A/N: Well here's the next chapter, enjoy!
Christmas morning dawns bright and late for the two of us. I reach over to feel him but he isn't there. I sit up rubbing my eyes looking around. There's a note on the table. I reach over and pick it up. It's written in Jaime's childish hand, shaky and large. "Good morning beautiful. I'll be back in a few minutes," I put it down and wander into the bathroom and use it. I brush my teeth and wash my face off.
I go back into my room and peer under my bed. I pull out the present I had wrapped for him and set it down on the bed. "Avery!" I hear Jaime call as the door shuts.
"I'm in our room," I start to walk towards him.
"Get back in bed," I do. "And close your eyes," I do that two covering them with my hands. I hear his steps coming closer. "No peaking," he says setting something down on the bed. Something is sat down next to me. He moves around, and then sits on the bed. "OK, now open them," I do and grin seeing he had got us red and green donuts. "I hope these are good, like the one you got me on my first day."
"These are great," I say.
"The cashier said I should get red and green for Christmas?"
"They're perfect," I pick one up and start eating it.
"And I got you some of this vile drink you like so much," I grin taking the coffee. "I don't know what you like in it so I put some sugar in and some other stuff." I take a sip and start to cough. His eyes widen, and I stop him from standing waiting until I can breathe normal again.
"It's fine," I say.
"It's bad isn't it?"
"You tried," I say. "Merry Christmas."
"Merry Christmas," we kiss for a moment.
"Now my turn, I got you something," I push him back so I can grab his present. I hand it to him. He opens it slowly and I wait impatiently hoping he likes it. He finally finishes opening it and I have to help him open the box but when he finally does, it reveals a necklace with a lion on it, with red eyes.
"It's my sigil?" he breathes.
I smile and nod, "I wanted you to have something from home, but look on the back," he turns it over.
"Avery?" he says seeing my name is carved into it. "I love it, put it on for me?" he asks. He sits on the floor so I can put it around his neck. "Alright, now you are going to go shower and get ready for today. I have somethings planned," he kisses me sweetly.
I dress warm like he had told me to and then he blindfolds me and brings me out to the car. I sit down in the drivers seat where he unblindfolds me. "Follow the directions from this paper," he says setting a paper next to me while he puts on his seatbelt. I smirk remembering how he had freaked out our first time in the car and now he was a pro. He could even drive a little bit but he didn't like it.
We drive in silence as I turn at the places we're supposed to. I stop at the sledding hill. "Sledding?" I ask him. He smiles and nods.
"You said you would take me and we haven't gone yet. Rachel helped me set it up."
"How nice of her."
"There's stuff in the back," we get out and I pull the snow pants and boots on while he does the same. He grabs the sled and I lead him up the hill. We spend the morning pushing each other around and throwing snow at each other. "I'm hungry for lunch. How about you?"
"Yes," I say. We go back to the car, change and then go to a diner. Rachel is outside and hugs us both.
"Our present is in the car," Jaime tells her. "I'll go get it."
"So, how was your morning?"
"Ugh I'm going to kill my family. How was yours?"
"Oh great, he's so sweet," I tell her about breakfast. Jaime leads the way inside carrying the present. We sit at a table and eat and then we exchange presents. She had gotten Jaime a Lannister hat, and me make up. We had gotten her tickets to a concert.
We go home then to relax and Jaime decides he's going to do my hair and make up. I let him and then do his after. We look when we're done and burst into laughter. My lipstick is all over my mouth and I look like a mess. The mascara is all clumped weird and the eyeliner is all the way around my eyelids as well while the eye shadow goes up above my eyebrows. My hair is in several pigtails sticking out. While he looked like a very masculine girl. His hair is messy, and his make up looks good.
"Well this is how I would look as Cersei."
"Ugh, gross," I push him a little. "So, what do you want for dinner?"
"Oh, we're going out. We should go wash this off," we shower together getting it all off with a lot of effort from both of us. I dress in a nice dress and heels and he wears a suit I had never seen before. "Rachel," he says at my look.
We have a nice dinner and talk. I use the restroom before dessert and he goes to push me back in. He kneels down and pulls something out. I stare at him covering my mouth. "So, this is very weird for me. I would normally have asked my father to ask yours, and not even thought of your opinion. But here I am on my knee like I was told to do giving you this ring," he says looking at a beautiful yet simple ring. "I would like to marry you."
"Yes!" I let him put it on me before I pull him to me and kiss him. "Let's skip dessert," I say. I pay for our food and drive home as fast as I can.
We lay in each others arms just relishing in each other's warmth. I was getting married to this man whom I absolutely loved. I start to feel funny and floaty, like I had drank a little too much. I open my eyes to look at Jaime but it's too bright. I hold onto him tighter but my hands start to go through him. Rachels words start to go through my head that he had to realize a mistake before he would go back. He wanted to be with me not his sister.
"Jaime!" I try to say but no noise will come out. "Jaime, please stay. I don't want you to go! Or let me go with you!" I start to feel warm all over and then I'm in a sea of white all alone.
A/N: So, this feels slightly rushed but I kind of wanted to get it done. I think I'm happy with it, and will hopefully write a sequel. Anymore ideas for one other than the one's I've been given will be appreciated :) Thank you for sticking around and reading this all the way through. And thank you for the reviews :)
