Chapter Fourteen – Miscommunication

"Well whatever, anyways I got to run some errands for a sec, so I'll meet you at the guild, alright?" Said Lucy as Natsu noticed her getting ready to go out.

"Hey let me go with you, c'mon it'll be fun, right? The more the merrier!" Said Natsu as she's smiling hoping Lucy would bring him along as usual.

Lucy suddenly stops for a moment and hesitates to answer Natsu's Request; she slowly turns to him obviously forcing a smile… "Natsu …Linsanna was saying that she had a surprise for you today so I'm sure you wouldn't want to miss that anyways, I better get going, or I'll be late." Lucy looks at her watch before turning towards the door.

Natsu gets up and blocks the path for Lucy, he takes a hold of her hands and says "Lucy, I want to come, what if something were to happen to you, I would never forgive myself…"

Obviously Lucy was shocked by his sudden words, it pained her heart to know she may never get another chance like this… which almost brought her to tears… how childish she had thought… she looked up at Natsu and smiled to only say "Natsu, I'm not a child I can handle myself just fine, anyways if you want to go somewhere so badly, why not just go with Linsanna anyways…" she quickly took her hand back from him and left the house… all that could be heard was the door slam on her way out.

Natsu just remained standing there, should he go after her or should he not… To go or not was a tough question he could lose her for all he knew, or she could just want her space. Man girls are so complicated, he thought before going to find Happy to see what his thoughts were. But to his surprise Happy was nowhere to be found! Now at first he was surprised and didn't know what to do but freak out he check everywhere till he found a note which read: I'm going with Lushy so I'll be back later!

"Gosh what do I do now…" he said as he plopped down on the couch while he rested he hand on his for head and stared at the ceiling… next thing you know he was fast asleep and on an empty stomach (talk about un-like him.)

well what do you think? Good? or No? WEll Today i will be posting another chap... this time i will no matter what so dont fall asleep untill then!
