A/N: Last time Oak chose to face off against the devious Quincy Smith III to save his captured friends. Will he be able to defeat this ruthless businessman? Find out in this long overdue chapter, now!

Universal Runners: The Other Side of Arcanum

Distant Stars of Forgotten

Like in a cowboy movie, a sheriff and the outlaw faced each other for the showdown. But instead of tumbleweed passed them, tourists and visitors passed them by as Oak is still glaring Quincy in anger after what happened to his WOOHP friends. Quincy on the hand remained calm as he stared at him with a evil grin on his face.

"Samuel Oak, why a Pokemon Professor like you doing in this city without Pokemon?" Quincy said to the professor.

"Cut your sarcasm, Quincy. I know you kidnapped Alex and Jerry just to make me surrender! Now where are they?!" Oak asked in anger.

"Tsk, tsk... Ignoring your manners even in your age is very inappropiate. Besides, you still need to tell me you already give up yet?"

Despite now enraged at the true culprit been under his nose the whole time, Oak calmed down as he knew that he won't able to do this if he let his anger get to him. "Do I look like I have my swords or daggers with me?"

Despite he noticed that he's got a point, Quincy didn't believe him as he said, "Well, just to make sure, my men are searching your friends around the park as we speak. If you truly didn't seal our deal, your friends will completely suffer. Besides, one of them is a relative to the -Dark Princess- and I heard she likes to visit Star City amusement park someday."

"Well, it's a waste of time, cause they aren't here."

"We'll see."

They waited for a few minutes until Quincy's men returned.

"Sir, we checked everywhere, they're not here. He's telling the truth."

"Well, happy? I didn't brought either of my weapons or my friends, that means I give up!" Oak said to Quincy. "Now let my friends go!"

"Not so fast, Professor. I can't let you go so easily. How about we'll play a game first before you surrender to us?"

"What kind of game?," Oak asked suspiciously.

"A special game of my own making."

"Like anything you throw can break me that easy."

"Don't worry, this game can break everything, including your will to resist me."

Meanwhile inside the same amusement park, a girl in a white tiger hat approached a shop booth and talked to the cashier of it. "Meron kayong dalawampu't apat na stuffed toys dyan? Gusto ko ibili para sa Mommy at ang mga magagamit ko. (Do you have 24 plush toys available in there? I want to buy them for my Mom and some other things.)"

Upon hearing at what she asked, the woman let her into the booth as he led her into some fitting rooms and opened each of them, revealing to be the Runners and KDA detectives hiding in them as they stretched out due to the space inside.

"Seriously, a portal into a tiny fitting room?! Amica can't fit into that tiny box!" Bren complained as he rubbed his shoulder in pain.

"Hey, we heard that!" Kani said as she came out from the fitting room with -Faunia- on her shoulder. "But a good point, how many portals did these Traveller guys have?!"

"Come on, I like to go other countries and stuff. I even asked the guys to install some gimmicks when I gone to Hong Kong years ago!" Veronica said in embarrassment.

Then, she noticed Dylan is somehow stuck with Andre in the fitting room as he said, "I think you let them install too many."

"Okay, note to self: call up some of the Travellers have some of these portals uninstalled."

"Where's Zeus?" Jordan asked as she looked around. She then saw a person with shoes similar to Zeus, under the door of one of the fitting rooms. "Zeus, come on out here."

The person inside the fitting room didn't budge.

"Uh, Zeus? Are you okay? Zeus?" Jordan said before she opened her friend's fitting room. But instead of Zeus inside, she saw...

"Blake?!"

However, she saw his Twilight form instead of his real form as Blake came out of the fitting room and rubbed his shoulder in pain. Jordan on the other hand was completely shocked, which she thought that he was supposed to be meeting with Alex and Jerry's kidnappers as part of his plan as she says, "What the heck are you doing here?! I thought you're at the entrance, making a deal to the culprit about "surrender" yourself to the culprit!"

"I already am at the entrance. I'm just here for the next part of the plan."

