Meh, not having much time on pc thanks to my bro again so uptdates will be delayed once more, or at least till i get a laptop. Well withouth further ado, here is the next chapter.
The next second both Luxis and Zoroark were surrounded by well equipped thugs. Luxis looked back at the door to find it blocked by two other bandits. Neither Luxis and Zoroark had any ideas on how to get out of this one. They were heavily outnumbered and outclassed, even if they were to be able to handle them, th bandit's pokemon would be too much to handle. The green haired thief grinned and said "Now, let's try this again. Give us ALL your belongings or you die." Before Luxis had a chance to say something, Luxis thought he'd felt the earth shake slightly. His first tought was a small earthquaek had ocurred but after looking around the room he saw the true cause of the ground's movement. A huge man, fat but with muscle and bigger than any of the other people there. The unknown powerhouse was walking down the staircase to the right. Luxis saw that he was also tall, that if he were to walk out of the building his head would have hit the doorframe, he was basicly a giant! He ws wearing some well crafted, expensive looking silver armor plating on his chest right side of his body and shoulder. He had short black hair and a rugged face overshadowed by his long black bushy beard and bushy eyebrows. As Luxis looked around one last time he noticed all the thugs bowing down except for the green haired one. Luxis wondered... no he knew the giant man was the leader of the group. The giant man spoke in a loud and burly voice "Nam, What the hell is going on here?!"
The green haired bandit responded as soon as the giant finished asking " These guys broke in here, we were about to take their lives if they do not comply to giving us their belongings, Boss Daruos." Luxis said to himself quietly as to memorize the name and to think if he had heard it before. "Daruos.. He's the boss huh" Zoroark was able to hear and she looked at the giant and nodded. Luxis and Zoroark were confused and in shock as they suddenly saw Daruos smacked Nam on the back of his head hard making him hit the ground face first. Daruos spoke in a loud earsplitting rough voice "YOU KNOW FIGHTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS BUILDING, DONT BRING FIGHTS TO HEADQUARTERS, GOT IT?!" Luxis covered his hurting ears as Daruos voice was inhumanly loud, and Zoroark was gritting her teeth as she tugged her ears down since it affected her more. Luxis felt sorry for Zoroark being able to hear too well and also felt curiousity of why was thisbuilding so important, but asking now would be useless, he would have to wait for the argument to stop and hope they don't end up killed. Daruos kept on yelling, only Nam seemed to be able to resist it. "YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT THINGS OTHER THAN YOU'RE EGO, GOT IT?!" Nam was still on the floor and weakly responded "Yes.. boss..."
Luxis then took this chance to ask "Hey! Why is this building so important?!" He knew it was not the brightest question but was better than staying silent. Daruos seemed to have forgotten that they were there since helooked at them curiously and raised an eyebrow before saying in a not so loud normal voice "Who the heck are you? and how long have you been standing there?" right after the question was asked one of the bandits swiftly answered "These are the intruders sir!"
Daruos gave a nod of the head then looked at Luxis and said "What reason did you come here for? Give me a good reason not to kick your filthy hides out so my men can tear you apart."
Zoroark hid behind Luxis and whispered to his ear "Arbok.."
Luxis had forgotten that time was running out for Arbok and who knows if it was already too late.
Luxis looked up at Daruos and said "We came here to save this Arbok, she's been poison by the green hair's lethal snake poison. And i'm not leaving here until she gets an antidote.. "
Nam was sitting on the floor at the least watching with a uninterested look on his face. Luxis was looking at Daruos right on the eye, even though he knew the bluff was highly likely to fail but he needed to try any idea he could think of. Daruos looked at Luxis and grinned widely. Luxis got worried Daruos saw through the bluff already but by luck it wasn't like that as Daruos said "Aye, let's do this, we will keep the Arbok alive, and give it the antidote if you accept a job we are to offer you."
Luxis was hoping the job would not involve killing somoen as his mind ddrifted to many negative thoughts of what the job could be. Luxis asked calmly even though his mind was clouded with doubt and fear. "What is it?" Daruos then started to explain "Behind this facility is a cave. That cave is actually an ancient shrine."
Luxis was now relieved and so was zoroark as her breath got from fast and erratic to calm and slow. Nam stood up and objected saying "You sure you want to send these guys? the others were much tougher looking and had a full belt of pokemon and they never came back." Nam looked at Luxis and Zoroark with disgust. Daruos then said "Yeah, i know that dumbass, but i can feel it, these two are special." Daruos to Luxis's surprise placed a hand on his and zoroarks shoulder. Luxis wondered why he said that and why did no one made it out of the cave. Luxis looked at Zoroark and thought if he knnew she was a forbidden pokemon.
And thus endeth the chapter, now what could be inside the cave that deprives the lives of all who enter, and why are they making Luxis and Zoroark go in it? Treasure, Rare Pokemon, Or something greater in value? Hopefuly now i write more often since i stopped my bro from hogging the PC. Laterz owo/''
