A lot of stuff happening in this story so far. And it just gets better and better.

Jazmin pov

Thursday afternoon and it was the day I was going out to spend time with lenny. And before you ask, it's not a date, it's just 2 friends hanging out and that's it.

Since it was just a regular hang out routine, and not a date, I decided to go casual and not too flashy like I usually do; I put on a plain black blouse, blue jeans and fat shoes. I had my hair in 2 ponytails on either sides of my head and I wore only red lipstick and nothing eles. I was over by a puddle looking at my reflection in the water.

"Pretty as always" I said to myself, it was time for me to go. I walked over to the garden gate and then was stopped by my annoying sister.

"Hey jaz where you trying to sneak off to?" She said turning me around and looking me over.

"That's my buissness" I huff. "But if you must know I'm going to meet someone"

"Who?" she asked.

"Lenny" I whispered to her.

"Oh so you're finally giving into his love for you. Well have fun on your date" She said.

"Before you go getting any crazy ideas. It's not a date, I have no intentions of rushing into anything serious, especialy after my recent relationship faliure." I sighed thinking of benny, I don't know why but I was. "I am not intersted in him, whatsoever and he and I will only be just friends." I tell her.

"If you say so" She said rolling her eyes. I roll my eyes back and then just keep walking out the door.

Lenny said to meet him by the Cafe in the center of town and that's where I was waiting for him, for wht seemed like forever.

"Where is he?" I said impatiently. I bet he forgot to meet me here, and I came all this way for nothing. I sat by a coffe table outside waiting and tapping my fingers impatiently, wondering what was keeping him so long.

That when I felt someone tap my shoulder, I turned around and saw a tall blonde boy in a pollo jacket and black pants and gymshoes.

"Need some company ma'am" He joked.

"Oh lenny hi!" I said getting up and hugging him.

"You look pretty and casual" He grinned.

"Same to you" I giggled.

"Sorry I'm late" He said to me.

"It's ok, I almost though you forgot about our get together"

"What? impossible, I never forget things, especially when those things involve you" He winks. I place a hand to my chest feeling it pump faster.

"T-Thank you, thats so sweet" I said getting my cool back. "So where did you want to go today?"

"Maybe we could catch a movie or something, nothing fancy" He suggested.

"Yeah a movie sounds perfect" I confirm. He takes my hand and we walk to the movie theater down the way.

"What movie would you like to see?" He asked. I looked to all the choices there were. I really wanted to see a romantic movie but then again, lenny might not be into that, I wanted to pick something we both would enjoy. I decided on a drama movie, that way we could both watch it.

"How about a drama movie?"

"I prefer action, but maybe just this once" He agreed as we walked into one of the drama movies. we took the middle row where it wasn't so crowded, the previews were on so it was gonna be a while.

"I'll be right back" Lenny said getting up and walking away. I got comfortable as the lights started to dim meaning the movie was about to start now. There was silence all around as the movie played, that's when I felt someone sneak on me, but it was just lenny.

"There you are" I smied as he took a seat beside me.

"Here. Got you some snacks" He said handing me a drink and popcorn bucket.

"Thanks so much" I said leaning closer on his shoulder as he put an arm around my neck.

During the movie Me and lenny stayed close to each other, not really seperating at all. The movie was so dramatic and really got me emotional, during some parts I would laugh aloud and everyone would shss me, Other times I would feel sad and whimper and during then lenny would rub my upper body closer to him and I buried deeper into his neck and arms. When I reached into the bucket to get more popcorn at the same time he did our fingers twisted with each other, I peaked down to our hands as they were still locked, It felt kinda nice feeling him squeezing my fingers so gently.

"The movie doing anything for you?" I whispered.

"So-so" He said waving his hands. I leaned into his chest as I felt him starting to rub my hair down. I felt so happy right now.

"That was a nice movie" I said when it was done. "What'd you think" I ask lenny.

He huffed. "Too much drama and too little action, that's all I'm saying" He glared. I chuckled at that

"You're funny" I sighed playfully.

"So where do you wanna go now?" He asked.

"Well we could..." I stopped rethinikng it.

"What? you can tell me" He said.

"Well...I wanted to stop by the bookstore and check out this book I've been wanting to read forever, but it was always out of stock" I confess.

"That's cool, I read too in my spare time" lenny said.

"Really? You don't look like much of a book person" I gestured.

"Like I said I read in my spare time. You know if I had enough spare time to actually read a book" He said, and I laughed harder.

