Summaries: Kanda Yuu, a witch slayer, hate witches ever since he was 8 years old, together with his childhood friend Lavi Bookman and Lenalee Lee who hates witches as well venture the worlds while slaying witches they saw, whether they are good or bad. Chapter 13
Previously
"Allen..." Topaz gasp out, worriedly. "Your... left eye... it's bleeding..." She ended, Allen blink before reaching up and touch his cheek before removing his gloved hand and saw red, then his left arm began to hurt.
"ARGH!" he grunted in pain, falling to his knees. Sasuke let go of Naruto and both of them saw Allen gritting his teeth.
"NELLA!,, (ALLEN!) Naruto shouted worriedly, but was softly and gently push back by an invisible force.
"Yats yawa, Oturan.,, (Stay away, Naruto) Moonlight said, standing few steps away from her brother, looking as Allen began to tremble.
"S'tahw gnineppah, Noom-nahc?,, (What's happening, Moon-chan?) Naruto asks, Sasuke tightened his grip on his mate's hand.
"Erutuf...,, (Future...) Sachiko merely answered and they asks nothing after those words, merely watching Allen while the witch slayers itching to help him.
"Stay back..." Topaz said, looking at the slayers, who look at her as if she was crazy. "This is normal... Allen... was forced to experience this..." 'Force to see the future... against his will...' she thought sadly, Kanda glance at her before glancing at Allen, slightly worried.
Allen gritted his teeth while holding his left arm, closing his eyes tightly.
'I don't want to see it...' he thought, before biting his lip when he felt a huge pain coming from his arm.
'Alright innocence! show me the future!' he agreed desperately. After he agreed, he saw blood, dead bodies of the black witches, the earl, Kanda crying, and him. Allen eyes then snapped open and look around him and saw all of his companions were surrounding him and that his laying to the ground.
"Nii-san?" His twin asks, Allen glance at her, then at Sachiko and Topaz, at Naruto and Sasuke and then back at her before slightly tilting his head.
'Tell you later.' was the silent message before he fainted.
"ALLEN!"
"NELLA!,, they all shouted worriedly, except from Kanda, who frown.
'What was that?' he thought seeing how Allen glance at to his twin, cousin, to the witch and to the demon horses.
'For Allen to faint! Did the innocence took so much of his strength?!' The witches thought, before gasping when they saw blood seeping from out Allen's arm...
Present
Kanda, and co. surrounds Allen's futon inside the Traditional home of the Uchiha clan, kneeling and sitting at the heels of their feet. After a while Naruto entered with Sasuke in a tow.
"How is he?,, Naruto asks, Allen's twin shake her head.
"Still hasn't woke up,, she said before sighing. Sasuke put his hand at his mate shoulder and nodded towards the door and silent gesture for them to leave. Naruto nodded and touch Moonlight's shoulder before standing up, carefully and left, closing the sliding door behind him.
"What did they say?" Kanda, who sitting at the right side of Allen's head ask. The latter's twin was sitting across him and merely answered.
"Asking how Allen is." Sachiko who sitting beside the white haired girl sighed, while Topaz who was sitting at her side, fidgeted. Lavi, who was sitting beside Lenalee, who was sitting next to Kanda, look at the blond witch.
"Something wrong?" he asks, they all look at him before looking at Topaz, who shake her head.
"I was just thinking something…" she said, the witch slayers waited for her to continue but she didn't while the two witches knew exactly what she was thinking.
Allen's condition. This wasn't supposed to happen, him fainting and then bleeding, it never happen every time he was force to see the future. Whether the bleeding was a sign, good or bad, it never brought happiness to them. If it was a good sign, it just made them smiled but never laugh, the witches could only hope that it was a good sign rather than the bad.
"You know… if you're going to take care of someone sick make sure to lower your voices." Allen voice rang out at the silent room. The three witches snapped out from their thoughts and look at him, while the slayers who were talking to each other silently, looks at him the moment he started to speak.
"Allen!" Moonlight shouted, immediately hugging Allen, who sat up and patted her back.
"Allen… what did you…" Sachiko trailed watching as how Allen's expression turn to grim.
"I don't quite get it myself…" he said, touching his left eye. "I saw blood, plenty of blood, the witches, him and…" He glance at Kanda. "Kanda-san as well." Said witch slayer look at him with narrowed eyes.
