Chapter Twelve: Friends

Normal POV:

Mikan stared with pleading eyes at her old friend, hoping he would stay as her friend. Yuu was standing at her desk looking back at her with a calm gaze, when he asked,

"Are you ok, Sakura-Chan?" Mikan's eyes widened and her eyes filled with tears, but not tears of sadness, but of relief. She jumped out of her desk and ran around to give him a huge hug, making everyone in the classroom whisper and stare at them. You would think that Yuu didn't know what was going on right? Wrong! Thanks to Narumi, Yuu is totally aware of what Luna is doing to their friends, and he is as mad as Mikan and Zero are.

"Y-Yuu, everyone hates me now..." Mikan whispered in a sad tone, hugging him tighter as her tears began to fall. "Do you hate me too?" She was seeing if Luna also had him under control, she even looked at his neck to see if there was a black spot there, the ones that are left there to show that Luna had used her alice on someone. But there wasn't one, but she wanted to make sure Yuu wouldn't leave her too.

"It's alright Mikan." Yuu spoke in a hushed, reassuring, voice, "I would never betray you like they did. I promise, we'll be friends forever." He hugged her back. Yuu really cares about his friends, but when he heard about what had happened with Mikan, he couldn't believe it. But he was here now, and he would make sure that everyone that betrayed Mikan would pay. Even if he started getting bullied or pushed around. He promised to himself that he would never leave Mikan's side.

Zero, who was watching and hearing the whole thing, only sat there, with a small smile on his face. 'Good...' he thought to himself, ' Someone who won't hurt Mikan.'

Little did the three of them know, that a curtain group of students were watching...
