Chapter 14: "There goes my plan"
"Your Majesty, it has been five days since Princess Lucy's disappearance, and the Prince of the Ice Kingdom will arrive in two days... what should we do?" A servant asks as the king balled his fist
"That girl... she's just as stubborn as her mother..." he muttered and then sigh. He stood up as he walks towards the large balcony "you may leave" the servant nodded as he left the throne room.
Jude crossed his arms while watching the forest, the place where his wife died. He frowned as he shook those thoughts away "Lucy... where are you?"
Meanwhile at Natsu's mansion...
Lucy brushes her hair as she sighs. As she sat at the edge of her bed, she kept on thinking about home, even though her face didn't truly express that she's homesick. She actually misses how the royal servants greeted her and made her breakfast, she missed her chat with her friend Levy, she missed her balcony where she likes to write poems and stories all the time, and she misses her arguments with her father...
The thought of that made her frown. 'That's right' she thought 'the reason I left the palace because father said I was a burden, but I'm not a burden!'
She raised her head to look on the ceiling 'am I?'
Suddenly BANG! Her door was wide open as she turns her head to the door
"Oi, Luce! Wendy told me to call you for dinner!" The pink headed boy said while crossing her arms
She smiled "okay"
A few hours later...
Wendy took the bucket full of clothes outside. Since there're a lot of people now living in their mansion, clothes are suddenly needed to be washed. A thing that the Dragneels hadn't done for a long, long time. As she opens the door—with the help of Carla—she saw Lucy walking away from the mansion.
"Eh? Where is Lucy-san going?" Wendy asks
"I'll go and take a look" Carla told her as she flew to the trees to watch Lucy.
A few hours later...
BANG!
"Natsu nii-chan!"
"Wendy, what's wrong?" Romeo asks when he saw Wendy lookimg panicked and panting "w-where's Natsu nii-chan?"
"Wendy! What's the matter?" Natsu hurried to Wendy while Sting is left confused 'I wonder where's Rogue...'
"Nii-chan, there's something I have to tell you!"
"What, what is it?"
"C-Carla's missing"
"We have to go and find her!" Happy shouted when he heard that Carla's missing
"Huh, and I thought Frosch's the only exceed that could go missing..." Lector said crossing his arms
"Wait, Rogue's missing too!" the green exceed said
"Yeah! As well as Lucy nee-san!" Hiroki said
"How could the three of them be gone altogether? This is suspicious..." Aki said rubbing his chin
"Then we better go and look for them!" Natsu told the others as they nodded "wendy, when was the last time you see Carla?"
"well, I'm not quiet sure but she was following Lucy"
"Why would she be following Lucy nee-chan?" Shawn asks
Suddenly Sting snapped his fingers "I remember now! Rogue said he was going to accompany Lucy!"
"Then that means if we find Carla, we find Lucy and Rogue!" Lector said as all of them nodded
"Then what're we waiting for? Let's go find them!"
Meanwhile Lucy and others...
"Ugh..." Lucy slowly opens her eyes to see herself inside a dirty room with wooden floor and her hand seems to be tied up along two others.
"Rogue! Carla! Wake up!"
"what...?"
" where are we?"
" I'm not sure but I think it's because of them..."
" ukh... Sorry guys, it's because you two have to get caught..." Carla muttered
" it's okay,Carla" Lucy told her " now, we have to focus on staying alive and escape from here"
" hey Lucy, you escaped from home, why don't you escape from here" Rogue asks
" yeah, sure Rogue, with both my legs and hands are tied and my keys are at the table, I can totally get us out of here" Lucy said sarcastically
" great... What will Wendy say when we go back?" Carla asks
" i don't think you rats are going anywhere..." the trio turned to look at the door, where a man is standing, leaning on the frame of the door. The three of them gulped.
"Well, there goes my plan..." Lucy whispered
A/N: i suddenly changed the plot midway, this chapter's supposed to be about Lucy meeting Gray but then this idea came up to me. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter thanks for reading and reviewing ^^
