"Oh fuck," shouted Dredd, "Hale use that voice thing you do hurry!"
As soon as the group split up all hell broke loose Shadow fae were coming from all different directions and the gang found themselves, with the exception of Kenzi and Bruce they plowed through the fae with ease, in very sticky situation.
Currently Dredd was in between phasing when three fae latched onto him and Hale fared no better as he upper cutted the one that had a hold of him. Putting all his focus on his voical cords the Siren opened his mouth luckily for Dredd he was able to cover his ears in time as the group of Shadow fae fell to their knees faces twisted in pain. Dredd was able to shift then turning into a huge magnificent lion ripping into his opponents with ease.
After Dredd finished he looked up at Hale who only nodded vigorously.
"Alright okay," the Ash stated as he psyched himself as he looked at Dredd, "I'll be the defense if you be the offense?"
When Dredd shook his massive head in response Hale smiled he knew they'd be okay.
"Tamsin step back I got this!"
Yelled Dyson as he charged past the Valkyrie straight into the oncoming group ahead of them as he started to shift ripping into his opponents much like Dredd which caused the Valkyrie to roll her eyes as she grabbed the fae that jumped on Dyson's back.
"Right I totally see that you got this," the blonde quipped as she smashed her fist into the fae's face taking her frustration out on it for what happened earlier between herself, the Succubitch and her girlfriend. After the fae's face was unrecognizable she looked up at Dyson punching the other fae behind her as she smiled, "watch and learn wolf pup."
Dyson was about to reply when an explosion caught their attention. It sounded like the real fun was just beginning.
"Bo," Bel shouted as she pushed her sister back away from the barrel, "you could have gotten us killed!"
Bo furrowed her brows all that she was trying to do was rid them of the huge group that was in front of them.
"Well it got rid of them didn't it?"
"That's not the point I'd like to rescue my best friend without much damage to my body," the ocean eyed woman snapped, "plus what would Kenzi do to me if anything were to happen to you?"
Bo opened her mouth to protest with the way the Immortal dismissed both her and Tamsin the Succubus didn't quite know what her best friend would say or do if anything happened to her. Bel saw the screwed look on Bo's face causing her to huff.
"Kenzi loves you ya big dummy," Bel says sternly with a wave of her hand, "also if anything happened to me Lynn would kill you."
Bo shook her head hiding her smile even though she was still getting to know her sister she did like the banter they had between each other as they fought off their enemies. Before anything else was said a deep chuckle caught their attention.
"Awh how cute twins," a thick accent cooed as a huge Russian man stood before the two women, "both are equally pretty shame I must kill you though."
Bel rolled her eyes as she looked at Bo who only smirked.
"You go for the legs -"
"While you go for the throat?" Bel finished with a smile.
"Now you're speaking my language." Bo stated as she and Bel lunged at the big bad fae in front of them.
- inside the basement torture basement room thing.
Once the explosion went off it drew Alabaster from his task at hand. He pulled out of his prisoner highly frustrated with the lack of response from her as he started to pull up his pants to asset the situation.
What he did not take into account was that Lynn finally came to and snapped the chain that held her left arm and right leg. He was also to stunned to think of what to do next when Lynn wrapped the chain that held her left arm around his neck.
The Valkubus was fuming her rage had intensified far beyond her capability as she acted on pure animal instinct only to have an eerie calm wash over her after she freed her other arm and leg she had Alabaster bound much like he had her.
Alabaster tugged at the chains that held him as he glared at the woman he had held captive as she pulled up her pants.
"Looks like things are reversed now," the red head states in an even voice, "what do you intend to do with me?"
Lynn knew he was baiting her so she smiled as she ripped open his shirt and unbuttoned his pants pulling them down to his ankles.
"Do you plan on pleasuring me with your mouth," he smirked as he rose his brow suggestively, "because I feel like that would be a good enough form of torture."
Instead of giving him a reply she walk over to the table that Alabaster kicked earlier and smiled when she found a beautifully designed machete and picked it up walking back to the man who violated her.
As soon as she turned to face him Alabaster's blood ran cold. Lynn's cheeks had hollowed out and her hazel eyes enhanced one eye a bright blue and the other a bright green with yellow swirling around her pupils. The feathery pattern that adorn her right arm and the talon mark that was acrossed her heart both gave of an ominous kind of glow as she glared heavily at Alabaster and with once swift motion slammed the blade where shoulder met his right arm severing it.
"Aurrrrrrrag!"
Alabaster shrieked as he flailed about.
"You chopped my fucking arm off you fucking cunt!"
Lynn then swung the blade seperating the joint where his thigh met his calf on his left leg causing Alabaster to scream even louder as he fell forward only to be caught by Lynn who extended her free arm out to stop him.
"I'm not done with you yet," her voice was raw as she wrapped the whip around his waist and tied it to the chain that held his neck hoisting him up, "I've just gotten started."
The pale blonde began leaving cuts along Alabaster's body drawing out his pain as much as she could and once she was satisfied she used her charm on him pecking his arousal to override the pain causing his member to stand tall and proud.
