Chapter 14 rescue attempt
The dark master stands in his throne room looking out over Mars surface "you Chris will give me there location soon or we will kill you" he says turning to the bloodied form of the gold ranger kneeling on the floor minions surrounding him
Chris spits blood at they dark masters feet "wrong again if I die you die to remember"
The dark master laughs "then I will make you wish you were dead" he says kicking the gold ranger in the face knocking him out
In the hall of heroes the remaining twelve rangers are stood around selphitia as she works to get there morphers back online
"Ok a what is this place exactly" tori asks
"This is a back up incase the morphing grid falls again like it has" selphitia explaines "the old powers in this room will power up your delta morphers for a short time but it takes a while to reroute the power to them this was Chris fail safe incase this happend from here you can all use your old powers but the drain to your delta morphers will cause them to be we early weakend"
"Chris has been in there clutches for hours we need to rescue him now we can't wait for the delta morphers" Danny says
"We need our old powers" Leo says
Selphitia nods "then take them just stand near your old power suit and the power will transfer to you"
The other eleven nod and walk to there old powers and the suits wrap around them as selphitia smiles
"I will teleport you to the dark masters base when you find Chris send him back here straight away and remember the alliance are still there "
The rangers nod before teleporting away they step out of there beams weapons drawn to find themselves Infront of hundreds of minions
"Ok rangers spread out". Tori says as they charge into battle slashing fiering and fighting there way through the hordes of minions making there way to the base Infront of them they get to the main gate and see a hooded figure standing before them head down with two sword sheaths on his waist laughing
"So you have made it this far rangers but you will not get past me" he chuckles
Tommy and Kim run at the warrior Kim's power now and his zeo sword in hand the man jumps into the air pulling both swords out and slashing the pair them both stumbling falling to the ground sending Justin's cannon blast and Ashley's sling shot fire back at the pair knocking them away Leo charges with his quasar saber as Kelsey charges with her v lance only to be blocked by there superior opponent before the cloaked man jumps up kicking them both away Jen and Danny charge at him only to be met by slashes across there armour and sent away tori and Trent attack next to have there attacks dodged before bing slashed multiple times the pair joining there fallen freinds all struggling to there feet
The cloaked figure just laughs "you never stood a chance and now to hell with you all" he says throwing out his hand sendind the rangers to another dimension "and let the darkness consume you all"
The rangers look around demorphed "where the hell are we" tommy asks looking into the darkness surrounding them
"Forget that who was that guy " Jen asks
"It was bret" Kim says "Chris twin brother he's the only one who could take us all out like that"
"How do you know that Kim it could be anyone we diddent see his face" Danny says
"We diddent have to the way he moves the way he fights is exactly the same and how else would he know how to kick our asses like that" tori says "he would have been training with Chris his whole life"
"Well we will deal with that later first of all we need to get out of here" tommy says
Back in the base Chris is chained to a wall with lord zedd punching him in the ribs as the gold ranger winces in agony
"Zedd that's enough"says. Cloaked figure "leave us I want a word with him"
Zedd nods punching Chris once more before leaving the cloaked figure walks over releasing the chains causing Chris to fall to his knees he hands Chris a vial
"drink this it will heal you then we have to get you out of here brother" the man says removing his hood to reveal himself as bret Chris identicle twin
