AN: Alright, been a while but here's the new chapter; a request to the followers; I thank you for your continued support and your never dying interest in the story but please do not keep messaging me and posting reviews on my other stories about when I will update this story, to be frank..it's quite annoying to find reviews on my other updated stories asking me when I'll update Scarlet cry but thank you for the ever loving support also I'm sorry if I don't reply to all of your reviews, I definitely will in the next chapter, also sorry for the short chapter, I was gonna make it longer but got pretty annoyed with everyone asking me to update it. My apologies, will be longer next time :) Thanks once again!

To Gravenimage: I'm thinking about it but the way I see it, Sasuke will reject any love interest at the moment, the only one he cares for is Erza, think of him as Lelouch in a way, he cared only about Nunally from Code Geass.
To Fejstroll: it's just something to help him in sticky situations when he's out of options, I won't, it's just a bit of teasing for the pairing fans!

Chapter 12: Another time
"You're practically blind right now! where do you think you're going!?"
Ur's frantic voice echoed and bounced in and out of her humble cottage of a home, mixed with anger and concern; it rebounded until it hit the receiver on his ear, much to his dismay and due to the annoyance that the scream brought to him; he ignored it for he was adept at dealing with the willy ways and shouts of the female kind.
"Sasuke!"
She called out once more, much to his dismay; he stopped and looked back at her; she blinked in surprise to see the blindfolded Uchiha looking back at her in silence, a moment of silence passed between them and Sasuke stood patiently awaiting her to start the conversation which she promptly did at a moment's notice.
"I'll ask you again, where do you think you're going?"
Her voice was calm, yet agitated; he stood in silence and then turned his head away from her and walked past the door in front of him much to the charge in of the woman behind him, he stopped and then jumped to the side of the narrow hallway; ice had covered the ground beneath him and the path before him., he stopped and the ice had settled onto the blocked path before him and then silently seethed in annoyance.
"The doc said you need to rest, it's only been a day since you just had your eyes replaced and you go and pull this crazy stunt? what are you thinking!?"
Ur's voice resounded to him from the back and he looked back to her, an unnatural smirk soon found it's way onto it's face "Hmph..."
Ur's eyes grew wide with surprise "What are you smiling about?" her answer came all to swiftly as Sasuke turned to his right, he could feel a small draft, Ur's black eyes followed his gaze and it hit her all to swiftly, "Don't you dare!" she called out and moved to catch him once more with her ice make magic, if there was one thing Sasuke was proud of, it was his speed which served him well and in a second, he jumped out of the window before a blast of ice covered the window, he landed softly onto the snow covered ground below him and slowly stood up.
"Sasuke!"
Ur's voice echoed through the frozen top floor of her small house, Sasuke paid it no mind; she wouldn't be able to catch him anyway, now he just needed to go find-
"Ahhhh! she beat me again!"
He blinked as Gray's voice reached his ears, and he walked forward drawn by the voice; settling himself behind a snowy rock, he lay still as he heard their banter and Erza's lone voice reached him once more.
"I told you...I'm stronger than you! it's all cause I was watching how nii-san fights!"
That lone statement drew Sasuke's attention, if he was right; she was a natural when it came to combat and that would mean she would be able to defend herself with his own blade if need be and so the idea that had forced him out of his rest had begun to bud even more, he walked past the rock and then towards the three children that lay in front of him.
The three of them blinked in surprise to see Sasuke behind them, his right hand placed on his waist as he waited for the reactions that knew would come and it came all too swiftly from the one closest to him.
"Nii-san!?" Erza called out, in concern and in swiftness, she ran to him; stopping right in front of him "Are you alright!? Ur-san said you couldn't see for a while and you needed rest! what are you doing out here in the cold!?"
Sasuke stood still compressing the irritation brewing in him, the girl spoke too fast and asked too many questions, he mused to himself that it was mostly his fault after everything that had happened, she had grown close to him...too close.
"Hey..." Gray called out, "aren't you going to answer her? she's asking you something..."
Sasuke glanced to where Gray's voice came from, and the young ice mage blinked in surprise to see the older male looking at him though he was blind folded, it creeped him out to say the least, ignoring the young upstart's comments, Sasuke looked back to the young girl in front of him and he began to speak.
"Erza..." he began "follow me..." slowly turning around, he began walking away from the three children. "What?! wait! you're leaving!?" Gray called out only to be met by the cold voice of the avenger who had stopped midway awaiting the arrival of his little sister.
"Nii-san, are we leaving?" Erza voiced Gray's own question right back to the avenger, who in turned stopped and answered her "I need to teach you something..."
