Hola! Sorry for the delay on this, I've had serious trouble with my bloody internet lately (damn Sky!) and to cut a long story short I got a delightful little letter the other day informing me that my internet would be active on the 30th. -.- The 30th!
So this, amongst other things has been delayed in the process – for which I apologise. But don't worry, I'm not abandoning ship!
Also I'm uploading this from my phone, which I've never done before – so sorry in advance for any mistakes that (probably will) cause!
As always thank you kindly for your reviews follows and favourites!
Here's Chapter 14
"You ready?" Kristoff gushed. His nose and cheeks warm behind his scarf.
Anna nodded. She loved this bit.
She'd seen it a thousand times, but somehow it never got old. Kristoff's gleeful smirk mirrored her own as he leapt out of their shared cover. The surrounding fog that always seemed to be there, no matter what the weather, looked as mystical as ever as it floated lazily over the moss covered rocks strewn haphazardly across the place.
When the rocks began to quiver, making the earth dance beneath her feet Anna let out a squeal. In the blink of an eye and a small popping sound being the only announcement, the rocks were no longer rocks. They were trolls, and they were happy to see her.
"Kristoff and Anna are home!" They chorused, splitting in an exact half to run between the two.
Whilst Kristoff busied himself with his half, Anna bent down to greet her own, answering a thousand questions at once and shaking multiple tiny gravel covered hands.
Out of the crowd, a higher voice called out.
"Anna! Kristoff!"
"Olaf!" Anna yelled back, opening her arms for the warmest hug in existence. Beaten, only very narrowly by Kristoff's.
"You guys are here! You guys are here!" The snowman bobbed up and down, hardly able to contain his own excitement, his nose slipping dangerously close to the edge of his round face.
"Yep, we're here buddy." Kristoff grinned as he made his way over, two of the younger trolls perched on either shoulder. If their weight was causing him any issues, he wasn't showing it.
"I like it up here with Kristoff's family." Olaf stated matter-of-factly. "But I wish you guys would visit more."
Kristoff rubbed the back of his neck with a gloved hand. "Yeah we've been pretty absent lately, sorry about that, we've just been kinda busy. But I promise we'll start visiting more often." He looked to Anna for reassurance, but it wasn't needed.
"Yay!" Olaf was bouncing once more.
"Now!" One of the senior trolls took Anna's hands. "Tell us everything. What's been going on lately? Are there any wedding plans yet?"
"Yeah! Where's your ring Anna?" One of the children piped up from Anna's left, tugging on her trouser leg.
Kristoff cleared his throat, his cheeks red. "There isn't a wedding yet, because there isn't an engagement yet. We've only been together-"
"Since forever." The older troll interrupted, smiling fondly. She winked at Anna. "Soon dear." The whisper was clearly heard by Kristoff, who tried to scowl away his embarrassment.
"Actually." He said hastily, "We're here about Elsa."
He was keen to turn the subject away from their impending marriage. He knew his family meant well, but sometimes… Often, they happily voiced their opinions without any regard for his discomfort.
Over a dozen sets of eyes blinked curiously, before the trolls turned to Anna in almost perfect sync.
"How is Elsa?" Olaf asked innocently.
"She's fine…" Anna giggled, suddenly feeling nervous, but eager to see what they might tell her. "Actually, she's more than fine. We – well… I suspected that she's seeing someone, and Kristoff agrees, right Kristoff?"
"Uhh.. Yeah. And we were just wondering some… Some stuff about this person, so.. Does anyone know where Grand Pabbie is?"
As if on cue, the crowd separated to make room for another rolling rock, which stopped at their feet and revealed itself to be Pabbie.
"Did someone call?" He asked gruffly, a warm smile on his aged face.
Kristoff knelt down to greet him, and Anna copied, Olaf ran around them and plonked himself down, leaning his head on Anna's shoulder.
"Is this a story?" He asked excitedly, Anna giggled.
"It could be. Hello Pabbie."
"Anna." He nodded fondly at her. "I'm going to assume there is something you want to ask me?" His eyes trailed down her strip of white hair for a second, before returning to her face. "Go ahead child, what is it?"
