Battle at Camilla Bay:

Kendall was on one of the beams gazing at the open water. It was crystal clear and the prettiest aqua blue she had ever seen.

"Are we in Camilla Bay?" She yelled down to Jackie who was steering the ship. She glanced down at the location device the ship came with.

"Yep! I don't think it will be too long before we see Zena region." Jackie informed.

"Should we stop at the region to ask the locals about Dietara?" Kendall questioned.

"It would be a good idea so we can get that clue they have, since the devices we have don't give much information about the island." Jackie reasoned.

"Valid reasoning. We should probably go to the nearest port then on Zena region, and ask the locals there." Kendall agreed to the idea, looking back out at the sea, enjoying the air as it whipped through her hair. Jackie placed the ship's auto pilot on, walking down onto the main deck, she looked over the ledge at the various sea creatures enjoying their various movements in pristine, clear water. The sun made the water glisten and shimmer, the girls couldn't help but admire the sparkly views they had. The weather warm, the breeze slight, but cool and refreshing, it was a beautiful, perfect as can be day. Jackie let out a sigh enjoying the sail. 'What beautiful coral…' She admired in her thoughts as she watched the reefs go by, their ecosystems filled with an array of colorful fish and plants.

"You know Kends it would be awesome to swim in these clear waters." Jackie brought up. Kendall giggled.

"Maybe." She glanced back at the girl. "Though I much rather swim with mermaids." She smiled with a laugh.

"No reason we can't do both." Jackie agreed, laughing as well, the two just enjoying the thought, maybe even hoping to meet some mermaids on their travels. Something caught Kendall's eye in her peripheral view.

"Jackie behind us, there's a ship coming." She called down. Jackie immediately looked, she rushed up the wheel, tossing up to Kendall a spyglass.

"Who is it?" Jackie asked. Kendall smirked when she looked through the lens and saw a particular flag.

"Some hat seeking pirates." Kendall chuckled.

"How'd they find us so fast?" Jackie inquired, a thought suddenly popping into her head. 'Bet it was the ship seller! Ooo he's going to get if we ever see him again!' She answered her own question in her mind, as she quickly figured it out.

"Doesn't matter, personally I wouldn't mind a little rematch." Kendall tossed the spyglass back down. Bringing Jackie out of her thoughts, both girls had a smile on their face.

"Sounds good to me." Jackie laughed. The boys' ship caught up with the girls' ship. Jackie decided to hide behind a door on the quarter deck while Kendall moved to behind the mass, still staying on the beam. None of Kick and Gunther's crew seemed to notice. Gunther and Kick used ropes to jump aboard the ship.

"We'll handle this." Kick told the others.

"Sure about that?" Brianna rolled her eyes, unimpressed. Mouth snickered at the comment. The rest of the crew listened and stayed on their ship.

"Split up, they could be below deck and hiding again, just waiting to escape." Kick instructed. "You guys just watch for that." He told the crew. Gunther walked up to the wheel, while Kick searched around the deck to check for hidden doors, both had their swords out and ready.

"Tell me boys!" Kendall shouted from the beam gathering everyone's attention. "You wouldn't have come searching for us due to your hats now, would you?" She had a confident smile. "Because personally I think they look better on us." Both boys glared at her, their anger rising.

"You have some nerve taking my hat!" Kick's voice was harsh, pointing his blade at her. Gunther began to reach for his gun.

"I don't think so boys." Jackie appeared a few feet behind Gunther, aiming one gun at his back, the other at Kick. Brianna was a bit surprised but intrigued. 'That was a good diversion.' She thought. "I wouldn't move make another move if I were you." Jackie narrowed her eyes at the blonde boy, who glared right back.

"Ooo! These girls are good!" Brianna couldn't help but comment, clapping her hands together, as her eyes sparkled with interest. "I am going to love this!"

"Ah Brianna shouldn't you…"Mouth looked at her with a weird expression.

"Shh! This is my entertainment." She was excited.

"Of course it is…" Mouth let out a sigh.

"Didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to come on a girl's ship without their permission?" Jackie spoke.

"Like we care." Gunther retorted.

"Gunther you got this right?" Kick asked. The blonde nodded.

