Thank you for my beta LoveTheKlaroline helping with my story. This is new chapter, I hope you can enjoy
Bonnie Bennett was a good girl; she was also a good girl who had grown up. Her mother left her when she was a little and she heard so little about her. Her father and grandmother never spoke about Abby Bennett. Caroline and Elena were her family, along with Alaric, Damon, and Matt. They became the most important people to her, whereas her job became her best friend. She didn't know what she would do without her job and friends.
Finding Caroline became her top priority.
That meant she would do anything to find her, including working with Elena's crazy lunatic of a sister to spy on Elijah Mikaelson. "I think it's…"
"Sshh….Bennett, you need to believe me okay? One of them must know about Klaus and Caroline." Katherine said as parked her car not far from Elijah's house. "They don't trust many people, but they have understanding with each other. One of them must know where Klaus has hidden Caroline."
Bonnie sighed, she was so scared of the possibility that their plan could backfire on them. She wanted to find her best friend and she wanted to know that Caroline was fine. "Why haven't you ever told Caroline about her husband and his family?"
Katherine was a selfish little bitch; she had no courage to tell Caroline about the man she should avoid in any costs. She always took care of herself and Caroline was smart enough to make her own choice, now she can't help but blame herself for being such a shitty friend. Elijah had assured her that none of them meant harm to Caroline; she shouldn't have listened to him.
"Because Elijah had promised me Caroline's safety, he said his brother loved her and wouldn't hurt Caroline. I believed him, Bonnie." She explained, looking out of the window.
Bonnie was taken aback by Katherine's explanation, she never looked at the brunette but felt her remorse. She felt bad for questioning her motive behind this; no-one expected something like this would happen.
"Fine, I will see what I can do." She began to felt anxious knowing that she and Katherine needed to pay attention to Elijah who lived inside of the house, she hoped that they would be able to get some information from him but knew it wasn't likely "Do you think he will suspect me?" Bonnie asked Katherine again.
Katherine knew Elijah, his middle name was suspicious, and he suspected anything and anyone. Especially after his brother left with Caroline somewhere, he'll do anything to protect his family. The reason why she left him that day was because she never understood him and his family. "He will, but I will stand beside you, Bennett. I won't sell you out, okay?"
Bonnie nodded her head with strong certainty towards Katherine's words; it required her to believe in Katherine and to have faith that she wanted to help find Caroline. "Let's get out, and see him" Bonnie said finally.
(ooo)
Caroline found herself in this room with her husband, he told her about what he did for living. How wrong was that? It was as wrong as her cheating on a test to get full marks but she let him talk and talk about the world that almost was untouchable for her. She found his world wasn't as boring as she had imagined, though his world was brutal, rough, and bloody, it was fascinating nonetheless.
If she wasn't Caroline Forbes, she would be completely drawn into his world and probably would have joined him.
Was it fucked up?
Caroline looked at his collection, while he was standing behind her, chest pressed her back. She swallowed when she felt their proximity as it heated the room; she wasn't supposed to be doing this with him.
"Klaus, you're standing way to close to me." She sighed with annoyance. "Keep the distance, okay?" She needed fresh air, she had to breathe. Klaus had gotten under her skin and she knew he would use it for the 'greater good'. Unfortunately, she needed to know more find a way out to be able to from him.
"You enjoyed it for a moment. Is that because of me or rifles, love?" He followed her, teasing his wife with everything he could. The tour turned out to be fun, they flirted with each other and he managed to make her feel confused. What a man!
Caroline turned to look at him and gave him her best bitchy face, "Enjoyed it? I would rather have you shoot me now than enjoy your manipulation, Klaus. I need to go out!" She actually wanted to stay here for longer to find something, but with Klaus was watching her all the time, she had zero chance of finding evidence. Damn it!
"I haven't finished showing giving you the introduction, Caroline. We need to talk about…us." His voice turned serious and his blue orbs fell to hers.
