And here is chapter 14 the big battle! Hope you all enjoy!
The snarls and growls where getting louder as Karofsky's pack charges into battle when they make it to Santana's backyard they only see three wolves Mike, Kurt and Finn but that doesn't stop them from attacking. Mike quickly avoids two wolves charging at him he even manages to bite one in the leg making him slower and even limp when he moves, three wolves went after Finn and him being an inexperienced fighter started to run and he was pretty fast for being a such a large wolf. Kurt was standing his ground as a single wolf went after him he would snap at the other wolf when it got too close and even tried to claw at him.
Santana was watching all this go down from on top of her roof giving direction to her pack when needed, Quinn and Rachel where on opposite sides of the yard watching and waiting for the perfect time to strike and Puck was lurking in the shadows of the house waiting for Santana's orders. 'Kurt another wolf is heading towards you from the back if you swing around now you can catch him off guard and go for a kill.' Santana informs him and sure enough that is what Kurt does, he quickly turns ducking down then pounces pinning the wolf down snapping at him trying to get to his neck.
While Kurt was busy with that wolf Mike was guarding him keeping others from attacking, Finn got tired of running and decided he would fight so he turned around and slammed his heavy body on the attacking wolves knocking them over, feeling more Finn goes in for a kill not noticing he is being surrounded 'Puck! Finn needs help!' Santana yelps and Puck is over there in a heartbeat, ripping wolves off of Finn's back tearing into them as he pulls them off. 'You alright man?' Puck asks now backing up so him and Finn are back to back 'Yeah thanks for the help.' Finn says growling and snapping at a wolf approaching.
Noticing most of his lower ranking wolves are falling Karofsky sends in Azimio to help even things out 'Quinn, Rachel you're up he's sending in Azimio now just as expected.' Santana says still watching over the battle field. As Azimio comes out of the wooded area he is ambushed by Quinn and Rachel, Rachel had tackled him to the floor and Quinn took that chance to jump on him snapping at anything she can dig her fangs into. Azimio is quick to retaliate and starts kicking at Quinn successfully knocking her off of him he takes this chance to stand back up and goes after Quinn. He grabs her by the back of her neck and starts shaking her.
'Quinn!' Rachel wines and her wolf starts to become more feral, Rachel bites Azimio's tail and pulls him off of Quinn once he is off she releases his tail and jumps on him, she starts biting him furiously anywhere and everywhere she can grip with her fangs. She manages to rip a chunk of his ear off in her frenzy. Azimio manages to throw her off and starts backing away slowly with his head down low and growling 'Rach!' Quinn says running to her mate 'Look Rach I'm okay see.' Quinn tells her calming her down enough to gain her senses back. 'Is she alright?' Santana asks noticing how crazed Rachel had gotten 'Yeah she's fine now.' Quinn informs her.
Azimio had ran off somewhere and Santana felt victory was near for her pack 'You ready to stop playing these games and face me?' Santana asks Karofsky 'Babe I don't play games. Especially not with a bitch like you!' he howls giving away his location. Since there was no point in staying back any longer Karofsky comes forward and that's when Santana jumps off her roof, recognizing this was the final showdown between the two packs the remaining wolves in Karofsky's pack stop fighting and look towards their Alpha and Santana's pack does the same. 'I warned you before but you refused to take it and I even let you live, but now you must pay the price for coming back!' Santana growls Karofsky just snarls at her.
'It's a shame I have to kill such a beautiful wolf we could have made such powerful pups.' Karofsky says 'Like I would ever dream of touching you. Let alone have your pups!' Santana scoffs 'Enough of this!' Karofsky says and dashes toward Santana, but she easily avoids him and grabs his tail just as he passes her by causing Karofsky to yelp and fall to the floor 'I honestly thought you would be more of a challenge.' Santana says almost laughing at him. He rolls over and kicks at her once Santana is far enough away he gets up and shakes himself off 'We are just getting started.' he tells her slowly walking forward Santana is a bit caught off guard by this but holds her ground, they both attack getting on their hind legs and snapping at one another and using their front paws to scratch at each other.
