The last chapter. I don't know what to say, but it's an amazing feeling to know you started something and didn't ended it in the middle. I want to thank everybody who readded this story. It's amazing.
"Can I help you?" I asked, walking into the attic when I saw it's open. They are going to leave today. In an hour. It's a torture to know I wouldn't see my son of my lover for long time. "No. I'm just looking around. You know, if the airplane fell." He whispered and I clenched my fist, my knuckles turning white. "Don't you dare say that. You're gonna be fine." I whispered back, walking to him and throwing an arm around him, pinning him closer to me.
The night has been terrible. They didn't want me to sleep with him in the same bed. That it would be really disgusting. He really didn't sleep last night. I haven't really slept very well too. He had cried last night. It was terrible to listen to it. I wanted to just go and hug him and tell him that everything is gonna be fine. I couldn't. They kept him away from me. I didn't even had a chance to go help him with Felix when he cried at night. They told me that he needs to learn how to take care of him alone. That he will treat the other man like he is the king. I don't like it. I want to just tell them to get the fuck out of my house and leave us all alone.
"Hey, are you okay?" He asked and I gripped him tighter, pulling him closer to my body, inhaling his smell. "Yes, I just want to enjoy this. To remember how you smelt and how you smiled. Can you smile for me, please?" I asked and he looked at me, a small, but a sad smile formed on his face. I smiled back sadly, bushing away the few hair from his forehead. He looked at me with thous beautiful golden eyes. They are just as pretty like they were on the first day we met. "Jet, I will visit you as fast as I will can. I can't promise that it will be next month or even next year, but one day I will come to visit you and I swear I will stay here with you." He mumbled and turned, hugging me closer.
I buried my face into his hair, playing with them with my left hand. "You know that my life won't be the same again without you, right?" I mumbled into his hair, my grip tightening around his waist, pulling him closer to my body. He didn't pulled away even after I held him even tighter, leaving small kisses on top of his head. I wanted to forget. Forget for few seconds. He then pulled away, sniffing. "Can I be alone for few minutes, please?" He asked and I looked at him, sighing. "As you wish. I will be back in ten minutes." He smiled at this and kissed my lips, turning around. I turned around to and walked downstairs only to met Felix's gaze and in his hand a black and red suitcase. "Jet, we need to talk." He said and I nodded my head, not liking what he just said. "Jet, I know where is our father. I called him and he booked me a ticket to Florida and a passport that I have since I was small. It still works. He asked me if you wanted to go. It was three days ago and I thought you would like to stay here. I didn't know." I blinked and my eyes widened and my body shook. "My flight is two hours after Zuko's." I couldn't believe what I just heard.
"So, you're leaving me too?" I asked and he nodded with his head, gabbing the handle of the suitcase tight. "I looked for my father for three years, Jet. I told my teacher at school and I will be attending another school in Florida. His is my father and I miss him." I couldn't hear anymore, I turned on my heel, walking downstairs. On my way down, I took a hold of a baseball bat that was rested against the stairs. Walking into the kitchen, I saw Ozai sitting there.
"You fucking asshole!" I yelled, hitting him with the baseball bat between his legs. My rage boiled. "So you want to take everything away from me?! You want to take away my whole family?! You prick! I hope you burn in hell one day!" I yelled, getting Ursa to stare at me and Felix close to her breasts. I growled. "Give him to me. Don't you dare touch my son." I said a little calmer, pulling Felix to my chest, hushing him when he stared to cry. "It's only me, Felix. It's okay. Go to sleep." I whispered and Felix stared at me with brown chocolate eyes, making baby noises. I chuckled and held him close, walking into the living room, sitting on the sofa.
"You son of a bitch!" He yelled at me and I just held Felix tighter, covering his ears. "Oh, shut the fuck up!" I yelled back at him and heard Felix whimper slightly. I looked at him, hushing him. I held him tightly and he stared into my eyes, reaching his little hand. I grabbed it and held it, smiling. When I turned my head, I saw Ozai glaring. In return, I only stuck my tongue out.
I glared from where I sat on the coach across the room, my eyes never leaving Ozai's frowned face. My temper of ager had raised to it's highest point. Why now?
Why did that bastard have to come in when everything was going so well?
"Why?" My voice rang. Ozai blinked but no change in his expression. "Why do you have to be so cruel to your only son? Why can't you just, leave. Him. BE!" I yelled letting my temper get the better of me. Felix whimpered in my arms and I started to calm down at him.
