Ok so here is the deal. I received one review on my last chapter and I am very hurt by this. I make sure that I take the time out when I read a story to review back to the author. If you write any stories on here, you know what it feels like to have someone review the story. When there are only one review you feel that your writing really don't mean much. So with that being said, I will finish this story because one true reviewer would be upset if I didn't.

"Paul's point of view

Jade was having a great time tonight. Both of the packs have been on their best behavior around her. God Leah even had the decency, for once to be actually nice. Jade's face was in awe during the stories about are tribal history, however when the time came Billy shot me a fast glaze to see if I was ready to let her know what imprinting was.

"Jade I forget something in my car will you take a walk with me" I asked her. Sam told me earlier that I was freaking her out by the way that I look at her, so I tried to stare at different things around me instead of her but damn this is going to be hard.

"It's beautiful out tonight" I tell her looking around the beach towards the parking lot.

"It is really beautiful, however we both know that you didn't drag me away from that bonfire for small talk, did you Paul? She stops walking waiting for me to answer her question.

"Well you just looked tired and was going to fall asleep, so I figured out that maybe a walk would help you wake up more, plus it's good for your leg, and "

"PAUL stop" Jade says almost annoyed looking.

"I didn't look tired at all, My favorite part of the stories, is the magic of imprinting. If didn't know better, I would say that you imprinted on me Paul, that why you didn't want me to hear about it". With her hands on her hips she waits for me to tell her no she is crazy, it's not the reason why we are walking to my car for nothing at all.

Let me tell you. I Paul Meyers has never been for a loss of words like I am now. Do I tell her, I can't lie to her. What if she freaks out on me and runs away. Talk you idiot say something I tell myself.

"Well I, and see, well um, you know, no you don't. I never thought. God Paul I mentally tell myself again for the second time tonight to get it together, as I shift around my weight.

" You did, didn't you. Paul you imprinted on me, that why you look at me like that" she says taking a step away from me.

"Yes, I did" Please don't be afraid I won't hurt you" I pleaded with her.

"Paul I know what imprinting means, I know that you won't hurt me! This just is a lot to take in right now, with everything else that is going on with me.

"Your not running away" was my only reply.

"Due you want me to"? Like I could even outrun you anyway! She says in a very quite voice.

"Jade I'm nothing like him I promise. You know the stories I only want to make you safe and happy. Please, I'm begging you give me a chance to be in your life, even if it is just as a friend. I wanted to grab her and put my hands around her waist, but I know that she totally loose it if I did do it. I won't scare her off, I can begin to lightly feel myself shake.

"Paul calm down please" she says, but instead of backing up she places her hand on my chest. " I trust you, I do feel something, it's just hard to explain it. Right now I need you to relax I'm not going anywhere on you Paul."

With the words she just told me, I begin to relax and take deep breaths, sooner then normal for me, I am completely back to my old self.

"Paul, I know that we belong with each other, but I need you to take your time with me. I know that I am not broken, but I need time to emotionally and physically heal from all that happened to me. I need a friend now but later when I am ready you'll be the first one to know I promise" she says as she places her had on my cheek.

The rest of the night was just a blur. She excepts me, she hadn't turned me down. I will be the best friend and support everything she want to do in life. Wait almost everything, I can't always just be her friend, still plan on marrying her one day and having a family. I will just have to sweep her off her feet slowly without her noticing. Now the only question I have left is how am I going to do that? The only one of us that ever had a hard time getting out of friendship mode with their imprint was Sam. I don't think I really can go up to him and ask "So Sam can you give me some pointers on how to seduce your little sister, and have her wanting more". Laughing at myself, I realize I am so going to get my ass kicked later when he hears this in my mind.

Emily's Point of view

Well the Cullen's came thru for us at the end. Sam and I were going to me a old friend of Jasper's a attorney named Mr. Jenks. Laughing Jasper told Sam to mention he is good friend of the Cullen's and if he asks to many questions to just growl at him he will get the point. Jade has been here for a few days and she is fitting in well, both packs just adore her. An added plus she knows how to cook; some one up their really loves me since Kim tried to help once and almost burned down the house.

"Jade, I need to go grocery shopping this morning, do you mind hanging out here by yourself or do you to come with" I asked her

"Here please, I'm kind of tired, I couldn't kick Paul out of here last night to save my life". She tells me with a all to familiar grin on her face.

Laughing I mumble to myself, I remember those nights all to well.

Grocery shopping for a pack of wolf's was a full time job in itself. At least the manager opens up a new checkout line for me, customers tend to get annoyed having to wait twenty minutes for everything to even get up on the scanner. However today no-one was in the store accept one man doing a little shopping himself.

Getting everything finally in my mini van, the same man that had a cart full of food comes walking out empty handed, and starts to walk over to me.

"Nice weather we have here" he says

"Yes" I say "the rain is finally letting up".

"Your name is Emily right" he asks me

"It is, do I know you" I ask looking at his face once more.

"Well, not officially" he replies stretching his hand out for me to shake.

"My Name is Mason, and I do believe you are keeping someone that belongs to me dear Emily"

I wanted to scream out for help but I knew that know one was around. He looks at me and see's the fear in my eyes.

"Pretty scar you have their don't worry after I am done with Jade you will look like Mrs. America. He says with a threatening voice.

He then pulls me into his chest and whispers in my ear. "Relax if I wanted you dead, you would be" . "Let Sam know I said hello, and will be visiting again soon, and please remind him that I let you live for now, but I make no promises for the future. Letting go of my hand sharply, he turns and walks away.

I know this is a short chapter the next one is going to be really long. I however need to wrap up the bonfire and lay out some ground work. If you didn't already read the above note please review…………Please let me know what you think, what do you want to see?
