Finally done with exams! I'm sorry for not updating in a while but other than the epilogue this is the last chapter of this story. It's sad to end it but I have 'A New Arrival' and 'Retirement Doesn't Mean You're too Old'. Enjoy!

He backed up from me suddenly.

"Do you know how much you put me through?" He scolded. But then smiled. "Where have you been?"

"Well, I had awoken in my old world and almost starved to death and almost gotten beaten up by these three boys, and then I ended up in Radiator Springs where I was given a new sweatshirt and taken back home here by it's residents." I said motioning my sweatshirt and the R.S gang behind me.

"Oh, I'm just glad you're safe." He hugged me again. He looked up again at the R.S gang behind me.

"Thank you so much for bringing my daughter home." He said over my shoulder.

"No problem." Finn said.

"Skipper!" Mater said, rushing out in the open. Skipper stared for a second but then smiled as he recognized Mater.

"Ah, Mater! I haven't seen you in a while! How's your flying?" Skipper asked.

"Well, haven't been flyin' much since ah lost all ma parts bein' a Falconhawk." Mater replied.

Skipper chuckled. "I can fix that."

Night time came and we all gathered around Dottie and Chug's Fill and Fly. Finn said they would stay a while and get to know the town as Mater had fun and practiced flying. He flew backwards around the town with Skipper. I sat with Dusty around a fire pit.

"I'm so happy to be home." I said.

"I'm so glad you are home too." Dusty said.

"So what happened with you when I was gone?" I asked. He hesitated.

"You don't wanna know." Dottie butted in. "He nearly killed himself!"

"I did not!" Dusty protested.

"You did so! You were so close to getting hypothermia!"

"Hypothermia?" I asked, surprised.

"He sat outside in negative degree weather waiting for you to come home." Dottie explained.

Dusty sighed. "I also became depressed."

"Were you really that worried about me?" I asked.

"Of course! You had just become my daughter! And then the next day you were gone, I thought I wasn't cut out to be your father if you had left the next day..."

"Oh, Dusty. I think you're a great father." I hugged him. He smiled.

"Better than my human dad." I whispered.

"He isn't your father anymore. Your family are just people now. We are your family." Dusty said motioning to everyone gathering around the fire pit.

I smiled and leaned against his side. I was so glad to be home. I vowed to myself to never think or talk about my old world again. I was happier here than I ever have been.

Bedtime came too quick. Dusty tucked me in bed and I cuddled with my Dusty plush. Finally.

"Goodnight, my special, little girl." Dusty said, nuzzling me with his nose and kissing my forehead.

"Goodnight, Dusty." I said, smiling. Instead of going to sleep next to me, Dusty laid his chin on my waist and snuggled with me. I had the best nights sleep ever.

Daw! Epilogue will end it and then time to work on my other stories! Hope you all enjoyed!