"Well.." Anna began, twisting her gloves in her hands, unsure of exactly where to start. Kristoff placed a supportive arm round her shoulders.
"So… Elsa brought a girl home." The collective gasps of excitement suddenly made her jump, and she wasn't sure who looked more optimistic at this news, the trolls or Olaf.
"She did?! Is she pretty? Are they gunna get married? What's her name? Is she a queen too? What are they gunna call their kids? Will they live-"
"-Olaf!" Anna laughed. "One step at a time little guy. You haven't heard the rest yet!"
"Sorry" The snowman said bashfully, settling back down and reaching out skinny twig hands to hold his feet whilst he listened. "Carry on with your story Anna!"
She smiled. "Okay. Yeah, so, Elsa and this girl."
The trolls nodded, Pabbie waited patiently.
"Her name's Rapunzel, and she came to Arendelle earlier – like, literally this morning. With Elsa. I saw them in the market. So Elsa is acting all weird and distant – even more than usual – and this girl, Rapunzel, is super nice, and her hair! Oh wow, that's another story – her hair is amazing, it's so long! But anyway, Elsa hasn't admitted anything to me yet but, come on. It's obvious."
A couple of the trolls giggled, almost all of them were seated now.
"She's being all dreamy and cute when she thinks I can't see them both and it's really adorable and all but I want to make sure Rapunzel is right for her." Anna sighed, Kristoff nodded at her to continue.
"I just want to make sure she's not, you know, evil or anything, or just with Elsa for her money, or doing a Hans."
A collective groan sounded out from the audience. They'd all heard about Hans of the Southern Isles. 'Doing a Hans' was an agreed sin amongst the bunch.
"I'm sure she's not!" Anna said, raising her hands. "But better to be safe than sorry right? She could be really good for Elsa, like, really good. I wish you guys could see them together, it's so cute."
She fumbled in her bag as she spoke. "So… Kristoff said when you can't read directly from the person that it helps to have something of theirs, or associated with them. So.." She pulled out the crumpled purple object from her bag, carefully wrapped in tissue.
"I know this isn't an object owned by Rapunzel per se, but she had it with her from some field she was in.. I dunno, something about passing through it on their way here…" She shook her head. "It doesn't matter. But she had it, and I put it in her hair, and then later I kinda took it out again cos it didn't look right for dinner, cos you know, I tweaked the hairstyle again and you can't have a purple flower with a red dress-"
Kristoff nudged her subtly.
"Right, rambling. Sorry! But yeah, it's been around her enough .. Can you use it?"
Pabbie took the flower, handling it carefully. His eyebrows pulled down, face serious. "I think this will do." He said, covering it with his other hand. He raised his head, eyes closed, breathing deeply through his nose. The surrounding trolls fell silent.
After a moment, he opened his eyes.
"There is great power here." At his words, a golden streak shot above their heads, lighting up the sky in a warm glow.
"It is not like your sister's… But it has the potential to match in strength." He continued, turning the flower over once again with his hands.
"This woman Elsa has brought with her has a backstory… There's something there but I can't see it, it is so unclear. Something is hidden away, I don't think she is even aware of it herself." He frowned. "She is not who she thinks she is."
Anna's eyebrows pulled together in confusion. "Not who she thinks she is? What does that mean?"
Pabbie shook his head. "I don't know… It's all I can see for now.."
Anna bit her cheek, stewing over his words.
A light blue light shone brightly overhead, running across in a parallel line to the gold one.
Pabbie smiled. "She is a good match for you sister. They might not know it yet, but they are exactly what the other needs, and some of their opposites can actually be their greatest advantages."
Anna smiled, but it quickly faded at Pabbie's next words.
"But." He said warningly, and the sky grew stormy, a jagged black line speared down between the previous two colours, blasting them away into darkness. "There is a warning here. Something is dark… Very dark… And it's so…" He frowned. "Hateful. It feels… Sickly, rotten almost, I can't exaplain it.. It lingers behind this woman, lurking away in the back somewhere… You need to find out what this is. Both of you. I sense if this… hidden shadow is not dealt with, it could destroy them both… You might not want to hear this Anna." He said with a deep sigh. "But it will hurt Elsa the most. I wish I could tell you more about this sinister force, perhaps I would have a better clue of it's origin if I was to actually meet the girl in person… But regardless, you need to find it. For your sister's sake, more than ever." He said gravely, and his eyes betrayed his apology.