Alabaster's dull eyes widen then catching on to what the woman he held captive was about to do thus causing him to flail about even more. Lynn was expressionless as she lifted the blade in her hand as she was about to deal her finishing blow shadow fae started to appear in the room. They all felt Alabaster's distress call knowing that he had been weakened as they ready themselves to attack Lynn whose wings finally pushed out of her back.
Alabaster was in awe at the sight of her wings and seemly relaxed thinking that she would forget about what she was about to do as she glared at his little army.
Lynn felt her Alabaster relax and swung her blade down swiftly ripping off his penis as she kept her attention on the Shadow fae who lunged at her. Before she attacked them she slid the blade across Alabaster's neck silencing his screaming permanently then as she drove the blade into the first fae who was within shot the rest were incinerated by none other than Kenzi who pushed through the flames and stared wide eyed at Lynn.
The Immortal rushed forward with Bruce hot on her tail as she caught the Valkubus before she crashed to the ground. Looking past Lynn's shoulder Kenzi saw what was left of Alabaster and smiled before her eyes lingered on the spot that seemed a little personal. Bile started to rise in Kenzi's throat as she glanced down at Lynn who gave a far off stare.
"Oh baby," Kenzi's voice faltered as she pulled Lynn closer, "I'm sorry for being too late."
Bruce's face twisted at Kenzi's words before noticing what Kenzi had as well. Anger coursed through him and then worry as he stared at the pale blonde in Kenzi's arms. He the took in Lynn's appearance her shirt was ripped from where Alabaster had whipped her and also from when Alabaster had changed his form of torture. Hastily the hulking man took off his shirt and handed it to Kenzi who accepted it as she focused purely on Lynn.
"Baby girl I need you to put your wings away," Kenzi cooed sadly as she stroked Lynn's hair as she placed her forehead against Lynn's, "Brucey was kind enough to give me his shirt for you to use."
Without any words Lynn complied as her wings retracted back into her body causing her to wince slightly before going emotionless once more. Quickly Kenzi was able to place Bruce's shirt on Lynn once finished the Immortal held Lynn against her body and with a wave of her hand caught Alabaster's body on fire.
"Alright let's get out of here before the fire spreads."
Kenzi states as she tries to lift Lynn only to realize the the Valkubus is a lot heavier than Kenzi gives the other woman credit for. Sensing that Kenzi couldn't carry Lynn caused Bruce to reach forward only for Lynn to jerk away visibly shaken.
"Lynn baby," Kenzi says softly was she looks into the proud warrior's eyes, "Bruce is trying to help I promise you I won't let anything happen we need to go okay?"
Lynn glanced over her shoulder briefly noticing the flames that surrounded Alabaster's body and then gave a small nod. She knew Bruce would never try something like that on her but a small part of her had panicked when she saw him try to hold her. Lynn bit her lip then as Bruce scooped her up much like a father would to his daughter when she was sick or tired.
Lynn did not relax inwardly she was to spent physically to really fight so she just laid there in Bruce's arms staring at nothing as they exited the building.
"Lynn!"
Bel shouted as she spotted Bruce and Kenzi exiting the warehouse as flames started to engulf the building. Everyone huddled around the three as questions began to spiral.
"What happened to Alabaster!"
"Is she okay?"
"Kenzi what's wrong with her!"
"Okay everyone back off," Kenzi growled, "Lynn's been through a lot I'll have a meeting with everyone in a couple of days if you plan to stick around if not thank you for your help I have a Valkubus to take home."
Everyone was surprised by Kenzi's outburst but did as the Immortal instructed. Once back in the shack Kenzi managed to take Lynn to the bathroom and with some help from Lauren they patched Lynn up.
"What do you want me to tell them Kenzi she's been raped," Lauren had whispered as Lynn relaxed in the tub, "should I even tell them that?"
Kenzi shook her head she was more perplex at the pattern on Lynn's right arm and the talon mark above her left breast. She had a feeling she knew what they were but silently hoped she was wrong.
"No," Kenzi said as she took her eyes off Lynn, "I think it's for the best that nothing is said until she is ready don't you think Doc?"
Lauren smiled sadly as she nodded her head though she may not have a fondness for the pale blonde she is still Bel's best friend.
"Don't pity her or treat her any different," Kenzi sighed causing Lauren to look at her, "she'll know that you know and it'll probably be for the best that she thinks only Bruce and I do."
Lauren nodded her head as she turned to the door.
"Oh and Lauren don't call Bel about any 'doctor appointments' for at least a week," Lauren spun around then to look at Kenzi with her mouth opened, "please Lynn'll need her."
Lauren looked past Kenzi to stare at the Valkubus who was oblivious to the conversation between the Immortal and the Human. With a sigh the blonde nodded her head as she opened the door.
"Alright Kenzi it'll be the least I can do."
After Lauren exit the bathroom and possibly the Crack Shack Kenzi diverted her attention back to Lynn who hadn't utter many words since they had found her which caused tears to form in her eyes.