"What about me?" he growled out, Allen glance at his family, silently begging them to tell the other trio what they were talking about. Topaz look at the two other witches before sighing.
"Allen was talking about you involving in something big." She said, Kanda raise an eyebrow, which made her to sigh again. "In the future Kanda Yuu, you will play a big part… I think that was what you saw right Allen?" She look at the white haired boy, sheepishly. This time it was Allen turn to sigh.
"To-chan… all of us know, excluding the three of them," he started and then points at the witch slayer. "That every time I'm having a vision about the future and if I saw a person in there, he or she plays a big part… whether it's according to the Grand Black Witch plan or to the witch slayers plan…"
"You can see the future!?" Lavi asks, Allen blink before nodding at him.
"Yea... my innocence made me saw it." He said, the trio blink.
"You had an innocence?" Lenalee asks, the white haired boy look at her before nodding.
"He does… didn't he told you?" Sachiko asks, Kanda tsk-ed, so Allen took that answer as no.
"Allen-nii-san…" The white haired girl sighed.
"Gomen~! I got a lot of things in my mind." He explained, Kanda raise an eyebrow.
"Does that mean you're a witch slayer?" Allen blink before chuckling.
"Yes and No. You see Kanda, just because you have innocence doesn't mean you're a witch slayer, it depends on the holder if he or she should kill the witches. Yes I'm a witch slayer in the eyes of the other witch slayers and no because I don't kill witches."
"Isn't that a waste of talent? Because if I were you I should just use it and kill them." Lavi stated, and then silence followed. Kanda look at the people sitting across him and notice how they clench their teeth a teensy bit and their hand clenched tightly. The silence, continued for a minute before Allen spoke.
"Did you guys… kill all of the witches you came upon on?" he ask, Kanda raise an eyebrow.
"What if we did?" he ask.
"YOU BASTARD!" They heard Topaz shouted, snapping their heads at the said witch they saw her glaring at them murderously and her hands clenched tightly, until it turn white.
"Topaz." Allen calmly said, the blond haired witch inhaled deeply before sitting down and look at the ground. After a while Allen sighed before standing up followed by his sister and Topaz.
"Please excuse us, I need to talk to the demon horses." Allen said, before walking out of the room with Moonlight and Topaz behind him, leaving Sachiko and the witch slayers at the room.
"What do you know about the witches?" Sachiko suddenly ask. Kanda and his companions glance at each other before saying none, this made the brunette to stand up angrily. "Wake up at 6 o' clock tomorrow, we'll begin your training." She gritted out before turning around and head towards the door.
"And before anything witch slayers… you should have wish you learn a lot more about witches rather than nothing." And then she's gone.
"What's with them walking out of us? We were worried about Allen and this how they repay us?" Lavi ask, Kanda's eyes narrowed while Lenalee scowled.
"Talk about politeness." She muttered, Kanda however remained silent.
At the Walkers'
Sachiko wall at the open hallway of the mansion, heading towards the garden where she knew her family are. And she was correct, for when she arrive at the garden, she saw Allen standing at the middle of the circled lavender flowers. Moonlight and Topaz where sitting near the honeysuckle which is just in front of Allen. She sighed when she felt their gloomy aura.
"They didn't know anything." She stated, walking towards Allen who sighed.
"Figured as much…" he said and then glance at Topaz, who was clenching her teeth painfully.
"Topaz…" his twin started but Topaz didn't let her to finish.
"No Moonlight!" She shouted. "Even if they didn't know a thing… they don't have the right to kill the witches… no… they shouldn't have kill the witches at all if they know nothing! They had the innocence yes, but the role of the innocence is to kill the bad witch, not the good witch… not my… sister…" she yelled, her hands gestured wildly before it stop and whispered the last part.
"Bad witch?" They heard Kanda's voice rang out. The girls immediately turn or snapped their heads to look at him, while Allen remained in his position, he's back turn away from Kanda.
"What do you mean by Bad Witch and Good witch?" he asks, stepping forward, but before he could step in the garden floor a strong force push him back.