Anna hugged Kristoff tighter, her bottom lip practically gnawed off.
Elsa lay on her side, facing her bedroom door. She cast tired eyes over to the enormous grandfather clock near her bed. She'd been awake for over an hour. Simply lying there.
It's because you know what's down the hall. Keeping you awake.
With an irritable huff she jerked the sheets up to her chin in a bunched fist, shooing her stupid thoughts away. Why did she have to be so awkward?
Eventually, the dreaded concept of bedtime had fallen upon them, and she had, like a fool, asked Rapunzel if she wanted anything bringing to 'her room', and that she would be just down the hall if she needed her. It was as if her tongue was controlled by her old self. A sinister, historical puppet master lurking away and twanging her vocal chords out of tune. The words had simply tumbled out her mouth before she could stop them. The blonde had simply looked at her politely, and obliged without saying much. All the while Elsa's brain had been screaming at her to rectify the mistake, to clarify whether this was what Rapunzel had wanted. But she couldn't. The puppet master was still there, grin turning her confidence to cinders.
Fear. It was always, always fear. She could never be rid of it, even now, with something so simple as sleeping arrangements, she was still controlled. Held captive by her own stupid, toxic feelings.
The creak in the door made her eyes flit up suddenly, and the crack of light that streamed into her room momentarily blinded her vision of the dark figure silhouetted at her door.
The person slipped inside and gently reclosed the door, and the padding of soft feet coming nearer and nearer made Elsa's heart begin to thud in time. She knew before she even saw Rapunzel - now standing timidly over her bedside – of course she knew.
The pale moonlight dimly concealed behind the thin curtains of her bedroom window allowed her to make out Rapunzel's features, illuminating her face softly in the night.
Although she'd removed the make-up and jewellery, her hair was still loosely resting in the Anna-made braid, hanging in thick waves over the thin, velvety lilac night-gown she had borrowed, one of it's straps had come off the blonde's left shoulder, now it hung limply on the top half of her arm.
Her eyes shone brighter than ever, and they were currently fixated on Elsa's own, she could practically feel the green enveloping her in it's intensity.
Elsa sat up.
Rapunzel remained standing, her previous confidence was dwindling, but Elsa wasn't looking away from her either, although neither spoke, something in her gaze held her there, the unspoken magnetic pull preventing her from bolting back to the spare room.
Elsa shifted so she was on her knees, the mattress creaked under her.
"I couldn't sleep." She said quietly. Her words permeated the darkness like a thief in the night.
Rapunzel took a tiny step forward. "Neither could I." She said.
The air around them was an uncomfortable pressure, so heavy they could feel it pressing down on them. Blue met green once more.
Without warning, Elsa reached up and pulled Rapunzel towards her, her body acting of it's own accord as their lips met in a fiery embrace. It was all the encouragement the younger girl needed and she surged forward to reciprocate, her shins hit the side of the bed painfully but she neither noticed nor cared as she proceeded to climb on, pushing Elsa back onto the large, puffed out pillows and placing one hand either side of her head.
She kissed her hungrily, but not before taking the time to appreciate the snowy waves splayed out across the pillows beneath looked good with her hair down. Fact.
She felt cool hands snake around her back and pull her down, she lowered herself gently on top of the Queen, revelling in the feeling of their skin to skin contact, only barely prevented by the thin, useless material of the nightgowns.
She shifted to press a thigh into Elsa's middle, grinning at the sharp gasp it elicited from the older girl, and she felt her lips being parted by Elsa's tongue as it immediately sought entrance to her mouth, a sure-fire sign that a higher level of passion was building.
She was all too happy to respond, and reached a hand up to grab a fistful of newly freed white hair. The rumple of material by her thigh told her that Elsa's night dress had risen significantly up her body, and the realisation sent a pang of heat directly to Rapunzel's core, causing her to push her leg against Elsa again, grinding upwards.
