Six suddenly became speechless. According to the stories she has been told at a young age, Adán was gone for good from Tilikum's attack, but seeing the shiny Feraligatr in person proved everything wrong.

"Holy - " Lux exclaimed in shock, he stopped to gulp in fear and then continued on, "I-I-I thought you were gone for good, Adán!"

"Nope!" He said, "I actually survived the attack!"

"But how?"

"Well, mate, I - "

"Forget it, Adán!" Screeched the Swanna, "That stupid foreigner is trying to distract you!"

"Yeah!" The shiny Azumarill called out angrily, "What are you waiting for? Just attack him!"

Adán quickly obeyed their command and quickly lunged towards Lux with Ice Punch, in response, Lux quickly shoves Adán away from Six and Lake and then uses Discharge on him, shocking him.

"Think you can stop us from continuing our journey to Southpoint Town, crocodile tears?" Lux taunted Adán before using Iron Tail on him, "Well, think again!"

Lux then slams Adán down into the salty waters of Storm Field with Iron Tail with a mischievous smile.

As Lux lands back onto Lake's rocky back, he quickly does a bro fist with Six as they watch Adán fall to the waters below.

Six leans a bit further towards Lake and whispered to her, "The gang's distracted, Lake, swim for it!"

"But first," Lake said, her head towards Six and Lux, "I got one question for you, children."

Hearing a hint of mischief in her voice was unusual for the twosome to hear from her, but they listened anyway.

"How would you all like to take a swim?" Lake asked with a hint of mischief, looking around cautiously, hoping the pirates won't hear them.

Lux nodded eagerly while Six nodded her head slowly, reluctant about their new "master plan".

"Alright, you two hang on," Lake said, her eyes shifting to the two, "Because it's going to be a wild ride!"

She then zoomed off with Surf laughing after looking around one last time. Unfortunately, the noise of the splashing waves from Lake's Surf and the three some's laughing attracted attention from the Neptune Trials Pirates!

"Dang it, Scout!" The shiny Azumarill scolded at the Remoraid, "You let those three Pokémon get away!"

She then turned to the Swanna to give her a command, "Ok, Odette, you and me chase down the Lapras - together. So that means that you don't fly ahead of me, you understand?"

Odette nodded her head and then said, "Agreed, Takara - let's go!"

The twosome then took off while Odette turned her head back and called out to Tetra and Scout, "Take care of Adán!"

Meanwhile throughout the journey to Southpoint, Six and Lux struggled to hold onto her rocky back as Lake zipped through the current.

Six quickly looked back, only to see Odette and Takara a few feet behind them. She then turned back to Lux and Lake and then said, "Looks like we got company, guys!"

"Company?!" Lux exclaimed while taking a look back, "Great, it's those two again."

He pushes Six aside while saying, "Move over, Six, let me deal with these two complete strangers."

He steps up to the top of Lake's back, and then uses Discharge on Odette.

Seeing the electricity reaching out to her, Odette elegantly counters with Bubble Beam - only for both the Bubble Beam and the Discharge to collide and cause an explosion of water and sparks.

"So you wanna play that way, you little foreigner?" Odette taunted in a mocking tone towards Lux, agitating him, "Fine! I'll do the same."

Odette's wings turned into silver gray as she uses Steel Wing, slashing through the wind to reach Lux.

Lux quickly readies himself into fighting position, and then charges into her chest with Discharge, sending her down to waters below with a huge splash and sparks flying.

"Lux!" Six called out.

Before she could lower her head and close her eyes and grief over Lux, Takara suddenly appeared out nowhere beside Lake and then proceeds to taunt her, "Where's your boyfriend now?"

Shifting her gaze to Odette flying out the saltwater sea erratically with Lux on tow, she readies Energy Ball and threw out a comeback at Takara, "Still here."

Six then launches the Energy Ball at the shiny Azumarill, sending her flying into the water with a splash.

Meanwhile, Lux struggled to hold onto the white feathers on Odette's back while trying to dodge her Pluck attacks.

With himself on tow, Lux managed to gain control of Odette and steer her down into the rushing water.

As Odette splashed into the water with an agonizing scream, Lux quickly jumps off of her back - right back onto Lake!

"Wow, that was impressive out there, Lux!" Six commented, trying to catch her breath.

"Thanks!" Lux said, "You did great as well!"

The twosome then started laughing about their victory - only for the laughter to abruptly stop when Lake called out, "We're here, children - Aquarius Harbor!"