Bel was pacing in the living room as Bo, Tamsin and Kristoff sat there anticipation and tension rolled off everyone which caused the dark brunette to glance every few seconds in the direction Kenzi took Lynn along with Lauren. Worry and guilt ate at the Succubus's heart as she kept visualizing the defeated look on Lynn's face casuing Bel to clench her jaw and dig her nails into her palms.
Her attention was caught when Lauren exited the room a strange look overtook the blonde human's features until everyone crowded her.
"Lauren," Kristoff said hastily, "is my sister alright?
Lauren looked at him and then at Bel as she cleared her throat to look back at the Incubus.
"Minor scraps and bruises," the blonde doctor lied which did not go unnoticed by a certain Valkyrie, "a good few days rest will do the trick."
Lauren faked her best smile then kissed Bel's pout forgetting that Bo was in the room with them though Lauren was relieved that the brown eyed Succubus didn't throw a fit about it. So she focused her attention back to Bel.
"I'll be going I have work that needs to be down," Lauren kisses Bel again, "take care of her okay?"
Bel knew who Lauren was talking about and nodded her head smiling sadly.
"She always takes care of me it's time I do the same," Bel says softly as she kisses Lauren's forehead, "thank you Laur it means a lot to me."
The human doctor nodded her head holding back her tears as she smiled at Bel before walking towards the door opening it to reveal a beautiful woman with golden blonde hair that was adorn in a single braid that hung over her left shoulder with wind blown bangs and wore a beautiful light purple gown bringing out the blue in her eyes.
"I'm sorry," Lauren flushed, "they are currently closed if you are here for a case."
The woman shook her head as her bright blue eyes lock with Lauren's milky brown.
"I am not," the woman's voice had a mystical sound to it causing Lauren's heart to flutter as the woman spoke once more, "please I implore you I have to come inside to see her."
Lauren was about to respond when a shocked voice caused her to step back.
"Lady Freya," Tamsin bowed quickly before rising and looking at the Goddess who was still in the doorway as she gesture for the Goddess to come in,"what brings us the honor of your arrival?"
Freya smiled happily at the warrior who let her in as she raised her left arm causing Tamsin to gasp slightly.
"I am here to see my mate."
Bel looked at Tamsin and then looked at the golden haired woman who the Valkyrie called Lady Freya. The Succubus felt a wave of uneasiness wash over her as the woman uttered the word mate. She looked closely at the woman's left arm taking in the pattern which looked like chi swirling around as it glowed. Her heart started to hammer in her ears as she saw Kenzi exit the bathroom with Lynn who glanced up from her arm to peer at the golden haired woman.
Tears finally spilled from the Valkubus's eyes as her Goddess wrapped her arms around her pulling Lynn as close as possible. Freya knew of Lynn's ordeal having faught Odin, Thor and Sif as she tried to make it too the portal to allow her into Midgard. Once they knew that Lynn had killed the man who held defiled her they allowed the Goddess to depart to cater to her mate's needs. So here she was in the living room of the Crack Shack slowly rocking Lynn as they sat on the ground.
Kenzi along with Bel wanted to cause a scene and question the woman but decided against it as Lynn started to calm down. Kenzi ushered everyone out of the room giving them space.
Lauren had taken her leave as soon as Lynn started crying so that was one less person for Kenzi to tell goodnight too. She has given Kristoff the go ahead to return to his family and told Bo she'd talk to her briefly in her room before she went to sleep.
Bel had walked to her room as the word mate played over and over in her mind.
Tamsin pulled Kenzi into a loving embrace as she kissed the top of Kenzi's forehead.
"I know Lauren wasn't telling the truth about what was wrong with Lynn," the Valkyrie said softly, "I'm glad that she is finally safe though."
Kenzi nodded her head she had figured that her Valkyrie would catch on to Lauren's lie so she huffed into the blonde woman's chest.
"Did anyone else catch onto it?" she mumbled as she burrowed further into Tamsin chest.
"No they all seemed to be relieved that she would be okay."
Kenzi shook her head grateful that no one else figured anything out she then kissed the blonde wrapping an arm around her neck pulling her further into the kiss. Tamsin hummed happily as she place her hands on Kenzi's hips pulling her closer. Before the kiss could become to heated Kenzi pulled away.
"I can't wait for that date detective."
Tamsin smirked slightly as she peck the Immortal on the lips, "yeah well I should get going so I can start planning everything out."
Kenzi nodded her head as she kissed Tamsin once more.
"Goodnight Dectective Tammy."
Once Tamsin was gone Kenzi slipped past Freya and Lynn sneaking off into Bo's room. Instead of talking they both crawled into bed. To tired to do anything Bo pulled Kenzi into her allowing the Immortal to get comfortable.
They both knew they'd needed to talk but also knew that it could wait until they were both rested and ready. For now they both enjoyed each others company as they drifted off into a peaceful slumber.
Authors Notes: Well how was that? Anyone like Lynn's revenge or how everyone was working as a team? I did haha.
Next chapter will include mostly flashbacks to answer some people's question on Kenzi's previous mates. Also some mildly jealous Bel moments because Freya is there and all.

I've done some study on rape victims so I hope I caught some elements and incorporated them within Lynn with how she responded to how Bruce tried to carry her.
