Chloe's POV

Tori had indeed found something, but it wasn't what they had been expecting. The chances of tracking down the hideout had been slim to none, but Tori managed to surprise both Derek and I with not only the location for Edison's group's hideout as well as information about restarting the experiments once again.

"Are you sure about this?" Derek asked, obviously not convinced that everything was dropping on their laps that easily. Tori only snarled at him, meanwhile Simon and I watched the breakout between the antisocial man and the bitchy witch. "It is not fixed or you screwing with me."

Tori rolled her eyes, "Yeah, I found it interesting screwing with you about the information I found at the time like this. What do you take me for, Wolfboy? An idiot?" Her tone was clearly sarcastic and rude, but that didn't seem to bother Derek much since he only glared at her and asked her for once in her life to be serious and not jerk around. Odd considering that the jerk part suited Derek more than it suited Tori. Although she is my friend, the woman is clearly a bitch and actually wasn't afraid to admit it either as long as it worked for her own benefit.

"You seriously want me to answer that?" Derek said annoyed. "Right now when we have far more serious things to think about. I know you are good with the computer, but doesn't it strike you as odd that we found their location and information that easily. We have to assume this is just a trick or something."

"No, we don't. I can agree it was too easy for my taste, but do you honestly think the people who are working for them are computer experts?" Tori leaned back in her chair with her arms crossed. "They had incredibly weak firewalls and other security measures, obviously using money on their experiments and corporation than on protecting their computers. And even if it is a trick we shouldn't blow it off either."

Derek growled and began pacing back and forth around the living room. His huge hands ran in a frustrated manner through his hair before he turned to look at her once again, "So what do you suggest we do? Go along with it like sacrificial sheep to the lion. Yeah, that sounds like a brilliant idea. Why not get ourselves killed together with dad? It is so much more fun dying together."

This time both Tori and I rolled our eyes over his unnecessary rant. Seriously, I could understand the guy being stressed and worried about his father's safety, but he needed to know when to relax and take time to think things through instead of just thinking and ranting angrily about it. Fear and concern wasn't going to help if they were to try and rescue their father instead they should be planning how to rescue the man or simply gather up more information to compare what they had recently found out is a legit as it says it is. Which is why I interrupted the sibling fight and asked, "I suggest that we find proof that was we have is true and work from there. That way we can confirm what we have is true and we can maybe find someone who is willing to help us since the chances of us being able to do this on our own is quite slim."

Derek clearly displayed that he didn't like the idea that much or like my indication that I didn't trust our own abilities to save his dad despite the fact that it was reasonable and good idea. And if I were to be honest, which I am, I really did believe in our abilities even more than what I expected, but there is only so much a necromancer, a sorcerer, a witch and whatever Derek was could do. We needed back up and allies in order to do it and possibly even stop St. Cloud himself. Anyways Derek was not that keen on that idea, but luckily that Simon came in and backed up my suggestion, "She has a point and before you begin arguing that it is a bad idea and we might get ourselves in more trouble by asking other supernaturals, who hates us or dislike us for what has happened to us, for help in this situation you should consider that we don't have enough power on our own. Although we have some control over our power now, doesn't mean that they wouldn't do something unpredictable and make us lose control completely since we still have no idea to what extent their experimenting has done to us. So stop being a stubborn ass and think about this reasonably, and not stupid and reckless which is totally unlike you by the way."

Derek had already stopped pacing and looked like he was thinking about it carefully. However it only took a few moments before he scoffed and crossed his arms in a frustrated manner and kept quiet. I knew based on his actions that he wasn't going to apologize for his behavior or admit that Simon and I was right, but that was fine by me since it was useless to try and force him to do something he wouldn't do anyway.

"Okay," Derek said finally. "Who are we going to ask since like you stated no one in the supernatural community is standing in line to help us, especially knowing about what has happened to us?"

Simon went quiet and had a thoughtful, yet confused expression on his face like he didn't have any ideas who they could ask. However Tori seemed to know the answer better than Simon since she stepped in and said with snarky tone, "Seeing as Harry Potter and I are the closest thing to ordinary supernaturals we will go and seek witch covens and wizards, meanwhile you and Chloe go and seek out the Pack."

By the mentioning of the Pack, Derek went from annoyed and frustrated to furious and literally exclaimed, "Are you insane? You know why I shouldn't go to them, but you ask me to bring along Chloe too? They would kill her and me before I had a chance to explain what was going on and mention anything about help in this matter. I'm not doing it!"

Tori's patience had finally snapped since in one movement she stood up from her seat and waved her hands around with electric sparks coming from her fingertips and was ready to shock him with them.

"Listen, right now your issues with the Pack is irrelevant and our need for their help is more important!" Tori said pissed off. "So you will go there and ask for their help, or simply ask them what they know about this matter. And Chloe has a better chance surviving out there with them since she is your wife and also she will be good for you to stay focused and alive while you are out there. And if you don't do this I swear that I'm going to electrocute you to death and not reviving you afterwards."

Derek responded by growling at her before he murmured a low 'yes' and left the room to sulk, leaving the three of us alone in the living room. Tori and Simon went back to work while I stood there and looked at the direction where Derek had gone. All my thoughts were what was going on and why did Derek have such a huge problem with the Pack?

Thank you so much for the love and support of this story, hope you guys like this chapter.

First of all, I'm sorry I haven't updated this story for a while since I have been busy with other stories as well as my personal life. I'm thinking that I'm going to try to update this weekly so you don't have to wait that long, but I love to hear when you want me to update so you are prepared and of your own choosing.

Secondly, It will be a little crossover between DP trilogy and the WotO series, but before everyone is going to ask and say I need to place it in the crossover section and stuff let me mention that the author of those series connect the books together, using the same universe where all these characters co-exist with one another. So I'm going to the same in order to keep the story faithful to the original story.

Please give me reviews, favorite and/or followings.
