The next morning the three young adults were headed back to the city on their plane. Bolin of course was in the corner Face Timing with Opal well Korra and Mako sat across from each other talking about anything and everything that came to mind.

"So do you like Opal?" Korra asked as she placed her bare feet onto Mako's lap and honestly he didn't mind.

"Of course. She makes Bolin happy and that's all I ever wanted for him after our parents died. Plus her parents are really cool, didn't judge where we came from, and her mom's cooking is amazing." Mako said as he poked Korra's pinky toe in a playful manner.

"That's good. No one should judge where you came from though. You tried your best to raise yourself and Bo; and if they do judge you then they're an ass."

The young man let out a chuckle. "So you're calling Asami's father and many other people in the world an ass for me?"

"Of course. I can't stand that man anyway. He acts like he's all high and mighty." She said with a sigh and a roll of her eyes causing the twenty four year old to raise an arched eyebrow.

"You met him before? When?"

"Remember I told you my uncle Tenzin works on the council for Republic City. When I younger I always sent my summers with him and his family. I was seventeen, my last summer in Republic City before I went off to the National Guard, I was really an assistant for Tenzin. It was at a gala that they have every year when I first met him. I thought he was an asshole right off the back. Just the way he talked and acted around people."

"Mhmm. Don't worry I felt the same way. I just told it was because he owned the largest company in the world city, but I realized that he was just an ass." Mako said with understanding.

"At one meeting the topic of orphan children came up. The council wanted him to donate some money to the new housing that they were building for the orphans and he told the council that it wasn't his problem and walked out. Too bad I couldn't punch him." Korra said with a sigh.

"It's okay Kor. It's not your fault that he's an ass. The council did well without his money anyway." Mako said as he placed his hand on top of her foot. The blue eyed girl looked up at him and give him a small smile, in which he returned.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure. Anything."

"If you knew how he was why did you stay with Asami?" Mako froze. He wasn't expecting this question from her but in a way he asked himself the same question for the two years that he was with her.

"I don't really know. I mean I did love her at one point and I had a wonderful two years with her and I even thought that I was going to ask her to marry me sooner or later. The past few months leading up to the end of our relationship she changed. She never trusted me to go out anywhere that had females. It only got worse when I held the contest. She didn't like the fact that I could possibly be hanging around someone that wasn't her. We broke up the same morning that you came over with the news article."

Korra was silent as he told his story and could only nod her head. Asami was a beautiful looking girl, but from what she hears, the girl was jealous and her father was a dick.

"Mako-"

"No it's okay Korra, really. I should have saw the signs when it came to her father and I should have ended sooner when she started acting jealous." Before he could say anything else Bolin came up to them with his phone in hand.

"They're right here Opal and yes they can hear you." Bolin said before smiling at him and Korra.

"Hey guys!" Opal said through the camera. She was tan like Korra, but a little bit lighter with a short black hair that was styled with a bang and bright green eyes like Bolin. She was beautiful in Korra's option.

"Hey Opal how are you?"

"I'm good, how about you? You must be Korra! Your voice is amazing. I saw the performance yesterday I wish I was there though."

"Thank you. You know Bolin talks about you a lot."

"Korra!" The green eyed boy said while giving her the death glare and his brother the help me glare.

"All good things I hope." The young woman said with a small laugh at her boyfriend's embarrassment.

"Of course. Hopefully we could meet up whenever you're free. I really want to meet you and embarrass Bolin some more."

"Korra!"

"I'll be free this Saturday if you're doing anything."

"That'll be perfect. I'll see you then Opal it was nice meeting you."

"The same to you. I'll call you later Bolin. I love you. See you later Mako."

"Bye Opal."

"I love you too." Bolin said before hanging up the phone and giving Korra the death glare.

"Must you embarrass me?" Korra could only give a cheeky grin, causing Mako laugh out loud and Bolin to groan before taking a seat next to her.

Being home for Korra felt great. She missed Naga so much during her three days away and being home with her was the best feeling ever.

"Oh Naga I missed you so much." Korra said as she give her best friend a hug on the head. The giant white dog only give her master a lick on the face before running off to the bedroom and jumping on the bed. Korra could only laugh as she soon joined her friend on the bed and fell into a deep sleep.

A/n: So I know I was gone for a while but setting up college classes is a bitch. The good thing is I have two classes on Mondays one in the morning and the other at night. And one class Tuesday- Thursday and Fridays are my off days so I would most likely update Friday- Sundays starting the week of August 21st.

Also I know I made Asami's dad seem like a dick in this story but I think he is and my option on him will never change. He's a dick and I could only imagine what happened when Asami told him that she and Korra are together.

Last time before I log out…..I'm having Amorra fever. Amorra a.k.a. Amon and Korra fanfictions are running my imagination wild right now and I'm shocked to be honest. I might write an Amorra fiction….. I'm not sure yet. I don't really want to take y'all back to season 1.
