"Hi Pam" Alison answered her buzzing phone as she was sitting beside her desk at home. When she and Emily moved in they used her dads old office and made it their own. Each girl had a desk, but at least they were together while studying.

"Hello honey. How's it going?"

"Umm good, busy. You know how the first year of college is. We both experienced it with Emily." Alison chuckled, even though she was still experiencing it. It feels like Emily is even busier on her second year. And with Alison starting her first year at Hollis, it felt like the girls were barely seeing each other.

"Yeah, I know. But how are you holding up?" Alison could sense her mother in law's concern through the phone, but she knew she had to be strong.

"I'm okay. Honestly I'm fine, I guess I'm just tired. But how are you? How's Wayne? " She quickly tried to change the subject, before she would burst into tears. This was a very difficult time for both her and Emily. She missed her wife.

"We're good. Yeah, Wayne is great, also working hard. We miss you very much. We are actually thinking of coming for thanksgiving, if that's okay with you."

"Are you kidding me? Of course! We miss you too. Wait when are you coming?"

"This weekend. We just found out that Wayne got some time off. But we will be staying at a hotel-"

"No way! You are staying with us, please, it's the least I can do!"

"Are you sure? We don't want to interrupt."

"You wont, it will be our pleasure. Plus I will definitely need help with the cooking." Alison laughed, she heard Pam laughing too. Alison's cooking became the family's joke.

"Oh, honey. You'll be great. Anyway, I will talk to you soon. Tell Emily we can't wait to see her."

"I will, I promise."

"Bye for now sweetie, love you."

"Love you too."

As Alison hung up the phone, she looked over to Pepe who was sitting at his special corner. "Well Pepe, it looks like we have a lot of cleaning to do." Just the thought of her parents in law coming to their new house made her nervous. Of course she wanted to show off their house, it's just that she feels like she needs to impress them, even though she knows they love her very much. Also the girls are coming, and their boyfriends. It's going to be a long ride. The sound of a door closing snapped her out of her thoughts.

"Em?" she yelled as she stood up and walked through the door towards the stairs.

"Yeah, it me." Emily yelled back, she was taking off her shoes and was greeted by a very happy, and now very big dog. Alison walked down the stairs and heard Emily talking to Pepe and rubbing his ears.

"hi." Alison said when she got to her wife. Emily kissed Alison softly on her lips and made her way to the stairs.

"Em I need to talk to you about something"

"Can it wait? I really need a shower." Emily said turning around, she was already on the first step.

"Sure." To be honest, Alison was a bit disappointed; she wanted to share her conversation with Emily's mom with her. And Emily was out all day with her classmates, doing a study group in god knows where. She decided to take Pepe for a walk, she needed to calm down because if felt like she was getting upset. And she knew it was unreasonable. Alison figured once she got back, she'll discus everything with Emily.

When Alison got back from her short walk, she quickly went up the stairs to talk to Emily about thanksgiving. But it looked like Emily already had plans.

"Where are you going?" Alison asked curiously when she walked in the room and saw Emily all dressed up again.

"I'm working tonight. I told you babe."

"But you just got back." If Alison thought she was getting upset, she was definitely angry now.

"I know, and I'm late." Emily was collecting the things that she needed for her practice tonight. Mumbling to herself was she might have forgotten.

"Well can't they find someone else tonight? I haven't seen you all day!"

"You now that can't happen. And please don't start this again Alison."

"Start what, Emily? You're barely he-"

"I am trying my best Alison and you know that!" Emily closed her bag and carried it towards the bedroom door.

"God, can you just stop for one second and fucking talk to me?!" Alison crossed her arms over her chest, very annoyed. Emily turned around before she could reach the door.

"damn it! Alison, I said I am late!" Emily practically screamed, she could see the tears building up in her wife's eyes, but she felt like there was nothing else she could do. "I'll see you tonight, and we'll talk." Her voice was much softer this time.

"Yeah, I doubt that." Alison whispered. More to herself but Emily heard. She made her way into the bathroom, not caring about anything, anymore. When she closed the bathroom door, Emily took a deep breath and finally made her way out to the car. She was so sick and tired of these fights with her wife, she felt hopeless. Thank god for the holidays, she getting some time off after tomorrow. At least she'll be able to sort some things out, and god she missed her wife. She missed everything about her.

