At the Ross apartment, the dog whisperer starts teaching the kids how to train their new pet, Jessie.
"Jessie, are you ok? Don't talk, use your head to say yes or no." Asks Cesar while petting her.
Moving her head up and down, Jessie says yes.
"Good girl." Cesar pets her hair. "Now kids, first, you must understand that she is new to this world. She's never been to New York before and also, she was a free human before all this. You can't expect her to become an obedient pet overnight. We must start training her from the beginning. She can't be wearing this collar! What were you thinking?" He takes the collar off Jessie.
She feels relieved. Like a free human being or whatever you can call a naked girl standing in four legs. But her relief won't be for long.
"You must use this training collar!" Cesar puts it around Jessie's neck. "This is a restraining collar to teach a pet to obey her owner. If she tries to move beyond, her neck will start choking. But that's not all; the best part is that you can pull her to teach her when she's doing badly. She will start choking and will stop whatever she was doing. It's the best for a new pet like Jessie to know when she's doing something good or bad. Just see." He pulls Jessie's new collar.
Feeling her throat so tight, Jessie moves closer to Cesar.
"There you go girl." He pets her head. Then he pulls her more, till her butt is on his reach. He pets her back. "See? She's becoming so obedient already."
"Wow! I want do it! Give me!" Says Luke.
"No, me!"
"Me!"
The kids start to fight over Jessie's leash.
"You will all have your chance, but that's not the best feature of this leash. It also has a chip installed where you can control her directly from your cell phones. Just download my pet training app and enter this code." He handles them a paper with the code. "You can give her an electroshock whenever she doesn't obey you. It's the best pet training app. Every pet becomes so obedient in a matter of days, sometimes hours. Let me show you." He touches a button on his phone and Jessie receives an electric discharge.
"Owww!" Screams Jessie. She receives another discharge on her neck.
"What did I told you about not talking? Another human word and you will get a higher discharge. This is on low and I'm not afraid to raise it. Now, keep calm on the next one." He touched the button again.
Again, Jessie feels the discharge on her neck, but tries to stay calm. No human language. Damn, she hopes she knows what she just got into.
"Now kids, I'm giving you permission to do one shock each. Let's start with you." Says Cesar looking at Zuri.
"Awesome!"