"Us? You know we're not meant to be, Klaus. There is no us, only me and you. This…" She gestures between them "This is not us! Things aren't working for me in this marriage. So I will ask that you stop whatever this is and let me go."
Caroline's words came out easily; she couldn't understand why he would reveal these things to her? He knew her; she wouldn't change her opinion he had shown her a kinder side. She would forgive him one day, but it didn't change things: he had killed people.
Klaus stared into her blue eyes; those eyes used to be full of life, they had taught him to be brave and how to love again. One of many reasons he wanted to be better person everyday was because of her, she owned half of his heart. Now she was giving up on them, after everything he told her. How could she do that to him?
"You're not even trying. You're the one who insisted a divorce, you're the one who started our fights, Caroline, now you're also the one who said we're not meant to be?"
"Yes, I did. Do you even consider what I felt when I saw those people you had killed? I saw…" She didn't know why she was lost for words when he came closer to her. He knew how to shake her entire world with one glance. All she imagined when she saw those dead bodies was her terrible experience when she saw her mother's lifeless body years ago. She would never erase that terrible scenery from her memory.
She closed her eyes and kept tears falling down her cheek as she whispered. "I saw my mother."
Klaus kept his eyes on her; he saw how she had nightmares since she had begun working in the homicide department. It led them into a wrecked married life and he didn't need to see her break. He knew how strong she was, but she was only human and she had a weakness that made her breakable. He put his hands on her shoulder, raising her chin softly.
"I'm really sorry. I'm truly sorry for everything you have been through, love. I…" He trailed off as he found her watery blue eyes.
"I don't need your pity, Klaus. I don't need an apology from you. I need to get out of here now." She said.
He nodded, "Fine."

Elijah ran towards the door when he heard bell rang. Kol was downstairs, trying to get his job done. He had never agreed to this method, Kol's way was too extreme for his taste. He couldn't believe who he was seeing: brunette curls, doe eyes, and a pissed off expression, yup it was Katherine Gilbert and she wasn't alone. An unfamiliar woman stood beside her, wearing a friendly smile though she seemed a bit scared. He looked down at his hand and realized he still wore white glove.
Thank God, no-one saw the blood on his hand.
"I want to ask you about your brother. The one who's kidnapped my best friend?" She asked him with flat tone, bored ones. She avoided contact with his eyes and he accepted it, they were over for good.
"I don't know where Niklaus is, he is not here with us and I'm pretty sure Caroline is at her house." He replied with a smile. His dark eyes battled against hers, he smirked when she looked away. "Is there anything else I can help you with?"
Bonnie noticed the high tension between them which was very awkward and troublesome for her. She cleared her throat which ended their brief eye contact, to pairs of eyes locked on Bonnie "You know Elijah, I may not have any proof about your criminal activities for now, but I will have it later. Come on Katherine, we need to go." Bonnie said without showing her fear, she had to remain strong in this situation. No-one said becoming investigator was easy, right?
Katherine looked over Bonnie with an annoyed expression, she turned her gaze back to Elijah, her eyes filled with hatred. Bonnie was quick to pull Katherine's arm, before she started the fight and caused more damage than they already had. Bonnie knew that he was lying but they had other things to do.
Katherine hated that Bonnie had stopped her from punching Elijah Mikaelson's face and had ruined her opportunity of getting any information about Caroline and Klaus. "Kat, I'm so late." She grabbed her Kat's wrist before she dragged them into trouble. She needed to find Caroline, but not by creating trouble, especially between ex lovers or whatever. "Bye Elijah" She saw Elijah frown, his face confused, watching them leave his home. He stood still and waited whilst the two women disappeared through the door.
He pulled something from his pants' pocket, whilst leaning against the door frame and sent a text to someone he thought needed know their appearance.
"Caroline's friends: Bonnie and Katherine came over today. They suspect you, run as fast as you can, Niklaus."
