A couple of hours later everyone was sat in the dinner hall eating, well everyone but Sebastian and I was eating. I was yawning a slowly drifting off the sleep in my seat, I slowly drifted off to the side before falling off my seat, but Sebastian caught me before I hit the floor and tucked me in his arms
"That was quite a fall Master."
"M'tired."
"Let's get you to bed then." I nodded and snuggled into his chest
"Sebastian, is he alright?" Ciel asked
"He's tired Young Master, I'm going to take him to bed."
"Alright, sleep well Hadrian."
"M' night." And with that Sebastian carried me from the room, and before I knew it I was being place on a bed as he undressed me and dressed me in night clothes before he tucked me into bed
"Sleep well Master Hadrian." I snuggled into my covers
"M' night, 'bastian." Then I drifted off to sleep but not before hearing him chuckle.
Next day-Hadrian's Pov
"Hadrian, wake up, we need to get going, so you need to get up." I groaned and buried my head under my pillow as Ciel tried to wake me up, which only resulted in Ciel taking my pillow, so I pulled the covers up over my head, only for them to get pulled away from me before I was hit with my pillow I groaned and sat up, only for the pillow to be thrown in my face making it land in my lap
"Was that really necessary?" I looked up at Ciel, who was frowning
"Yes, you wouldn't wake up for Sebastian, now hurry up, we're leaving in fifteen minutes." And with that he swept out of the room with Sebastian entering after he left. I shook my head and walked into the bathroom, closing the room behind me before Sebastian could follow. I got washed and brushed my teeth before going back into my bedroom with a towel wrapped around my waist, where Sebastian was waiting, I sighed and went straight to my wardrobe and opened the doors to pick out some cloths only for the doors to be slammed closed before I could even reach in by Sebastian. I glared at him but he only had a frown on his face
"What's wrong with you this morning?" he asked
"Nothing, now can I get some clothes? There is a draft you know."
"I have your clothes prepared for you, now hurry up over here so I can dress you before we have to leave." He turned and walked back to the bed
"I can dress myself Sebastian!" he froze in his steps before turning to look at me, but I avoided eye contact, before running back into the bathroom when Sebastian continued to stare, and slamming the door shut, locking it and sitting against it
"Master Hadrian move away from the door and open it."
"No."
"We need to get ready before we have to go."
"I'm not going! Now leave me alone."
"Master Hadrian-"
"No! Leave me alone, and go with Ciel! I don't need you to do everything for me! I'm not a baby I can do things myself, leave me alone and go into town with Ciel, I don't need nor want to go."
"Very well, but don't blame me if the Young Master comes back in here." I heard him leave the room closing the door behind him
"I don't need dressing, I can dress myself." Next thing I knew I was wearing light blue dress pants with a sliver seam and a light blue shirt with sliver at the seams, and black dress shoes "Wow." The next thing I heard was the door slamming open
"Hadrian! Come out of the bathroom! Now!"
"No! I don't want to go!"
"You don't have a choice! Now come out of there before Sebastian has to break the door off."
"No, I don't want to go."
"Sebastian." The next thing I knew the door was gone and I was over Sebastian's shoulder
"Put me down!"
"No he won't, you are coming today, I don't know what your problem is but you're acting like a little child." Ciel said as he walked along side Sebastian
"Maybe if you didn't treat me like one every second of the day I wouldn't act like this, now put me down, I don't need to be carried everywhere."
"Young Master?"
"Put him down." As soon as my feet hit the ground and Sebastian no longer had I hold of me, I ran back to my room to grab my cloak and sketch book, I managed to put my cloak on and a book in a bag before I was back over Sebastian's shoulder
"And you wonder why we carry you about." Sebastian commented as he walked back to Ciel
"Oh, so you wanted me to freeze while we were out? Real caring."
"You- wait you went to get your cloak?" Ciel asked, I nodded
"I something to do, now can you put me down?"
"Will you run off again?" Sebastian asked as he put me down
"What was the point in getting my cloak, if I was going to run and hide?" Ciel took a hold of my hand, making me look at him
"I don't know why you are like this today, but if I have done something to upset you can you tell me?"
"Who about hitting me in the face with a pillow when I was already sat up?"
"I'm sorry Hadrian, but I really do want you with me today, we're going to see the undertaker, if that makes it any better?" I shook my head
"No it doesn't." he sighed
"What do you want me to say Hadrian? I can't risk leaving you here on your own for the fear of you being taken, since they know where we are and they can get in, otherwise I would be okay with you staying here on your own, but I don't want to lose you, I can't risk it please Hadrian, and we treat you like this because we care about you, we know you're nine years old but we don't know how much longer you will be here with us, the wizards were telling me about a school in their world that you have already been accepted into, you'll receive a letter on your eleventh birthday, we don't want you to go, but as you grow up your magic will develop and could become dangerous if not trained properly, not just to us but to you as well, and we don't want that, we want to send as much time as we can with you now because we don't know how long it will be before you have to go to that school."
"So you just want to spend time with me? Even if it is cases you are going to see?"
"Even then Hadrian, I will never want to stop spending time with you, but right now we have to get going or we are going to be late." I nodded and we walked out to the carriage, Sebastian opening the door and Ciel climbing in first
"Do you want me to lift you in Master Hadrian?" I nodded smiling at him as he lifted me in, before getting in himself and closing the door behind him.
