Hello everyone! It sure has been a while, hasn't it? I'm sure it's quite shocking to see such an old face on this site after so many years. Now, I must say, it is really nostalgic being back on this site that I valued very much when I first joined. Not to mention, I kinda forgot how some things function. Even so, I'll probably get used to it again. Heh, well I'm digressing at this point and might as well address the elephant in the room and get it over with. I'm sure many wondered what happened to me and whether or not I would update this story ever again. To start off, this story that I created years ago has always been on the back of my mind all this time. I haven't forgotten about it in the slightest and there were various times where I worked on the storyline whenever I had freetime. Despite these efforts, I never updated a chapter that involved the story progressing or any notice if it was still continuing. Now, I'm just going to come and say it. I'm sorry. I apologize for not updating in the slightest or even not logging in to read on some of my favorite stories or talk to old friends I met on here. However, I have reasons why things turned out this way. From the last time I updated in 2015, my life ended up taking a dark turn. I was caught within a cycle filled with stress and depression that came from my personal life which greatly affected me as a person. It was only just last year where my life turned back around and I was finally able to look up positively in life. Not to mention, school also dramatically began to have a strong hold over my life and it still does till this day. These are some major reasons why I stopped writing this story over these years. Now, since I'm finally back, I'm sure many of you are wondering if this notice means future updates are coming for this story. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that is not the case. There is another reason why I stopped writing. And that reason is that I lost passion and interest in this fandom and series. By enduring harsh challenges over these past years, I'm afraid to say that I became a much different person compared to who I was before. With these changes, I found interests in other series and fandoms. In other words, I will no longer write for the movie, Rio. While the franchise and the community on this site had a huge place in my heart, I ended up moving on onto other things. That being said, this story will be considered discontinued from now on. I'm terribly sorry to everyone who was excited to see this story update only to read these news. I hope that you all understand. Moving on, I'm still debating whether or not I'll continue writing on this site for other series. I'll have to see in the mere future. Anyways, I believe that I have rambled on for so long, so I'll just end things here. Once again, I apologize for the discontinuation of this story and to the readers I probably disappointed with this decision. However, I wanted to thank you all for supporting this story and myself on this short journey. And I will miss this amazing community filled with awesome people. Well, goodbye everyone!