"What?," Andre said as in his imagination his brain seemingly overload, causing him to pass out in confusion.

"What do you mean, you're there if you're right here," Bren asked in confusion.

"How can you be there…," Itzal started.

"If you're right here," Calla finished.

"And more importantly..." Kani spoke up next. "If you're here, then where's Zeus?!"

Meanwhile back to Oak, he was forced to put his hands behind his back as he was escorted by Quincy and his guards to some kind of attraction while he glared at him in anger. Unknown to them, a boy somehow spied on them near the attraction and quickly entered before the four arrived at the front of it, where Oak was surprised at what kind of attraction it is.

"A laser gun fight attraction? Really?" Oak said in an unimpressed tone as he saw the Lazer Blaster logo at the front.

However, Quincy only smiled as he said, "Trust me. This laser fight is very special. Send him in, boys!"

With those words, his guards pushed Oak into the attraction and when he did, Quincy then says, "Hope you can have a good game. Because it will be your last!"

With that said, his guard closed the doors of the attraction as Quincy then looked at some unconscious employees hidden behind the counters. "You two, make sure my appearance is still hidden. I'm not supposed to be here you know."

He left the attraction as his bodyguards covered him in order to not get spotted by guests and tourists.

Inside the Lazer Blaster attraction, Oak felt he was trapped as he saw other kids, teens, and their parents are waiting to prepare themselves, unaware at what's going to happen. But instead of banging the door to get out, he calmly wandered around as he thought what's so special about this as what Quincy said. Before he thought more of it, he bumped into a boy, which caused him to fell down on the ground. "Oh my. Are you okay?"

But when he helped him get up, he saw that Zeus is actually the one who bumped him. But instead of shocked on why he is here instead of his Runner friends, he only said, "Nice timing. How did you know where I am?"

"I'm trying to find you when my -Battle Premonition- made me stop on bumping some other goons from before and heard them about rigging this place," Zeus whispered.

"I knew what the culprit said about this attraction is true. Hope nothing bad happens in here, though," Oak said in worry.

"But more importantly, why are you here? You're supposed to be with Jordan and the others," Zeus asked in confusion.

"To be honest, I have another strange ability after the Cyber Games incident," Oak sheepishly said, unknown that he and the other patrons are being spied by some thug-like players from the other room.

Meanwhile, the Runners and KDA ran passed to some rides and attractions as Jordan and the other Runners are shocked about something as they shouted, "YOU CAN SPLIT YOURSELF FROM YOUR REAL FORM?!"

Blake shushed them and said quietly, "I don't know how I got this power, but all I know that I got it after I've became a -Shadow Twilight- and I can able to be two places in one, literally."

"Two places at once! Man, I wish I had that power," Bren said.

"It's not actually a power, it's one of my abilities."

"Abilities? You mean, you're not limited to one?" Kani asked in shock.

"Yeah, but I'll tell you later. Because -Shadow Split- doesn't allow me to completely separate from him," Blake explained. "If my whole spirit and body is gone from him, he will turn into an empty husk without any memories and if we weren't merge back in time, we disappear."

"What?!," Jordan gasped.

"Disappear as in fade from existence," Layla asked. Blake nodded.

"That's not good," Andre, who'd recovered, said.

"But there is a way to prevent that from happening right?," Itzal asked.

Before Blake can answer, he suddenly felt pain on his shoulder, which the Runners noticed and rushed to his aid until he stopped them and said, "That's how. And on another subject, what's my other half doing?"

Back inside the Lazer Blaster attraction the kids and teens, now geared up, entered the attraction and ran around apparently looking for their target, aka Oak. Zeus and Oak ran through the maze, looking to hide from the kids and teens. As they ran, Oak was suddenly ran into and knocked down by three boys by accident, injuring his shoulder. As he grabbed his injured shoulder in pain, the boys stood over him. But before they could say or do anything, Zeus quickly helped him up and, the two kept running.

"So I see what how your ability works, but there must be a hazard to it, right?," Zeus asked.