Santana manages to get the upper hand and sinks her fangs into his neck at first he struggles but soon he goes limp and Santana releases him. She shifts back to her human form and turns around to the now rouge wolves "I'll give you all one warning get out of here and I wont kill any of you but if you stick around in my territory I will hunt you down!" she tells them and they all run off.
The rest of her pack follow her lead and return to their human forms they all have cuts a bruises all over their bodies "You all okay?" Santana asks putting her clothes back on "Yeah S we're fine." Quinn says "Yeah nothing a good nights rest won't solve!" Puck says smiling "I can't believe we did that and with no serious injuries either!" Mike says happily "Guys as much as I would hate to ruin our little victory party we do have Sugar, Brittany and Tina all held up in the basement." Rachel says "Oh crap you're right!" Santana says running inside and all but Puck and Mike follow.
"Hey Britt... Sugar?" Santana says going down into the basement "San you're okay!" Brittany says running up the stairs "What happened!" she asks once she sees Santana bleeding and bruised "We had to take care of some wolves that invaded my home." Santana says not exactly lying "Why didn't you just call animal control?" Brittany asks confused "Long story Britt." Santana sighs "But they are gone now?" Brittany asks "Yeah they are gone... Hey Britt can you stay the night?" Santana asks not really wanting to drive "Oh you too Tina." Santana says almost forgetting Tina was there. "Yeah let me just let my mom know." Brittany says pulling out her phone.
"Come on let's get out of my basement now." Santana laughs grabbing Brittany's hand and escorting her out of there, when they got upstairs they noticed everyone was gone "Where is everyone?" Brittany asks "Mmm Puck and Mike are outside making sure no more wolves come around and I think everyone else is taking a shower. Which reminds me I need to shower." Santana says heading upstairs "You can wait in my room if you want." Santana tells Brittany so she's not just sitting in the living room alone. "Sure!" Brittany says "Oh and after I get out we can all watch movies in the living room." Santana says with a smile "That sounds nice." Brittany says with a small smile.
After Santana get's out of the shower she tells everyone to meet in the living room aside from Puck and Mike who are taking care of the bodies in the back yard. "Alright guys this party just turned into a giant sleepover in the living room." Santana tells everyone and there are small cheers "So now with that said we are going to watch the greatest movie ever made in the whole world!" Santana says excitedly walking over to a door by the kitchen when she opens the closet door the whole space is filled with DVDs, she grabs a movie that is in a silver case and brings it to the living room "How To Train Your Dragon!" Santana says happily and walks over to the TV opening the DVD slot on the side of it placing the movie in and grabbing the remote.
Before they start the movie they rearrange the living room so everyone can fit and sleep in there comfortably, and bringing tons of pillows and blankets down. When everyone is situated they turn the lights off and start the movie about halfway into the movie Santana hears Puck's voice in her head 'Santana we have a problem.' she is annoyed knowing shes going to have to get up from cuddling with Brittany 'What kind of problem?' she asks 'Karofsky's body is gone!' Santana stiffens 'What do you mean! I killed him there is no way his body is just gone!' she says now worrying "Hey San are you okay?" Brittany asks looking up at Santana, which causes her to calm down quite a bit "Yeah I just thought I lost my phone, but I remembered I left it on my bed." she lies 'Puck search the perimeter if nothing turns up just come back. If he is still truly alive he won't come back for a while...' Santana tells him.
Puck does an entire sweep of the area and doesn't even pick up a scent of Karofsky or Azimio for that matter, the only thing he is smelling is all the blood that was spilt and the scents of the fallen wolves. 'Santana I'm getting nothing it's like he just disappeared... along with his scent I can't find it anywhere. 'Puck reports 'What the hell are you talking about Puckerman?' Santana asks confused 'His scent... It's just gone... I can't even pick it up in the backyard!' Puck exclaims 'That's impossible a scent doesn't just disappear especially on a night like this!' Santana tells him 'Well I don't know you can come out here and sniff around if you want I mean you do got the best nose of us don't you?' Puck huffs and returns home. When he gets inside he sees everyone in the living room either cuddled up with someone or falling asleep watching How To Train Your Dragon so he decided to take a shower and call it a night.
