incentive enough for you to join up and be a part of this video collab I'm doing, I don't know what is.
I promise you. Mike and Ash WILL see this video. And hopefully they'll pass it along to the whole rest of the cast and the world. I'm not saying this video is a Dasey conversion mind-twister. It is for Dasey shippers, but it's also just to show how much Life with Derek means to us. How it's impacted us. How much we miss it. For crying out loud, I know a girl who got into college because of her Dasey fanfic!
I'm gutted the LwD spinoff didn't get picked up. "Life with Derek Again". Can you even imagine? So maybe this will fire up enough engines to maybe get us a final movie? Or at least some sort of proper send off. I don't know how much impact I can make, but I am teaming up with a lot of the old dasey community, some people you should definitely remember, and we're all working to make this project amazing.
