It was the morning after the, ahem, Incident.. That Deidara decided to call the number that Kisame had given him (or so the author thinks she added that, her memory sucks). He was still shocked at what happened the night before. At least he knew that the redhead definitely had a hard on for him.

He grabbed at his hair and pressed the call button. He waited, listing the things that kisame had told him; Money, Jealousy, Lust, Love.

"Thank you for calling Godly Corporation for new businesses, Konan speaking. Nagato is currently out, but I can take a message." A bored voice grumbled. Deidara furrowed his brows and looked to the phone number.

"Kisame?"

"OH! Hey Deidara! I'm glad you finally called"

Deidara looked at the phone. "Kisame?"

"Yes, Deidara?" The shark sighed. "You called the number I gave you?"

"…How many jobs do you have, un?"

"As many as the author will give me- OUCH! KONAN!" There was the sound of a tussle on the other side of the phone and Deidara crossed his eyes. He was confused.

Silly blonde.

"Don't break the fourth wall you bastard!" A woman screeched from the line.

"I'm sorryyyyy!"

"Who's on the phone?!"

"It's my friend Deidara! He want's to talk to Pein about making a business for his boyfriend!"

Deidara nearly feinted… He was going to kill the shark man. There was some more quiet on the other line and then elevator music as he waited for he supposed was Pein.

"This is Pein, Manager at Godly Corporation, my associate tells me that you want to create a business for Sasori Akasuna?"

Deidara sighed. "Let me explain, un."

"No need to, I've been trying to get a hold of Sasori for months." The male fumbled with something and seemed to be flipping through papers. "His artwork is marvelous and some of his older works have been passed around from museum to museum. Some of his puppets have been the biggest attraction in those museums.

Deidara crossed his eyes. "So why do you think he hasn't been answering you?"

"Well…" He flipped through some more papers. "We actually haven't sent anything direct, his address apparently is in an apartment? But an artist such as him should have more money to live -"

"Artists don't make that much, un. And he does live in the apartment, I'm his roommate."

The man paused. "I must have overestimated the money then, but even still."

"Sasori Akasuna is the definition of a Starving Artist, un." The blonde laughed half heartedly.

"I see.. Well, would you like to carry a message from myself to him?"

Sasori woke up the next day feeling refreshed, renewed and all around relaxed. He stretched and scratched his belly unattractively, yawning and grunting as his joints popped. Sometimes he felt like one of his own puppets; stiff and beautiful.

He laid his head back and squinted his eyes. He hadn't seen the brat in a while, in fact they had completely avoided each other since the incident, Sasori didn't find it an incident but Deidara had seemed quite embarrassed about what had happened. The redhead shuffled through his brain and wondered if at some poin the should feel guilty for squirting his fluids on the teens face.

….

Nope, he wasn't guilty. He did find himself feeling bad though for his previous attitude for slinging various pointy objects and the blonde beauty.

His cell phone began to ring and he groaned, instantly irritated by the small object. Sasori flipped on his stomach and pulled a pillow over his head, attempting to drown out the high pitched ringing.

It didn't work.

The phone continued ringing and Sasori groaned, leaping from his bed and glaring at the small object that sat on his work bench. He looked at the name and calmed down slightly.

"Hello, Kakuzu." He was a good friend of the redheads, but his boyfriend was a terrible annoyance. Always talking about stupid shit and cursing like a sailor.

Sasori picked at his nails gently. "Yeah, I got a roommate, Temari made a whole annoying poster." He blew on them and held his phone by his shoulder and cheek. "No, He's paid a few months ahead I don't need any help ripping anyone off." the redhead brushed off some leftover wood pieces from his previously made doll of the blonde. Curiously, and slightly ashamed, he picked up a few things to shove in the drawer to cover it up better. "Yeah, he's an annoying little brat, long ass blonde hair that gets everywh-"

Where the fuck is the puppet?

The screwdriver, carving knives and paint jars fell to the ground making a loud clattering. The people under him would be worried that he had caused a ruckuss for such an unusually quiet male. They probably weren't on the verge of saving him from the panic attack he was now having.

