George's POV

Filch went on a rampage, then him and Mrs. Norris went off some where. Fred and I went out to check if the coast was clear.

"All clear." We said. Then Ashley and Melissa came out from behind the statue. Then we all started laughing our butts off.

"That was great!" Melissa said.

"Sure was." Fred, Ashley and I said together. Then Melissa started walking forward and she tripped and landed on top of me. Our lips accidentally met. I felt sparks. Her lips are so soft. I went into a dazed mind about the kiss.

"Sorry." I heard Melissa said. I can't believe I just kissed Melissa! I really need to know if she likes me back.

"Finally!" I heard Fred and Ashley shout. I broke out of my dazed look. I looked to Melissa and she looked at me. Both our faces turned red along with Melissa's hair going fully pink.

"I think we should head to dinner you guys." I said braking the silent that was happening. Melissa, Fred and Ashley nodded in agreement except for the fact that Fred and Ashley were smirking like a there was no tomorrow. We all headed to dinner with Ashley teasing Melissa along the way, I would have chuckled if Fred wasn't doing the same to me.

"So how was it?" Fred teased. I felt my face go red again. I turn to my twin brother.

"Shut up!" I said along with someone that I am in love with. I turn to see Melissa staring at me. We both blush harder, and her hair goes to an even lighter pink. Fred and Ashley burst out laughing. We finally reach the great hall and sit down and eat dinner. I kept glancing at Melissa who was talking with Ashley and Hermione.

Melissa's POV

We started walking to dinner after George suggest we should go. Along the way Ashley deiced to tease me about with what happened a few moments ago.

"You two finally kissed! I am so proud! So how was it?!" Ashley asked me.

"Shut up!" I said along with the only boy I could fall for. I looked to George and he looked to me. Both our faces went more red, I could feel that my hair has also went to a very light pink. Then Ashley and Fred burst out laughing. We were finally able to reach the great hall. Ashley and I went over to Hermione.

"Hi Mione." I said trying to be casual, but it didn't work because I had a smirking Ashley at my side.

"Hi guys what's up?" She asked us.

"Melissa and George finally kissed!" Ashley said really loud.

"Shh! Keep it down will ya!" I asked I notice some people staring at us.

"She did what with George?" Hermione asked getting a big smile on her face. I started to blush with my hair starting to go pink again.

"It was an accident!" I said.

"A kiss is a kiss Mel." Ashley and Hermione said together. I have a feeling my hair is going to stay pink for a while with these two. Halfway through dinner a piece of paper landed on to our table near Ashley. I could help the smirk that was growing on my face. I looked over at Draco who is watching us very closely.

"I wonder who that would be from Ashley." I said with my smirk growing bigger. Ashley's face went red.

"Be quiet Mel!" She said to me. I couldn't help, but laugh. Hey now I am the one allowed to tease. I am glad my hair is no longer pink. I then read the paper with Ashley.

I don't need your sympathy! Just watch where you walk next time! I thank you though for saying sorry.

I couldn't help, but laugh. Ashley's face was still red with a smile on her face.

"Hey at least he wrote back right?" Ashley said.

"Right." I said with a laugh.

"I wouldn't be laughing Mel you and your crush kissed!" Ashley said teasing me again. My hair went pink again.

"My hair is going to stay pink with you and Hermione around isn't it?" I asked as I put my head down on the table. Hermione and Ashley laughed.

"Yup!" they said together. Then dessert came and I just had a ice cream sundae. It had a cherry on top. I turned to look at Ashley who was staring at Draco.

"Ashley you are staring." I said. Ashley's eyes went big and her face went red. I started to laugh. I then turn back to my sundae to eat it when I saw that my cherry was missing I looked to Fred and George to see that George was about to put my cherry in his mouth.

"George that's my cherry!" I said with a pout. Fred and George both smirk and then George put my cherry in his mouth and ate it. My hair started to go red. I put some whip cream on my spoon and flung it at Fred and George. I got them both in the face with whip cream. I started laughing at them. They looked shocked for a second then they smirk and threw whip cream into my face. I just kept laughing. Then after dinner we started heading to the common room. It was another awkward silence between George and I. Then with out knowing we were pushed into a closet and it got locked.

"Hey what's the big Idea?" George and I asked.

"You and Mel aren't coming out until you asked her out George!" Fred said through the door. What?! Well good thing I have my wand. I went for my wand which was in my pocket to find it missing.

"Where's my wand?!" I asked. I then started searching for my wand.

"Mine's missing too." George said. Then we hear laughing on the other side of the door.

"We have your wands by the way!" Ashley said while laughing. I started to growl. That girl is so going to get it when I get out of here.

Fred's POV before he put Melissa and George in the closet

We were all heading back to the common room. Another awkward silence came between my brother and Melissa. Why doesn't he ask her out already?

"This is really sad." Ashley said. I nodded agreeing with her.

"I know how do we make sure he asks her out?" I asked. Ashley started to smirk.

"We could lock them in a closet, but how will we get their wands so they won't Alohomora their way out?" Ashley asked. It was my turn to smirk. I pulled out my wand and pointed it to the awkward couple.

"Leave it to me." I said to Ashley.

"Accio! Melissa's and George's wands!" I whispered. Melissa's and George's wands flew into my hands. After a few minutes we knew a closet was coming up we pushed Melissa and George inside and locked the door.

"Hey what's the big Idea?" they asked.

"You and Mel aren't coming out until you asked her out George!" I said. Then it was silent for a moment.

"Where's my wand?!" Melissa asked. I started to chuckle. Good thing Ashley was able to answer her question because I started laughing when George said his was missing too.

"We have your wands by the way!" Ashley said while laughing. We then hear someone growling on the other side which only means they are not happy with us, but somehow we started laughing again.

George's POV

Melissa started growling at the door. Note to self never make Melissa angry. I sighed and turned Melissa to me.

"Melissa do you like me?" I asked with hope.

"Yes George I do." Melissa said. I started smiling like a kid on Christmas day. I couldn't help, but hug her close to me. I could smell that her hair smelt like strawberries.

"I also like no I love you Melissa Potter would you do the honor of becoming my Girlfriend?" I asked her. I could see a smile form on Melissa face.

"Of course I will George Weasley I loved you since the day you tricked your mother thinking you were Fred on the platform!" Melissa said. I smile even bigger. I leaned in and kissed Melissa on the lips. Then the door opens and we see Fred and Ashley there smirking with their arms crossed. I looked to see Melissa's hair Pink and Purple.

"Took you to long enough!" Ashley said.

"Was that really hard dear brother of mine?" Fred asked.

"Shut up." Melissa and I said at the same time. We both looked at each other and smiled. We then headed to the common. I held Melissa's hand all the way there.

"So Melissa care to tell me what Purple means? Even though I have a pretty good idea what it means." I said.

Melissa's POV

George and I walked back to the common room hand in hand. I can't believe it George and I are now together! Once to the common room we thought it would be a nice idea we head to bed soon so Fred and Ashley already went to the dormitories.

"So Melissa care to tell me what Purple means? Even though I have a pretty good idea what it means." George said. I couldn't help, but smile up at him.

"It means love my dear Boyfriend." I said. George smiled at me and put his arms around my waist pulling me close to him. He gave me a kiss on the lips. I giggled through the kiss.

"Good night my little strawberry." George said as he pulled away. I giggled as we started walking towards the stairs.

"Good night my red headed Prince." I said with a smile and I kissed him on the cheek then I headed to my dormitory and got into my night clothes. I jumped into my bed and went to sleep with a smile on my face.