"DON'T STEP IN OUR SANCTUARY!" Topaz shouted, before flinching when she saw Allen look at him. "Gomen…" she mumbled, Allen nodded, while Kanda look at them before sitting down.
"What are you doing here?" Allen's cousin asks.
"You all were walking out of us and when Lavi said about the 'wasting of talent,' got angry and so I followed Sachiko to learn why you're reacting like this but I didn't expect to hear about the good and bad witches." He explained, Allen sighed and rub his forehead before looking at his twin and at the blond witch.
"Topaz, Moonlight, go to her place and stay there until I order you to come back." He ordered, before looking at the sword wielder. "I'm going to start their lesson, now." He finished, his twin blink before standing up and grab hold of Topaz hand, who snap her fingers, and then they were gone. Kanda look at the white haired boy, before glancing at Sachiko, who glared at him.
"Sachiko stop glaring, Kanda-san get your friends and bring them here." Allen ordered rubbing his forehead again, before sitting down at the grass. Kanda grunted before turning around and went back to the room where he came from.
"You sure it's okay to talk about here?" Sachiko asks, Allen nodded.
"Yes, we're only talking about the witches, their level and the innocence level. The problem here will be discussed tonight."
Sachiko hummed watching Allen from the corner of her eyes, noting how tired he look at how pale he was, this appearance made her eyes narrowed before sighing.
'He's obviously tired… heck he just woke up and now he's already standing up… damn usagi for saying such words and he didn't eat like he usually did… he needs to rest and eat…' she thought worriedly, before sitting beside Allen and touch his shoulder.
"Allen…"
"Hm?"
"After this we're changing your room and you will rest until dinner and eat lots and lots of food, okay? And no buts."
"Sachiko… *chuckles* I'm not going to say buts or no…"
The two of them waited for the others to arrive, all the while speaking to each other, after a while the others arrived. Lavi and Lenalee was about to step in the garden but just like Kanda earlier were push back. This made the couple to look at each other before they look at Kanda who sits down at the spot where he was sitting earlier, they followed when they saw the Walkers made no mouth movement to explain and waited.

A vein pop out from Kanda's forehead, he grit his teeth trying to be patient while ignoring the insect noise they heard the moment him and he's companions arrived. After a while when Kanda was about to snapped they heard a wooden floor creak, the witch slayers look at the side, and saw the golden tikbalang, Naruto walking towards them while Sasuke was walking behind him carrying a tray.
"Here's the cup of tea you ordered, Allen.,, Naruto said, while Sasuke walk towards the garden stopping at the edge of the hallway and let the tray floats away where it landed right in front of Sachiko and Allen. Sasuke glance at the witch slayers before turning around and walk away from them, bring his mate all along, his hand at the back of Naruto, leading him away, gently. Kanda watch them leave before looking at his soon to be mentors and notice that the tea pot was on the air on its own, pouring tea at the cups before said cups float towards the people across them, who grabs it and sips.
"Now then..." Allen started, glancing at the witch slayers. "The reason you are here is to learn about the witches, their level, and about innocence and its level. If you don't want to hear me talking about it—" Sachiko but in.
"Shut your trap and listen to us. Because your words earlier… hmph! Only hurt our feelings! So no bitching about not wanting to know or else I will kill you myself!" shouting the last part while releasing a dark aura which made them shiver. Allen sighed and rub his forehead.
"Sachiko…"
"What?! I know you want to curse but you don't want to, so I'm doing it!"
"Is the yelling really necessary?" he finished, with pained expression this made Sachiko to shut her mouth and pouted.
"Gomen." She mumbled and sat down, Allen said 'thank you' softly then looks at the others.
"What I'm going to teach you is simply a basic lesson if you wished to be a witch slayer. You should have learn this from the very beginning though." He mumbled, while the witch slayers watch and Sachiko sips her tea.
"Okay first off, did you know that there are two kinds of witches or maybe just a hint?" Allen asks, only to see their eyes widen although Kanda's eyes widen just an inch and barely noticeable. "I'll take that as a no…"
"Wait there are two kinds of witches?!" Lavi asks, Allen nodded.
"It's not usually known to all of the people, they just well… when you think of witches you only thought about how bad they are and all the negative thoughts, not pausing once to think that there might be good witches." Allen closes his eyes as he speaks, before opening them at the last words and look at them intensely.
