***Chapter 13***

Kagome couldn't help but feel a little sorry for the red head but she had to admit he was willing to kill himself to save a friend so that said a lot about him. When she saw him fall down and the captain saying something about his fang reaching him she knew it was over so she decided to move and get the red head out of there and get him healed and then go see about the girl. Flashing and appearing beside the red head she reached down and grabbed him quickly just as the captain was getting ready to attack her moving quickly she was already on the next building looking down at him and saluting before taking the red head with her. She knew he wasn't going to follow her because she knew he couldn't sense her so she just moved a few buildings over and sat him down.

Giving a sigh she reached down again and let her powers heal the guy and as she healed him she couldn't help but run her other hand through his hair, he had such beautiful soft silky hair. Pulling her hands back once he was healed she knew he would wake up soon and decided to go ahead and check on Rukia.

Spreading her senses she found that the girl had been moved and was on top of a hill and headed toward her and stopped and watched as she was tied to two pillars. She raised her an eyebrow as she watched as the weapon was released and gave a laugh when she saw a phoenix I was rare for a phoenix to give it's body or body parts to become a weapon but I had been done, but she could sense that this phoenix wasn't happy with how it's fate had turned out as a weapon.

Looking over she could see Ichigo running to stop the attack on Rukia by the phoenix and gave a sigh true at his level right now he could stop it but nothing else. Flashing forward quickly she stood facing the phoenix with her back to Ichigo who was looking at Rukia and had his back to her. Raising her hand she placed it in front of her and stopped the bird before it could hit Ichigo and Rukia who was busy yelling at Ichigo at the moment. Flicking her wrist she sent the bird backwards and looked around and noticed that the reapers were in shock at what she had just done.

Kagome couldn't help but think that the time for silence was over and glanced over her shoulder.

"Hey Ichigo if you don't mind get her and I will take care of this." Kagome said while looking back forward and seeing the phoenix raise itself up and give a cry she almost faulted at what she heard next.

"You're a girl!?" Ichigo screamed while pointing at her.

Looking back over her shoulder and giving a sigh while spreading her powers through herself and burning away her hoody and in a tight tank black top with her hair flowing back behind her. She could hear gasps from behind her and from the ground turning her head and smiling at Ichigo and Rukia.

"Yeah, I am a girl now do what I said." She said turning back around as the phoenix gave another cry before diving at her again.

Byakuya couldn't believe his eyes when the outsider that he had just seen earlier was standing and blocking the soukyoku's power with just one hand and then sending it flying backwards with a flick of his wrist. He really didn't think he could have been more surprised till he saw that the outsider he had been fighting with was a woman, and even from where he was he could honestly saw she was beautiful beyond words. Black blue hair falling to her knees with black silk and a body that would make any man drool he was pulled out of his thoughts when he heard the soukyoku give another before diving at her again.

Shunsui couldn't believe his eyes as he saw two outsider appear and one holding off the soukyoku with just his hand how could any person have that much power, he couldn't help but think to himself and it possible his eyes widened farther when the outsider revealed herself. Shunsui gave a whistle when he saw her body the woman was a goddess in human form that was to be sure, but he couldn't help but wonder why even though this woman was using powers he couldn't feel any of them or even sense her. He was soon pulled out of his thoughts when he heard the soukyoku give a cry before diving at the woman again.

Kagome looked at the phoenix and gave it a smile knowing that it wanted it's freedom from the form it was in and raised her hand and flicked her fingers at it hearing cries of someone telling them to stop someone she was surprised when binds wrapped around the phoenix's neck and she knew they were trying to destroy it and she couldn't let them do that. Moving quickly she broke the binds and laid her hand on its head and let her power go through it and smiled as she moved back and watched, as it glowed and got smaller to the size of and eagle and it flied high giving cries of joy. Hearing something break and getting smashed she looked over her shoulder and saw Ichigo smashing the top of the pillars and she couldn't help but yelling at him.

"Over kill Ichigo to much over kill there." She said as she flashed over to stand beside him as he held Rukia in one arm and his sword over his other shoulder.

