The Wolves Howl

I'm back baby! So I finally finally have a new chapter for you guys, I really really hope you like it. I'm hoping to get to the point where I can finish this story, fingers crossed hey . So I hope this chapter kind of gives you enough to tide you over until Munich next update. I want to thank you all for sticking by me. Please enjoy and as always, review I wanna know what you think.

Chapter 13

(Tris)

Me and Eric are falling into these situations far to often. Being caught making out against a wall in random spots in dauntless. I'm itching to mark him and seeing his neck bare everyday is driving my wolf absolutely wild. Especially since I bare his mark and display it proudly on my neck. I am proud of my mark. It shows everyone that I am his and that I am their alpha female. The pack seem to think it's hilarious though and take any and every opportunity to take the piss. We escape to anywhere private we can and the roof has become our favourite place. I'm laid on Eric's chest, his fingers in my hair as we gaze at the stars above us, they're so beautiful. We were never allowed to do stuff like this in abnegation, just sit and admire how beautiful something is, that was considered selfish. Abnegation rules I've come to learn are very very conservative and don't fit who I want to be. I'm so glad I left, otherwise I wouldn't have met all the wonderful people I know and be free of all the constraints abnegation places on us.

"The stars remind me of your beautiful eyes." He says and I purr softly as he feathers kisses to my neck. I roll, straddle his waist and look at his neck with an animalistic look in my eyes. I kiss his neck and suck on the right spot, looking at him. He holds my hair gently and moves it from my ear. His hot breath fans my ear and tickles a little bit.

"Do it."

I walk into the cafeteria and Lauren starts wiggling her eyebrows at me while the boys hoot and yell. I shake my head and sit down with Mar, Shauna and Lauren. I can already feel the heat rushing to my cheeks as they start giggling at me.

"Too much fun last night?" I go a bright hot strawberry red and nod my head, watching as my mate walks in with a smug smirk on his face. Urgh, he has to go and make it worse and make me feel even more embarrassed then I usually do. It's not fair.

"Wipe that smug grin off your face." Eric throws his hands up in surrender and I shake my head, grabbing some food from the table. Ooo yay yummy, fruit, yogurt and granola. This is one of my favourite breakfasts here in dauntless.

"It's all down hill from here Alpha." Eric growls at Four and just duck my head, watching as Four takes the piss out of Eric. Eric doesn't look happy though, so I start to rub his knee gently.

"She's got you by the balls now mate." I growl at Four this time and he just chuckles, shaking his head. My mate puts his hand on mine and rubs my knuckles gently with his thumb.

"Is he good? I'd imagine he'd be pretty good?" I look at Shauna and furrow my eyebrows, nodding my head. Eric is still smirking and he looks extremely smug right now. I don't really know why it's any of their business how good or not good he may be, but he is really good. I'm not one to want to share it with everyone. That stuffs private.

"Uhuh, that good sweet girl?" I roll my eyes and poke my tongue out at him, refusing to acknowledge him now.

"Asshole."

(Eric)

Tris goes off to training after breakfast and we've merged the classes today because I need Four with me. Tris still doesn't understand how much danger she's in, but she's so happy and I can't bring myself to end her happiness by telling, I want to keep her happy and away from this for as long as I'm able to. She shouldn't have been bought into this in the first place and though I'm eternally grateful for her coming into my life and giving me her love, I can't help but wonder if she'd be better off human without me or the pack in her life.

"You need to stop worrying to much alpha." I look at Four and shake my head, running a hand through my hair. He puts a hand on my shoulder and I look at Number Boy, nodding my head.

"You're right, but I can't help but worry about her. She's all I think about, she's always on my mind. I love her so much and the thought that I could lose her kills me." We make it too the prison cells and he just shakes his head, scoffing at me.

"I understand, she's your mate and I totally get the feeling but I know you won't let anything happen to her and neither will the pack, we all love her to bits and would never dream of letting anything happen to her." I look at him and he gives me a hug. Sappy bastard. He laughs, guessing her heard that. I unlock the door and see the three boys laying on the ground, they've been in only each other's company for nearly a month and they look awful.

"Now, you're very lucky that my mate has begged me not to kill you, she doesn't think you deserve to die. Up. Now!" I boom and the three blues get up from the ground.

"That doesn't mean we're not going to have a bit of fun."

By the time we're finished, the boys are bloodied and bruised, which is far far better then they deserve. Personally I'd like to kill them for what they've done to my mate but she's far too forgiving. She never thinks anyone deserves to die. Maybe over time she'll come to realise that there are sometimes tough decisions we have to make, or maybe just maybe she'll make me a better man and I'll become more lenient. It's doubtful, as alpha I have to make these decisions, but she's so good, maybe she'll help show me how to be even a fraction as good as she is.

Four sighs in content as we leave the cell and the boys are prepped to be kicked out of dauntless, I may have promised Tris I wouldn't kill them but they're not gonna survive even a few days out with the factionless, they'll be eaten alive by some form of creature. It's a dog it dog world out there, or rather a wolf eat wolf world. People like them, cowards who will attack a girl just because she's beaten them for first place won't last very long out there. They think they're entitled to it all because they have some divine right, they're gonna learn quickly that's not how the world works and they'll most likely starve.

(Unknown)

"Are we ready?" The rooms dark and I can't see the two people inside, but they're definitely planning something untoward.

"Yes ma'am, we'll have her soon and then they'll have to submit to our demands." They can't mean, surely they don't mean her, they couldn't be going after her. That's gonna be a big mistake, not that they see it yet.

"Good, see too it that it's done." I have to warn them.