"Well, yeah," Oak replied. "My Twilight form is where my life force is most vulnerable. If it's poisoned or destroyed at all, then…well I think you can guess what'll happen."

"I see."

The two continued to dodge the children inside the attraction, and managed to duck into a nearby room unseen.

"Well that was close. Now where are we?," Oak asked.

"Looks like the Lazer Blaster's green room," Zeus said as they looked around and saw a TV with a DVD player and DVD. Oak inserted the disc into the player and the two watched the screen as an instructor showed up on it.

"Welcome to Lazer Blaster! I'm Harlan Blast, and today you're gonna learn all the basic rules of the game! So listen up!," the instructor said. Zeus and Oak sat through the entire video learning all the basics of the game. When it was done, the two looked behind the TV to see rows of Lazer Blaster equipment.

"Shall we?," Oak asked.

"Let's suit up," Zeus said. The two then walked over and grabbed the equipment.

Meanwhile, outside a group of mercenaries hired by Quincy had gathered as he told them of their objective.

"Alright men, you have been chosen from the best of the best. Today you have one objective: Blake Nova, aka, the Black Detective. He is a threat to me, the MD Corporation and all we have planned for the future of the city. He has several physical forms, currently he is in the form of a man in his 50s, though he could have changed to the kid form we all know him as, and also has an accomplice that is similar to his kid form. Your mission is to capture them if possible and terminate them if necessary. Do whatever it takes to find them. Now move out!"

As the mercenaries entered the attraction, the game started and the kids and teenagers armed with their laser blasters and vests began hunting each other. About 10 minutes in, Oak and Zeus, decked out in the same game attire, joined in. The game continued as normal with the two, the kids and teens, and the mercenaries all crept around the game area. Just then a 13-year old dark haired boy ran into several of the mercenaries. Mistaken for Blake, the boy was quickly stunned into unconsciousness, in front of many kids.

"Hey, you can't do that! You can't knock somebody out in this game!," another boy said, catching all the others attention.

"Um, I don't think those are players," a girl said.

"You thought right, kid," the merc leader said as he and the other mercs flashed their stunners at the kids, who all then screamed and began to run in panic. Some ran to the exited doors and bangs on them trying to get out of the attraction, but found the doors were locked until the end of the game, causing them to panic even more.

"Great, just when I think this game couldn't be anymore overkill," Oak groaned. "Zeus, cover me."

"Shouldn't we try to call for back up?" Zeus said as he tried to use his RunCom, but realized it was turned off. "What the?!"

"Sorry, but I have to turned off your RunCom as my DXCOM to avoid suspicion. Besides..."

Outside Star City, Quincy looked the events inside Lazer Blaster through his smartphone, which he smirked evilly.

"I have a feeling that he's watching us."

Meanwhile with the other detectives and Runners, Blake just finished explaining his plan to the others.

"So while your real half tries to make a deal with the culprit, we just need to find Alex and Jerry, right?" Itzal asked.

"Yeah, that culprit is not the type to keep promises. So before the deal's over, we're going to sabotage his plans via saving our friends," Blake explained.

"But how can we find them in this big indoor amusement park? It will be like a needle in a haystack and our legs will turn to jelly if we keep walking around," Calla asked in worry.

"Because we don't need to."

His words weren't lying as he actually sent Koto to scout around the park in the air, looking for any suspicious people like Blake said. And just as he predicted, the young Komory Bat saw some men in black suits somehow carrying two brown sacks to Snow World attraction as he remembered his friend's words.

"If you found anyone suspicious, use your backpack to send a SOS to us and don't do anything until I arrive."

Not wanted to ruin their plan, Koto hid behind a pole before he changed into his human form and pushed a button on his backpack, releasing a said signal to his friends as Blake noticed it via DXCOM.

"There's Koto's signal," he said. "Let's go."

The group then headed to the signal's location as fast as they could. When they reached Koto, he immediately pointed and said, "Two men in black carrying sacks just went in the Snow World attraction."

