chapter 14: time to face the past

Two days later, everyone heard that Takumi Sasuke was visiting shining studio to talk to someone here. Shining told everyone who was in the building to be in the studio.. All of the idols were in the studio as told. They were waiting for someone when suddenly men in black suits were grabbing everyone and making sure everyone was accounted for. Ranmarou shouted, " LET US GO YOU CREEPS!" The men didn't listen and held the against their will. Suki ran inside the studio. She was wearing a blue long sleeve top, denim mid thight shorts with purple tights, her locket, and her black long converse that looked like boots also had a guitar in one hand. She catches her breathe and said looking down, " sorry I'm late! Did I miss any..." She looked up and couldn't believe her eyes. She shouted to the men, " WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!" Then, suddenly a guy her age, about 6'7, had white short spiky hair, blue eyes, wearing a black suit with black shoes and white fingerless gloves. He was in charge and saw Suki. He ran towards her shouting, " SU-CHI!" He clung onto her which made Ai jealous. Suki looked at his eyes and shouted, " CALEB!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!? WHY IS EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER HERE HOLDING MY FRIENDS LIKE HOSTAGES!?" The boy name Caleb let go of her and knew she was angry but ignored it. Caleb replied, " we'll master Sasuke is here! He wants to see you in shinning-San office!" Suki sighed and said, " so he wants to see me after all these years?" Caleb continued, " he had a feeling you would refuse, so he wanted to hold your friends as his hostages as they watch you through the tv we installed!" Suki sighed sadly and said, " fine, he wins. Just let go of my friends." Caleb snapped his fingers and the staff let everyone go. Haruka said, " you don't have to do this Su-chan!" Miki said, " you don't have to listen to him!" Kira said, " let me talk to uncle Suki!" Rika said, " this is ridiculous!" Iwasawa said, " don't do this!" Suki turned around and said, " I have to face him in life someday. Besides, this is going to be personal!" So grabbed her ponytail holder and yanked it out of her hair in one swift movement. Suki looked at Ai and gave him, " I'll be fine" look and left. Caleb said to everyone, " gomenasi! This is just a father who finally admit his wrong doings and want to talk to his daughter!" Ranmarou asked, " did you just said father and daughter talk?" Caleb replied, " yup!" Cecil looked at Haruka and asked, " Haruka, what is going on?" Haruka sighed sadly and replied, " Takumi Sasuke is the father...of Kakyoku Suki." STARISH, HEAVENS, and quartet night shouted, " ARE YOU SERIOUS!?" Rika nodded and said, " this is the hardest part of her past she has to conquer." Miki looked at Ranmarou and said, " after the death of her mother, her father wouldn't talk to her or nothing. So one day, he set her up for adoption." Ren said, " so that's why our beautiful butterfly didn't want to have a memorial." Iwasawa said, " because it was also that time her mother died on her death bed." Ranmarou said, " I really feel like a jerk and a idiot." Rika said bluntly," you should feel like a jerk." Miki said," RIKA!?" Rika said, " just saying, besides just apologize to her and be friends again." Ranmarou smiled softly at Rika and said," you really are blunt, but caring Rika." Rika blushed, looked away and said, " shut up." Miki saw the scene between Ranmarou and Rika. As another love blossom. Caleb looked at Ai and asked in a non caring way, " who are you and what are you to Su-chii?" Ai looked at him the same way and replied," I should be asking the same thing to you Mr. Cling." There was tension in the room and everyone felt it. The tv went on and everyone saw the screen except Ai and Caleb.

In the office, Sasuke was sitting down in the chair wearing a white long sleeve shirt, white pants and black boots. He heard someone knocking on the door. He said, " come in." Suki entered the office with a serious expression on her face. Sasuke saw her with hope In his eyes. Suki took out her guitar, tuned her guitar and asked, " any request?" Sasuke replied, " The song you use to play to your mother and I." Suki nodded and started strumming the strings on her guitar. She took a deep breathe and started to sing:

iradachi o doko ni butsukeru ka sagashiteru aida ni owaru hi
sora wa haiiro o shite sono saki wa nanimo mienai

Suki was smiling as she sung this song. Remembering learning the song from her friend Iwasawa when they were young.

She started belting the chorus and sung from her heart like before. She didn't know the everyone was listening to her on the monitor.

Sasuke was closing his eyes listening to the sound of her voice. He thought, " just like before. Always shining brightly like her own mother." He swore his eyes imagine his daughter as a young child for a second. He thought again, " I really missed her smile she showed me."

Suki was tearing up when she was singing the song her friend wrote. She thought, " I still remember that time when we were all together, but I can't forgive him."

