Chapter 14
A Legendary Showdown
AN: As of when I write this, it's Pokémon's 20th Anniversary, which makes it an appropriate time to write and upload this final chapter to the first book of this epic crossover. BTW this is my second time writing this, due to a malfunctioning update, I lost my OS and I backed up all my files but for some reason this file couldn't come alone. I guess it was due to data corruption. Suprisingly as far as I know, this was the only one saved. In any case, I hope you enjoy this and I recovered it well enough from memory.
The three elemental islands surrounding Valencia was all peaceful and quiet. The sea whipped around the shores and the cool breeze blew. Only a few sea Pokémon, such as a Goldeen leaping out or a Krabby crawling to the shore, dared to disturb the silence. Nothing seemed to disturb anything about it.
However, the serenity of the islands was about to change as evident in the new sounds in the distance. The sound of boats revving off in the distance came first, followed by helicopters. They were all blazed with a huge 'R' and they were all approaching each of the islands.
On Valencia island many of the townsfolk stared as the ships approached, including a resident heroine, Melody. Melody was known for helping the Chosen One in saving the world from destruction. But right now she and the other residents could only watch as the strange group of people came ashore and unleased their Pokémon.
"THIS ISLAND IS OURS!"
"EVERYONE SURRUNDER TO TEAM ROCKET!"
This caused everyone on the island to scream and make a break for it before this group could do what they could. Amidst the chaos of the people fleeing and Team Rocket trying to pursue them, she had hidden in a deep alleyway behind some boxes.
Meanwhile on Fire island a bunch of boxes and explosives were being set up. As well as other equipment.
Not to far away a certain man stroking his Persian smiled as his helicopter approached the islands. He was really looking forward to this. He knew what was coming.
The Trainers and the Sailor Scouts had decided to take a rest on a nice residential island. It wasn't fancy or anything but simple enough to provide a little break from the high seas. Luna even approved of it since they were on the water for a while, in face she and Artemis nearly demanded it, after looking a bit green.
The scouts were not just using this time to rest but to bond with their Pokémon since they hardly had a chance to do that.
Amy was busy looking over her text books when Seel handed her a note pad.
"Ah, thanks you Seel", said Amy who then petted him. Seel nuzzled up to this in approval.
Rini was sitting down on some crates nearby, running a brush through her Eevee. Eevee was really enjoying this and let out several coos of approvement.
"You really like that don't you Eevee", said Rini. "You really have nice fur, and I want to keep it that way. Your so cute!"
"EEE". Eevee said in pure happiness.
Close by Lita was giving her Oddish a little coaching in how to attack. "OKAY READY" said Lita, "AND NOW USE YOUR RAZER LEAF AS HARD AS YOU CAN!"
"OOODIIIISH" went Oddish as it hit a few cleverly placed barrels with it's leaves.
"Yeah" shouted Lita, "That's the ticket. Keep that up and you will be a lot stronger than you are now."
"Oddish", said Oddish happily.
"To be honest, you have come a long way from the Oddish I met when we started out. You used to be so scared but now you have gotten a bit of a spine. You are doing excellent and outdoing yourself", said Lita who added a thumbs up and a wink for emphasis.
"ODD-DISH", said Oddish as he smiled.
Raye was busy sitting on the dock grooming her Vulpix when Mina, with her Smoochum riding on her shoulder, came on up.
"How is your Vulpix", asked Mina.
"She's doing great, and she really likes to be petted and groomed, it really makes her happy", said Raye.
"You can tell can't you", said Mina with a wink, her Smoochum imitated her.
Raye chuckled, "You know me too well. So are they still going at it over there?"
"You know it", said Mina. Both of them glanced to the two in question. Serena and Darien were sitting together admiring two scenes, the view of the sea and the sight of their recently caught Nidoking and Nidoqueen cuddling together. They also had their Clefairy and Roselia joining them on the bench.
Serena took a glance at the two 'nidos'. "You know those two in some ways are like us."
