Chapter 14

A/n: Last chapter my friends

It didn't matter if it was dark out, the team and other reinforcements were out in the woods, calling for Tammy and waving their flashlights. Everyone was in groups and spread out; Derek was with Rossi and Doug. Aaron, JJ and Reid. Emily, Anderson and Penelope-there was no way in saying no to her. Penelope had argued some words to them saying that she was coming with.

JJ noticed something when she shinned her light to the west. "Guys," she called to her two teammates.

"Got anything?" Hotch asked.

"I got an old shack."

Hotch went first, followed by Reid and JJ. As JJ and Reid took the sides, Hotch lifted his gun, calling, "FBI!" Before breaking down the door. As they stormed in, they lowered their weapons. There were children inside. Hotch looked around. "How many are there?"

Reid, doing his genius , looked around. "There's twenty-one. Tammy's not here."

JJ left the men, to contact the others where they were at, also telling them to bring EMTs.

Derek was ahead of his group. Shinning his flashlight and calling for Tammy. David and Doug were calling out too and searching the places where Derek hadn't.

"Tammy!" he called again. "Tammy it's daddy!"

Nothing.

"Tamika!" called Doug and Dave.

There was nothing.

Please, baby girl, answer me.

Tammy could hear her dad calling out for her. "Dad!" she called out. She didn't want to move anymore; she was scared. She had fallen back a while ago and her ankle was hurting. "DAD!"

Penelope heard her.

She could hear Tamika. She split away from the group, and followed the voice. "Tamika! Honey, it's Auntie Pennie!"

She heard the sobs getting louder.I'm on the right track. "Tammy! Speak to me honey!"

There was silence until:

"Pennie!"

Penelope's heart was beating faster. She picked up her pace, flashing her light everywhere. Until she found her. "Tamika!" she raced to her.

"My ankle hurts," she said in between sobs.

Penelope checked it, Tamika winced. It was sprained. Penelope lifted Tamika up,hugging her. "We've been looking for you. Dad was getting scared."

Tamika laid her head on her shoulders. "I wanna see dad."

"You will, I promise." Then Penelope went on her over-com and said, "Derek, I found Tamika."

There was no second of silence when Derek replied, "Where is she? Is she hurt?"

"She's alive, but she's got a sprained ankle. Meet us at the road." Penelope went off and gave a sigh of relief. "Do you want to talk to Daddy?"

Tamika nodded. Penelope handed it to her. "Daddy, I wanna go home."

"You will, baby. I'm just…we just got to get you checked out by the doctor first."

Tamika looked up at her Auntie. "Can you stay over?"

"Anything for you."

They met at the road. Aaron, JJ, and Spencer were there first. Then Derek, Doug and David. Then Emily,Anderson, Penelope and Tamika. Tamika had spotted her dad first, she wiggled out of her Auntie's arms and hobbled towards her dad. "Daddy!"

Derek turned around. Noticing her hobble, and noticing the scared look in her eyes, he ran to her. "Tammy," he breathed out, taking her in his arms and going down on his knees. Derek couldn't count his lucky stars, but he knew his team were the few.

Doug watched this encounter. "Uncle Doug!" he heard his nephew. Doug turned on his feet and seen his nephew running to him. "Uncle Doug!"

"Sam!" A smile grew on his face. He picked up the boy and hugged him tight.

Derek turned his head at Doug. "Thank you for-"

"Don't thank me," he said. "We needed each other's input to find the kids."

Derek nod. "Is Anne going to jail?"

"Well," Doug hesitated. "She's in hell, for sure."

Derek stared at him, he knew what he meant. Watching Doug take his nephew and walking to the EMTs , Derek lifted up his daughter and kissed Penelope on the mouth.

Aaron cleared his throat. "So," he started, giving a smile at Tamika, "how about we go out for dinner?"

"I really thought you were going to put the fraternization rule on them," Spencer laughed.

"I'll let it slide."

"So dinner at my house at six," Rossi said. "Everyone is welcome."

"Do I get to have a sister now?" Tamika asked her dad and Penelope.

The two mouths were hung opened ,the others laughed and giving Tammy hugs and kisses. Tamika looks at her dad. "You found me."

"Always missy," Derek holding his two girls. " No matter what happens or where you go. If your in trouble or just simple need me there. I will find you, no matter what."

Derek counted his blessings. Anne was dead, children have been found, Matt was going to prison for the rest of his life, he had an incredible team of family, he had a loving family, he had the most two beautiful girls in the world.

Derek whispered, "I'll always find you."

A/N: That's it! You guys has been totally awesome! I feel like doing a follow-up: when Tamika is older and having problems dealing. But I'm still debating. I don't want to end this but I shall.