"Hey, Al! Alison was making her way out of Hollis when she heard a familiar voice calling her from behind. She turned to see a running figure making his way through the crowd.

"Caleb. What are you doing here?" Alison has to admit she was glad to see her friend. She missed Caleb, she missed all her friends. "We're not supposed to meet up until later." Alison added after they pulled away from their warm hug.

"Emily called me. She said she wasn't going to make it to pick you up. So… I'm here." Caleb smiled. And they started walking towards the exit.

"I can walk home. I don't need a babysitter." Alison replied. Ever since she began school again, Emily has been insisting that she picks her up everyday. And if she can't make it, she sends one of the girls.

"Well, you can't really blame her, after everything." Caleb was very carful not to bring up things from the past, they have all agreed not to bring up A ever again.

"Plus, it's my pleasure. I missed you goof." He said while wrapping his arm around Alison's shoulder.

"I missed you too." Alison replied, smiling an even bigger smile. They were so close to the exit, when what Alison has feared the most, happened.

"Hey yo Alison!" she saw someone walking her way, the person she hated the most ever since she started going to Hollis. "Or should I say, Alesbion."

"Go away, Mark." Alison snapped at this tall, very good-looking, but awful human being. Caleb was just stunned, he was so surprised at the way this guy was mocking Alison.

"Hey, Hey. Don't get mad baby..." mark said, getting even closer and blocking their way. "I just came to ask if you wanted to meet up in the bathroom, I will make sure to straiten you out." He caressed Alison check while smiling a devious smile, but Alison soon enough slapped his hand away.

"Back off, asshole." Caleb stepped in front of him to protect Alison, literally.

"Oh, I see someone has already made you normal." Mark was referring to Alison, but didn't break his eye contact with Caleb.

"Last warning, Mark."

"And what exactly are you going to do?" mark asked, confident. But he wasn't expecting Caleb next move. Caleb pinned him against the wall with his arm on his collarbone.

"Caleb, stop it. Please." Alison interrupted from behind him, but Caleb ignored her. As much as Alison wanted him to kick Mark's ass, she knew Hanna would kill her if he got hurt.

With his knee, Caleb hit Mark's private parts; he screamed so loud from pain, you would think the whole school heard his cry. He looked scared and Caleb knew he made his point. "If you ever get near her again, there will be no nuts to kick. You have no idea what I'm capable of." With that Caleb let him go. He grabbed Alison's hand and finally walked through the exit. Mark was still stunned and in pain. He couldn't move, and he knew everyone was staring at him, whispering and laughing.

"You really shouldn't have done that." Alison said as she got into the passenger seat. Her tone was very angry. She wasn't mad at Caleb, just worried. And mostly worried about Emily finding out.

"Yeah, well, he deserved it." Caleb started the engine and flashed a half smile to Alison. "What's his deal anyway?"

"I don't know, he's a dick." She said looking out the window. Caleb made a mental note to bring it up later, but for now, he decided to let it go.

"So, you wanna grab something to eat?" he said, changing the subject.

"Sure."

They both went to the Grille, while they were waiting for the food, Caleb wanted to take advantage of the situation and get more details.

"Are you going to tell Emily?" He asked concerned.

"No!" Alison replied a bit to fast, which made it look even more suspicious. "Look, Caleb. I'm really thankful for what you did. Really. But this is not something Emily needs to worry about now."

"Alison this guy bullied you. She has the right to know."

"Not this time. She has a lot on her plate. And I know that if she finds out she will go all protective over me and Mark will end up in the hospital. I am still trying to fit in. I don't need the 'crazy wife' added to my 'dead girl walking' name. "

"Al, if she finds out about this-"

"She is not going to find out." Alison cut him. She knows that he has a point, but she is trying to start again, she is different from the old Alison. That's why she hasn't been fighting back, and if Emily finds out, it's going to get into an ugly fight.

"I don't know… I can't keep this from her. Alison this is serious, he could hurt you."

"He won't, not after today anyways. And he never really touched me, its all games."