"Then someone should go in after them," Kani said.

"I'll go," Jordan volunteered.

"Me too," Itzal agreed.

"And me," Dylan agreed.

"And me," Blair agreed.

"And me," Jaqi agreed.

"And me," Calla agreed.

"Then it's settled. But be careful, this person we're up against is a very sneaky guy, so be ready for anything," Blake warned them.

"10-4. Let's go," Jordan said.

Meanwhile, Oak and Zeus are still dodging the mercenaries' attacks as they not only lead the citizens out of the shooting range, but also to try to shoot them back, which they failed at it.

"Man, these mercs are good," Zeus said as he continued shooting back.

"Well, let's just see how good," Oak said as he followed suit and managed to land hits on two of the mercenaries.

"Wow, nice shooting," Zeus said impressed.

"I played an online shooting game with Veronica, so I have some skill," Oak said.

"Well, I just hope we can avoid getting shocked and stunned."

"Well, personally, I don't have to do anything."

"Why?"

"Because due to my powers I can resist the electric attacks of their stunners."

"So, if they shock you, you can still stand?"

"Yeah, but if the attack were bigger and stronger than that, then I really would be hurt."

"I see."

Then, felt like he was about to be ambushed, Oak quickly turned around and aimed at his would be ambush culprit, only which he instead found...

"Terry?! What the heck are you doing here?!"

"Here to play some Lazer Blaster. Don't tell me you've lured those merc-looking people in here?!," Terry snapped.

"No, they trapped us in here, for your information," Oak snapped back.

"Why is it these missions of yours always have to mess up a guy's fun?"

"Well, why is a guy always in the wrong place at the wrong time?"

"Why can't you do something normal for a change?!"

"I can do normal, but can you do not-so-naggy?!"

"Down!," Zeus said as he tackled the two to the ground just as a beam whizzed over their heads.

"Could you two focus the situation in hand?! There are hired mercenaries hunting us like deers and we'll never get out of here if we get caught!" Zeus said to the two men.

"He's right. I may have an electricity resistance, but who knows how many more voltage can they take out of me," Oak said as he knew his resistance has a weakpoint.

"Well, you better think fast! Or else, I'm gonna take all the voltage out of you myself!," Terry said in anger.

Ignoring Terry's threats, Oak looked around the attraction in an attempt to escape and stop the mercenaries when he realized something after he saw Terry's gun and said, "Terry, give me your laser gun now!"

"What?! Are you nuts?! According to the rules, you need to use both hands to use the gun."

"Yeah, what are you gonna do?," Zeus added.

He then took out his -Memoralizer- and a silver medal with a the image of a microchip on it and put the latter in the device before he said, "Simple: I'm going to make a few adjustments."

Then with an activation of his -Memoralizer-, Oak was quickly covered in black and purple lights once more and when the lights disappeared, he now wore futuristic-like sunglasses, a silver jacket, and blue shirt and pants and blue-and-white sneakers.

"Whoa," Zeus said. "A few adjustments is an understatement."

"Took the words right out of my mouth," Terry said.

"Hold on," Oak said as he made the said adjustments. He then removed the silver medal and inserted a gold one with the image of an Old Western revolver on it into the -Memoralizer-.

He was quickly covered in black and purple lights once more, and this time when they faded, he was wearing modern gunslinger-like attire, including a black cowboy hat, vest and and boots, a white shirt and two holsters with pistols in them. Oak then picked up both blasters, and turned to Zeus and Terry.

"Stay here. I'll be right back," he said. He then ran out and began firing at the mercenaries rapidly. The firepower and the accuracy of the upgrade were so powerful that it tore up much of the attraction's environment. Six of the mercs were hit and went down instantly. The rest then took cover, and tried to shoot back, but the firepower was too much for them to handle.

Eventually, the leader realized they had no chance against the new, upgraded Black Detective.

"Retreat, retreat!," he called as one of Oak's shots blew a hole in the side of the attraction, which the mercs all ran out through it. The kids, upon seeing the new entrance followed screaming and yelling due to the panic and fright. Zeus and Terry then peered out of the hole and then turned to see Oak/Blake smiling smugly.