Another text came again.
"What about Caroline?"
Elijah thought as hard as he could, he was the one who tried hard to go against their marriage. This was serious matter; he didn't know how to fix this. Not everything can be fixed, just like his brother said before he decided to kidnap his wife and ran out off somewhere, he knew that they can't keep ignoring policemen or government agents because they would be dead soon.
"Keep her in that house then you can run. Leave her there; there is nothing we can do for her, Niklaus. Run."
(ooo)
Caroline narrowed her eyes at Klaus's phone, the phone was only thing he forgotten. He was in the shower, because she kept ignoring him and had neglected his presence. She pretended to be Klaus when she saw Elijah's message on the inbox, she can't believe that he had no plan in bringing her into the secret Mikaelson nest.
He just wanted killing time, what a bastard!
Caroline deleted Elijah's messages and turned to the half empty wine, she gulped it down in once. She had looked around this house; there was nothing she can do to escape. Everything was locked and needed freaking security codes; this was like the White House or something. She poured another wine with a desperate sigh.
Her mind crawled in the direction of something she was so against. Seducing Klaus? She can't do that right now, but she needs to get out of this house and finished what she had begun. She disliked unfinished business that would interfere in her future and she had done something. She walked closer to the room where Klaus was. The room was enormous, with air conditioning and minimalistic furniture. There was a comfy bed against one wall, with wooden side tables, and a big window so she can see clear view of the surrounding trees. On the other side there is a small room and when she opened it, realized it was a walk in wardrobe. She shook her head at the suits inside of the small room.
Caroline heard the shower turn off; she didn't have any choice but to follow her guts.
She took off her dress shirt, leaving her in her underwear. She took that off too, feeling very dirty already. She messed her long curls with her fingers and made an innocent, but drunk face so Klaus didn't need to suspect her of something else.
She walked towards the bathroom at a steady pace; trying to control her breathing she closed her eyes. She opened the door of the shower room; she was faced with a very naked Klaus. His bare behind and wet back glistened at her; secretly she checked him out. This was crazy because they had been married for more than a year and she had seen his naked form multiple times. She swallowed hard and didn't stop staring even she realized he turned to face her. This time she couldn't escape from his beautiful abdomen, the muscles he had from whatever routine he did in his spare time. His pretty cock was enough for her mouth to suck at, God how had she become this horny anyway? She looked at him with dazed eyes; she could enjoy this so much. Too much.
She didn't say anything to him; she wanted to see his face once again before they separated for good. She searched for an answer in his blue-green eyes but all she saw was him, the man she loved. She should remove this desire, this very dangerous hunger for him.
"Caroline…"
He silenced her own reply, capturing her mouth in his, and slipping his tongue inside of hers. She pressed her naked chest up against him, his cock stroked her center intensely, and it felt so damn good. She looked into his eyes; he was in shock but said nothing, enjoying her lip service. She kissed down his neck, chest, belly, and licked up it. She stopped again on his lips, but her hand continued, moving only to grope his manhood softly, her hand was really cold but he only felt warmth.
He can say he didn't take pleasure in her mouth, Caroline knew him by his body too well. He didn't realize he moaned after she began to touch him harder. He didn't know what the hell she wanted because her mood swings weren't easy to understand, what a woman! Under pouring water she had seduced him and succeeded.
"I thought we weren't going to do…this." He felt something warm wrap around his manhood and it was her mouth that did all the dirty work. He looked at his wife with wide eyes, so she sucked it even harder. She went faster than usual; this blew his mind as a man. "Whoa…Caroline…" He opened his mouth in shock.
She looked up to him and didn't hear any complaints from him; his pleasure was her main purpose though this was incredibly wrong. She had manipulated him and he didn't realize. How wrong was that?
Choosing between her need to escape and finished her duty or loving the only man meant for her was very frustrating.
