So, here it is. I find that I'm terrible at endings, like I never make them long enough. But something about a drawn out ending just doesn't seat right with me. Anywho, this is the end for Hidden Angel. I have really enjoyed this story, as I hope you all have reading it. My new story may be posted tomorrow. I've found myself with some time and am trying to get the ball rolling again. In reality, it's flooding here in the south, so there's not much for me to do.

Thank you to all of my favoriters, followers, and reviewers! You are the driving force behind my updates.

Disclaimer: I don't own the characters in this story or the stated 'quote' used in this chapter

I heard a quote once. It went something along the lines of: "We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another." How true. I smiled wryly as I watched my wife twirl about the dance floor. Angelina, her new husband, Michael, and Liyla sat at the table with me. It was a normal Friday night in the big city.

The dance came to a halt, Rose's hand resting on Adrian's cheek. Some wondered how I did it, contained my not so disguised temper when they danced together. I just shrugged. But I knew, watching her right now, smile at something Adrian had whispered and move her left hand slightly, that I would do anything for this woman. Her wedding ring glinted in the spotlight, causing a boyish smile to appear across my face as the crowd applauded the two.

Rose joined us not long after, setting Liyla in her lap as the two giggled about something. Rose explained some of the dances to the young girl as her parents and I talked. I smiled fondly at the small brunette. Angelina scoffed knowingly, causing a blush to rush onto my cheeks.

"Rose?" I frowned. The apartment was unusually quiet. "Rose are you here?" I heard a muffle from the bathroom. Making my way towards her, I noticed Thor on the couch. I could have swore he gave me a I hope you have better luck than I did look. I frowned, pushing through the bathroom door.

First I registered the fact that Rose was in a bubble bath. Oh boy. That was her stress reliever. I walked towards her, squatting behind her shoulders. Throwing my jacket down and rolling my sleeves up somewhat, I encircled as much of her as I could in her position. I kissed her temple.

"What's wrong baby?" She sighed shakily, pointing to the counter.

"I haven't looked yet. Haven't really wanted to." At first confusion ran through my blood, that was until I saw the small white stick. Oh. I stood, making my way towards it. Taking a deep breath I glanced down. My breath whooshed from my lungs, a small smiled stretching across my face. Facing away from her, I couldn't contain my emotions. Was this real?

"What in the hell does it say Dimitri Belikov?" I could tell her anger was from her nerves. I quickly wrapped my emotions up, stuffing them in a box. I turned to face her. I could tell she was trying to read my reaction to figure out what the result was. I refused to give anything away. She gave me a pointed look. I crumbled. A huge smile lit my face.

"It's positive?" She seemed breathless. I nodded. After a moment she grinned. I strode forward, wrapping my arms under hers, I hauled her upward and out of the water. I spun her around, showering her face with kisses.

"I can't wait, Roza." She smiled.

"You, Dimitri Belikov, will be the finest father I know." She raked her eyes down my body. "In all aspects." I chuckled as I strode towards the bed. I deposited her in the middle, a huge smile on my face. I bent down, kissing her forehead.

"You." One eye. "Will." The other. "Be." Her nose. "The." One corner of her mouth. "Sexiest." The other corner. "Best." Her jaw. "Mother." Her ear. "On." Her other ear."The." Her other jaw line. "Planet." Finally capturing her lips with mine, I pinned her down on the mattress.

I stopped my assault briefly, placing my hands on her still flat stomach. I looked down at it in wonder. There was a child in there. My child. My angel.

Well, there it is. Another short ending chapter to yet another story. Leave me some love for the last time! The Dances of Two Wolves is still in progress and my new story Rose Garlands will be posted soon. For those wondering, the new story will be about Rose jockeying for rich CEO Dimitri Belikov's thoroughbred barn.