"Worry about that one, I got this one." He turned around facing Jackie, who aimed both guns at him.

"Sure about that?" She had a small smirk, he just narrowed his eyes more. They had a stare off, waiting to see who would make the first move. Kick turned his glance back towards the blonde girl, her sword already out. She grabbed a loose rope using it to flip down to the deck behind him.

"You know captain, I've been looking for a sparring partner." She faced him, when he turned to face her. "Though I don't think you'll be much of a challenge." She chuckled.

"Ooo! I love them!" Brianna was star struck. Mouth rolled his eyes. 'Why do I feel bad for the captains thanks to Brianna…' Mouth looked a bit exhausted, thinking about it.

"You sure have big talk for a land lover." Kick sneered.

"Land lover?" Kendall raised an eyebrow. "That would be assuming I prefer land. When personally I much rather have sea legs."

"You'll regret that decision when you realize how dangerous these waters really are." Kick narrowed his eyes.

"Is that a threat?" Kendall countered.

"No a promise." His voice was low and menacing. Kendall smirked.

"Then let's begin shall we?" She removed the cloak she had on, her outfit revealed. This caught kick off guard because he didn't remember the princess being so curvy. However, he snapped out of it quickly, preparing himself for the fight.

"You think changing your clothes will make you be a pirate? Sorry princess that's not how it works." Kick told her.

"True, but besting one of the galaxies fiercest pirates might do." She had a smug smirk. Brianna started to laugh so hard her stomach hurt.

"Oh….oh she is good." Brianna let out, wiping a tear. Mouth face palmed. Kick narrowed his eyes further.

"So captain are you going to make the first move or be a gentlemen and allow me the first strike?" Kendall titled her head slightly, her sword aimed at him.

"I'm no gentlemen." Kick lunged, swinging his blade. She easily blocked and pushed the blade back. He swung the sword to her right to which she ducked, avoiding it. She swiped one of her legs to trip him, causing him to fall back. He quickly flipped back up to get back on his feet, almost not prepared her counter attacks. Their swords clashed, until she found a way to fling his blade into the air and trip onto his ass again. When she caught his blade with her other hand, aiming both blades at him, he couldn't help but glare. Brianna watched with utter amazement.

"Don't tell me that's all you got captain?" She was confident. He slowly got back up on his feet.

"Not bad princess, but I'm not even close to finished yet." He let one of his hands sneak to one of his holsters, quickly drawing his gun and aiming it at her. But before he could shoot, it was shot out of his hand, the sting resonating on his fingers and palm.

"Nice try!" Jackie called, her attention aimed towards him. Gunther took the advantage, swinging his blade at her as she was distracted. Jackie quickly dodged, jumping to the side. He lunged toward her, aiming his blade at her, not realizing he caught her cloak. He was quick though, wanting to get his gun as well as he thought he had her pinned, only she unhooked her cloak, and dodged the bullet, sliding underneath him, jumping up on to the railing, aiming her guns back at him. She shot, shooting his gun out of his hand as well, the bullet's burn stinging his hand. He glanced back at the brunette, shaking his slightly, caught off guard as well by her attire, but shook it from his thoughts. She hopped off the railing, her guns still aimed at him.

"You're quick, but your aim is lacking." Gunther had a sly smirk. She narrowed her eyes.

"Next shot won't be a place you like." She retorted. "Though your ego can surely use the shrinkage." She had a small smug smirk. He chuckled.

"Princess nothing do can shrink my ego, especially since I easily back it up." He remarked. She was unimpressed. She took another shot, cutting off his belt with some of his weapons. She blew on the barrel.

"Keep talking Cap, personally I can do this all day." She spun the guns, before aiming them again at him, letting out a small laugh. Brianna bellowed in laughter again.

"Man these two are amazing!" She complimented. Mouth just shook his head. 'Her entertainment is the captains' nightmare." He let out another sigh.

"I'm so telling Brad about this." She had a devious look.

"You realize Kick will hurt you, right." Mouth glanced at her.

"Let him try." She had a smug look, glancing back.

"Thanks J, you're good up there right?" Kendall looked back at her with her eyes.

"Oh yeah. I've been needing this kind of fun." Jackie replied.