Seeing the dock in a distance, they quickly jumped to their paws and hopped off of her back right onto the cobblestone dock, they then turned around to thank Lake for taking them to safety.

"Ah, thank you too for protecting me, Six and Lux," Lake replied to the two.

"You're welcome, ma'am!" Six responded to her happily.

"But aren't you going to be okay out there?" Lux asked sadly, "I don't want you to get hurt by those mean Pokémon."

"Don't worry about me, dear child," Lake sighed exhaustively, "I can hold on my own - even without you."

"Oh, ok," Six chimed in, "Thank you."

The twosome then took off to the path to the forest as they said their last good-byes to Lake - until somebody came along to shatter the heartwarming moment.

"Stop right there!" Takara yelled angrily at the two, Surfing up to the dock a few feet ahead along with Odette.

Hearing Takara's stern voice made Six and Lux stop in their tracks in fear as they turned around slowly and see the twosome and Lake in a distance.

"You can't run from a Pokémon battle," Odette added, wagging her feathery finger in a mocking way, "But if you want to run away to Southpoint Town unscathed, you'll have to finish this battle right here and right now!"

Luckily, Lake stops them from advancing to shore to get Six and Lux.

"Oh really? You think you can stop them from going to Sagittarius Arrow?" Lake asked the pirates beside her in a mocking tone, "I don't think so! Blaze and Chiko!"

Lake turns her head around and whistles out a signal, simultaneously, a shiny Charizard, a Meganium, and a Bayleef stormed out of their house to see what was the ruckus about.

"D-dad?" The Bayleef asked the shiny Charizard beside her, taking a few steps back, "What's going on out there?"

The shiny Charizard didn't say anything. All he did was say a few words to her.

"Go back inside, Bailey," He answered calmly to the Bayleef, "It's too dangerous out here."

Bailey nodded and ran back to the safety of their home while taking one last look behind her.

He then turned to the Meganium and asked her with a hint of concern, "My dear Chiko, were these two Pokémon trying to hurt Lake and the children of Resonate Wishes Village?"

"Yes, they were, Blaze," Responded Chiko, cheerful in tone, but she suddenly turned firm and serious when she made eye-contact with the shiny Azumarill and Swanna, "And they're going to pay for that - ONWARDS, Blaze and Lake!"

Simultaneously, Chiko uses Petal Blizzard while Blaze and Lake use Steel Wing and Ice Beam on the Neptune Trials Pirates, Takara and Odette attempts to use Ice Punch and Bubble Beam, but the twosome were no match for the two starters and the Lapras.

The two were sent flying back a few feet away from the cobblestone docks, but they land onto their feet.

Before Chiko, Blaze, and Lake could finish them off, Takara and Odette quickly jumped to their feet and swam off while Odette turned around with a dirty look and yelled, "We will be back - for revenge!"

After Lake thanked the two starters for helping her fight the pirates, Chiko and Blaze were just about to walk back into their humble home until they saw Six and Lux watching them from above.

"Hey," Chiko started as she looked up at the two, "You watched us fight?"

Six and Lux nodded at the same time.

"Heh, thanks," Blaze piped in, "We watched you two fight Takara and Odette from the windows a few minutes ago, it was impressive of you two knowing how to hold on your own in a dire situation like that."

Lux beamed with pride while Six thanked the two for the complement.

Meanwhile, the torrent of raindrops abruptly stopped while the dreary, gray clouds started to clear up slowly as the four socialized for a few minutes.

"Oops!" Six said as she took a glance at the cloudy sky clearing up to shed some light on them, "Our time is done here, guys! We'll be back when we become explorers at Sagittarius Arrow, Chiko and Blaze!"

She turned to Lux and gently poked him in the shoulder, gesturing him that it is time to continue their journey to Southpoint Town.

"Oh, so you're going to Southpoint to become explorers there?" Chiko asked the mas they walk into forest, "Me, Blaze, and our daughter, Bailey, wish you luck out there."

Lux was reluctant at first, just befriending two trusted evolved Pokemon and then having to leave them is a bit heartbreaking for him, but he knew that he can always come back.

"It's ok," Chiko reassured Lux, "You'll get used to it, just be careful out there and take your time with your girlfriend."

"Thank you Chiko, thank you Blaze," Lux thanked them, trying to fight of the blushing feeling on his face.

As they turned around to face the forest, they then dashed into the forest without looking back while Blaze and Chiko shouted, "Good luck, Six and Lux!"

As Six and Lux walked into the forest, Lux turned around and thought, Have I met those Pokemon before? Sure they're familiar with me, but did I?