Elsa growled into her mouth, and without warning, she flipped them over, Rapunzel barely had time to register the action before Elsa was on her again, her kisses becoming more urgent, full of fervour. Her hands trailed down to the hem of Rapunzel's nightgown, fingers loosely grasping the material as she moved from her mouth to the base of her neck, sucking and nibbling on that specific pulse point that had been teasing her so badly at dinner, Rapunzel let out a contented hum and she knew she'd found the right one.
Her fingers spread out over bare skin as she rode the dress up the younger girl's legs, and suddenly Rapunzel's hands were on her face.
"Elsa." She murmured, causing the older girl to cease her action. She looked at her.
"What's wrong?" She asked breathily. She could breathe fire right now if she wanted.
"You don't have to do this… If you don't want to. Don't do this just for me." Rapunzel replied, eyes searching her face. Elsa paused, only for a moment, and then her lips curved up into a smile.
"I want to." She said.
Rapunzel grinned, and shifted upwards, assisting her in pulling up the dress. In one, swift movement, she got it up and over her head, tossing it to the side and sitting back to take in the vision before her.
Wow.
Her eyes pooled with desire as she took in Rapunzel's body in it's purest form. It was everything she could possibly have imagined. Better, even. And it was hers.
Driven by that fact she pressed forward yet again, taking the blonde's face in her hands and kissing her deeply, intent on removing any self-doubt, desperate to show her how perfect she was.
In truth, she felt as nervous as Rapunzel. She didn't know what she was doing, there were no books for this, none that she owned anyway, no classes when she was younger, no one to teach her. She was running by pure, undiluted instinct. Her own overpowering desires being her only guide, she was simply running with what felt right.
Her hands were moving everywhere; she didn't think she was capable of holding them still. For so long, too long she had wanted to feel Rapunzel – all of her, and now her wish had been granted she didn't know where to start first. Her legs, her stomach, her hips... She was so smooth, and so delectable… Elsa didn't even notice the trails of goose bumps she'd created, that sprang up to follow the path of her touch.
Something crackled behind her as she reached the blonde's breasts, and the sound travelled up the bed post as she palmed one, groaning into Rapunzel's mouth she brushed her thumb over a dusty pink nipple, feeling it harden at her touch.
Her desire was climbing even higher.
She could feel the blonde's hands tugging at the material on her hips. She'd completely forgotten about her own clothing, but for now that could wait. She'd taken so much from the girl in the past few days, weeks, months. All the lessons, and the tolerance, and the love, she'd had it all from Rapunzel, and the girl had never asked for a thing in return. She'd taken enough, now she wanted – needed, to give.
Her kisses travelled south, her mouth leaving a red hot trail as it joined her hands, and she attended to the other breast, using her tongue this time instead of her thumb and god this was good, she could feel her response as she took the bullet-like nipple between her teeth. Rapunzel gasped and arched her back into the contact, and the crackling intensified, this time it was closer, louder, but she couldn't focus on it, unable to pay it any attention whatsoever, her mind was too busy catching up with her hand, which was currently travelling even further down, ghosting over Rapunzel's stomach, it's muscles twitched at her fingertips, further still, bypassing soft blonde curls until she reached her target. Suddenly she was there, and she could feel the heat, like a furnace of reciprocated desire, driving her to press her hand forward, cupping Rapunzel's core.
The hand that was tangled in her hair tightened, almost painfully, and the crackling was getting so loud now, it was almost surrounding her. But still she ignored it, and curiosity and instinct merged into one as she pressed a single finger between slick folds, instantly finding the little bundle of nerves she was looking for. She applied pressure, and began to rub small circles, Rapunzel jumped and grunted under her, she smiled. It was like her own little pleasure button. Completely and utterly hers.
Rapunzel was trying again to tackle her clothing, and she responded by sliding the initial finger inside her, with another added, just for good measure. It worked, temporarily putting a stop to the blonde's efforts.
She began to move her hand at an agonizingly slow pace. Rapunzel moaned, and the sound was like shooting a burning arrow into Elsa's core. The crackling was becoming unbearable now, and it was almost alive, she could feel it under her, in front of her, all around her. The bed was no longer moving with them, it was solid and still. She quickened her pace, she was so lost in this, so lost in Rapunzel panting and writhing and squirming beneath her and god she was so responsive, It was unreal, driving Elsa crazier than she thought possible, she pressed her thumb down on the girl's clit, restoring it's previous attention. Her own breath was becoming ragged as she worked, her pace becoming faster and faster as Rapunzel's responses grew louder, her movements more sporadic. She shifted herself so that she had the power of her hips behind her.