"You are truly something" I say rolling my eyes. I wak donw to the closet book store and look from shelf to shelf until I find the book I'm looking for.

"I can't belive they actually have a copy" I said walking and checking it out. The moment we leave I strat reading it.

"Maybe you shoud wait to read that" Lenny said.

"I can read and walk at the same time: I tell him. I almost waked right into oncoming traffic but lenny pulled me back just in time.

"Whoa! thanks lenny" I said picking my book back up.

"Your welcome"

"Maybe I should just wait to read this" I said suffing it in my purse.

"Yeah, that probably be best for both of us."

"Well we could just go and get ice cream now, if you want"

"Ice cream sounds lovely" I siad twilring my hair around.

We walked down the path and I glanced out of the corner of my eye and saw someone eles across the street, I gasped when I saw who it was.

"Benny!" I said aloud to myself. It was him, he was outside the bar he took me to once, what was he doing here and he looked so unhappy, I felt sorry for him.

I saw him look across the street in my direction and he set his sights in me in an instant, I gasped and moved my book over my face to make sure he didn't recognize me, but I peeered over and he was still looking at me. He probably knew it was me and he was just staring at me now and I was to him, I didn't want him to recognize me or see me with lenny cause then he'd think something was up, and there wasn't at all.

"Jazmin you okay?" enny said looking seeing my book over the side of my face. I slapped it down and pretended I didn't jusst do it.

"Me I'm fine, I just wanna get to the ice cream shop soon. Lets pick up the pace a little eh" I said taking his arm and literally dragging him faster against his will, I looked over my shouder to the corner of my eyes and I didn't see benny anymore, he was gone. I let go of lennys arm and walked normally again.

"What was that all about?" He said rubbing his now cracking shoulder bone.

"Sorry about that" I apologized to him and we started walking at normall pace again.

Benny pov

It was another day and gnomeo and tybalt, shroom and I were all taking a guys walk around, gnomeo thought it would be a good idea for me to try and get my mind off jazmin for a while but it wasn't going to help as much as I hopped it would.

"Benny, you wanna go into the sports bar and get a long cold drink, that'll cheer you up" Tybalt said trying to help me feel better.

"I guess a drink or 2 wouldn't kill me" I said acting happy.

"Great cause after being with juliet all day I need a long drink, to calm myself" Gnomeo sighed as he tybalt and shroom walked inside the bar. I trailed behind them and stopped right at the door, I remembered the first time I brought jazmin here and we shared a whole gallon of wine and passion fruit, I was so happy with her and now I was so miserable and depressed. Jazmin was the only thing I had on my mind.

Pretty soon I was having one of those hallusinations where everything around me started to turn into jazmin before my eyes. Once something like that happens, you know it won't be stopping anytime soon. Everything reminded me of jazmin, everywhere I looked I saw something that turned into jazmin, the clouds in the sky, maniquines in dress shops even other gnomes who passed me by started looking like jazmin in my eyes even that girl sitting across the street, looked more like jazmin than anything eles I was imagining, same sexy curved body, same peach eyes, long pretty hair, even er laugh sounded like the real jazmins and...

Wait a minuet, THAT WAS JAZMIN! This was no imagination, jazmin was really there in front of me right across the street. Why was she her? what was she doing? I wonder if she missed me? and who was that guy she was with? I saw her with another blue gnome with blonde hair, blue eyes and about her height but a bit over her head.

I saw her look my way and she gasped and covered her face with her book, I guess she thought I didn't see her but I did, and I guess she must've seen me too because she started speed walking trying to get away from me, I was about to call her but was stopped.

"Benny what are you still doing outside get in here" Gnomeo came back to get me.

"Oh Sorry I was..." Trying to explain what I was doing.

"What are you looking at?" He asked supspiciously.

"N-Nothing, I was just, nothing" I said walking inside the bar with him, I walked up to the booth with tybalt and shroom and him and ordere a few glasses of beer, just wanting to drown my sorrows in alcohoal.

Jazmin pov

At the ice cream shop I was sitting there reading my book and talking to lenny, we didn't really get any ice cream, we just went there to talk and so I could catch up on my reading.

"How's the book?" Lenny said.

"Great so far" I smiled not taking my eyes off it, until I realized something. "Oh I'm sorry lenny, I came here with you and I got so caught up in this book" I apologize setting it down.

"It's alright, you looked like you were enjoying yourself there"

"No, I can read anytime. Right now should just be about you and me hanging out together" I said patting his arm

"Jazmin can I ask you something?"