"Uhm. Yes, everywhere." He said hoarsely into the the cellphone. "His name? Brat- uh Deidara." He knelt down and opened the other drawers, throwing sharp things left and right, paint, knives, toothpicks, brushes, paper, wood. It was all scattered across his room. His brown eyes turned into planets and he paused as he stared at the work desk.

"You know him? College? Says I'm an ass?" He fisted his sweat pants he'd worn to bed as his friend continued to tell him about how much the blonde hated the puppeteer. He slouched and rubbed his head, tugging hair as his own heart beat out of his pale chest. "I suppose if I was he'd go away." He sighed. "But I suppose I don't have to worry about waiting." There was a bit of a fight building in the background as Kakuzu fought to keep the cellphone from his annoying boyfriend. Sasori swore to never meet the freak.

They said their condolences and he hung up, leaning his head back. He wanted to say that somebody broke in and stole it, but who would steal a puppet? Let alone one of his 'talent'.

Sasori pulled himself up by the desk and once more looked around, just to make sure he couldn't have misplaced it, even though he was positive he knew where it went.

Deidara bit his lip as he stood outside the redheads door, hand up as though to knock. It sounded like a hurricane was tearing through the room and Sasori seemed to be looking for something. That something could have been the blonde puppet behind his back that he had planned to return.

"FUCK."

Deidara flinched at the curse. Sasori was pissed.

He brought the puppet to his face. He looked at his doll look alike and got an idea, a rather adorable one too.

He swiftly completed his small project and smiled at the puppet. Sasori seemed to have worn himself out in the other room and was now quiet as a mouse.

He set the puppet across the puppet masters door and put on his jacket. He was going to his classes and then meet up with a few friends of his own to finish the other pieces of his puzzle.

Before Deidara closed the door to the shared apartment he listened to the quiet that filled the apartment.

He frowned before closing the door and shuddered. It was sad and lonely. To imagine that Sasori sat in that room for days on end working and listened to that was a shock to the lively blonde.

It was cold outside, the wind blew harsh and there were clouds that threatened snow. Deidara jogged briskly to his car, opening his door fiercely, welcoming the warm air.

Wait-

"Helloooo gorgeous!" Hidan hollered, waving a wire hanger in the air and seat leaned back so that he was posed like a model. He held his face up with his other hand and winked. Deidara screeched and punched the male harshly in his nose.

"GAAHAHHH HIDAN WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

"Wha dafuk waz dat for?" Hidan said nasally, holding his nose and curled up in a ball nursing his sniffer.

"You're in my fucking car!" Deidara gaped at the amount of garbage in the floor. "DID YOU EAT IN MY CAR?!"

Hidan sniffed and wiped his eyes, waving a hand in front of him. "Yeah, but not a lot."

Deidara looked at him crossly and knelt down, picking up a.. "Fatty Burger Palace Double Heartburn Burger and Fat Ass Frenchfry bag." He threw it back on the ground in disgust and glared at Hidan, now playing with the wire hanger. "I thought we were meeting up, un?"

"We decided that this would help things speed up."

Deidara jumped away from between the two seats and the large male who was slumped over eating from a carton of fries. He looked at Deidara and raised a brow.

"KAKUZU. You're here too!" Deidaras eye was wide and terrified

"Why wouldn't I be?" Kakuzu asked blandly, putting another fry in his mouth. Deidara was somewhat surprised that his teeth were as nice as they were.

Deidara nodded and sat facing his steering wheel and put the key in the ignition. "I guess I'll be getting me only breakfast since you two are good with food."

"Actually.." Kakuzu began going on a tangent on how getting them both food would save gas and that perhaps lobster would be a good delicacy since they were helping Deidara out after all

"ALRIGHT ILL GET YOU FOOD!" Deidara screeched, swerving from the apartment parking lot. "But coffee! And no lobster or sushi or any of that shit!"

Hidan looked back to Kakuzu and sniffed. "What's up with him?"

"I'm assuming it's your presence, it's making him constipated."

"Fuck you, stupid cunt eating dick for brains!" Hidan began swiping at the older male who just held him back with a single hand. Deidara looked back and scowled at the two.

Kakuzu continued eating his French fries picking them up with his mouth and slurping them up like spaghetti.