"We don't know anything about him. I'm calling Toby, maybe he can find something." The food came before Alison could reply. And so she waited for the waitress to go. But Caleb wasn't going to take no for an answer.

"Fine." She replied quickly before he finished dialing Toby's number. "But wait until I talk to her, she doesn't need to find out about this from anyone else but me."

Caleb looked satisfied, although he knew he needed to set up an ultimatum for her to really do it.

"You have until tonight, before we meet up at the Brew."

"I thought you were my best friend." Alison teased, she figured she wasn't going to get out of it, so she might as well do as she's told.

"I am. But Emily is also my best friend. So, sucks for you. Now eat your salad."

Alison was getting ready to their little gathering at the Brew later that night. She was brushing her hair while Pepe was resting his head on her lap.

Suddenly a teddy bear showed up at the door.

"I am looking for Alison Dilaurentis Fields." She heard a low voice and couldn't help the smile on her face. Pepe's head shot up and his gaze fell on the weird stuffed animal. "I have a flower delivery for her."

"What the hell are you doing?" Alison asked, very amused. And with that Emily showed up at the door with the bear in one hand and flowers in the other. Alison got up and walked closer to her girl.

"I'm sorry." Emily said, she put down the things on the cabinet beside her and wrapped her arms around Alison's waist. As her arms found Emily neck. Emily stuck her head at the crock of Alison's neck and smelled her. She felt both of their bodied relax at the touch. " I love you." Emily murmured and lifted her head to meet the blonde's eyes.

"I love you too." Alison said kissing her wife lovingly. She knew about all the things she needed to talk to Emily about, but couldn't get herself to tell her what happened today. She really didn't want to ruin the moment.

"What did you want to tell me this morning?" Emily asked, not moving an inch further from Alison.

"Oh, your parents are coming for thanksgiving." She replied with a smile. She knew it would make her girl happy.

"Really?! That's great!"

"Yeah, I know. It will be so much fun being all together again."

"So… if we only have 2 days left alone in the house, what do you say we ditch the others and get our sexy time on?" Emily said in her seductive voice as she moved her eyebrows up and down.

"Nice try. No."

"Why nottttt?" Emily asked with her best puppy dog eyes.

"Because, we haven't all been together since the weeding and half of us don't even remember what happened after the ceremony. So we are going. Plus, this is your punishment. Now get ready, we leave in 10." Alison smirked as she left the room. Sexually frustrated Emily was one of her favorite things.

"You're lucky you don't have girl trouble Pepe. Women will drive us insane." Emily talked to the dog that was still in the room, but he wasn't even paying any attention to her.

Xoxoxox

As they walked in the Brew and were greeted with their best friends, of course they got all the 'finally' comments because it seems like they were always late, to everything. But considering they were two girls, it was understandable.

Alison could sense Caleb staring at her, and when they finally made eye contact, she just shook her head. His look was disappointed, but she knew he's not going to do anything to embarrass her, of so she though.

They were all sat down and chatting about life, the evening was going great, Aria talked about moving in with Ezra, they looked very happy together. After a few minutes it was Spencer's turn to get all cute and lovingly.

"Guys this is so great." Spencer said. "I missed you so much, we need to work harder to see each other more." She added

"I know, right? Lets make a promise to meet up at least once a week. All of us, no excuses!" Hanna said.

"Well maybe we could set up like a day of the week, for us to hang out together."

Toby added.

"Okay here it is." Aria began. "Lets say, every Wednesday night, like tonight, we all meet up at 8 o'clock. So you can't schedule anything else."

"Agreed" Emily replied. And it was followed by many head nods and confirmation sounds.

"Yay! That way we will never ever grow apart, we'll be friends forever. It makes my heart swoon!" Hanna said happily. And earned a few chuckled from her friends. Alison loved moments like these, when she was surrounded by people she loved, and when Emily's arm was wrapped around her. This moment couldn't get any better.

"No matter what, we will always have each other's backs." Ezra added.

"Alison is being bullied." After a long silence, Caleb finally spoke.

I promise not to leave it like this for long! Pleaseeeeee review! Tell me what you think. Peace out xoxox
