"So," Nami said, squatting and examining the low window on the castle, "do we just break it, or—"

Mijat kicked the window; it broke and he reached a hand in and unlocked it.

"That works," Nami said with a shrug. Mijat swung the window open and the three slid in one at a time.

"Quite a foreboding atmosphere," Robin observed, looking around the corridor.

Nami shivered. "Let's start looking for those three. Er . . . Mijat, right?"

"Yeah."

"I guess we'll help you look for your friends," she said.

"Thanks," he said gratefully. "I hope they're here . . ."

They started down the corridor, keeping an eye out for guards.

Luffy had finally reached the large front doors of the castle. He looked up and whistled. "Wow," he said, "what a huuuuuuge place! What was I doing again . . ."

He thought for a minute. "Oh, right!" He pushed on the doors to find a previously hidden normal-sized entrance swing open.

"Huh," he muttered. He ran inside and yelled "KING! GET OUT HERE! I'M GONNA KICK YOUR ASS!"

Sanji, meanwhile, was muttering a string of curses under his breath to vent his anger. He had been captured and now humiliated, being put into this position, and to make things worse he had no idea where his precious ladies were!

Footsteps coming down the corridor outside made him tense and look up. A guard, perhaps, sent to torture him?

But no, instead of one of the many guards, he saw something much more welcoming.

"Robin-chwan!" he cried. "Nami-swan!"

The trio outside looked in. "Sanji-kun?" Nami said. "So you did get captured."

"Oh, so he's Sanji," Mijat muttered to himself.

"Robin-chwan, Nami-swan, I hate to ask anything of a lady, but if there's any way either of you could help me get out of here . . ."

"We can try to get a key," Robin said lightly. "I can't say whether we'll be successful, though. Where are the others?"

"I'm not sure," Sanji admitted. "Luffy said he was going to beat up the king, so I assume that he's either doing that now or he's on his way . . . as for Usopp, I think he got away."

"That's comforting," Nami muttered. "Hang on . . ."

She pulled a piece of wire out of her pocket, knelt, and started fiddling with the door. A moment later there was a click and she pushed it open.

"We don't need a key after all," she proclaimed cheerfully.

"You're amazing, Nami-swan!" Sanji cried.

Nami strode over to him and undid the locks on his shackles, allowing him to face-plant on the hard floor. He stood up, bleeding a little bit from his mouth, and cried "Nami-swan, thank you for freeing me! If there's anything I can do for you later—"

"I'll think of something," she said. "Now get up! We need to find Usopp!"

Sanji stood. "Right. How's Zoro's condition?"

"We left Doctor-san and another doctor with him," Robin said. "I believe he will wake soon."

"Good," Sanji said, satisfied.

"Who's Zoro?" Mijat asked.

He was ignored.

Chopper wriggled excitedly. "I think he moved!"

"Patience," Dr. Mayi admonished, also keeping a close eye on Zoro.

The man twitched again and Chopper leaned in. Zoro's eyes slowly . . . ever so slowly slid open. He blinked, apparently half-asleep, and yawned.

"Where the hell am I?" he mumbled.

Chopper cheered and hugged Zoro. "You're awake!"

Zoro still seemed confused. "What?"

"Thank goodness," Dr. Mayi said.

Zoro tried to sit up but fell back almost immediately. "Wha—"

"Don't move too quickly!" Chopper scolded.

"What's happening?" Zoro muttered, turning his head towards Chopper.

"You've been in a coma for two days," Chopper explained. "We're at an island right now, and Dr. Mayi helped wake you up!"

Zoro turned his head the other way to look at Dr. Mayi, who waved.

"Why was I in a coma?" he asked. "No—" he lifted his head and looked around. "—more importantly, why are we in a jail cell?"

"I'll explain," Chopper said. "See, there's this wall separating the island, and Luffy and Sanji and Usopp went over to the other side, and they're probably in trouble, and Nami and Robin and me went to get you help, and we met Dr. Mayi, and we got the cure for the Psyllos mushroom from his friend, but then me and Nami got captured when we were going back because everyone thinks that you're some dangerous criminal, and then Robin got us out and we found out that you and Dr. Mayi were put in jail too and then she and Nami went over to the other side of the wall to look for everyone else and I stayed with you and Dr. Mayi to watch over you and make sure you don't do anything stupid!"

Zoro stared at him.