"Like I said there two kinds of witches… first there's the black witch and then the white witch."
"Wha—" Lenalee started, however Sachiko cut in.
"Shut it!" she shouted, making a zipping motion in front of her mouth and then the witch slayers felt something zipping their mouth.
"MMMPPH!" Lavi and Lenalee exclaimed, while Kanda glared at Sachiko.
"I told you to shut your trap didn't I?" she growled, they Lavi and Lenalee stopped and nodded, which made her smiled darkly. "Your mouth will stay like that until this discussion is over."
"Ahem!" Allen fake coughed, which made Sachiko to shrug and smoothly gestured for him to continue.
"Alright then. The black witch is the enemy of all creatures in this land and in other lands, though some asks help from this witches just to get what they wanted. It was good that you killed this witches, however there are still some witches you need to be wary of."
"Not all witches are the same." Sachiko added, while Allen drink his tea. "So far the witches you fought are merely level one and two, but you also fought and lost with the level three witches."
"!"
"That's right." Allen look at the witch slayers. "The witches you fought on the night we met are level three. It's easy to distinguish the witches by their level." The white haired boy ignored his students' reaction and poured tea on his cup. "The level one are what we called wandering witches, this witches left this land and are wandering aimlessly killing people along the way just to get stronger, those are mostly the witches you killed. The next one are level two, we don't have much a name for them because this witches never left this land. Of course they were once level one witches, they were given power by their leader once they killed number of people they were required to kill."
"And before you asks witch slayers." Sachiko continued. "They were required to kill 300 to 500 people. If they achieved it then they will be called by their leader and then given powers according to their level. After that they are given a part of this land as their territory, their territory however are based on their magic. An example of level two is the witch you fought on your first day here, that man was the witch of the forest, and their leader give him the forest. Although there are level two witches that are wandering outside of this land, like the witches that were after Topaz, they will just return after a few days of leaving."
"The next one is the level three witches, you already fought and experience their powers. The only thing they need to do is to kill the level two. It's like level two vs level two, however their leader will decide who will they fought off, it's like a tournament, they had their own territories, but they are not allowed to leave this place. They are only allowed to leave if their leader told them to."
"Next are level four, just like the level three, they need to fought one another just to reach that level. This witches are rare though, I think there are only ten to twenty?" Allen rub his forehead before sighing. "We don't have much information about this witches, after all there are the personal guards of their leader. So they just remain in their home."
"That is the last of their level… Now we are going to their leaders. The warlocks, this witches are the ones next to their leader or rather the children of their leader. There are 7 warlocks, the one you fought at the forest earlier is the last child, Skin Borric. The fifth and sixth child are twins, Jasdero and Debitto, the fourth is Lulubell, the third is Wisely, and the second child is Tyki Mikk and the first child is Road."
"We only knew their names, except from Skin, who keeps on attacking me and my family. But we still haven't met the rest of the warlocks." Allen sighed before looking up the sky. "Then there's their leader. The Grand Black Witch is his title, but we usually called him the Millennium Earl. He's the one who declared me to be the 13th sacrifice. We don't much information about except that his fat, always smiling and had an umbrella in his hand."
After that everything was silent, the witch slayers waited for their mentors to continue.
"The next one are the white witch, unlike the black witch, white witch do not have levels, and their magic are based on their name jewel and emotion. Like Topaz, she had her magic based on everything that's surrounding her, when you first met her she felt the love between Lavi and Lenalee thus this made her destroy the witches you were fighting at that time. They can control nature but because they don't want to do that, they used spells, so they knew a lot of it or made new ones. Their leader is the Grand White Witch… who is…" Allen trailed off.
"Unknown to us…" Sachiko lied, glancing at Allen before looking at the witch slayers. "The Grand White Witch is called by one name… Ichi. Ichi meaning one, we called him by that if we asks for guidance or asking for help."
"And yes, the person who's wearing a white cloak earlier is the Grand White Witch. Let us also say he's almost impossible to found, Ichi is the wandering white witch of this land, protecting the people and sometimes killing the black witches… however he mostly convert them into a white witch, and yes witches can change sides, only the Grand White Witch, however could do it."
"How he do it? We don't know… however we do know that we have some alliance with humans… and those humans are, you witch slayers."