"Taking Zuko back to where he and the baby are going to belong." Ozai replied calmly.
"For who? For yourself?" I spat. Then I choked back what he said. The baby... No. "You're not taking my son away from me!" His cruel smirk played on his lips.
"I think you have no decision in the matter."
"I'm the father!"
"That maybe true. However, the abominations of 'mother'" My body shivered with rage when Ozai spoke so hurtful about Zuko behind his back. "It's still a minor and that leaves the guarantees to be in charge of any offspring." He chuckled. "Including the child."
I growled at him and watched his face closely, there was no shame or guilt. He was pure evil.
"Ozai." I turned and spotted Ursa at the door. "I think we are ready to leave." Ozai nodded and stood. He was coming closer to me and was about to reach for Felix and I snapped back.
"Fuck OFF!" I shouted.
"Give. Me. The. BABY!" Ozai yelled.
"His name is FELIX!"
"ENOUGH!" Me and Ozai looked over to Zuko who stood with a bag behind him ready to leave. "Father, wait in the car, please." I heard a growl beside me and I couldn't help but release smirk. Ozai glared and then left to the car, opening the back of it.
That's my babe.
I thought and held Felix tightly. Then I looked behind Zuko to see Felix holding his suitcase. "They agreed that I can go with them on the airport. You can go too, but then you will just have to go home by your feet." He whispered and I sighed, shaking with my head. "Very well. Is there something you want to tell me Zuko?" I asked and he walked to my, gripping my hand tightly. My smirk disappeared and I stared at him worriedly.
"I love you." I whispered and he smiled at me. "I love you too, Jet." He whispered and I smiled back at him. Just to make him a little happy. "Are you coming with us?" He asked and I looked at him, my lip trembled. He looked at me with hope and I gulped, gripping his hand tightly.
"I'm sorry, but no. I wouldn't stand it and I wouldn't be able to get home." He looked at me, eyes wide and they watered. He looked at me and shook his head, hugging me tightly and kissing my chest. I hugged him tightly, kissing the top of his head, pulling away before I could break down. "Be strong and respect the other man. I don't want him to hurt you." He nodded with his head, kissing my lips and looking at me for a second before taking Felix from my arms and walked slowly out of the house, not looking behind.
I watched him enter the car, looking at the floor. I stared at Felix who looked at me and then smiled, walking to me and hugging me, patting my back. "I will be back soon." He said and smiled, walking into the car. When the car stared, Zuko looked at me for the last time, holding my son close. Then, they were gone.
I stood there alone and people gave me looks. I trembled, falling down on my knees, looking at the ground. "Poor kid." I heard one neighbor whisper and I looked at them. They were looking at me worriedly. "Come to our place. I will make you something warm to drink and you can try to calm yourself down. You need company and I'm sure you don't want to make anything stupid." An old lady whispered and I tried to smile, knowing she was a very nice person.
"Okay. Thank you."
(Zuko's point of view)
There are people. Too many people and it had been too many hours. I was tired and it took us over 20 hours to get here. Now, I was slowly walking to my future unwanted husband with Felix in my arms. Why these very bad things always happen to me? "H-hello." I greeted, walking to him slowly and looking at him in the eyes. "Aw, you must be my new bride." He asked and I nodded with my head slowly, smiling. They told me I needed to smile a lot. I then felt a hand on my cheek. That hand was really soft.
"Hm, you have very smooth skin. I like it." He whispered and smirked, licking his lips. His was a lot taller than me and if I remember very well, my mother said he was 19. "Uh, excuse me. My name is Hahn. You must be Zuko. Your father told me everything about you." He chuckled and then looked into my arms, smiling. "And who is this exactly? What is his name?" He asked and Felix looked at me and the at Hahn, not really looking happy. Hahn glared. "His name is Felix. After Jet's brother." I said and smiled. Hahn only raised an eyebrow. "Who's Jet? Is that the child's biologic father?" I nodded and he scuffed.
"Very well. Are you ready to leave into your new home?" He asked and I nodded, looking at my parents who stood far away, nodding too. "Okay, let's go." I felt his arm around my waist and took my bag, leaving with me and my parents right behind me.
I don't know, but I have a feeling I'm gonna hate this place.
This story is finished. Wow, I feel empty. But, the sequel is gonna be soon. I hope you enjoyed it. I even might post the first chapter this week. Wish me luck. Thank you for reading again.