Erza blinked and a smile popped up on her face "Are you going to teach me how to fight!?" she questioned enthusiastically, Sasuke inwardly groaned; she picked up on his way of speaking way too fast for his own liking, he ignored her once more "Nii-san! tell me!"
Behind the two, Gray and Leon watched as the young scarlet haired girl annoyed her older brother, they watched in silence as Sasuke's voice called out to Erza once more and a cryptic answer greeted their ears "You won't know if you don't come with me..."
And with a pout, Erza grew enraged with irritation; she looked back to Gray and shrugged her shoulders "we'll be back in a while" and she too, sprinted to the side of the young avenger.
"Hey, Erza! wait!.." Gray called out, only to be met by silence "Man...what's up with that guy? he's blindfolded and he walks around like he's completely fine."
"You got that right..." Leon murmured "I don't like his attitude..."
Gray spared his fellow disciple a lone glance and then looked back to where Sasuke and Erza had both disappeared too and suddenly a lone thought came to his mind and he looked back to Leon "Say...if he came out here, does that mean he got past Ur?"
"What?...no wa-" began Leon only to be interrupted by a flurry of footsteps, he blinked in surprise to find Ur slowly making her way to them "Did you guys see where Sasuke went?...wait, where's Erza?" Ur questioned out in surprise.
"That guy asked her to come with him, they said they'll be back in a while" Gray explained to her
Ur gritted her teeth and clenched her fist in irritation "Tch...that brat, doing whatever he likes" Noticing their teacher's irritation, both Gray and Leon stepped back "Uh oh..." they watched in awe and fear as Ur froze the rock in front of them and smashed it to pieces. "Now...then..." she began, her voice deathly grave "I need to take out this anger on someone, some extreme training might do huh?" she murmured to herself and with the warning given and received, Leon and Gray looked to each other in fear. Gray and Leon together called out:
"Run!"
"Not so fast!" Ur called out and began chasing after them.
A couple of metres away, Sasuke and Erza stopped as Ur's shout as well as the deathly screams of her two young pupils reached their ears, Erza looked back to Sasuke, fearing for her friends safety "Nii-san, are they in trouble? shouldn't we go back?"
Sasuke's gaze lay still as he continued to listen closely to the screams and then answered her "They're fine..." he answered and continued walking a few more metres before he stopped and placed his right hand on his left wristband. Erza watched in surprise as a white smoke erupted and in Sasuke's left hand was his chidori blade. An uneasy nervousness settled onto Erza as she took a step back.
On hearing the single footstep, Sasuke perked up, picking up on the sudden tension that filled the air "What's wrong?" he asked, his voice plain yet a hint of concern showering itself. Erza slowly looked away "It's n-nothing..." she murmurmed.
He caught the stuttering and a few moments of silence passed as he wondered as to what was the problem, Erza however drew blanks as uneasiness filled her features; visions of the man she had stabbed plaqued her mind as she looked to his chidori blade. The young avenger stood in silence contemplating as to what was wrong, he reasoned that she became silent when his chokuto was unveiled and so without further adieu, another poof sound was heard; Erza immediately looked up to see the empty hands of the avenger falling to the side, before she could ask anything or prod him for questioning. The scream of a terrified young boy caught her ears, Sasuke simply sat down beneath the tree and awaited the arrival of none other than a panting...
"Gray!" Erza exclaimed, surprised riddled in her features "What happened?"
"I-...eh...hah..." Gray panted, slowly he looked up and saw Sasuke sitting beneath the snow laden tree "This! this is all your fault!...you know h-how hard it is for u-us to run away from Ur when she's a-angry!?"
"No"
Was the quick, calm and decisive answer causing Gray to scream out in frustration, he buried his face in the snow as Erza looked on incredulous at the sight before her, confused on what had happened. Sasuke however took the boy's appearance as an opportunity and he called out to him
"Crybaby..."
"What?! who you calling a cry baby!?" Gray shouted, now seemingly irritated with the older boy. Erza stood confused at the sudden nickname "Crybaby?" she questioned and looked to Gray who stood up to his full height glaring at the avenger. Ignoring the glare, Sasuke simply questioned him.
"Can you use your magic to make a blade?"
"Huh?" Gray questioned in surprise "Of course I can!"
"Hmph..." Sasuke scoffed "Show me then..."
The young avenger's sudden challenge opened up a proving ground for Gray and he clenched his fist in frustration and shouted at him "What?!" he called out "You don't think I can!?"
Sasuke, however remained silent, the bait was set; Gray only needed to take the bite and much to Sasuke's prediction, he did. Erza watched in awe as an ice sword, a little bigger than Sasuke's chokuto was made, it's handle had gripped linings running through and a small base seperating the blade from the handle, with his deed now done.