Darien chuckled, "Yeah, from how they are, I can see why you would say that." He then hugged her closer, "I guess it's true what Ash told us what Professor Oak told him, that some Pokémon reflect on their trainer."
Serena giggled. "Yeah I guess that's true."
Raye and Mina both rolled their eyes.
"Sometimes I feel they are just love showing it off in front of us", said Raye.
"At least they will admit it, not like some people", said Mina, who then gestured to two bickering trainers.
"All I am saying I just don't see why we just eat at a cheeseburger place tonight", said Ash.
"ASH! I think for a break like this is we eat at a nice restaurant", retorted Misty.
"Cheeseburgers can be nice", Ash retorted on that.
"Are not", replied Misty.
Raye and Mina both chuckled.
"Reminds us how Serena and Darien started out, always bickering at each other", said Raye.
"You can say that again", added Mina.
Their respective pokemon nodded and cried in agreement.
Ash and Misty continued arguing but it was then interrupted by the sound of someone calling Ash's name. The sound of it was none other than Nurse Joy.
"Excuse me, but is one of you Ash Ketchum", asked Nurse Joy.
"That would be me", said Ash.
"Thank goodness I found you", said Nurse Joy, "Someone's been sending a Orange Island wide message for you to every Pokémon Center and demands that you get in contact as soon as it was received."
"Is there a problem", asked Lita overhearing this as the other gasped at the seriousness of this.
"I don't know but I would recommend you take that call as soon you can", said Nurse Joy.
"Let's get to the Pokémon Center and make that call", said Ash.
The whole group nodded and made a bee line for the Pokémon center.

"Hello? Is anyone there", came Melody's voice over the vidphone. "Ash is it you?"
"Melody" gasped Misty, Ash and Tracey.
Melody's face filled the screen. "Oh thank goodness", she said, "I managed to find you. Listen, I don't have much time, they may find me."
"Who may find you", asked Tracey.
"Team Rocket. A whole bunch of them just came on to our island and now they are taking over the place. I barely managed to evade them and find a Pokémon Center to send out an emergency call to find you. I don't know what they are up to but it involves the birds on our island", exclaimed Melody.
"You mean Lugia and the others", gasped Tracey.
"Yes", said Melody. They then heard banging in the background. "YOU GOT TO HURRY! BRING HELP IF YOU CAN! YOU CAN'T LET! NOOOO!"
At this she was cut off when some grunts came into the picture and turned it off.
"This is not good", said Tracey. "She really looks like she's in serious trouble."
"And I wouldn't be surprised if the Heart Snatchers were involved in this", said Luna who was observing nearby.
"Heart snatchers or no, we still got to help", said Ash.
"PIIIKA", exclaimed Pikachu.
"We are coming with you",s aid Lita punching her fist. "After all our duty is to help others, and even if Team Rocket wasn't working with the Heart Snatchers we would still go."
"Right", said Serena, "After all it's our job."
"Beside we can't let you go alone", said Mina winking.
"Thank you, all of you", said Ash.
Geovannni stood on the pier stroking his Persian with delight as he observed the operations going on at a distance. His only other companions were a few grunts. Well they were until he saw Mimette approach along with Jessie, James and Meowth who were lugging along heavy pieces of equipment.
"Since when are we the pack mules", groaned Jessie.
"At least they don't get tired", said Meowth.
"QUIT YOUR WHINING AND BE CAREFUL WITH THAT", growled Mimette. "Geovanni I see you made it."
"As have you, and Dr. Tomoe", asked Geovanni.
"He will be here soon", said Mimette smirking. "He would like to have the Diamond pod launcher ready to go as soon as possible."
"It will be, along with our . . . .subjects", said Geovanni smirking at the islands.
As if on que they hear the huge caw of huge bird from fire island and in the distance a small boat was approaching the mainland.
"Perfect", said Geovanni.
"HURRY AND SET IT UP YOU NIMRODS", shouted Mimette to Jesse, James and Meowth.
"I will show her who's a nimrod" growled Jessie.
"I would but I am too scared to do so", said James.