She stood before him when she finished with his manhood, looking at him for another time. She knew she shouldn't do this for her mother, but she was in love with this man. No matter how much he lied to her, he also owned her heart. Love was a really frustrating thing, especially when it was true love.
"I love you. I love you…" She whispered against his face as their nose touched. She was crying in frustration, she couldn't lie to him anymore. "I love you…"
"You're crying, Love." He said softly. "And shaking, but beautiful, sexy, and…I love you too."
Caroline watched him as he said something she would love to hear from now on, she loves him just like he loves her.
"I love you." She smiled.
Next thing she knew was his mouth attacking hers and she felt nothing but his body squash against hers. She didn't know what she was going to do now but it felt right for her to be with him.
"You said it more than once, love." He smirked devilishly.
"I mean it, Klaus. I love you" She bit out a cheery smile this time though she wasn't sure if she did it right. But if Klaus' dimpled smile didn't show anything, she didn't know what would.

"Hello Galen, this is Matt Donovan. I know you asked for me not to interfere with your family's problems but Caroline is your sister and she's always alone against world, she's in danger now. Her husband is a serial killer; he's a criminal, a dangerous one. I just…hope you can return my call or do something for her. She's very kind to me and all I can do for her is ask you this one favor, please help her.
(End of Message)
Galen deleted the last message with a sigh, taking off his glasses. He had been busy with his own work which was considered a selfish option, but Caroline was capable of protecting herself, he knew that. He had been a lone wolf, no close family members or friends and Caroline wasn't considered a friend. People liked her a little, but not so much when they were together. He was all right with that.
After Matt revealed the secret she had held for a long time, he felt he was out of line. She was alone too, she just never tried to feel the same way as other loners did, she pretended to be happy and everything went fine. She met the wrong people, married the wrong man, and her pathetic half brother wouldn't speak to her, she didn't need his help.
Damn it!
He forgot one thing.
"Mr. Lockwood?"
Galen turned his head when he heard a nurse call the familiar name, he caught a dark haired man talking with Nurse Lydia. He recognized him as Mason Lockwood's cousin or something, he didn't read political articles.
He saw him follow nurse Lydia into another room, too bad he had other patients to handle. He went and asked another male nurse named Luka. "Do you know why young Lockwood in this hospital?"
Luka looked confused then he patted his forehead, trying to remember what the hell happened. "Yeah Dr. Vaughn, I think he was visiting his friend. I believe his name was…Michael Davis."
"Michael Davis?" He asked again. "Are you sure that's his name?" He disliked this fact.
"Yeah, he was just let out like ten minutes ago?" He shrugged, ignoring Galen's body language and his expression completely."Why do you ask, doctor?"
He grabbed his phone that had been placed on the table quickly and couldn't believe who he would have to call now, he may hate him but he was best option. His father was running away somewhere, hiding as usual, he hated police, and he had no friends.
"Rebekah, you may not recognize me, or you won't believe me, but I think your family is in very huge danger…"
"What do you mean, Vaughn? CIA found our identity, relax by tomorrow all of us will be dead in front of the world's eyes and you can see your half sister…"
"No, you think I'm wrong. Does Michael Davis ring a bell to you?"
He heard no answer from other side, but he heard loud scream, he heard Rebekah Mikaelson cry out in agony.
"Hello Vaughn, thank you for reminding my dear old friend. Relax all Mikaelson's including your sister Caroline will remain a story, a tragic story. I bet your father would love to know about this, my friend."
Then click.
Galen looked at his own phone, he couldn't believe it! He can't let his sister die because of the family she married into. He grabbed his car's key and jacket, preparing to see the only man he could seek help from.
"I don't know if you care but your only daughter is going to die soon, call me…Elijah." He breathed after he saw Elijah walk towards him. He hated this more than his sleepless nights in Iraq.
I hope this chapter doesnt confuse you, I need to bring some action into this story and I hope you can enjoy this chapter.