She strums the last part of the song and wiped away the tears in her eyes. Sasuke smile softly and said, " lovely just like before." Suki glared at him and turned her face away from him. Sasuke sighed, stood up and said," I saw your performance at the memorial. You were just dazzling and brilliant." Suki clenched her fist and asked," why did you create a memorial for mother without thinking?" Sasuke replied, " for people to remember her by." Suki shouted, " DID YOU FORGET THE PAINFUL MEMORIES PEOPLE WENT THROUGH AFTER MOMS DEATH?! THAT WAS ONE OF THE MOST PAINFUL MOMENTS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!" Sasuke shouted, " I WAS TRYING TO REMEMBER GOOD MEMORIES AND MOVE FORWARD WITH MY LIFE AND CREATE NEW HAPPY MEMORIES!" Suki looked at him and said, " MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR LIFE?! MAKE NEW HAPPY MEMORIES!? I WAS TRYING TO DO THAT WITH YOU! INSTEAD, YOU GAVE ME UP FOR ADOPTION! AND YOU CALL THAT MOVING FORWARD WITH YOUR LIFE?! Sasuke said, " I REGRET THAT DECISION FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE! IM SORRY SUKI! IM SORRY!" Tears were going down her face and said, " your... Sorry? After all these years... You say your sorry? ARE SERIOUS?! SORRY WONT DO ANYTHING! AFTER WHAT YOU DID, I HAVE TO SUFFER THIS SICKNESS DUE FROM MY BAD MEMORIES OF SADNESS! I WAITED FOR YOU TO COME BRING ME BACK HOME AND YOU DIDNT! NOW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY YOUR SORRY?!" Sasuke shouted, " WHAT DO WANT ME TO DO IN ORDER FOR YOU TO FORGIVE ME AND MAKE AMENDS?!" Suki replied, " GIVE ME BACK MY HAPPINESS, MY FOURTEEN YEARS OF MEMORIES THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WITH YOU! HERES ONE THAT WOULD CHEER ME UP, BRING HER BACK TO ME!" Sasuke heart stopped when he saw his daughter crying. Suki said, " *sniff*... Bring ...my mother...back to me...bring...her...back *sniff*." Everyone's heart stop when they saw her cry. Ai and Caleb saw the monitor and were about to Suki out of there. Ranmarou and tokiya held them back knowing that Suki need to do this on her own. Sasuke pulled her into a hug and Suki was still crying and said, " it's not fair! It's really not fair! *sniff* Mom was sweet and caring to others,*sniff* she didn't do anything wrong!" Sasuke hugged her tightly and said," I know you loved your mother Suki. We have to push forward in our lives. I was so depressed about your mothers passing that I gave up my only child." He let's go, bends down to her eye level and said, " for now on, I want to be involved in your life Suki. Please just let me in." His tears were dripping down his face. Suki was out of his grip, turned around and said, " I'm not sure if I can forgive you or not...but... It would be okay to be involve in my life one step at a time." Sasuke smiled and said," thank you!" Suki was about to walk out of the office when Sasuke declared," Suki! I will gain your trust again! I'll be on you like hot shoes!" Suki was shocked at his statement. Everyone in the studio was laughing at his statement he messed up. Suki said, " it's hot glue." Sasuke asked," what?" Suki was giggling and replied," it's I'll be on you like hot glue. Not hot shoes." Sasuke was shocked and said," messed up again!" Then Suki giggles turned into laughter. She turned her face towards him laughing and said," even though you ha ha were ha so serious HA HA HA!" Sasuke smiled as he saw her smiling as she laughed. He thought," I still have a chance to rekindle my relationship with my precious daughter." Suki left and went to the studio to check on her friends.

Once she got back to the studio, everyone ran up to here asking if she was okay. Ranmarou went up to her. Suki said, " Ranmarou." Ranmarou said in the most sincerest voice," I'm...I'm really sorry that I lash out on you like that. I didn't know he was your father, and I made you cry. Please forgive me," as he bowed down for her. Suki smiled softly, bonked his head lightly and said," Baka! Of course I forgive you! I couldn't stay mad at you for long Ran-nii!"Ranmarou was happy that he smiled happily. Rika was next to miki and Iwasawa, and she smiled at them. Rika thought," glad your friends again Hard headed rocker!" Ranmarou turned around to Rika and gave her a "thank you" look. Rika blushed and turned away. Iwasawa, miki, Haruka and Suki noticed that wondered. Caleb went to Suki and hugged her again saying," Su-chii, I'm glad your okay!" Suki was about to say something, when a someone grabbed her hand and pulled her towards them. She looked up and saw Ai. Ai said in a blank-monotone way," stop clinging onto Suki like that pervert." Suki thought," Ai-chan?" Caleb said pouting," Look who's talking! I can hug my Cousin anytime I want to!" Everyone except Iwasawa and Kira shouted," COUSIN!?" Suki chuckled nervously and replied, " this is my Cousin Caleb. He from my fathers side of the family." Caleb said," again gomenasi! I forgot to introduce myself and my adorable cousin had to! Speaking of which, GET YOUR HANDS OFF HER PERV!"then pointed at Ai who really didn't care at all. Kira sighed and said," Caleb...I swear you are too overprotective." Caleb said with tears eyes," but Ki-chan! That animal called a boy is going to take her away from us!" Kira sighed again and thought," someday he's going to push my stress level too much!" Kira said to him," how about this, we can go to sweeties and get any pastry you like." Caleb cheered up and nodded happily. He went to Ai and said," I'll be watching your every movement perv!" Ai really found him irritating and said, " worry about your own business hoarding cousin." Their was sparks between them as Suki sweat dropped. Suki sighed and thought," this is going to be a new change. But...new changes can be okay." They all headed for ice cream as they got to know more about Suki, her cousins and staff. Ai felt that he was getting more closer to Suki. From that day forth, Sasuke was definitely going to be in her life for now on.