Moltres was furious at what was going on his island. The fact they were purposefully attacking the island stirred it up from its sleep and thus he had to defend it. Moltres gave a huge cry and started shooting it's flames at everyone on the shore. They all ran and dove for cover as it came near them.
Moltres kept on divebombing and attacking and striking each of the humans down below, none of them making a move to stop it. It was so busy taking them on it didn't notice a glint coming off of Valencia Island followed by a white streak that came right at Moltres and landed right square in it's chest.
Moltres gave a huge roar as he glowed and started to transform in mere moments, Moltres was replaced by a human man made of flames and with a pair of wings on his back.
"MOLTAR" He roared and took to the skies.

Ash's Lapras and the boat the Sailor Scouts where one slowly made their way right into the bay of the four islands of Valencia. They heard the outcry of Moltres easily from a distance and saw the disturbing transformation.
"That's why they are hitting these islands", said Amy, "To make the strongest heart snatcher Pokémon ever."
"That's just wrong", shouted Ash.
"I have to agree. Pokémon were not meant to be used like this, after experiencing training first hand", said Serena.
"The beams trajectory came from Valencia itself", said Tracey, "Maybe that's where we can stop them."
"Then let's head right over there and put an end to this", Ash said with determination. Everyone nodded in affirmination.
As if to add to their determination another boat cruised alongside them, but it wasn't coincidental, it was as If it was coming by them deliberately.
"Ahoy down there", shouted the familiar voice of Amara. They all looked to see, Amara, Michelle and Trista standing on the decks.
"Think you may need a hand?" she added.
Normally Ash and the others would turn her away but at this moment he and the others could sense for once, that for the first time, they actually may need each other in this, and their goals were the same. So with a smile Ash nodded.
Geovanni smirked at the sight of the first of the legendary birds that became a powerful heart snatcher. He could almost await the sighting of those that remain and see how they would effect the others.
"Is it ready for the next one Tomoe", asked Geovanni.
"Ready and waiting", laughed Tomoe manically. "This is going to be one heck of a party!"
As if on que they heard the caw of another bird and the zapping of lightning. From the clouds descended a yellow bird Pokemon that was the motif of lightning itself. It was Zapdos.
"Perfect", said Geovanni.
The electric legendary bird continued to give it's shrill cry as it flew at it's now transformed comrade. It gave a caw as if to reason with it but Moltar simply fired back on him with multiple fire blasts. To defend himself, Zapdos let out a huge electric shock but missed.
While Zapdos was distracted, Dr. Tomoe ready the Diamond Pod launcher gun. He took aim and with a shout of 'fire', he fired it right at Zapdos. The minute the diamond pod landed on Zapdos, it gave a huge roar of pain and shock and fell towards the ocean as it glowed and began to change. Geovanni and the others watched in earnest at where Zapdos had fallen.
The water whirled around the area and in instant a yellow man with electronic wings emerged. The man had black hair and had the same fierce expression Zapdos did.
"ZAPPER", he cried. Zapdos had been transformed.
"Yes! Yes", shouted Geovanni. He was very pleased with what was happening. All he had to do now was wait for the two other to emerge and he would have four invincible Pokémon heart snatchers.
"Boy they sure look fierce", declared Jessie.
"I am just glad dey work for us", pointed out Meowth.
As they looked on a grunt ran up to Geovanni and gave a salute.
"Sir" the grunt said, "We just got word a few strangers have landed on the island and have begun attacking our men. While they are using Pokémon some of them are using strange powers. We believe it may be these Sailor Scouts we have heard about."
Geovanni smirked. "So at last they show themselves", he remarked. "Bring me to them, I want to meet these Sailor Scouts myself." Then pointing to Jessie, James, Meowth and Mimet added, "You come with me, I will need your 'knowledge' on them."
"Y-y-yes sir", Jessie, James and Meowth replied nervously.
"ODDISSSSH"
"NIDOKIIIING"
Leaves and hyperbeams went flying.
"MARS CELESTIAL FIRE SURROUND!"
"VULLLLPIXXX!"
Fire hit the grunts like mad.