"!" Allen and Sachiko ignored their shock expression.
"That's where the innocence comes in. The innocence came from this land, specifically it came from the Grand White Witch territory. At the very beginning it's a simple gem, however as the time goes on it then held powers, some white witch thought that it's because of their leader that they are here, most thought that the land was holy, but only Ichi knows the real reason."
The witch slayers glance at each other, before looking at their mentors and nods at them to continue.
"There are two type of innocence the Equipment type," Allen gestured to their weapons which made them glance at it. "And the parasitic type." He then removed his left hand glove and rolled the sleeves, revealing a blacken arm, with black nails and a cross gem. Kanda wince, Lenalee cringed and Lavi stared in awe.
"I think you can get what every type mean right?" Sachiko ask, the three slayers nodded, still looking at Allen's arm. "Well then," she then made an unzipping gesture and gestured to the three of them. "Kanda, what is the equipment type?" she asks, Kanda glance at her, before answering.
"Innocence that in a form of an object."
"Lenalee, what is the parasitic type?"
"An innocence that is in a part of our body."
Allen nodded, while Sachiko smiled.
"Great then we're going to their level… innocence have three levels only, and you can consider this levels are your ranks. The first level of an innocence is having 67-99% synchronization, your rank is the exorcist. The second level is having a 100% and up synchronization, rank is general." Allen stated.
"The last level is having a thousand percent or more synchronization and only one person manage to be that high…" Sachiko butt in, knowing Allen won't reveal this big secret from them, Allen glared at her, and Kanda caught the exchange gazes which made him suspicious a bit.
'Don't tell me that moyashi is…' he trailed off, eyes widening an inch.
"And that person is called the Powerful Witch Slayer, aka Allen Walker." She finished smugly, enjoying the dumbfounded expression of the three slayers, Allen face palm before hitting her shoulder.
"Really?!" he shouted before sighing. Kanda cleared his throat trying to think of other things to say or asks, that won't make them look like an idiot, however his question made them feel guilty when they heard the answer.
"That doesn't answer our questions of you walking out of us." He said, the atmosphere then change.
"Want to know Kanda?" Allen asks, looking at them. "When Lavi said, and I quote 'Isn't that a waste of talent? Because if I were you I should just use it and kill them', unquote, it's like we're also supposed to kill the white witch who will help us defeat the black ones. We're not wasting our talents, we're merely using our knowledge before killing!" he shouted. "And you just rubbed a salt on our wounds when you answered 'What if we did?' on my question if you killed witches you came upon!"
"How can we rubbed salt on your wounds!?" Lenalee shouted, standing up. And then the air began to shift, Allen looks up before sighing.
"Topaz." He and Sachiko both mumbled.
"BECAUSE YOU KILLED MY SISTER YOU BASTARDS! YOU KILLED DIA WHEN SHE WAS JUST RIDING HER OAK BRANCH AND PASSING BY! LIKE HOW YOU SAW ME!" and then Topaz appeared, standing in front of Allen, the couple gasp, while Kanda eyes widen again for the nth time of the day.
"We killed you sister?" Lavi asks, standing up.
"I don't really blame for it… you know none of the witches… but it still hurts… knowing my sister's murderers are now with us… and…" she then fell down to her knees and began to cry.
"We don't even have a shrine for her." Moonlight said, arms cross over her chest, while Sachiko moved and help the blond witch to stand up and they both went back inside the house. As the two of them pass Kanda, said slayers whispered.
"We're sorry…" They froze before moving forward, Allen smiled.
"That was nice to say sorry Kanda…" he said, Kanda snapped his head to look at him.
"Allen…" Moonlight called, grabbing his arms. Her twin nodded and look at the slayers. "That's the lesson for today, we'll send someone later when it's dinner time, be here at 6 in the morning tomorrow." He said, they nodded watching the twins, before said twins began to sing that melt their hearts and feel sad.

The slayers felt like their legs weakening by the ending of the song, and feel like crying, and watch as the twins sigh and hold each other hands, looking at the sky.
"Happy Birthday… Dia…" those words, those three words made them even guiltier, and no wonder Topaz was happy at them earlier and then snapping at them just a few minutes ago.
'Shit!' they thought.