"Anything" I grinned.

He grabbed my hand and held on softly "Would you go out with me?"

"But we are out together" I tell him.

"No, I mean, like on a date a real one" He said taking my hand. I could do nothing at that moment but sit there with my mouth open and looking him in the eyes. I appreciated he wanted to be in a relationship with me, and he might be a great boyfriend, but I wasn't into that right now. And I had to tell him.

"Lenny...That's sweet and all but, I don't want to be in a relationship right now"

"Are you sure?' He asked.

"I do like you, a lot, and I bet you would make a great boyfriend and all but, It just feels like too soon, after my whole divorce thing I really haven't felt like seeing anyone right now and I probably won't for a long time."

"And you're sure I can't change your mind, at all" He wondered.

"I'm sure, in the future who knows maybe I'll date again, and you'll be one of the first I meet when it happens. But right now, I much better off being alone and trying to figure things out"

"I understand" He sighed.

"You're not angry are you?" I said. I didn't want him to hate me, I did like him as much as he liked me.

He looked up to me and grinned. "No I'm not angry. I can see this is what you want to do with your life now, I won't force you into anything" He said kissing my hand. He was so understanding with my decision, unlike most guys I dated before.

"You're a true friend lenny" I said hugging him softly. That's when I felt his pocket vibrating and I jumped back in fright.

"Oops, sorry that's just my phone" He smiled taking it out. "Do you mind , I gotta take this" He said

"Go on I'll be here reading" I said sitting back down woth my book.

"Sorry jazmin looks like we're gonna have to call this a day" He said when he came back.

"Somehting wrong?"

"No, my dad called *Sigh* he needs me back home" Lenny looked irritated by that.

"Oh okay then. I guess I'll be going then" I took my book under my arms.

"Want me to walk you back home"

"No need, sounds like your parents really need you. I can make it back home myself" I said taking my book away.

"See ya" He said walking off

"Same to you!" I called walking in the opposite direction. As I walked away I took one sneak look at him as he walked away, I let out a happy sigh and continued home.

I walked back into my parents garden happy and blushing like mad. When I approched my family they knew something was up.

"Oh someone looks happy" Nina said walking over to me.

"I am happy. I had a great day"

"Aw how sweet" Mum said hugging me.

"How long did it take you to get in bed with him this time" Nina whispered, instead of even dignifying that with a response I stepped on her foot and she backed away.

"What was that for jazmin?' Mum asked.

"Nothing, nina was just being...immature" I growl to her as she was on the grass rubbing her sore foot.

"Well I put the girls down for their nap if you want to.."

"No that's fine they can sleep. And actually mum I think we'll just be heading back home tonight"

"So soon, are you sure you want to?" SShe said.

"Yeah, I've pretty much gotten over this whole thing. I feel comfortable enought to go back home again" I assure her with a kiss.

"Alright dear if you sure you're ready" She said walking away.

"SOOOO" Nina said leaning to me.

"Sooo what?" I mimic.

"Don't act dumb it was fun wasn't it?" She asked butting into my buissness.

"Oh god not this again" I said trying to walk away.

"Oh c'mon just tell me was it fun or not?" She said blocking my way.

"It was...average" I shrugged.

"Well that's no fun" she sighed dissapointedly.

"Well that's how it was?"

"What you do?"

"Went to the movies, then to the bookstore and then back for ice cream and, that's it" I reply.

"That's it" She said, like she expected me to spill something juicy. "What kind of date is that?"

"It wasn't a date, we just hung out. I told him I wasn't interested in dating anyone right now" I explain.

"Why'd you tell him that?"

"Well he also asked me to go out with him" I said looking to my hands.

"Oh there we go" She shreiked shaking me.

"But I told him no!" I finsinsh my sentence, pushing her off me.

"What! Why'd you tell him that?!"

"Easy, I just told him I wasn't interested in a relationship right now"

"Jazmin" She said placing an arm around me. "Listen to me, when a cute guy asks you out, you don't say no, you give into it" She tells me, like she was an expert on relationships or something.

"So I should do something I don't want to just to make a cute guy happy" I say back to her.

"Exactly, what part of that was not clear" She went to thumping my forehead.

"Yeah well I didn't do that"

"Sure just like you to reject a cute guy ike that. You probably made him angry at you now"

"For your information, lenny was very understanding of my decision" I sassed.

"For real" She asks, I nod again. "So he just up and asks you to be his girlfriend and doesn't put up a fight when you reject him"

"I didn't really reject him, I just told him this wasn't the best time for me"

"Still, it's kinda weird"

"Weird how?"