Ichigo after hearing Kagome yell over kill felt a breeze and glanced over and thought he was seeing an angle come from the heavens and standing next to him. She was tiny compared to him the top of her head barely come to his shoulder but he had to admit she was gorgeous black blue hair, bright blue eyes that seemed to glow and a body that made a man want to go to his knees and beg of worship her. Shaking his head and clearing his thoughts he come back to the present.

Giving him a smile before looking back down at the reapers standing there still in shock.

"Hm, Ichigo I think one of us as shock them they all look like they have seen something not possible." She said while still looking down before looking back up at him and Rukia and giving her a wave.

"Hi, Rukia I am Kagome." She said while still smiling at the girl.

Rukia couldn't believe what was happen but she was so happy that Ichigo showed up even though she knew she shouldn't have been. Looking at the woman talking Rukia couldn't help but stare the woman was gorgeous and was smiling at her, Rukia couldn't help but blush as the woman smiled at her like that.

Kagome went back to looking at the reapers below as Rukia and Ichigo started yelling at each other she noticed that the red head was there and couldn't help but pout a little bit that his hair was pulled back again.

It seemed that Rukia saw him to because she yelled his name and he responded to it, at least I now know his name Kagome thought to herself and she had to admit Renji seemed to fit him. She couldn't help but smile when he yelled her name back, she glanced over and saw Ichigo getting ready to throw Rukia and raised an eyebrow at this but didn't stop him even though Rukia and Renji tried to.

Kagome couldn't help but raise both her arms when she saw Renji catch Rukia and yelling.

"Goal!" She knew after she had done it that she had spent too much time watching sports with her brother, Shippo, and Koga and judging by how Ichigo was looking at her he thought it was funny.

Sadly Renji and Rukia didn't seem to find it funny and started yelling at him but they both get quiet when he tells them to get away and that Renji's only job is to protect Rukia.

As they took off three others went after them and Kagome smirked as Ichigo disappeared and appeared before them she leaned against the pillar and watched as he easily took all three out before turning and quickly blocking the black haired captain from before.

Glancing over she noticed a few other captains moved as if to do something and she gave a sigh before appearing before them with her back to them and looking at them over her shoulder.

"It would be within your best interest to not move to help or hinder them." She said before turning to face Ichigo and the captain to watch them.

"I don't know who you are but you can't stop us!" the shorter female said while glaring at Kagome.

Kagome couldn't help but laugh and look over her shoulder at the female.

"Not only can I stop just you but I can stop everyone standing with you so do not try my patience with this." She said while staring at the female with a harden gaze that made even Sesshomaru pause and not speak.

She soon heard someone yell sister and saw someone running toward he female that Ichigo had just beat not really caring about that she waited to see if any of the ones behind her would move. She couldn't help but smirk when the short female reacted and went after the kid, glancing over she saw Yoruichi and moved and kicked the short woman off the kid and watched as Yoruichi grabbed her and went over the cliff. Looking back she noticed two other captains seemed to jump off the cliff and glanced at the ones lift behind the old man and the woman who was standing quietly.

She turned to face both of them and waited to see what they would do the woman was the first to move but she didn't go after her like Kagome thought she would she went to the female laying on the ground and took her and flew off and using her sword and making some creature.

Looking back it was only her and the old man and raised an eyebrow at him.

"Will it be me or the two you seem to want to follow and confront?" she asked while still staring at him.

"And what makes you think I would leave an outsider loose and go after those two?" he asked while opening his eyes and looking at her.

Kagome reached up and starched her head and smiled, "I guess because I really don't plan on getting involved unless I have and it seems everyone else is bothered with someone else so I am just going to watch." She said while giving him a serious look she was a little surprised when he just vanished and couldn't help her next comment while turning to watch Ichigo.

"Guess I am not high on his to do list."

Hearing a flapping noise and pressure on her shoulder she glanced over and smiled before reaching up and starching the phoenix's chin and listen to it give a chip in enjoyment. Feeling a spiritual pressure she turned and gave a whistle seemed the old man was the top dog here, she couldn't help but huff she could have if she had known that gotten a good fight out of it.

Giving a smile when she felt the phoenix nuzzle her check she reached back and stroked it's feathers while closing her eyes and spread out her senses to keep a close eye on everyone.

"Now who will be finished first?" she asked while still stroking the phoenix.