Gray smirked, placing the sword by his side "How's that?!" he asked and looked to Sasuke who sat in silence. In the next moment, Gray realized "Oh..." he said, "sorry, forgot you couldn't see.."
"Give it to Erza"
"Huh?..." Gray blinked and looked to the scarlet haired girl next to her who stared at him in awe, he blushed a bit and looked away "Um..o-okay..." and handed her the ice sword. Erza took it in her right hand, gripping it tightly "Wow.." she exclaimed in mesmerised awe, and then she looked back to Gray "You're really amazing, Gray!"
Another low blush heated his cheeks and Gray looked away rubbing the back of his head in nervousness "It's n-not that big a deal..." he murmured. Sasuke remained silent through the current proceedings and allowed the peaceful moment to keep moving forward only for it to be broken by another pair of footsteps.
"There you are! you damn brat!"
Gray rapidly blinked and let out a squeel, darting from Erza; he jumped and hid behind the tree that Sasuke sat in front of. Erza raised her eyebrows in surprise and watched as Ur appeared before them, her violet eyes blinked in surprise to see Erza in front of her holding an ice sword, she grew curious and knelt down to her level "Huh? who made this?" she asked, curiosity etched into her features.
"Gray did!" Erza beamed and Ur blinked once more in surprise "He did?"
"Yup!" was the chiper reply, Ur remained silent as she looked to the sword examining it "Amazing, he's grown more than I realised..."
Gray however peeked from the back of the tree and looked to the young avenger in front of him, whispering "Is she gone yet?.."
"..."
Silence reigned between the two as Sasuke refused to answer the young ice mage, frankly he was getting annoyed with all the sudden intrusions. He remained silent and stiff like the tree behind him. Gray's eyes turned into slits as irritation began to brew in him "Man!...this guy really pisses me off! how does Erza even deal with him anyway!?"
The silence was shattered as Ur finally found her target "There you are" she stated with irritated vigour, Gray let out a small squeak as he went back to hiding behind the tree, footsteps slowly creeped up on him and he began sweating profusely and then all too suddenly it stopped. Gray blinked and slowly found his hair being ruffled "Huh?.." slowly his eyes opened and he looked to see Ur grinning down at him "That's a nice sword you made..."
"Uh..." Gray gaped, slowly shaking off the sudden shift in his teacher's mood "T-thanks"
Another smile and then Ur slowly stopped ruffling his hair, with a kick; she shook the tree next. Sasuke remained still and in the next instant shunshined to his right avoiding the big pound of snow that threatened to fall onto him courtesy of Ur. Erza and Gray watched in awe at the sudden display of speed put forth by the avenger. Ur remained unimpressed however as she went stood in front of the sitting avenger.
"And? what do you think you're doing?"
"..."
Sasuke didn't answer which further irritated Ur even more, letting out a disgruntled sigh; she looked back to Erza who held the ice sword in her hands and then back to the avenger, scratching her head in annoyance "Well whatever it is you're doing, make sure you finish it before dinner..."
"I'll try" Sasuke answered, Ur let out another sigh and then looked to Gray "Come on, Gray...we're leaving; they'll be back later, let's go search for Leon and there's something's I need to buy from the town too..." she explained and began her treak away from the Sasuke and Erza, the young ice mage walked away from Sasuke and then looked to Erza "We'll see you later..."
"Yeah!" Erza smiled, Gray smiled back and then chased after Ur, she watched them go and then looked back to Sasuke who called out to her.
"Ready?"
She blinked in confusion "for what? nii-san?"
"If you're going to travel with me then you need to learn to fight for yourself when I'm not around.." he stated and sudden realisation dawned on her "When you're not around?...nii-san?" she questioned, her voice dipping lower into sadness, Sasuke caught it and his ears perked up
"Are you going to leave me again?"
There it was, the dreaded question that Sasuke hated, truthfully he didn't know the answer to that either and he remained silent pondering on how he would answer the question. Erza looked on awaiting his answer and this new world he was in, he didn't know what fearsome opponents awaited him or if he would even be able to handle them either and so he answered back the only way he knew how.
"And what if I do?"
Shock overcame her and she looked away from him "I-I..." she began but not words would come out of her mouth, letting out a small sigh'; Sasuke called out to her motioning for her to come forward and she did and when she was mere inches from his face, he poked her forehead with his two fingers sending her staggering back in surprise, she blinked as she caught a glimpse of a small smile on his face.
"Sorry Erza, I'll answer that another time..."