Rapunzel was so close now, she could feel it – her body was starting to tense up under her, muscles beginning to tighten around Elsa's fingers, her breath was coming out in short, sharp bursts of hot, visible air, puffing out like steam in –
Wait.
She looked up. And her movements froze.
Ice.
The entire bed was ice.
Her eyes came into focus as she tore them away from planet Rapunzel, and she took it in.
The bed posts were jagged and violent looking, the pillows were covered in frost, glued to a solid, transparent block of a mattress, it's only detail being frozen ridges where the sheets had previously been rumpled, looking like tiny little hills on an arctic space.
It had spread too, patchily covering the floor and parts of the walls in some dangerous, disturbing pattern, crackling up to –
That sound.
She looked down at Rapunzel with terrified eyes, and made to sit up and bolt before the younger girl grabbed her.
"I-I'm sorry!" She was mortified.
So much for giving.
Rapunzel shushed her, hands cupping her face urgently.
"Elsa – Elsa it's okay. Elsa look at me….. Look at me." Her grip was firm, hands clamped to her head, desperate for her not to run. She could do anything but run.
"Listen, it's okay. It doesn't matter –"
"How?!" Elsa interrupted. "How does it not matter! Why didn't I notice – I… How could I not realise.. Why didn't you say something I.."
Oh, you thought those goose bumps were from your touch? Fool.
"Elsa!" Rapunzel's tone cut through her thoughts with the precision of a sharpened blade.
"Listen to me. It's okay – I can block it. It doesn't affect me. Which, if you take the time to stop panicking, you would see. That's why I didn't say anything. Because there was nothing to say."
Elsa frowned at her, concern and disbelief at the forefront of her gaze, but she looked. Face still held in the blonde's grip, she looked at her unharmed and – as far as she could see – completely normal form. Her skin tone was even, if not a little flushed, but nothing was cold. Nothing looked blue, or raw, nothing looked harmed.
Her breathing slowed as the sight momentarily calmed her internal storm.
"How are you… How do you…?"
Rapunzel giggled. "Will you close your mouth?"
Elsa could only stare, dumbfounded. Rapunzel did it for her, two fingers gently lifting her chin.
"Truthfully, I don't know. I saw it beginning to happen, so I braced myself, but then…. Nothing. I could see it around me, I could hear it around me, but I couldn't feel it. It's like I was… I dunno, immune or something. You certainly didn't seem to notice anyway. Although when you did, it was just about the worst timing ever."
Elsa flushed, and began to mumble out another apology, crossing her arms over her chest.
Rapunzel leaned forward.
"Hey." She murmured, lips centimetres away from Elsa's own. "It doesn't mean we can't finish what we started…." The older girl shuddered involuntarily, and she grinned. "It's just one little mishap."
Doubt still seared Elsa's mind, but so did her desire, and the fact that Rapunzel was still there, and still very much naked was certainly a contributing factor to the decision making. And after all, she was meant to be giving still, it wouldn't work if she suddenly took it all back.
So give.
She smirked, and ducked her face around, dodging the kiss to nip at Rapunzel's earlobe.
"You're right." She whispered. "We can work it out later."
Rapunzel swallowed, and Elsa went to push her back down, but the blonde got there first.
"Ha!" She exclaimed as she took the opportunity to grab Elsa's nightgown, bringing it up and over her head before the older girl could stop her.
Now it was Rapunzel's turn to stare, and the previous shock Elsa had experienced turned to a playful sense of revenge, but before she could do anything, a hand clasped around her wrist.
"Wait."
She looked up at Rapunzel questioningly.
"I want you to feel it too. I want you to feel what I feel." Her eyes were noticeably darker after seeing Elsa, yet still set with a steely resolve that informed the Queen she would not win this one. She bit her lip, her previous animalistic drive of skill had bowed down to nerves as a result of her 'little mishap', and once more she felt like a novice.