"PIKAAACHUUUUU"
"HIYAAAAAH"
Water and Electricty went around like mad. Pokémon and human fought hard against the grunts as they made their way around the town. Sailor Mercury worked at her visor and computer as she typed into it.
"I found it. The machine that's causing this right over near the alter is", said Mercury pointing in said direction.
"Right", said Misty. The group however didn't notice a grunt ordering his Growlith to issue a flamethrower attack. Oddish was nearly taken off guard and was flown through the air. Sailor Jupiter however managed to take notice just in time.
"ODDISH" she shouted as she ran and caught it. "Are you okay?"
Oddish let out a meek little 'odd' but otherwise it was okay. Sailor Jupiter turned to the grunt in anger and her tiara's antennae rose up.
"JUPITER OAK EVOLUTION" she shouted throwing electric leaves at the grunt and his Pokémon sending them back.
"Way to go Jupiter", said Tracey.
Some of the other members clapped and cheered her. Misty made a comment not to get on her bad side. However, the hands of sarcastic clapping interrupted the small victory. It was from a sinister looking man, wearing an orange business suit. He wasn't alone, behind him stood, Jessie, James, Meowth and Mimete. Jessie, James and Meowth looked exhausted and miserable.
"Bravo, bravo. I must admit that was very admirable effort. It's nice to finally see those who have been causing me problems", said Geovanni.
"Who are you", demanded Sailor Neptune.
"I am the boss of Team Rocket, my name is Geovanni", he said. "I see you can see the fruits of labor that I have been doing with these enemies of yours. Aren't they magnificent?"
"Magnificent!? You turned them into monsters, horrible monsters", said Misty.
"Yes, they did nothing to you? Why did you do this", asked Sailor Moon.
"The same reason Team Rocket exists. The whole reason Pokémon exist is to use as tools to the end. Their job is to obey humans and I intend to use them ot assist me in taking over the world. To put it simply they are a means to the end", declared Geovanni. "And these are one of the strongest Pokémon in the world hence they are the best to suit my needs!"
"HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT", shouted Ash.
"PIKA PIKA" agreed Pikachu.
"Pokémon and humans live side by side, and Pokémon training has helped them grow together even more", said Sailor Moon.
"And they grow stronger together", said Sailor Jupiter who looked at her Oddish in her arms. "Even the most insignificant of Pokémon can become very powerful."
"ODD!" agreed Oddish and as if to agree it jumped out of Jupiter's arms and then screamed and started to glow.
"What's happening to it?" asked Jupiter.
"Your Oddish it's evolving", gasped Tracey.
Oddish's illuminated form chaned and soon it looked like a pal bud.
"Gloooom", it said.
"Your Oddish evolved into Gloom" gasped Tracey.
"Gloom, you evolved, because of what I have done", said Jupiter in realization and smiling.
Before Geovanni could say anything to break the tender moment, it was already broken by the sound of two more screeches. They all look to see two more birds flying towards the now transformed legendary birds."
"IT's Articuno and Lugia" gasped Ash referring to the ice like bird and the amphibious like bird respectively.
"YES! They finally showed themselves", smirked Geovanni gleefully. "Mimet, tell the good doctor to fire at them when ready."
"Of course, "said Mimet. With that she took out a radio. "Final targets in your sites doctor, you may fire when ready."
"NO!" shouted Ash and Sailor Moon.
Before anyone could even act they heard two shots being fired followed by seeing two white diamond pods streaking from the said location right towards the two birds. They didn't see them coming and were struck immediately, Articuno on its wing and on the chest for Lugia, and they both let out cries of pain as they glowed and fell into the ocean. All parties watch in either fear or anxiousness to see what would happen. In a moment, the sea let out a huge flash and there emerged were two men but one was icy and the other almost aqua like. Both had wings on their back.
"LUGOS!"
"ARTICON!"
"YES YES YES" shouted Geovanni, "Behold, four of the mightiest Pokémon and now thanks to the diamond pods they are even stronger! NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO DEFEAT THEM!"