"What power!," Zeus said. "I love this alternate me!"

"We'll you ain't seen nothing yet!," Oak/Blake said.

Meanwhile in the Snow World, Jordan's group, now in winter coats provided for them in the attraction, looked around to search for the suspicious people that Koto recently found.

"Okay, let's split up," she said. "Jaqi, Calla, you guys take the right. Blair, Dylan, take the left. Itzal, you go take the side over there. I'll take the straight route."

The group all then split up to look around for the men. They all crept around carefully through the snow and background, looking for the men. Eventually, Jaqi and Calla stumbled onto them digging up the snow.

"Hey, what are you two doing?," Calla snapped. The men looked up and saw them.

"It's two of those brats! Get them, Dale!"

Just then, before the girls could do anything, a larger, hulkier man grabbed them both. They struggled in his grasp to get free but to no avail.

"Let us go!," Jaqi yelled.

"Fat chance, tiny tot!," Dale said with a cackle.

"You know, that's not how you handle a lady, mister."

Shocked at that voice, the man turned around to see Jordan in shock.

"Now let them go!," she said.

"Who's gonna make me, sweetie? You?," Dale sneered.

"I thought you'd never ask," Jordan said with a mischievous smile. She then charged at the man and then slide on the somewhat slippery floor and sweep-kicked his legs, causing him to fall onto his back, and let go of Calla and Jaqi, who quickly ran from his grasp. He then got back up, just in time to be met by a slew of martial arts kicks and punches from Jordan. Jordan moved so fast that Dale had no time to retaliate. And with one last roundhouse kick, Dale fell backwards unconscious, stunning the men, as Jordan turned to them and said, "Alright, who else wants some?"

"She took out Dale," one man said stunned.

"Well she can't take all of us at once. Get her!," the leader said as they all ran at her. But suddenly, a dark force of magic suddenly pushed them to the ground. Seconds later, Itzal came sprinting out of the trees.

"You girls okay?," he asked.

"Yeah," Jaqi replied. "Thanks to Jordan."

"No problem Jaqi," Jordan said to her counterpart before turning back to the men. "Well, you guys thought the -Black Detective- was bad, then check out our Universal Runner style! Ready guys?"

"Ready!," Itzal and Calla said as they and Jordan readied their RunComs.

"Run Convertion! Log In!"

The three then changed into their Runner forms and drew their -Ice Crystal Blade-, -Phoenix Dusk Scythe-, and -Double-Edged Spearblades-, respectively.

"Oh-no," the leader said as the three prepped to attack moved in to attack.

Meanwhile, in another part of Snow World, Dylan had managed to get himself buried under a pile of snow and Blair had several off his Pokemon digging him out. After a few moments, Dylan was finally free.

"Thanks Blair," Dylan said.

"No problem," Blair said. "Just no more shaking trees to make the snow fall, okay?"

Just then, they heard fighting coming from up a head beyond some trees.

"Come on!," Dylan said, as he, Blair and Blair's Pokémon followed the fighting noises to a clearing. There they saw the suspicious men all lying, beaten and half-conscious, with the three Runners and Jaqi looking over them.

"Hey, guys. What took you so long?," Jordan said upon seeing the two.

"Aw man, we missed all the action," Blair groaned.

"Great, at least Blake's group had it better than us," Dylan muttered.

Speaking of the said detective, Blake's group was still searching for the rest of the culprit's goons, only for Bren got distracted by a pair of color-changing sunglasses.

"Yo, I'm making these shades look good more than they're making me look good," he said as he tried them on and observed himself in a nearby mirror. Blake noticed this and slapped the back of Bren's head, causing the glasses to fall off.

"Quit goofing around, will ya?!," he snapped.

"Killjoy," Bren snarled.

Then, Blake noticed some kind of sunglasses with devices implanted on the rims, which he said, "I swear, these VR glasses are starting to haunt me."