"You girls sure are confident." Kick commented. Kendall looked back at him. She place one blade on her shoulder, twirling the other in her other hand.

"Personally we're just having fun." She shrugged. "Even looking for a challenge or two. But if you're not going to fight seriously, there's no point." Kendall spoke. She stopped twirling his sword and stabbed it in front of him. He had a curious look. She walked away, before turning to face him again. "So captain, are you going to fight for real or just be a bore? Because I was hoping for a challenge." She leaned her weight on one leg, her hip sticking out. He let out a small chuckle.

"You know you really shouldn't give a sword back to a pirate. It might be your worst mistake." He grabbed his blade.

"Maybe, but that's only if you take things seriously." She shrugged. He smirked.

"Fine. But don't regret it later princess." Kick was becoming smug. She readied herself.

"Let's see what you got." Kendall swiped her blade at him, he blocked and their swords began to clash again. He aimed low, which cause her to flip backwards. He quickly pursued to catch her off guard just as she had done to him earlier. Their blades clashing again, as she seemed to expect his moves. Each low or high struck, was met with counter that kept both their swords in a constant dance. He didn't realize she would be able to anticipate his moves let alone keep up so well. She flipped over his head when he tried to catch her off guard from swinging then quacking going in for a jab. However, she was limber enough to not only jump from the low blow, but use her hand on his head and flip herself over a few times to gain some distance from him. He grabbed one of his daggers and threw it when he thought she wouldn't be able to dodge, but he was wrong. She merely moved her body out of the way, avoiding the small blade. He lunged at her again, the sound metal crashing against each other be heard as their sword fight went into another round it seemed. They both jumped back when they were at a stale mate.

"Just what type of princess knows how to sword fight?" Kick had his sword by his side now, he could be ready easily, but he had to ask. This girl did not meet the criteria of any royals he had ever seen before, in any of the galaxies they visited. They were all skinny, girlish, squeamish, 'please save me,' damsels if he was being honest. But, if he was also being honest, he was a feared pirate, so it was warranted why they acted that way and why he had such an opinion about female royals.

"Our type." She responded. He rolled his eyes at that.

"Not what I meant." He said. She snickered.

"Clearly you don't recall when we said we don't fit the mold for princesses." She mentioned.

"Obviously." Kick retorted, knowing very well they didn't fit the mold, question is why? It was a bit bothersome. 'If they did, and just give us the gems, this would be better.' He thought.

"You boys act like all royals should be in fear of you two." Kendall remarked.

"Well our reputations speak for themselves." Kick replied. "Many tend not to want to go up against us in fear of losing their lives. It's a risk they rather not take."

"More like a very dangerous challenge." Gunther chimed in since the four have all been speaking loud enough for them all to hear. "That they don't dare wish to do." Jackie rolled her eyes.

"Then I guess were throwing caution to the wind huh J?" Kendall had a determined, confident look as she spoke, keeping her eyes on Kick.

"Personally, I see no danger, if we're being honest." Jackie reasoned. "All I see are some egotistical, arrogant pirates that need to brought down to size." She added. Brianna was officially rolling on the floor laughing, holding her stomach, it was both in pain and tickled, from all the laughter she had. She enjoyed this encounter so much. The crew watched her, curious as to why she was in such a state, while Mouth was feeling a headache begin to form due to her devious side she had. 'She just loves to revel in her brother's torment…' He let out an exasperated breath. Kick and Gunther finally noticed her antics, letting it get to them, as both got annoyed looks.

"Will you shut up over there!" Both yelled simultaneously. Brianna instantly got up.

"Well if you two stop being idiots I just might!" She shouted back. "These girls are giving you the best challenge I've ever seen and it's damn near glorious. So my ass is going to laugh at you idiots!" She laughed again. 'These idiots need a reality check!' She thought. Both boys let out an exhausted sigh from dealing with her. Kick even bringing a hand to his temple because of a migraine that was forming, which she caused. Kendall giggled.

"Seems we're not the only two that don't find you boys dangerous." She folded her arms, one hand still holding her sword. Kick looked away annoyed.

"She doesn't count. In anyway." He countered. Brianna folded her arms and had a look aimed at her brother ready to argue that statement.

"Captains! There's a ship approaching!"