"You fool, you have no idea how it will effect them" said Uranus.
"That's where you are wrong, now that they are Heart Snatcher Pokémon they will obey me", said Geovanni. Then to the said transformed bird Pokémon he shouted, "SHOW THIS ISLAND YOUR MIGHT!"
The four transformed legendary bird flew in close and then all started charging up their attacks. The Sailor Scouts and their trainer friends could tell this was going to be one nasty blast and braced themselves for impact. . . but the attack never came.
"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR" shouted Geovanni, "UNLEASH YOUR FURY!"
Again they didn't respond they were just there frozen.
"That can't be good", remarked Mimet
As if to add to it the four Pokémon heart snatchers put their hands to their heads and start roaring in pain. Geovanni got on the radio
"Professor, what is going on", shouted Geovanni.
"Argh", came the voice over the radio, "It appears these legendary Pokémon has more powerful minds than we anticipated, they are fighting the reprogramming brought on by the diamond pods! They are beyond our control!"
"WHAT?" growled Geovanni. As if to clarify it the four heart snatcher legendaries let out cries in pain and anger as their eyes turned red. They started firing their attacks into air in conflict some of the attacks nearly hitting the town and the boats in the water.
"Their internal conflict is making them go crazy" shouted Mercury, "We have to get them back to normal soon or they will destroy us and themselves!"
Then with another roar the diamond pod bird pokemon took off over the ocean and flew off into the horizon.
"This is not good, as they are they could attack anywhere and anything in sight" gasped Tuxedo Mask.
Sailor Mercury typed feverishly at her computer and gasped. "Oh no, by my calculations. .. . they are heading back home! OUR HOME!"
"WHAT!" clamored the rest of the scouts.
The people of Tokyo were simply moseying around, living their own lives. They had little to realize what would happen next. A few people near the bay could see the few shapes that were approaching at a fast rate. A few even shouted. Before anyone could even comprehend what was going on there they were, the four legendary bird Pokémon all transformed into diamond pods monsters. They hovered in the air right above the populace, ready to attack at any moment. The first one to do was Zapper who zapped the Tokyo Tower almost melting it and making all the electronics on it short out.
Lugos then used it's power to blast the Tokyo Bay bridge causing lots of cars to swerve out of control.
Articon froze the bay area nearly freezing everyone in it's path. And Moltar began using it's fire blast on the nearby buildings making them catch fires. In a span what seemed to be a few minutes, the entire city was in chaos and everyone was the diamond pod Pokémon's mercy.

Ash's Lapras and the boats containing the respective Scouts approached the bay in time to see the anarchy, and it was worse for wear. The sight they saw really shocked and alarmed them. Admidst the carnage the diamond pod bird Pokémon kept up their relentless attacks.
"This is horrible", gasped Misty.
"We got to put those birds down", said Uranus.
"No", said Ash, "We simply need to get the diamond pods out of them, it's not their fault they are like this."
"Kid, I know how you feel but this is not the time to be sentimental about these creatures", said Uranus.
"It's either them or us", added Neptune.
"No", said Sailor Moon, "Ash is right there must be a better way, but even with using the silver Crystal I doubt we can defeat them."
Just then Ash got an idea. "What if, you drew your strength from the bond you share with your Pokémon?"
"What are you getting at", asked Pluto.
"Ash is right, all Pokémon, all trained Pokémon share a bond with their trainers", said Tracey, "And that bond helps them get stronger!"
"That's right, and that bond helped Jupiter's Oddish to evolve, we saw it happen" said Mars.
"It just might work, but we will need time", said Mercury.
"We will keep those Diamond pod Pokemon distracted while you get it ready", said Ash.
"Guys it's way too dangerous", remarked Neptune, "You could get killed."
"If we don't many may get killed", said Misty.
"Let them do this", said Sailor Moon, "After what they have done, I believe them."
The other scouts look on knowing their leader is correct, even the Outers had to agree.
"Very well", said Uranus.
"Right let's go", said Ash to Misty and Tracey who nodded. Pikachu gave "Pika Piiika" of approval.
