Chapter Twelve
The Papers
At the Shinohima Mansion, everything was going well and they all finished dinner so they started to hear little voices yawning.
"I guess it's time for us to get going." Nazuki, Kagome, and Sango said.
They all laughed.
"Aren't you two staying here?" Inutaisho asked looking at Sesshomaru and Nazuki.
"No dad. We have Kanna and we have to take her to school in the morning and then we have to go to meet Onigumo and his lawyer." Nazuki replied. "If we stay in Sesshomaru's apartment, we're close to both of those things."
"Okay you two win." Izayoi said smiling.
Everyone started to get up and they started to say their goodbyes. Inutaisho and Izayoi saw everyone to the door and they all left. Inutaisho closed the door and he looked at his beautiful wife with eyes of lust.
"What are you thinking, Inutaisho?" Izayoi asked with a raised brow.
"You'll see." Inutaisho replied with a smirk.
Inutaisho picked up Izayoi and he placed her over his shoulder so he went up the stairs. Jaken shook his head the sight and he smiled.
"They still act like teenagers after all these years." Jaken thought.
The staff member started to clean up the dining room and Jaken made sure that the pool area was cleaned up.

In the outside of the mansion, everyone was still talking as Sesshomaru gave the car seats to their owner and Nazuki was exchanging numbers with Sango and Kagome. Sesshomaru's cell phone began to ring so he answered it since the caller ID said mother.
"Hello." Sesshomaru said annoyed.
"Please put my daughter in law on the phone please." Sakura said.
"Hello son, it's very nice weather we're having." Sesshomaru said sarcastically.
"Put her on!" Sakura yelled as Sesshomaru separated his cell phone from his ear.
Sesshomaru gave the phone to Nazuki so she spoke into it.
"Hello." Nazuki said as she placed her on speakerphone.
"Nazuki, darling, I have people for you to meet for your wedding preparations." Sakura said very excited. "Just tell me the time and place we can all meet in their office."
"Who is all?" Nazuki asked with a raised brow.
"All is the girls in the family of course." Sakura replied smiling.
"Okay mom." Nazuki said giggling.
"Oh sweetie you've made me so happy." Sakura said with tears in her eyes.
"That's who you will be mom." Nazuki said.
"You know it doesn't have the same meaning when Kagura said it." Sakura said sniffling. "Yours sounds so sweet, so true, and so meaningful."
"Even though you're still a pain, I will still love you as my mother." Nazuki said smiling. "We can meet on Wednesday morning at ten a.m."
"You're so perfect and I wish I would have realized it sooner." Sakura balled out crying. "Sesshomaru, you sure know how to pick them."
"Now you realize that mom?" Sesshomaru asked annoyed.
"I will see you girls at the corner café of off Franklin Street around 9:30 am and then we ride in escalade so we can be together." Sakura said ignoring Sesshomaru's question.
"That's a great idea." Nazuki said. "We will see you then mom."
"Goodbye dear." Sakura said.
Sakura disconnected the call so Nazuki handed the phone to Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru put his phone up and he was pouting.
"Sesshomaru is jealous now." Sango said in a picking on tone.
"Nonsense, that's childish." Sesshomaru said blushing.
"Don't worry. WE WILL NOT tell your mother." Nazuki said smiling. "Right guys?"
Everyone agreed.
Ayame gave her things to Nazuki from the club so she placed it in Sesshomaru's trunk.
"Well it's time for us to go." Kagome said yawning.
"Excuse me." Kagome said.
Everyone agreed smiling.
Everyone said their goodbyes again and they headed to their homes.

It was the next day in Sesshomaru's apartment so Nazuki was up really early making breakfast in her pajamas; however, she was finished with everything else all she needed to do was change. Nazuki finished with breakfast and she heard a small little voice yawning.
"Good morning." Nazuki said smiling.
"Good morning." Kanna said rubbing her eyes.
"Breakfast is ready." Nazuki said as she placed the three plates on the table filled with pancakes.
"Thank you, Auntie 'zuki." Kanna said smiling.
Kanna sat on the table and she began to eat her breakfast. Nazuki served her a glass of milk and she was all smiles.
"I will be back. I'm going to wake up Sesshomaru." Nazuki said.
Kanna nodded in agreement since she had food in her mouth and Nazuki smiled at the sight. Nazuki went to wake up Sesshomaru and he was already out of bed. Sesshomaru planted a kiss on her lips after he turned her around and they had the battle of the tongues. They separated for air and the looked at each other.
"Good morning." The couple said.
"Breakfast is ready." Nazuki said.
"Okay I will be there when I get dressed." Sesshomaru said.
Nazuki looked down and she only saw Sesshomaru in a towel. She blushed and she headed to the dining room to eat with Kanna.
"She's so cute when she blushes." Sesshomaru thought.
Sesshomaru started getting dressed and he went to go eat breakfast with the girls.

At Onigumo's home, Onigumo was having breakfast alone since Naraku and Kagura were getting ready. Onigumo finished his breakfast and he looked at his watch.
"Kanna doesn't have to be in school for forty-five minutes so I will get ready after a walk around the garden." Onigumo thought.
Onigumo stood up and he headed to the garden as Bankotsu went behind him to pick up the dishes. Onigumo was outside breathing the fresh air and he was thinking about his wife, Nazuki, and Kanna. They are the most important women in his life.
"I'm already ready to get this over with." Onigumo thought.
Onigumo started walking around the garden area and he was just smiling.
"You are as beautiful as nature itself my beautiful ladies." Onigumo thought.

