After Beetle Man and Livai, it's Volk's turn to get a chapter centered on him.

Warlord was using his advanced vision to watch down on Earth again from his HQ on the moon. Most precisely, he was watching over the Limitless Team in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu and searching for a good chance to launch a new attack.

"Do you see anything interesting, Master?" asked Ripcon, who was standing beside.

"Yes, something very interesting," Warlord replied with a chuckle. "Volk is alone at the Limitless Team's juice bar; the others are all busy doing their things. This is the perfect opportunity to take him down with our new monster."

"You mean Glutton Pig?" Ripcon asked.

"Exactly. Send him right away!"

Meanwhile, on Earth, Volk was indeed enjoying a good fruit juice at Earl's juice bar, the All In. He just finished telling one of his hunting stories to the bar owner.

"...And then, I brought the caribou back to my home and made a good trophy with his head," he concluded before taking a sip of his juice.

"Wow! That's a very impressive story, Volk," Earl said, amazed. "So you really learned hunt during all of your life?"

Volk nodded as he finished his sip and looked down. "You know, even after a full month, it still feels strange for me to be part of a team while I'm mostly used to hunt by myself." He suddenly noticed something strange going on the tv. "Hey, can you raise the volume?"

Earl nodded and grabbed the tv's remote to raise the tv's volume. There was a newsman talking to the camera with the tagline underneath him reading: "A new predator in Otterburn Park!"

"In the last two hours, a mysterious beast started attacking the fishermen of the region!" the newsman said in a panic state. "Police tried to take it down, but only ended up at the hospital! People are already begging for superheroes to come and help them!"

Volk widened his eyes before giving a serious look and standing up from his chair. "Looks like I got a mission on my way."

"Huh, aren't you gonna call the others? You might need help to defeat this monster," Earl remarked.

"No need; I can take this monster on my own."

"But Volk-"

"Listen, Earl, I appreciate your worry, but as a hunter, you must understand that I like to chase my enemies alone. And besides, the others have more important things to do, so we shouldn't bother them for this," Volk explained before walking out of the juice bar.

Volk too his motorcycle to drive all the way to Otterburn Park, getting there in a half-hour. He quickly arrived at the spot he saw on tv and saw a police barrage blocking the way. Stepping down from his motorcycle, he walked over to one of the policemen.

"What is going here, sir?" he asked.

"There's an unidentified creature attacking people over and around the town's lake," he responded. "For security measure, we're not letting anyone enter until the situation has been handled."

This statement caused a smirk to form on Volk's face. He actually liked the idea of being able to fight a monster alone, in a full zone with no one to bother him. He went to park his motorcycle into a spot before sneaking his way into the danger zone and started searching for the monster.

"Where could he be?" Volk mumbled. He suddenly smelled a new smell - a terrible one that is - heading toward him as he walked in the middle of an empty street. Quickly unsheathing his survival knives, he took a fighting stance and said: "I smelled you! Come out right now!"

He didn't have to ask twice as the monster came out from behind a house...and let's just say he had an odd appearance. A monster that was literally just a pig head with arms and legs (he didn't have a body) that was randomly wearing a Roman soldier helmet.

"Watch out! Here I come!" he said with a strange sounding voice and a snore.

Volk just stared dumbfounded at him. "...What the heck are you?!"

"I'm Glutton Pig! The hungrier monster across this whole galaxy!" Glutton Pig said. "Master Warlord has tasked me with coming to this town to take down one of the Limitless Team members. Are you one of them?"

"I just happen to be," Volk confirmed.

"Then I must take you down!" Glutton Pig declared as he summoned a large fork and knife into both of his paws. "I'm gonna eat you like all the delicious fishes and wildlife I ate before!"

Volk turned his eyes toward the fourth wall. "What's this monster, the author? I'm really worried about you right now."

Glutton Pig pushed a battle cry as he jumped toward Volk and clashed his utensils with his survival knives. Despite his years of training, the Russian hunter couldn't deny his opponent was pretty skilled. He even at one point grabbed Volk's arm and made him flip over his shoulder. He rose his fork and tried to plant it into Volk who rolled out of the way in time.

Glutton Pig swung his knife at Volk who blocked it with his two knives and replied with a spin kick right at the monster's jaw before running away. If he couldn't win on the physical plan, he'd use his hunting tactics. Once Glutton Pig lost sight of him, the hunter got on a little house roof and aimed with his crossbow, shooting a vibranium arrow right into the back of his leg.

"ARGH!" the pig shouted in pain.

"Gotcha!" Volk said with a proud smile.

Glutton pig removed the arrow from the back of his leg, blood coming out, and then reached into his helmet to take out a fish out of it. "Time for a little snack I took in the lake," he said with eating the fish. Once he swallowed his snack, the wound in his leg immediately healed, as if it has never been there!

"What?! He healed himself?!" Volk exclaimed in shock.

"He yes! That's my power; I only need to eat a little snack to get healed on the spot!" Glutton Pig declared with a smirk before suddenly shooting a beam of air with his big nose right at Volk, sending him flying away and crash through a wooden table at a local park.

"ARGH!" the hunter groaned as his back felt a lot of pain. Right as he started recovering, he saw Glutton Pig coming down from the sky and managed to roll out of the way just in time to avoid his knife slicing the ground.

Pushing a swear, the hunter managed to outspeed his opponent and land a few cuts on him with his survival knives. Unfortunately, it didn't make a difference as he would just need to eat snacks from under his helmet to get healed again. On the other hand, all the cuts and other physical damages Volk took would take more than a snack to heal.

"Come on! We've barely passed the entry and you're already tired?" Glutton Pig asked followed by a burst of mocking laughter and snore.

Volk frowned angrily, suffering from his bleeding cut and blues from other attacks he sustained. "Darn! I think this guy's the hardest prey I got to hunt to this day..."
