People actually read it this time! Hooray! Ok, water slide of terror time, enjoy!

Amethyst ran up the nearest flight of stairs, her wet feet slapping against the steps, her hot pink guild mark swaying in time with her pace. When she finally reached the top of the steps, she stood near the entry for the giant slide she hadn't bothered to identify, leaning on her knees and panting as she looked out over the park.

Wow, I must be like fifty feet up. She thought as she stared out at the huge expanse of brightly colored slides, signs, and swimsuits, it was a pretty awesome place, she was kinda glad the others had made her come.

"Amethyst!"

Amethyst whirled around to see Eve dragging himself up the last flight of stairs, she quickly pushed her back against the side of the slide entrance.

"Amethyst, why are you, YIII!" Eve slipped on the puddled platform, crashed into Amethyst, and the next thing either of the two stunned wizards know is that Amethyst is sitting in Eves lap and they are hugging each other while they fly down the infamous Love-Love Slide.

"Eve, you incredibly stupid MORON! First rule of being at a pool, WALK!"

She shrieked at him.

"Amethyst, now that we're alone and all..." Eve began.

"Oh, no, no, no, no. You are not starting a meaningful conversation with me while we are sliding down a PINK SLIDE WITH HEARTS ON IT!"

"Please stop yelling right into my ear!"

Eve cried, he waited a moment while Amethyst calmed down.

"Alright, now tell me why you didn't want to get in the water." Eve ordered.

"You honestly think I'm going to tell you that right now?" Amethyst asked, glowering at him, their faces were about two inches from each others, so it wasn't exactly a comfortable place to have a discussion.

The water flew around them in tiny little droplets, splashing against their skin as Eve stared into her seemingly bottomless green eyes for a long moment, choosing his words carefully.

Eve sighed and finally spoke, breaking the heavy silence, "I just want to help you. If you really didn't want to get into the water, you would have had me six feet underwater with one of your death claws, or you would have disappeared with your shroud spell, or just kicked me in the face. You kinda wanted to go in the water, I just want to know why you didn't."

"I kinda did thanks to you!" Amethyst shouted again.

"Please, just tell me." Eve said.

Amethyst felt tears prick at the corners of her eyes.

She took a breath.

SPLASH!

They fell in a tangled mess of limbs into the receiving pool.

"Awww, look who just came out of a romantic ride down the love slide! It's EvAm!" Hibiki cheered from the next pool over.

"HIBIKI!" Both of the pissed wizards screamed as they shoved themselves to the surface.

"Tut, tut, and you still don't admit your dating." Jenny said, shaking a finger in their direction.

"Seriously, it's not like we care, but, admit it!" Ren grumbled.

Eve scowled and was waiting on having to restrain Amethyst from killing his guild mates, when he turned to see only a ripple covered surface where Amethyst had been treading water only a moment before, apparently, Amethyst snagged her chance, swimming off towards the wave pool.

"See! You made me lose her, again! OH, AND WE. DO. NOT. NEED. A. SHIP. NAME!"

Eve screamed furiously at his cackling friends, then he groaned and gave chase again, Amethyst pulled herself out of the water and onto the artificial beach.

She grabbed a blue boogie board and began to paddle towards the big wave zone.

Eve grabbed a board and followed her, using his snow magic to create an icy gust of wind, which sent him shooting forward like a bullet, he reached out and caught Amethyst's ankle, but she clung to her board.

Eve pulled hard on her ankle as the waves began to form around them.

"Tell me why!" He shouted.

"See for yourself, pretty boy." She grumbled, Eve was shocked.

At least fifty, maybe more, scars crisscrossed her back, with long thin tendrils of flesh that had been ripped away and rebuilt only to be ripped away again so many times they the skin was now white and pink.

They marred her from the waist all the way up to her shoulders.

Amethyst sniffled in her tears as Eve released her ankle.

"Amethyst...how did this..."

CRASH!

The wave had formed, and they were past the safe zone. They were caught in the foaming twisting waves and spun about as if the were in a laundry machine. Slamming into each other and their own boards, rolling end over end, finally, they were washed onto the shore of the fake beach, gasping for air.

"Amethyst, you want to go, somewhere else?" He asked, she scowled and stood up, marching pass the bar, pass the love slide, pass the group of gossiping, giggly girls, passed the Blue Pegasus members still wiping tears of laughter from their eyes, and into a small cove, hidden behind a deserted bar. She plopped down into the water, and sank down below the surface.