At Sesshomaru's apartment, Nazuki was getting ready in her room while Sesshomaru finished up his final touches. Nazuki put on the dress pants that reached over hear belly with a while long sleeve shirt and her hair was down. She wore the stiletto heels and they made her almost as tall as Sesshomaru. Nazuki went to check on Kanna and she was brushing her hair.
"Let me help you sweetie." Nazuki said.
Nazuki sat Kanna down on the bed and she began to brush her hair very gently and smoothly. Kanna started to cry so Nazuki thought she was hurting her.
"What's wrong Kanna?" Nazuki asked worried. "Am I hurting you?"
"Oh no you're not." Kanna replied drying her tears. "It's just that mama never brushed my hair only Jakotsu. When you brush it, I feel different so I thought that this is how it must feel when a mommy brushes your hair."
"Kanna, I'm sorry." Nazuki said as she hugged Kanna.
Nazuki and Kanna started to she small tears and Sesshomaru was at the doorway.
"Is everything okay?" Sesshomaru asked worried.
"Oh no we're fine darling." Nazuki said smiling as she dried her eyes and Kanna's. "I'm finished brushing her hair."
Nazuki and Kanna got off of the bed so they headed out the door after Nazuki grabbed her white clutch purse and Sesshomaru grabbed the keys. Sesshomaru walked out of the apartment and he locked it. They went to Sesshomaru's car in the parking garage so Kanna went to back seat in her booster seat and the adults went to the front. Sesshomaru turned the car and he started to drive towards Kanna's school.

At Onigumo's home, Onigumo was ready to go and Kagura was not finished because she was taking her time in eating breakfast.
"Kanna, please hurry." Onigumo said. "We need to go meet the lawyer."
"I'm almost done." Kagura said eating her eggs.
"That's what you said ten minutes ago." Naraku said.
Onigumo lost his patience with the girl so he threw her plate in the trash and he grabbed her arm.
"Let's go now." Onigumo said.
Onigumo made Kagura stand up and he started dragging her to the car with Naraku following behind her.
"You're hurting you old bastard." Kagura said.
"Respect my father." Naraku said. "You shouldn't have taken so long in eating your food."
"You're a spineless coward." Kagura said.
Onigumo placed Kagura in the back seat and she saw Jakotsu sitting there with a black suit, black tie, and a pink buttoned up shirt.
"Please behave dear." Jakotsu said. "I'm not in the mood for your childish ways."
Onigumo and Naraku sat in the front seat and Onigumo drove off to the lawyer's office.

At Kanna's school, Sesshomaru arrived and Nazuki saw how the other parents departed with their children for them to head to their classrooms. When it was Kanna's turn to get out of the car, Nazuki got out and she opened Kanna's door so Kanna got out.
"Have a great day at school sweetie." Nazuki said. "I will pick you up later okay."
"Okay." Kanna said smiling. "I love you."
"I love you to sweetheart." Nazuki said smiling.
Nazuki kissed Kanna's forehead and a girl was standing there.
"Kanna, I'm over here!" The little blonde with green eyes girl said waving at Kanna in her white and blue uniform.
"It's my friend, Joy." Kanna said smiling.
"Then go to her." Nazuki said smiling.
Kanna ran to Joy and they hugged each other.
"She's a lot nicer than your mom." Joy said smiling.
"You don't have to tell me twice." Kanna said smiling.
Nazuki got in to the car and she was all smiles.
"What is it?" Sesshomaru asked as he was driving away.
"I can't wait to have our pups and have them going to school." Nazuki said smiling.
"Don't worry." Sesshomaru said grinning. "Our time will come sooner or later."
Nazuki blushed.
"What lawyer's office are we going to?" Sesshomaru asked.
"We're going to Mr. Okimoto's office." Nazuki answered.
Sesshomaru shifted gears and he headed to Okimoto's office.

At Okimoto's office, Onigumo and the others were waiting on Nazuki and Sesshomaru and Kagura was annoyed.
"You were rushing me and they're not even here!" Kagura said.
"They're turning around the corner right now." Jakotsu said calmly.
As Jakotsu said, Sesshomaru was taking a turn and he was parking next to Onigumo's car. Sesshomaru got out of the car first and he opened Nazuki's door so she got out. Sesshomaru and Nazuki walked to the others as they held hands and Onigumo and Jakotsu were looking at them with smiles while Naraku and Kagura looked at them with eyes of disgust and jealousy. Nazuki and Sesshomaru hugged Onigumo and Jakotsu and Jakotsu was a little jealous.
"Oh my dear Nazuki you're looking so fabulous as always." Jakotsu said in his feminine voice. "Mr. Shinohima, you're as manly as ever. You're perfect for each other."
"Thank you." Nazuki said blushing.
"Thanks I guess." Sesshomaru said blushing.
"Let's go inside." Onigumo said. "Mr. Okimoto said waiting on us."
The party went inside the office and they saw a young man with white hairs that were mixed in with his black hair, green eyes, thin lips, high cheeks bones, and a strong jaw. He was about six feet tall and he was wearing square framed glasses. He was wearing a black suit with a blue oxford shirt, and a blue plaid tie.
"Welcome to my office. I'm Hiro Okimoto, Onigumo's lawyer." Mr. Okimoto said. "Follow me please."
Mr. Okimoto began walking towards the back of the office down the hall and he opened a door to his right. They saw a woman with glasses and she had a business suit that was all khaki and a black blouse. She had curly brown hair in a ponytail with freckles on her face and she had blue eyes. They all entered and they had a seat except for Jakotsu.
"This is Miss Johnson and she will be assisting us with the papers. The papers that Onigumo has asked me to prepare in such a short notice I might add." Mr. Okimoto said. "We have the renewed will and the adoption papers."
"The adoption papers." All except Miss Johnson, Onigumo, and Mr. Okimoto said shocked.