"What do you mean?" Kani asked in confusion.

"It's not only in the rage in here and MOA, but in my home world as well," Blake explained. "I swear, if I see another sunglasses one more time, I-"

Before he can finish, some bodyguards with black sunglasses saw his group and one of them shouted, "Hey! You kids aren't allowed here!"

"Oh, sorry, we're uh, a little lost," Allie said sheepishly.

"Oh, really?," another said. "Well, let me and my boys help you find the way out."

"Don't bet on it, lunkhead," Bren said.

"Get 'em!," the leader of the guards said as he and the others charged at the group.

"Charge!," Blake said as he and Whitney, charged up, the two Runners changed into their Runner forms, the trainers let out their Pokemon, and everyone else got into fighting position and charged at them in return. The two sides clashed in array of physical attacks. Blake's group, however, quickly got the upper hand, dispatching the guards quickly with weapon and power strikes, punches and kicks, and Pokemon attacks. Soon, all but the biggest of the guards, and one other guard lay in a battered pile.

"Well, that takes care of all but these goons," Mark said.

"Yeah, well, just try and take me on, runts!," the largest guard sneered.

As the man advanced on the group, Andre said, "Uh, Blake…"

"I'm on it," Blake said as he began to charge his lightning abilities.

Before Blake can even shoot the bodyguard with his dark-infused lightning, the man quickly got hit by a heavy box, which the Twilight looked up to see it was Veronica who dropped it, causing him to say, "Really?"

"Hey, I'm bored, okay?" Veronica said in monotone.

"Well, there's still one left," Max shouted as he saw the last bodyguard run off. "And he's getting away!"

"I got him," Veronica said as she chased after the guard via the rooftops, before jumping on and tackling him down.

"Gotcha!," Veronica said. Just then, their landing location began to slowly swing up and down one way and the other, repeatedly. Veronica then realized…

"We're on the Viking Boat ride!," she said. "Well, it doesn't seem to be too bad."

Just then the ride began to pick up speed and swing higher and higher and higher, until it reached it's peak height, which scared Veronica greatly.

"I TAKE IT BACK! IT'S BAD, REALLY BAD!," she screamed as the ride swung her and the bodyguard back and forth over and over as the group watched.

Upon watching Veronica's accidental torture, Blake said, "On the bright side, at least she enjoys the ride."

Mark rolled his eyes at his positive note when he saw some two familiar faces being dragged away by one of the thugs, which caused him to say, "Hey, get your claws off my counterpart and his friend!"

When he heard him, Koto, still in his human form, jumped onto his back as he transformed back into his Dream Eater form, wanted to help on freeing his friends.

"You got this Koto?," Mark asked. Koto nodded yes. "Then go get him!"

Everyone did just that, as Koto flew at the thugs and buzzed around their heads, somewhat scaring them.

"What is that?," one thug said as he swiped at the Komory Bat.

"I don't know, but get rid of it!," another said as he ducked.

"I got it," a third thug said as he pulled out a raygun and shot at Koto. The first two shots missed, but the third hit him in the left wing, sending him to the ground.

"Got it!," the thug shouted triumphant as the other guards cheered him on.

Koto, however, lay hurt on the ground as tears welled up in his eyes and he then let out a loud, supersonic bawling cry. The cry was so loud it shattered almost every piece of glass in the proximity, and caused everyone within range to cover their ears and drop to the ground in pain, especially the thugs.

As the thugs writhed around in pain, Jerry and Alex (who'd seen Koto and covered their ears in time) freed themselves while Blake, who saw his Dream Eater saving them, rushed to his aid and said, "Alright, Koto! That's enough! You saved the day! Look, Jerry and Alex are getting away! Come on, turn that mental frown upside down."

As he stopped crying thanks to Blake's aid and saw the two spies excaping from the thugs' clutches, Koto's face brightened up as he blushed in embarrassment, realized that his crying saved the day once again.

"Wow, who knew that bat is a savior AND a crybaby?" Bren spoke up.

