Seigi panted, Zanpakuto in his sheath. The training with Yoruichi was hell. She was too fast for him, at most he could block about 2 of her punches before getting overwhelmed by one rapid kick by her! Damnit… she's really tough… was it a bad idea to train with her..? Next moment, he saw a blur of Shunpo to his left, and he threw his left arm to block.
Yoruichi reappeared upon his left just to throw a kick. "Good block! Keep that up!" she commanded as she then vanished once again.
"Damn, you're one tough teacher! You vanish before I can even blink!" he commented out loud as he then kept a keen eye out for his training partner.
Yoruichi reappeared behind Seigi and then flew towards him with a quick kick.
Seigi immediately felt her presence nearing him and then turned around rapidly, blocking her kick with a kick of his own.
Yoruichi grinned, "You're getting better! Your reactions are starting to become more instant!" She then vanished once more.
"Damn, here comes the overwhelming third strike," he said as he kept an eye out for another blur, or disruption within the air. Suddenly, he could somewhat see yet another blur that was now in front of him.
Yoruichi reappeared and then thrust a hard punch towards Seigi.
Seigi blocked immediately, but was then pushed back several feet. He panted out of exhaustion, "Damn… I was able to block a third one!"
"Don't let your guard down yet!" Yoruichi appeared high in the sky with her leg raised for a hammer drop kick!
Seigi immediately dodge rolled reflexively and then disappeared in a Shunpo as well.
Yoruichi immediately kicked to her right, landing a direct hit on a Seigi whom reappeared with a surprised look. Her kick landed on his gut, thus really hurting him.
"Damn… how'd you see me?" Seigi panted as he struggled to stand.
"You're not moving fast enough, your enemy will see you if you continue to move like this. You must keep working on your speed and strength," she responded commandingly.
Seigi nodded as he tried to stand. He then looked at Yoruichi with a serious look, "Then let this training continue!" He then immediately vanished in another Shunpo in a matter of seconds.
Yoruichi's eyes shot open in surprise and then whirled around, raising her leg for a kick. Her kick then clashed into Seigi's fist, knocking it away. "Good job, you seem to have gotten somewhat faster. However, I was still able to feel the disruption in the air. You need to work on that. Speed is only good if you can use it sneakily without disrupting the air," she commented and then vanished nearly instantly.
Seigi was taken aback, and then felt his back bump into some other body. He then felt a blade pressed against his throat quite threateningly.
"If you don't keep training, then you'll be taken out this easily! So come on, show me what you've got!" Yoruichi then removed her dagger away from his throat and then took fight stance, vanishing once more.
Seigi kept a careful watch upon his environment, keeping his eyes closed. Suddenly in his mind, he could see a crystal clear picture… he could see… a kick heading towards him from… behind! Seigi opened his eyes and whirled around, batting that kick away with his arm to see a surprised Yoruichi. He then thrust a fist forward, aiming to punch her stomach.
Yoruichi disappeared once more to evade the attack. She appeared directly in front of him and threw him a barrage of punched with just her left fist.
Seigi blocked and evaded as many as he could, some of them hitting him in non-severe places, Damnit! She's gonna end up killing me! Reflexively, he ducked from one that was aimed for his head and sweep kicked her.
She fell back and was then caught by Seigi. "Hm, you seem to be doing better… however…" She then threw him a right cross at his chest, thus knocking him back several feet and causing him to drop said woman. Yoruichi stood up, brushing dirt off her clothes, "You can't trust every peaceful moment when you think you've had the opponent in a corner. When desperate, an opponent is willing to use an unfair tactic to escape."
"I understand…," Seigi panted. Several bruises were running up his arm, and they each pulsed harshly with pain, but he ignored the pain. He grinned, "Alright then, let's keep this up!"
"That's the way!" she said responded and then threw a barrage of punches and kicks at him that were so quick, their movements weren't even blurs!
Seigi's eyes shot open in surprise and he instinctively blocked and dodged every offensive that he could. Several hits landed on his shoulders, stomach, torso and lung, but he just kept fighting the pain whilst dodging and blocking. Damnit, I really need to find a hole in this offensive, otherwise she'll overwhelm me! he thought while scanning each and every one of her movements. Each were precise… however… That's it! I'll have to use her own flash movements against her! Even if they're somewhat slower!
Yoruichi continued with her barrage of punches and kicks, "Did you just accept to losing, or are you thinking clearly, Seigi Honoo?"
Seigi grinned, "You'll see in just a… second," he immediately vanished into thin air.
She stopped and whirled around and swung her arm with her to block a punch coming from her right.
Seigi then launched a kick, however Yoruichi caught the kick. He then leaped off his other leg and threw a kick at Yoruichi's arm that held prisoner his leg.
She caught the other leg with relative ease, "You trapped yourself, from here an Arrancar would blast you with a Cero from their mouth, or they could just go for the finishing kill by tearing you in half, right down the middle," she explained.
"Oh really now? Because it seems…," he then twisted his legs with all his might, throwing Yoruichi's grip off, "that I've got you!" He then roundhouse kicked her right cheek with the back of his left foot, knocking her away several feet and catching her off-guard. He then dashed in, throwing multiple rapid punches and kicks that were nowhere as fast as Yoruichi's, but were pretty strong themselves.
Yoruichi reflexively batted away all of those offensive attempts and then threw a somewhat twisted-arm punch at Seigi's torso, knocking him back with pure force.
Seigi panted, coughing up some blood as he then grinned, "You have to admit, I had you there…"
Yoruichi flashed a grin as well, "Yes, but that's just speed and raw power. Of course in battle, you'd need more than that, also battle tactics, and a few aces up your sleeve."
"What do you mean by that?"
"By that I mean… I'm going to teach you something that I haven't taught someone in ages. However, I need to know… are you going to train honestly enough, and only use this in case of emergencies?"
Seigi thought about it and then nodded his head, "Of course! It's probably dangerous though, eh?"
Yoruichi nodded her head, "But before I go into training you for such a technique.. Let's go shower and get some food! All this training's made me hungry!" She yawned and stretched seemingly like a cat.
Seigi chuckled, "I suppose so then…" He then looked to the artificial sky in the Urahara Shoten's training room and he thought, Don't worry… you'll get yours… his face then hardened as the rough image of Antigua entered his mind…

Antigua now appeared before the very throne room of Sousuke Aizen, arms folded while both Jupiter and Venus appeared right beside him. "So you two are done? What of Mars?"
"Mars is off fighting other random Hollows. He says he's been pumped ever since fighting El Cuarto Espada, so… you get my point," Venus responded as she then blew some hair out of her face.
"I see… How about your tests?" he looked at the two.
"Stark was fairly too easy," Jupiter responded shortly.
"Ehh… Grimmjow Jaggerjacues needs some work," she said with a sweat drop.
"I see… Then I'll get to work on them soon… Now then, I can tell we're in the throne room of that asini--"
"Oh, so you're the ones who have been causing such loud noises in my fortress," the group could hear a chuckle from far off in the room.
Antigua turned, only to see a blade swinging down upon him. He swung his arm to block the blade with his Hierro, just to see a man with brown, swept back hair with a strand hanging over his face with very threatening-looking eyes. "So I'll safely assume, by this amount of Spiritual Pressure you're releasing… that you're Sousuke Aizen?" Antigua said with a grin.
Tousen went on the offensive, firing several thousand needle-like weapons at both Jupiter and Venus.
Jupiter evaded with relative ease, while Venus just playfully grabbed one on the far left and swung it to the right, deflecting them all into the other direction.
Antigua grinned, "This is perfect, I finally get to meet the asinine Shinigami that rules what he calls the Espada…"