"Well boys usually put up an effort to get girls to go out with them, even if they say no"

"Well lennys not like other guys because apparently, he can handle rejection" I stand up for him.

"No, boys are pretty much the same when it comes to girls. He was probably just saying he wasn't hurt so you wouldn't feel bad for him.

"Not true" I snap.

"I should probably look into that, for your sake, some boys are known to make comebacks" She tells me.

"Right" I say sarcastically and roll my eyes. "While you figure that out, I'll be elsewhere" I said finally walking off.

That night I said goodbye to my parents as me and the girls went back to our home.

"Goodbye girls" Mum and dad said.

"Bye grandma, bye grandpa" They shout back

"Thanks for everything mum and dad" I blew them a kiss.

"Anytime sweetie" Mum cried back

"Come back real soon" Dad said.

"Tell my little nephew hi" Nina called to me refering to benzin

"I will!" I tell her.

We drove all the way back home after that, I had so much on my mind that day and I didn't stop thinking about it until we were home

"Home sweet home" I said when we finally got there.

"Hi house, we're back" Fuscia said walking in behind me.

"I missed our house" Scarett said giggling.

"So did I" I said happily. "But it's time for you 2 to go to bed" I saud sternly.

"Yes mummy, goodnight" They said walking itno their rooms.

"Now to get you to bed little one" I cooed to bennie who was wide awake smiling and giggling. I feed her a warm milk bottle and gave her a clean diaper. I sung her a quick lulluby before I heard her cute baby yawn and she fell asleep in my arms. I walk her to her crib and tuck her insdide.

"Sleep tight my little bennie" I kiss her and walk away. I check in on the girls who were also asleep.

I walk back to my own room and get settled into bed, it was wierd not slepping with someone next to me. I was so used to having someone sleep with me abd the bed seemed so empty, but now that benny had left, I was gonna have ot get used to it.

The phone begins to ring the moment I settle into bed and I grunt and answer it. "Yes" I say.

"Mummy" I gasped when I headr my baby boy's voice, It was so good to hear his happy voice again. But this time he sounded upset, and like he had been crying.

"Benzin, sweetie what's the matter?" I said getting up from bed.

"Mummy can I come back home with you" He cried

"baby, I want nothing more than to see you but you ive with daddy now" I explained.

"But I don't wanna live with daddy anymore" He creid.

"Why not don't you like living with daddy and violet" I asked.

"I miss you, and fusica, scarlett and the baby. I wanna be with you guys" He started crying, and so was I. He was so unhappy right now and so was I but it wasn't my choice to keep him anymore, it was bennys.

"I miss you more than you could ever known, I'd want nothing more than to have you back here, but you belong with daddy now" I said crying over the phone.

"Can't you talk to daddy about that"

"Benzin daddy and I aren't speaking to each other right now" I said getting my emotions controlled. "But one day I proise we can be together again"

"You promise" He whimpered.

"Yes, I do. But benny loves you a lot too, you both have a father-son bond. It wouldn't be fair to him if you left" I tell him.

"Yes mummy" He sighed.

"I'll call you again soon so you can talk to your sisters again okay"

"Yay!" He cheered. "I love you mummy"

"I love you too, benzin, bye" I said turning off the phone.

Benzin was so upset right now and I knew what he was dealing with, if I could he'd be mine but me and benny both agreed to split the kids, no matter how much it hurt all of us. Ever since we slpit up, my life had gotten a lot harder it seemed. I missed benny and yet at the same time I hated him so badly. He really hurt me and I don't know if I could bring myself to go back to him, and he certainly would take me back regardless. I though the best thing for me was to get away from benny, but I really just wanted to have him by my side again, and at the same time I wanted to keep him away from me. Soon this love -hate thing I was feeling was really confusing me.

"Uh why does love have to be so confusing!" I yell hitting my pillow.

I just really needed to get my mind on something else, anything else that would make me forget all these confusing emotions.

Then I remembered what nina and I were arguing about earlier. I looked to my phone and scroleld down to the persons name I was looking for, I though long and hard about this until I finally decided.

"Maybe I am ready to move on" I sighed picking up my phone, I waited until he picked up.

"Hey Lenny" I said happily when he came on.

"Jazmin, nice to hear from you again" He sounded happy to hear my voice and so was I.

"Listen there's something I want to talk to you about..."

Cliffhanger... What will happen next? Where will if go from here, read and review unti anther day. :)