Upon hearing the word "crybaby," Koto turned and looked at Bren angrily.

"Was it something I said?," Bren said nervously as Koto flew at him and latched himself onto Bren's face. "AAAAAHHH! GET OFF! GET HIM OFF ME!"

"Wow, Jordan was right. You're horrible with magical creatures," Blake quipped.

But the celebration was short-lived as the thugs slowly recovering from his Komory Bat's crying, which made Blake made as he pulled out his black yo-yo and shouted, "Oh no, you don't!"

He then threw his yo-yo and with his dark aura he created around his body, Blake manipulates it to attack and tie the thugs at the same time. "Whoa! Looks like I caught a whopper!" he exclaimed as he pulled many thugs near him without any pain.

"Wow," Kani said. "I knew you were powerful, but not that powerful."

"Boy am I glad your on our side," Layla agreed.

"Yeah that was like Triple H and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin lifting up a sumo wrestler," Andre stated, gaining a few stares. "I'm a WWE fan, so what?"

"Please, he can't be that strong. Nobody could be," Bren said.

"Oh, yeah?," Blake said as he punched a nearby wall, creating a large crater-like hole. "How's that for nobody?"

Bren gulped as he nervously replied, "Remind me to never to tick you off again, pal..."

Then, upon she heard some commotion inside a familiar attraction, Amica secretly meowed to her owner that she will go somewhere before she left without anyone except Kani's knowledge.

Back at Lazer Blaster, Oak continued to fire at some more merc as Zeus backed him up behind him while Terry was dodging for his life.

"Why don't you guys quit shooting at them and find us a way out of here?!," Terry screamed.

"Why don't you quit panicking and let us think of how!," Zeus said in agreement as they continued to make their way through the maze. However, they soon came to a dead end.

"That's it, it's over. We're dead!," Terry panicked as he hyperventilated rapidly.

"That's it! I think this game has officially finished!" Oak quipped as he aimed at the walls with his guns and with his electricity enhancing them, he fired two powerful beams that caused the walls to break, creating a big hole for them to escape.

"Let's go!," Zeus said as the three ran out of the attraction. Then several teams of mercs quickly surrounded them.

"Alright punks, surrender or die!," said Thorne, who had returned.

"Bite you, jerks!," Zeus said.

"Die it is. Finish them!," Thorne ordered. The mercs then raised their weapons to execute the three.

At that moment, a loud roar was heard and a familiar green adult tiger jumped in front of everyone.

"Amica!," Zeus said with a smile. Amica turned and nodded at him, before turning back and attacking most of the mercs directly with his -Tree Claw- attack and having ivy vines sprout up and wrap around others with her -Roar of Nature-. Seeing this, the three took the opportunity to escape, running from the scene and behind a nearby structure.

"I think... we're safe..." Oak sighed in relief until he noticed Terry, who just fainted after barely escaping from the mercenaries. "Except him."

"But we still need to hide, otherwise we won't able to complete your plan," Zeus reminded him.

As Oak and Zeus leaned on the wall of the structure, a door suddenly opened up in the wall and they fell right through it, with the door closing up behind them straight afterwards, leaving Terry out cold on the ground. Amica failed to notice this as she continued to fight the mercs.

Meanwhile, the two found themselves in a mysterious passageway as they looked around. Then something caught Oak's attention

"What the..."

As Oak suddenly stared in shock, Zeus was confused until he noticed what he just saw: A huge antique door with black writings on it.

"What's this?"

"Looks like some sort of door," Zeus said. Oak then reached over to touch the door and suddenly his hand, and the door glowed bright with blue and purple light. The door then slowly opened, and the two stepped forward to see a large room filled with ancient weapons, artifacts, and armor along with a large door with multiple symbols on it.

As the two looked around, they noticed a large monolith in the middle of the room, with the sillouette of a person inside

"What's that?," Blake asked. Oak took an even closer look and gasped when he realized something. "What's wrong?"

Oak then said, "I think... that's me."