The four diamond pod birds were continuing their rampage. Every citizen of Tokyo was fleeing before their fury, some barely making it. Zapper readied another thunder attack when he was zapped hard by another lightning bolt.
"WHAT? Huh" he grunted.
"PIIIKA" goes Pikachu. Ash, Misty and Tracey stood on a nearby rooftop, with all of their Pokémon out for all to see, and all ready to battle.
"FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT" shouted Lugos. The others birds repeated his word.
"Charizard flamethrower on Articon, Pikachu, Thunderbolt on Lugos" shouted Ash.
"Scyther, Fury Cutter on Zapper!" shouted Tracey.
"Staryu, use water gun on Moltar", shouted Misty.
The respective Pokémon gave their battle shouts as they attacked the respective monsters. While they did feel the attacks, the transformed Pokémon weren't that easily put down and retaliated, but thankfully the Pokémon, managed to dodge the attacks, even Tracey's aged Scyther.
"Hurry Squirtle use water gun" shouted Ash. Squirtle nodded and fired right at Moltar but he fired back at them, both humans and Pokemon moved to avoid the blast.
"Let's hope the Sailor Scouts work quick or we will be toast", said Misty.

Near the docks, the Sailor Scouts noticed the situation in the distance and knew they should take this chance their friends gave them to get ready. They all turned and looked at their respective Pokémon.
"You all have done a lot for us, and we are grateful that we have met you, but we need your help again. If we are to defeat this monster we need your help more than ever", said Sailor Moon, "But there is a chance it may not work, or worse, you could lose your life, so if you wish to refuse. . ."
All the Pokemon gave a huge cry in protest and all gave looks they all wanted to help.
"You are all willing to do this" gasped Mini-Moon.
Again another affirmed cry.
"Guys you have our thanks", said Sailor Moon. At this she raised the Purity Chalice, "MOON CRISIS POWER!"
Sailor Moon instantly transformed to Super Sailor Moon. Once her transformation was done she opened her compact and the silver crystal. She stood in front of everyone as she looked out at the bay. And raised it. All the sailor Scouts gathered behind her and joined hands. Their Pokémon gathered behind them and all started to concentrate together. The Silver crystal started to glow with power and glowed brighter. The Scouts outfits all began to glow as did their Pokémon.
"LEGENDARY POKEMON OF VALENCIA ISLAND . . . PLEASE BE HEALED" shouted Sailor Moon who then fired a huge white light at the airborne Pokémon.
Ash, Misty and Tracey were wiped from the attacks as were their Pokemon. It almost looked like the transformed Pokémon would wipe the floor with them, when a huge burst of silver white light hit the four Pokemon heart snatchers, and all of them screeched in pain. From the coululmn of light the four diamond pods that transformed them flew right on out.
"Pikachu, hurry, use Thunderbolt to destroy them" said Ash.
Pikachu nodded and leaping into the air unleashed a thunderbolt right onto the four diamond pods, they disintegrated almost instantly.
Misty then said, "Hurry let's rejoin the Sailor Scouts."
Recalling their Pokémon, Ash and the others headed down from the building back towards the docks.

As the energy from the crystal receded the glow on the scouts and their Pokemon receded. Sailor Moon fell to her knees as she felt drained from her power. Tuxedo Mask ran to her side.
"Are you okay", he asked as he helped her up.
"Yes, I am. I am okay" she said as she stood. She looked to her teammates, human and Pokemon. "Thank you, all of you."
The scouts smiled and their Pokemon gave roars of approval.
"Guys are okay", said Ash as he ran up.
"We did, thanks for providing that distraction", said Sailor Mars.
Up in the sky, Lugia, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno gave a huge cry as they flew down.
"Thank you" they heard from Lugia, "Thanks for saving not only us but the entire world. We are eternally grateful. Thanks for your help, and thanks again to you too Chosen One."
"Aww it was nothing", said Ash rubbing the back of his head. The four birds flew on off.
"Well that was quite the adventure", said Sailor Jupiter.
