Surprise Chapter is updated today because I had another sleepless night. So this time it's Shougo's reaction to the news. I wasn't quite sure how this would go but I hope that it's okay.

Izumi was waiting in the Sena family living room. Izumi had realised that he hadn't actually to his older brother what had happened. Izumi felt a sudden pain in his finger. He looked down and noticed that he was so nervous he had been biting his nails and he had accidentally drawn a little bit of blood.

"Are you sure you want to do this? Shougo can get a little emotional at times when it concerns your well being." Rei asked knowing how he reacted badly when certain topics were brought up.

"We can't keep it from him forever." Izumi said stating the truth.

"Are you sure you don't want Ryouma here? For support." Rei asked suddenly noting the absence of the new addition to the Sena household.

"Do you know what Shougo would do when I tell him and with Ryouma around?"

"Fair enough." Rei stated knowing fully well that he would probably start to yell at Ryouma if something bad happened to Izumi. When Shougo threw a tantrum he could get pretty violent.

They heard the keys in the door and they both knew that it was time to get into the position. Shougo entered the room and gave the two people he loved most the biggest smile he could.

"What are you doing here I didn't expect you to be here?" He loved it when he got to see Izumi outside of his room and out and about. Also he hadn''t seen much of him in the past week.

"We need to talk about something. Something serious." Shougo laughed nervously and sat down on the sofa with him. He felt Rei place a supportive hand on his shoulder and his nervous laughter began to increase.

"What is this about?"

"Shougo. I don't know how to tell you this but I was…Raped…" He bit his lip wondering how he would respond. It was kind of weird to think he had this conversation with 2 other people before. It was terrifying him.

It took him a moment to process what Izumi had just told him.

"You're joking right?" His eyes trying to look for any sign that he wasn't serious.

"Shougo I'm not joking." He could see the exact moment the Shougo's smile cracked and he lost his humour.

"No…"

"What?"

"I- What? How? WHO HURT MY BABY BROTHER?!" Shougo demanded to know standing up angrily looking around for something he could violently hit.

Rei grabbed him violently by the shoulder and sat him back down. He wasn't letting Shougo go anywhere until he had heard everything.

"Izumi. What happened? When? Just don't go into any details or anything like that I just…" He had broken the one rule of being a big brother which was to protect a sibling at all costs and never let him get hurt ever.

"It was when I was meeting my friends and there were 3 guys who ambushed me." It had taken a lot out of him going into detail when describing the events of what happened to Ryouma and he never wanted to go into that amount of detail again.

"Oh my god. I was really worried when I got the bad omen and then when Rei was crying over the phone I didn't know what was going on." He had been frightened that what had happened to Izumi had actually happened to Rei. By the way he had cried and hung up he assumed that something really bad must have happened but this was worse than he could have expected.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked giving him a big hug. He was trying to act like he wasn't hurt but he clearly was.

"I didn't tell anyone at the start." He said now thinking how disastrous had no one found out about it. He'd probably be way worse than what he was now.

"Why did you have to act like you?" He said trying to make a joke to make Izumi and himself feel better but it was a failed attempt.

"I didn't want people knowing and everything was going great for me and I didn't want to spoil it." He sighed and looked to Rei searching for him to help him out.

"Did Ryouma have anything to do with this? SO help me if he did I'll-" Shougo's rage was interrupted by Rei's faked coughing. If he kept acting like this Shougo wasn't getting anything sexual from Rei. Shougo sensed this and quickly calmed down.

"How are you feeling Izumi?" Shougo realised that he hadn't actually asked how Izumi was feeling. He felt like the worst brother ever.

Rei sighed with relief as Shougo was finally asking the question he should have been asking in the first place.

"I'm getting better I think." Replying as honestly as he could. He was still getting used to how shaky his hands were and loud noises would often make him jump. He would still get random flash backs which would make him curl up into a ball and shield himself from the world but thankfully they were getting less frequent every day.

"I'm sorry this happened. I'll try my best to find the punks and hurt them." He said hoping that he could set things right by finding the people responsible.

"Rei already did that." They both looked over to Rei who once again pushed up his glasses seeing the white light reflection. Shougo knew that it was probably better if he didn't ask questions and just assumed that they dead or they were wishing they were dead. Probably the latter option.

"Do you want a hug? I don't want you to be uncomfortable or anything and-" Izumi wrapped his arms around his older brother and clamped onto him like a vice. He loved his brother and it had pained him a lot to keep this from him. He never kept many secrets from Shougo and it felt so good to finally get this off his chest.

They both of them hugged it out on the sofa for a good 10 minutes. Shougo was so very close to crying but he knew if he did he would set Izumi off and that would be like a stab to the heart 10 times over.

A buzzing sound coming form Izumi's pocket was the thing that eventually made them break up their sibling protection session. Izumi looked at the message and smiled.

"Ryouma got off early and he's going back to the apartment. I was going to meet up with him." He said looking around for his jacket. He and Ryouma were doing great and while they hadn't really gone on any official dates yet they had defiantly gotten a lot closer, they would either be having diner or watching movies.

It was a nice start.

"Allow me to go with you." He said almost instantly after the mention of Ryouma. He honestly did think that Ryouma was just an okay guy but he didn't want anyone to steal or hurt his Izumi so he wanted to watch his every movement when around him.

"You said you would do anything for me. And I want you to stay here with Rei and…ummmm… just spend some quality time together." He wanted any excuse just to be alone with Ryouma. It's not like they were going to do anything sexual it was just that Ryouma and Shougo always had some type of tension when they were alone together.

Izumi left to go meet up with Ryouma and that just left Rei and Shougo alone in the house. Before Rei could even open his lips to tell him off Shougo immediately felling down on his knees holding Rei's leg like a small toddler would.

"I'm sorry for how I acted earlier. God I messed up badly. I was just so mad I-" Rei playfully hit him across the head. Shougo looked up with his lip quivering showing how he was close to letting the water works start. Rei had a small bit of sympathy for him and pulled him up giving him a small but passionate kiss.

"I understand how you felt but you really should have handled it better at the start." He scolded him. He knew that it couldn't be helped it was just that Shougo was a very passionate person and when someone hurts the ones he loves he can get a bit…well…unstable.

"I'm sorry. Is there any way I can make it up to you?" He asked playing with a small portion of his hair.

"I'm not sure. Maybe you could actually go to a performance instead of bailing out for once." He joked giving him a playful nudge. Shougo's face was half covered by an anime like dark blue shadow.

"Okay…" He said defeated. Rei kissed him one more time before he sent him off.

"Maybe when you get back we can work something out." He winked and Shougo's grin had reappeared.

I was think that the next chapter will be Ryouma's and Izumi's first official date and then I have something special planned for the last chapter.