Fortunately enough, it appeared to have transferred to Rapunzel, who smiled and took her hands, kissing each palm as she brought her closer.
"Can you do something for me?"
"Anything." Elsa replied. She would give her right arm to hear that husky tone again. There was a glint of something in the blonde's eye as she whispered her request in her ear. Elsa looked over to the headboard, and the pillows that were now blocked together like a poorly built wall.
"There?" She asked, and Rapunzel nodded. "Umm… Okay."
She waved her hand and the icy surface at once became soft, the smooth and slippery blocks blanketed in a thick mound of snow.
"Is that enough?"
Another nod.
"Lie down." Rapunzel instructed, and Elsa felt a rush of heat pool in anticipation.
Her own nipples, slightly paler than Rapunzel's, stood to attention as she obliged, resting herself back into the softer, more forgiving surface.
Rapunzel smiled. Leaning forward, she used a knee to part Elsa's legs, and shifted so they were almost aligned, lowering herself at an angle so their centres pressed together. The contact was so close, and so intimate that Rapunzel almost came then and there. She rolled her hips and Elsa's eyes widened, head thrusting back into the snow.
The snow on the bed was not the only precipitation in the room, it had begun to fall in fat, heavy flakes around them, and both it's speed and quantity was increasing rapidly with every move Rapunzel made.
This feeling was a whole new level for her, and she sat up as far as she could but Rapunzel only kissed her and gently pushed her back, so she settled for propping herself up on her elbows whilst the blonde continued to move, thoroughly enjoying the state of white hot bliss elicited from her grinding against her. It wasn't long before they settled into a steady rhythm, their eyes aligned as their breathing came out in sync. Rapunzel's hair was growing brighter, her eyes darted to the side only momentarily as she acknowledged it's glow, before returning to Elsa. She smiled.
"Told you so." Her voice came out strained as she fought to contain her rapidly building orgasm, and Elsa was having similar troubles, but she forced herself to concentrate for a second, and could see that Rapunzel was right. The swirling storm that had now picked up significantly around them wasn't affecting her at all. The flurrying onslaught was disappearing before it could touch her, as if melting into thin air before it reached her skin. It was fascinating to watch, but it could only be a temporary activity as the growing pressure inside her every time they pressed together forced Elsa to return to present day.
Their rhythm had picked up immensely, Rapunzel's eyes were shut and her bottom lip between her teeth as she continued to move, Elsa could feel her own release coming, she was mere seconds away. She tried to hold out, to wait for her, but the next jerk of Rapunzel's hips was her undoing, and she came. Her nerve endings set alight and she melted, the only thing registering was the uncontrollable spasms of her muscles and the long, guttural moan that tore from her throat at the climax. Rapunzel followed her only a second after, and she could only lie there stiffly as fingernails dug into her back, the legs wrapped around her tightened, and after a moment the girl's head flopped onto her chest as she came back down to earth, and they lay together. Still intertwined, twitching slightly at the occasional delicious pulse that still remained, and their breathing returned to normal.
After a moment, Rapunzel lifted her head up, chin still resting on Elsa's chest.
"Wow." She breathed, grinning lazily.
"Wow." Elsa agreed.
They stared at each other for a moment with tired, contented eyes, before Elsa planted a soft kiss on the top of her head, wrapping her arms around her tightly.
"That was… Well.. You said it I suppose, wow. Thank you." She buried her nose in her still-glowing hair and inhaled deeply. "Thank you so much."
"Hey, why are you thanking me? If I remember rightly, you were the one doing most of the work until you noticed you'd frozen the room."
Elsa grimaced apologetically, but before she could open her mouth Rapunzel placed a finger on her lips.
"Don't you dare. I don't want to hear anymore apologies." She said firmly. Elsa sighed through her nose, but raised her eyebrows in obedience.
Rapunzel smiled. "Good. Can I ask a favour though?"
"Of course." Elsa replied.
"Can we move to the guestroom? I might not feel the cold right now but man this bed is uncomfortable!"
Elsa laughed, and the sounds bounced back off the ice around her, echoing throughout the room.
"Sure we can…. Let's just hope this melts by morning."