"But guys, Team Rocket and the Heart Snatchers are still on Valencia", said Mercury.
"No, look" said Luna pointing nearby.
The group looks on as on a nearby dock, the recently arrived Geovanni spoke to Mimete.
"THIS PARTNERSHIP IS OFF! You know how much manpower I put into this. I cause so much noise the police heard and I had to withdraw! Your Pokemon Heart Snatchers are nothing."
"Well guess what, the Professor seems to agree", said Mimet, "He asked me to tell you, that your Pokemon are nothing but trouble, and will have nothing to do with you as well. In fact he will be happy to see you go!"
"Agreed", said Geovani.
"FINE" said Jessie and James. They humph and parted. Mimet turned and said, "HERE! TAKE THIS WITH YOU!" She there her Pokeball containing Venmoth and it hit Jessie right in the face.
"OW WHY YOU!" she growled.

Tomoe was in his lab groaning at this. "I should have known those idiots would bring trouble. No matter, I was more pleased with my original Heart Snatchers anyway. Besides, it's said that 80 percent of all prototypes are discontinued. Soon I will be rid of those Sailor pests, and eventually once the Soverign is ready, THOSE POKEMON ISLES WILL FALL WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD!"
He laughed evilly.

On the shoreline the Sailor Scouts stood with their friends.
"So this is it isn't it", asked Lita.
"Yes, it's time to say good-bye", said Misty.
"Couldn't you stay a bit longer", asked Serena.
"I would but I have a journey and a life back on the islands", said Ash.
"To put it simply we have to be where we belong", said Misty.
"We understand", said Amy, "And speaking of which, what are we going to do with the Pokemon we have?"
"Yeah we can't exactly keep them, everyone will be confused or frightened of them", said Mina.
"I know at the next island I will send them all to Professor Oak, he can look after them", said Ash.
"That's a great idea", said Misty.
"Clefairy" "Gloom" "Eee?" ased a few of them.
"Sorry guys, we would like to keep you but. . we are in almost separate worlds. But don't worry we will always be friends and someday we may come to see you", said Serena.
They nodded in understanding but they could help but tear up a bit.
"Hey don't get all weepy on me. . . keep getting stronger okay Gloom", said Lita.
"Gloooom."
"Well this is good-bye for now", said Raye to Vulpix. "Vull" she replied.
They called them back. They then handed their Pokeballs over to the trainers.
"Here's ours", said Amara as she, Michelle and Trista handed theirs over.
"Thanks, you're not so bad", said Ash.
"You're not so bad yourself", said Amara, "Take care kid."
In a few minutes the trainers were on Ash's Lapras, heading back to the islands.
"Good-bye, take care, may we meet again", shouted Ash.
"Byeeeee" they all shouted.
Then Serena asked, "Think we will ever see them again?"
"I am sure of it", said Darien, "I think so."
"Right now we have an important thing to worry about, all that make up homework we missed while we were gone", said Amy.
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!? Ooooooh" started Serena going into her wails.
In their Magikarp sub, Team Rocket was once again in pursuit of Ash and the others.
"I thought we would never be rid of that Mimet. I am so glad we gave her Venomoth over to the boss", said Jessie, "I never want to see her again."
"Well at least it's back to the good old ways", said Meowth.
"Yeah and no trademark stealers, but you sure you wont' miss that talking cat Meowth", asked James.
"Meh, dere are other fish in the sea", said Meowth.
"And speaking of the sea", started Jessie, "We are off again!"
All of them shout, "Looks like Team Rocket is sailing off again!"
Jigglypuff had finally reached the shoreline thinking it had finally caught up with Ash and the others. It then noticed other people there and was about to sing. However Serena and the scouts who had just said good-bye to Ash managed to catch her before she started singing.
"OH NO YOU DON'T!" they said angrily.
"I OWE YOU THIS FOR WHAT YOU DID TO MY FACE" shouted Serena as she and Mina kicked the said Pokemon into the sky.
"JIGGGLYYYYPUUUUUFFFFF" she shouted, and finished with a star twinkle.