Then she started to cry.

Eve rushed after her, splashing into the water, when she came up her hair sent water droplets flying through the air.

"I-I, I can't talk about it..." She gasped, tears running down her face as Eve gathered her into his arms.

"It's okay, it's okay, it's okay..." He said softly, smoothing her already hopelessly tangled hair down with his free hand.

"S-She, she whipped me..." Amethyst said softly.

"She what?" Eve asked, his voice deadly quiet.

"S-She, chained me down, then she whipped me, every other day. For a long time...then I got *Hiccup* a-away."

"Ok, it's alright, it okay, now, who was she?" Eve asked, already planning to hunt the witch to the end of the earth and freeze her down until there wasn't enough left to make a snowflake.

"I-I didn't know her name, she was just, 'The lady', if you were talking to her you had to say, 'My lady' even the guards called her that. I n-never, *Hiccup* Heard anyone call her by name." Amethyst said.

So Eve sat there for what felt like hours, when in truth was only about fifteen minutes, soothing Amethyst as she emptied her eyes of any tears.

"If you need to cry, just let it out, thats it." He would say from time to time.

Until finally Amethyst suddenly stood straight up, slapped herself across the face, hard, and grabbed Eve hand with one hand. She wiped her tears away with the other.

"Stupid Amethyst, how could you break down like that?" She scolded herself.

Then she turned to Eve with an evil smirk on her face.

"Hey, Eve, lets go on one of the big slides." She declared as she pulled off towards the slide of her choice.

"Ok, Amethyst, which one are we..."

Eve then saw the sign and his question was answered for him. The sign read.

'THE SHREDDER, DARK, TERROR, THRILL RIDE. recommended for ages thirteen and older."

Eve gulped as he heard the wild screams of terror from inside the huge tube that contained the water ride.

"Tube for two, please." Amethyst said to the man standing next to the rack where you got the inflated tube you rode in.

"He's not agreeing to this is he?" The man asked, pointing at Eve.

"Nope, but it's not like he's got a choice." She replied with a smile.

The man returned the grin and passed Amethyst their raft.

That was when Eve started trying to get away.

"Hey Amethyst, look, theres a cool slide over there we could do..." He began.

"You said we could go on any one I wanted and I want to go on this one."

Amethyst said simply.

"B-But, isn't this one a bit to scary for you?" He asked.

"I'm a reaper wizard, death magic, genius, you don't need to worry about me."

She said.

The man snorted, "Oh, boy, you sure don't have your girlfriend figured out yet."

Eve was starting to panic as Amethyst summoned her flying coffin to carry their tube, as they began up the stairs.

"Have a good time!" The man called after them.

"Hey, Eve!" Amethyst was appearing cheerier by the second.

"Guess what, this ride is so awesome, theres not even a line! Can you believe there are wimps who come to a water park and don't even go on the best slide?" She asked, sounding truly astounded, as they walked up the fourth flight of stairs.

"Y-Yeah, thats crazy, those guys really are wimps." Eve agreed quickly.

"I know, I heard it's so fast one girl lost her top going down! That, of course, will not be happening to yours truly. So don't start hoping."

Amethyst said with a mischievous smile.

Eve was beginning to struggle. "Umm, hey, Amethyst, are you hungry? I know I am, we should go get something to eat! I heard they have a world famous ice cream shop here!"

He knew the way to his quite possibly girlfriends heart was through her stomach.

"Really?" Amethyst stopped at turned to Eve, who nodded, this was no lie, there really was an awesome ice cream place somewhere in the park.

Amethyst then glanced over the railing, they were only half way up and already they were nearly forty feet high!

"Oh, look!" Amethyst pointed with the hand that wasn't holding Eve's hand in a death grip.

"The ice cream store is at the edge of the receiving pool of the slide."

Why? Why put the little pink ice cream store at the bottom of a slide that has terrifying screams and fake bloody dismembered body parts coming out of it?

Eve asked while banging his head on the railing.

"C'mon, that means the fastest why down is by slide!" Amethyst said joyously, pulling Eve up the stairs, when they reached the top there was no assistant, so Amethyst maneuvered her coffin into the right position, then made it float down the hold it in place.

"Ok! Here we go!" Amethyst cried, sounding very much like a little girl about to go on the ferris wheel.

"O-Ok..." Eve said, "Y-You, you do realize we're like a hundred or something feet up, right?" He asked.

"Oh, yes! This is the biggest slide in the whole park! It's gonna be awesome!"

