Yosuke heard a faint knock on his window and he opened his curtains to see Marie.

He felt a reoccurring theme...

"Wha- Marie what are you doing here?" Yosuke paused, "How do you know where I live!?"

"That's not important just open the window.." Marie said knocking again.

Yosuke unlatched the window and Marie crawled in quite easily almost like a shadow. She stood and patted herself off and turned her attention back to the taller boy. She got uncomfortably close to his face and looked him over.

"I guess you look alright; I wonder what he sees in you then.." Marie backed up and turned to look at his room.

"Huh? What! Did you just say I'm unattractive?!" Yosuke lightly touched the side of his face.

Marie shrugged, "Not as clean as that blue nightmare, but I guess it's inhabitable.."

"Marie why are you even here?" Yosuke asked and Marie turned back around.

"Evaluation..." She said still looking around.

"Evaluation? From who?"

"Margaret."

Yosuke had heard that name before. It was that strange woman in the blue getup he always saw around Yu. He wasn't quite sure who she was since he didn't act like he did with other women he'd seen him with.

"So.. What's this evaluation for?" Yosuke asked crossing his arms.

"I need to bring back some info on you. Nothing personal, just business.."

"Uh huh..."

"Well the reason she wants the stuff on you is because she thinks you might interfere with an overall plan. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to disclose what for.."

"Alright..." Yosuke sighed, "Not suspicious at all."

"But I can say back that she has nothing to fear. There isn't really anything suspicious about you either."

She probably didn't understand that it was supposed to be sarcasm.

"But she did tell me to tell you something."

"And what's that?" Yosuke asked a little surprised.

"She said: That this is no easy matter to open up to and hopes you understand that outcomes can effect relations. She understands how well you interact with your friends but your fear of judgment will return to haunt you." Marie said opening the window letting her black hair mask her face as she jumped out.

"Wai-" Yosuke didn't get a word in and looked out the window. She was already halfway down the street at a slow walk.

Chills ran down Yosuke's spine. He closed the window and sat on his bed; Yosuke sighed. This was pretty much what he was expecting. Getting involved with his partner's life was going to be quite mysterious.. He laid his head down on his pillow and drifted to sleep again.