She said, clapping her hands, then she glanced at Eve.

"You aren't scared, are you? I didn't think about that..."

Amethyst said, rubbing her head while Eve sweatdropped, of course she wouldn't think of whether or not her quite possibly boyfriend was scared of going on the huge slide that has demons and fire painted on the sides.

Eve gulped, his manliness was a stake here.

"Me? Scared? Of course not! C'mon! Let's do this thing!" He said as energetically as he could.

"Yes!" Amethyst jumped instantly into the tube, Eve wiggled in next to her.

The tube had two seats in it, Eve was sitting in the back and Amethyst was leaning back on him.

"Ok...one...two...three!" Amethyst shoved off, making her coffin disappear into the black smoke, and they went shooting down the tunnel.

They dropped at a nearly vertical angle, Amethyst cheering and Eve screaming, then they slammed down into a whirlpool. They spun around and around, Amethyst screaming in glee and Eve slowly turning green.

Eve gasped and pointed.

"HOLD ON!" He screamed as they went down the center of the whirlpool, they were completely underwater for a second, then they burst out of a waterfall and into the main tunnel.

A huge demon lunged out at them, Eve screamed again and ducked while Amethyst laughed madly, the speed of the tube blew back her hair and Eve just kept an insanely tight grip on her shoulders.

"WHEEEE!" Amethyst cried, throwing her arms in the air as they hurtled down the shoot.

They swirled around a huge corner, sliding up the wall, nearly horizontal, then they slammed back down into the water, and Eve realized it had changed.

"Am-Amethyst?" He choked out between his horrified screams.

"Yeah!?"

Amethyst shouted back, she was obviously having the time of her life.

"Is i-it just m-m-me, or it the w-water c-changing?" Eve stuttered.

"Yeah, it is! Isn't it cool? Now it looks like blood!" Amethyst cried as if that truly was the coolest thing in the world.

"Oh! Here come the scary part!" Amethyst cried.

"THAT WASN'T THE SCARY PART?" Eve screamed, terrified.

"Nope! Hang on!" Amethyst cried, tossing her arms in the air with a shriek of glee as they approached a huge whirlpool of blood red water that looked like the opening into the gates of hell.

Eve gulped.

"Here we go!" Amethyst cried, then they were sucked into the vortex.

Ren shaded his eyes and stared up at the huge Shredder slide.

"You say they went in there? No way, Eve would bail out, on way or another."

He said. Hibiki shrugged.

"Thats where I saw them go, I'm pretty sure Amethyst is the only girl here who wears a spiked collar to go swimming."

"WHAAAA-HOOOOO!"

"AAAARRRGGGGGHHHH!"

The Trimens turned to see the tube carrying Amethyst and Eve come crashing down into the receiving pool of the Shredder.

"I told you so!" Hibiki cried as they ran to the edge of the pool to see Amethyst practically hopping with joy.

"That was the most amazing thing I have ever done! We should do it again!"

She cried while Eve hung over the edge of the tube looking like Natsu after ten hours on a train.

"Why..." He moaned to no one.

"Eve! Are you alright?" Amethyst looked down at him with something bordering on concerned.

"Sure..." He groaned.

"Great! Now we can get ice cream like you said!" Amethyst cried.

Eve dove out of the tube and scrambled to the nearest trash can.

Ren and Hibiki shook their heads at him as he hurled whatever it was that he had eaten in the past four hours into the can.

"Eve, Eve, Eve...you know nothing of just what a guy will do to make a girl happy." Hibiki sighed.

Ren and Jenny nodded their agreement.

"Ugh, just shut up..." Eve moaned as he raised himself up from the trash, only to be grabbed by the wrist by Amethyst.

"Ooo...look at that one!" Amethyst pointed up at a slide that was looming over the Shredder.

"It's new! Look at the sign!"

Eve's weary eyes scanned the sign.

THE APOCALYPSE, HORROR RIDE. SUGGESTED FOR...

Eve didn't get to finish reading the sign before Amethyst began her merry trot towards to stairs leading to the top.

"Save me!" Eve sobbed as he guild mates just stood there behind them and waved.

"Good luck, Eve!" Ren called.

"Have a good time!" Hibiki shouted.

"Little lovebirds, thats their new signature, AmEv." Jenny sighed contentedly.

Eve gathered all of his remaining strength and screamed at the top of his lungs.

"WE DO NOT NEED A STUPID SHIP NAME!"
